El hotel es muy lindo muy bien ubicado, el.personal excelente sobretodo recepción, pero fallo el agua caliente y recién el.ultimo dia de.mi estancia lo solucionaron, eso muy mal !!

Great location, fantastic and friendly staff whether at the reception or those who served us breakfast. Breakfast was great. Really recommend this hotel! Many thanks to everyone who looked after us!

Great location in the heart of the town/port on a prominent corner. A short walk to the Dalt Villa but close to shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach (Platja de Figueretas). The outside terrace was a wonderful place to people watch and to take breakfast. The staff are multi lingual. Roof terrace was delightful place to take in the view with a cocktail in the early evening.

Our room was a bit tired decoratively. I’d call the style “a Florida-esque 1980’s homage to art deco styling”, but too much lacquered fittings for me. Further more why does a 5star hotel thinks its ok to have such a stained carpet? Were we in a room reserved for booking.com customers benefiting from a platform discount, and therefore receiving a less presentable room? I realize September might be considered the end of the season and that there has perhaps not been time to shampoo the small bits of carpet around the bed but really would it take that long? Had I not already been aware that the hotel was fully booked I may have thought it worth asking to move rooms but honestly what could they have done & once you’ve unpacked is it worth making a hoo ha. It should just be unacceptable on the part of hotel house keeping to sign off a room for occupation so it has to have been a series of accidents on the carpet that have added over time to making the room look a bit shabby.

Good rooms, good breakfast, clean and comfortable! Great view and location to the Marina, best restaurants and clubs.

Please buy more irons so that your guests can always iron their clothes or offer a special ironing service :))

La deco superbe ! La proximité immédiate du centre de La vieille ville.

On a passé juste une nuit, et on est parti très tôt le matin, donc on a rien remarqué de négatif.

I’ll keep my review short and concise: avoid this place at all costs. * Claustrophobic rooms with stickers on the windows that don’t let you look outside. * Rude overnight staff that treat paying guests like garbage. * Questionable guests roaming around. * ⁠AC that barely works. * If you need something in the middle of the night, forget about calling the reception. There’s no housekeeping overnight, and apparently a single staff member covering the entire hotel who is barely even at the front desk. * And the management is equally unhelpful. Raise a concern and you’ll receive what reads like a generic ChatGPT-generated response: plenty of polished words, absolutely no sincere attempt to solve the problem. Your concerns are simply brushed aside as they seem far more interested in keeping your money than taking accountability for their shortcomings (and I can already predict the response to this review, something along the lines of: “We provided an appropriate solution within the options available to us.” - a stay at some future date. But here’s the problem: after being treated like garbage the first time, why on earth would I want to set foot in this hotel again?) Never in my life have I encountered this level of treatment at a five-star hotel, or frankly at a hotel with even fewer stars. How this hotel managed to earn, and retain, 5 stars is a total mystery (and misery) to me.

Stayed in 307. Aside from the general outside noise (Saturday night in Ibiza Old Town was never going to be quiet!) the room was susceptible to what sounded like internal operational noises throughout the night… loud thumps that shook the walls. The rainfall shower head dumped water and dripped repeatedly from 2am. I was exceptionally tired and even still found the bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The amenity kit was missing the earplugs (it had the small empty boxes they’re meant to be in, not restocked from previous guest) which indicated I’m not the only one to have found it a very noisy room.

L’emplacement était parfait,avec le service voiturier très appréciable.Une équipe jeune souriante et dynamique ,à l’écoute et qui fait son possible pour satisfaire nos attentes (particulièrement pour les réservations de restaurants,bien pratique quand on ne parle pas l’espagnol) Plus de délicates attentions qui rendent le séjour fort agréable.

Une piscine sur le roof top aurait été bien agréable

From the location, to the accommodating staff and the gorgeous rooms …. We could not recommend experimental enough. They paid attention to the little things, made our lives feel very easy and were eager to please us.

La salle de douche n’est pas à la hauteur. La vue sur un mur depuis la chambre. La qualité prix n’est pas au rdv, pour une chambre un 500e la nuit, on ne nous a pas proposé de boisson. Le lit n'est pas très grand.

Close to Ibiza town and port. Plus the breakfast was superb.

The room that they gave us it was a bit rundown. Like it has been used a lot. I guess it is the room that use as a short stay guest.

Desde el momento que llegas el staff es súper amigable y están atentos a todo lo que necesitas, especialmente Santi que nos aconsejó muy bien!! 😉 El diseño interior de las habitaciones es magnífico. El baño es enorme y súper cómodo. Las sábanas son de excelente calidad. El desayuno súper completo. La ubicación es inmejorable si te gusta estar cerca de la parte antigua de Ibiza. Sin duda volveremos!! Gracias!🤩

Excellent séjour de 2 nuits à Montesol Experimental Ibiza. L’hôtel bénéficie d’une position idéale pour découvrir la vieille ville d’Ibiza à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux et attentif tout au long du séjour. La chambre était confortable avec une très belle vue. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Creo que se debería aclarar que no se puede salir a los balcones por una cuestión de seguridad de antemano (o al menos yo no lo vi al momento de reservar). Eso le quita mucho al encanto de la habitación. Por otro lado el momento del desayuno. Siento que el personal que sirve el desayuno está colapsado, demora más tiempo de la media normal en atenderte, en traer la comida (no es bufet libre) y hasta se olvidan de cosas que les pides. Si bien el sabor es muy bueno, considero que el menú está muy lejos de un 5 estrellas.

Loved the feel of the hotel and the rooms with views of the Old Town were fantastic - much better than in the pictures.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. All staff were extremely friendly and did their upmost to help us as needed. The street level cafe was fantastic with delicious reasonable priced food and drinks. The views from the rooftop bar were spectacular, lovely atmosphere with music and great pizza.

It would’ve been nice to be able to enjoy the rooftop bar throughout the day as it only opened at 6pm. Everything else was perfect!

Het is eigenlijk helemaal wat ik zocht, kleinschalig, schattige mooie en vooral hygiënische kamers. Super lief personeel. Elke dag werdt er een gezond snackje gebracht en je kamer slaapaar gemaakt. Precies wat ik zoek. Ik zou zo nog 100x terug komen nu was ik op solo trip maar normaal in ibiza zit ik niet snel midden in de stad maar als ik weer alleen kom dan ga ik hierheen

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. The atmosphere is buzzing from morning to night, which makes it feel really alive and fun. You can just sit in the square and absorb all the movement around you. It’s also super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the main taxi stand. The interior is also beautifully done, stylish and full of character. Montesol is a perfect balance between being in the middle of the action and having a calm, refined space to come back to.

The only thing missing would be a pool, that would have made the stay absolutely perfect.

Het hotel heeft iets iconisch. De kamer (en badkamer) was heel smaakvol en met veel oog voor detail ingericht. Ontbijt is à la carte met voldoende keuze. Het hotel is perfect gelegen, aan het water met restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden op wandelafstand.

Ottima posizione centrale, ma silenziosa. Camera spaziosa e luminosa, ottimamente arredata nello stile e nei materiali , dalle foto non si evince ma molto gradevole e con carattere. Personale molto cordiale, disponibile ed efficiente. Tante piccole attenzioni dal dolcino prima di dormire, cioccolatini, frutta. Colazione di qualità anche se si può scegliere solo un piatto; non è un vero e proprio buffet. Frutta, croassant, ed un piatto a scelta dello chef sono portati in tavola di default.... assieme a spremute e bevande calde. Personale di sala multilingue e molto cortese. Noleggio scooter, biglietterie e traghetti a pochi metri; cosi come teatro ed ottimi ristoranti.

Jammer dat het dakterras niet open was. Voor ons zijn dit al warme temperaturen dus het dakterras zou toch toegankelijk moeten zijn al was het gewoon om maar te zitten en te genieten

Emplacement central au pied de la vieille et du bassin maritime.chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner de qualité mais coupes fruits et yaourt un peu frugales.

Pas de stationnement pour décharger les bagages .

Everything it was gorgeous. Our room had a wonderful view of Dalt Vila and the decor was beautiful. We were given an upgrade which was nice as well, and our booking also included the free taxi which is my favourite genius perk! The hotel and staff are all excellent. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here out of season again.

The only thing I would say is the breakfast is not the best, the portions are small and it’s a limited choice.

Fabulous hotel and well located , you can hear noise from the streets late at night but it did not keep us awake, however we went out of season. Staff and service were fantastic and I loved the breakfast on the terrace. We loved it so much we have booked for next year

Location is amazing

— Rooms have no proper windows, and this was not disclosed in advance. Technically, there are windows, but you definitely would not want to open them. — The customer service was extremely poor, from the receptionist at the checkout to the rude waitress serving breakfasts. — The “best rooftop bar on the island” was closed, and we only found out after going all the way up to the top floor for a drink.

La calefacción no podíamos regularla de manera independiente y tuvimos que pedir un radiador. Tampoco el aire acondicionado. Solo podías moverte en un pequeño rango la temperatura y eso no me gustó nada.

Great location, particularly in the off-season. Rooms are comfortable and cosy. Note that rooms with a view may be subject to noise from the nearby plaza in the evenings (e.g. a party on Saturday lasted until midnight), so a room without a view may be quieter if you are looking to have a good night of sleep.

Breakfast selection was limited; a wider variety, including regular bread in addition to sweet pastries, would have been appreciated. As a minor point, we requested a change to a room with a brighter view, which was accommodated. However, it would have been helpful to be informed of the additional fee in advance, before moving our belongings.

Great location with view onto beautiful square and right next to shops and harbour. Very clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Delicious little petit fours left in room was a very nice touch.

I chose the room for the view and balcony. Upon arrival I discovered the balcony was barred with a notice forbidding entry to the balcony| This information was not on the room description nor on my confirmation so was rather a surprise. A feature that is not usable should not be listed as a feature in my opinion. My flight arrived early and I requested early check in. I was blankly informed that checkin was 15.00h. They did allow me entry eventually at 14.00 by which time I had made other arrangements to change clothes so rather disappointing. Nice hotel but decor a bit dated. I didn't choose the breakfast as far cheaper to eat at a local cafe.

Hatte explizit nach Unterkunft mit Balkon gesucht. Das Hotel wurde mir entsprechend auf Booking angezeigt. Der Balkon war jedoch nicht vorhanden, resp. nicht zugänglich, was ich als irreführend bezeichnen muss.

Zentral, gut zu erreichen, freundliches Personal

Eine Gym mit einem kleinen Wellnessbereich wäre schön.

La decoració, perquè fa d'aquest hotel un espai molt singular i amb classe.

Que tingui l'espai reservat per aparcar al arribar, en un carrer diferent.

El diseño y la ubicación son excelentes. Muy bien comunicado y el personal muy agradable y atento. La cama es muy cómoda.

El desayuno es de menú, y aunque fueron muy agradables no hay opción de elegir lo que se quiera en un buffet.
