Slow service. 5 Euro to have I’ve delivered when paying 5 star rates. Paying for extra drinking water. We had stayed here three years ago and had a great experience.

The Standard Ibiza is in a fantastic location—right in the heart of Ibiza Town and within walking distance of the marina, Old Town, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and vibrant. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service from the concierge team, especially Helena and Titziana. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care went far beyond what we expected. No matter how many questions we had or how many restaurant recommendations, beach reservations, or last-minute changes we needed, they always helped with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and consistently gave us outstanding recommendations that made our Ibiza experience so much more special. It is rare to find people who are not only incredibly hardworking but who also truly care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. Helena and Titziana were the reason our trip felt effortless and unforgettable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and dedication made all the difference. A heartfelt thank you to both of them and the entire team. We would absolutely stay at The Standard Ibiza again, largely because of the incredible hospitality we received. They are true assets to the hotel.

Location is great , vibe was great , rooms are clean, breakfast and bar was perfect. Only issue was the coffee machine didn’t work and I mentioned and they came and changed it with another one that didn’t work either , the bidet also didn’t work even though they sent someone to fix but still. Carlos from the reception on the other hand was what made the stay very comfortable , he was great to deal with checking in and checking out , he made everything smooth and the stay worth it

Location is great, in a really nice part of the town, with super access to restaurants and shops. Atmosphere is very relaxed, funky/cool and the roof top pool area is beautiful with an amazing view of the old town The double rooms are perfect for a short stay, clean, tidy and very quiet Roof top restaurant is wonderful, with beautiful sushi on tap all day and evening Staff were amazing, we have stayed multiple times over 3 years now and have been greeted by the same front desk staff every-time (who have gone above and beyond each time)

Good location but rooms basic, not inviting & as a leave to lay your head at night only but not worth the money and not 5 star

I absolutely love my stay at this hotel… Everything was great and all the staff were really nice at every point in the hotel, and I promised to make a particular shout out to the concierge team, including Sonia and Tiziana. I’ll definitely be going back for another visit in 2027.

Amazing experience in the best hotel in town. Staff fronted by Carlos and Helena and backed up by the rest of the team made me feel at home once again, after having stayed there over 15 times now since they opened. Highly recommended!

I arranged the stay at The Standard Ibiza for my clients. It's one of the best locations in Ibiza Town. Very shortly before my clients arrived, I contacted reception to arrange their welcome and a few special requests. The woman from reception named Irene, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though everything was very last minute. She made sure everything was taken care of and provided truly excellent service. Thank you, Irene — you really made a difference! This is service that is not easy to find in other hotels in Ibiza. 🙌

The hotel was a perfect location to restaurants, shops and the marina. Plus beach clubs are easy access.

We love The Standard and so had to pop in and see the roof top bar. This is something else here, we loved it. Great staff and service. Lovely views, the pool looked fantastic, next time we'll bring swim shorts and stay for longer. Loved the atmosphere too.

Truly favorite hotel in Ibiza- for work and pleasure. Always feels like coming home- the front desk managers are so kind and helpful- from check in to booking restaurants and services they really go beyond. Always beautiful and clean rooms as well. We stayed in one of the highest-category suites at The Standard Ibiza while attending a friend’s wedding and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Throughout our stay, the air conditioning repeatedly failed during extremely hot weather, making it almost impossible to sleep. The suite also experienced lighting failures, and a toilet leak flooded the bathroom and spread into the living area. Some members of staff were polite and made genuine efforts to resolve the issues; however, despite multiple interventions, the problems persisted. Management offered a complimentary drink as compensation, but I did not feel this adequately reflected the impact of spending two nights in a premium suite without reliable air conditioning while also dealing with flooding and ongoing maintenance issues. I appreciate that problems can occur in any hotel, but for a property positioned as a luxury five-star experience, I expected both a more effective resolution and a more appropriate level of compensation. The most disappointing aspect was not that the issues occurred, but that they were unable to be resolved and the resulting disruption to our stay was not properly acknowledged.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Standard, Ibiza, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful: our room was stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The rooftop is a true highlight: stunning views, amazing atmosphere, and the perfect spot to relax both during the day. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the service. The team is outstanding and genuinely makes you feel at home in a way that is so rare nowadays. A very special mention to Alejandro, Manuel, and Sonia from the Concierge team -they went above and beyond for us. They created a full itinerary for our stay, and every single recommendation was spot on. Thanks to them, we were able to experience the very best of Ibiza without any stress. It’s the people that really set this hotel apart: the warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care are something you don’t often find elsewhere. We left already looking forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay, but what really made the experience exceptional was the Concierge team. A very special thank you to Sonia, Tiziana, and Irene, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly attentive, always available, and managed to arrange everything we requested with ease. Without a doubt, this is the best Concierge team on the island. Their dedication, local knowledge, and genuine care made all the difference in our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for everything they did for us.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Not much in the pool front (we used beach clubs) and jara restaurant was the sloooowest service. Otherwise, lobby and housekeeping staff were great.

We booked this hotel after we had already landed on the island. Our preferred option was fully booked, so we decided to stay in the city center to experience the atmosphere of ibiza town for once rather than choosing a quieter location elsewhere. In the end, we were not disappointed at all. We stayed in a corner room/Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The combination of beige sandstone finishes and warm wood-panelled walls created a sophisticated yet inviting feel. The reception area was calm and welcoming, and the hallways were particularly impressive from an architectural perspective. A few days earlier, we had stayed at another five-star hotel on the island (see my other review). As I hinted there without explicitly saying it, that property did not really feel like a true five-star experience. Here, the standard comes much closer to what you would expect from an international luxury hotel. The rooftop is excellent, the food and beverage offering is varied and international, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We had a rental car, and because the hotel is located on a narrow street with virtually no parking available, valet service is essential. The bell staff handled this smoothly. My only suggestion would be clearer signage and arrival instructions. The first time you arrive, it can be a little stressful because it is not immediately obvious where to stop or what to do. A few minor points prevented this from being a perfect stay: * On two occasions, the rooftop was inaccessible due to private events. * Housekeeping repeatedly forgot to replenish coffee capsules or replace used cups. These are small details, but when you have to call about the same issue four days in a row, it becomes frustrating. * Breakfast was beautifully presented and creative, but perhaps a little too “arty” for my taste. As someone who has stayed at many Standard and Bunkhouse properties around the world, this hotel delivered much of what I was hoping to find. I genuinely wish more hotels in Ibiza followed this approach. There is still some room for improvement here and there, but overall this was a very enjoyable stay and one I would happily recommend.

Unbeatable location in Ibiza Town with fantastic views of Dalt Vila from the rooftop bar and pool. Rooms are very good, the corner suites are superb, but the hotel is busy and some public areas are looking tired. Service was inconsistent - some staff were excellent, others were aloof and disinterested. Our stay was interrupted by some serious plumbing issues in the hotel which meant no toilet facilities anywhere in the hotel for more than 24 hours and the main restaurant being closed for all but the first morning of our stay. Most disappointingly, management weren’t available to discuss our issues during our stay and have since ignored emails which isn’t what we’d expect from a hotel of this calibre.

This is a very nice hotel but I am unsure if I would class as 5 stars and at £480 per night, I would expect a little more. The reception staff were all very polite and welcoming and pool bar staff the same. The beds are very comfortable and rooms kept very clean and tidy. On the day we arrived we were informed the rooftop bar was closed due to a private function bearing in mind you usually book hotels with roof top bars because you want to use them. We went for a drink in the bar shortly after arrival and sat on the high table in the doorway. We were ignored for 15 minutes by the waitress serving inside even though there were only 4 other people inside at the time, she even tidied the stools around the bar without acknowledging us. In the end I asked the bar tender if it was table service and he took my order at the bar even though it is clearly table service. We did not return for the rest of our stay and decided not to visit the restaurant or even have breakfast for this reason; it makes you wonder if this is why the bar is so quiet inside? The roof top pool only has 10 loungers that are all very short so if you are 6ft tall your feet stick over the edge, for a hotel that has 50 rooms I don’t think it is acceptable to have only 10 loungers, we heard a number of people asking at the bar and the staff had to tell them they were all full. The lunch menu is also very limited sushi only; you do not want this every day so you have to leave for lunch. This makes you feel guilty as people were waiting for loungers and if you are intending to return and give yours up you would not get another. All in all, if we had felt more welcome when we went to the bar on arrival we would have spent more time and money at the hotel, the way I see it bad service will sort its self out in the end if the management can spot it.

The Standard Ibiza est idéalement situé pour séjourner en plein coeur d'Ibiza Town et profiter de l’énergie de la ville sans faire de compromis sur le confort. L’hôtel est moderne, élégant, très bien pensé, avec une vraie atmosphère à la fois chic et détendue. La chambrerait super confortable, impeccablement proper, la salle de bain spacieuse et très agréable et il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien immédiatement (mini bar, produits de toilettes, enceintes bluetooth...). Le rooftop est un vrai point fort : la vue sur Dalt Vila est magnifique, particulièrement au coucher du soleil. Le bar est très convivial, avec une belle ambiance et d’excellents cocktails. Enfin le personnel est adorable et particulièrement accueillant tout au long du séjour. Bref, une très belle adresse pour profiter pleinement d’Ibiza Town.

From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel I knew I made the right decision staying here. How fresh it smelt, how clean it was, the service, the room, the pool, the rooftop, the gym, the location, the quietness at night - everything about this hotel was perfect. I had a few issues checking in (not the hotels fault) as I used a third party supplier to book and the hotel told me not to worry and sorted it all out for me which was fantastic and cannot thank them enough for this. Will be visiting again in the closing part of the season.

The staff are lovely and very friendly. The location was central and extremely good for all the best things that Ibiza has to offer. Old town, marina, bars and restaurants. If you like a walk the two city beaches are also close by. The hotel is contemporary and sophisticated.

I should have taken note of the room sizes as I found our room extremely small even though it was supposed to be an upgrade. Advise to others- compare room size to other hotels and compare before booking. There was a feeling that up-selling is being pushed heavily. An extra 150 euros a night was taken (just in-case you damaged anything!). I have experienced this in an expensive private villa but never in a hotel.

I stayed at The Standard on April 10th the Ibiza Half Marathon. It is a lovely, contemporary hotel with very welcoming staff, especially Sonia, the concierge who is very warm, helpful and welcoming. The location is very central and ideal for the port or for Dalt Villa. The rooms are beautifully designed with a well stocked bar, air conditioning and huge beds.

This is now one of our favourite hotels for so many reasons: • The level of cleanliness is outstanding. • A lot of thought has gone into exactly what is needed from a hotel and its facilities; it’s been designed very much so with the customer in mind. • The style of the hotel doesn’t sacrifice comfort. • The staff are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. • The food is delicious. • The rooftop pool and bar area is beautiful and has wonderful views. • The location is perfect - the pretty square around the corner, the nearby marina, Dalt Vila a short walk away. • The soundproof rooms make it so peaceful. We have felt very much at home during our stay - the balance of comfort, practicality and style is just perfect!

Great location, excellent dining and bar options on main ground floor restaurant and on rooftop, with nice vibe. Well equipped and very comfortable room, if a bit small. Staff were great, very friendly helpful and attentive, although a bit slow and muddled at times during breakfast and dinner.

Location was very central and handy. Front desk staff were often very engaging and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Room was comfortable, too. Interesting assortment of items available for in-room purchase. :)

Restaurant staff service/engagement was rather distant despite the few customers. Room was rather noisy from street traffic/pedestrians outside and disco inside. The corporate “cool” curated look/vibe never quite hits the mark for me.

Myself & my girlfriend visiting Ibiza for usually a seven day break since 2016 apart from the covid years . It’s our first time visiting the island in March due to not being able to visit Dubai our original plans due to the conflict . It was our first time in this lovely hotel breakfast was included in our deal which was delicious choices of fresh juices hot beverages, a choice of porridge eggs cooked to personal choice ie omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes staff were friendly polite
