Very comfortable bed. Great location. Very clean with sheets and towels changed 3 times during our stay. Lovely balcony with sea view.

We were discouraged from cooking even though the apartment is well equipped. It was a shame as so much local produce available. If I had known this beforehand I would not have booked.

Мы очень любим отдыхать в Греции! Никити- гостеприимный городок, в котором осуществились наши мечты и ожидания! Время года- начало сентября.Отельный комплекс , Roylty Suites Seaside- прямо на берегу моря, расположенный чуть дальше от городской суеты. Дружелюбный, внимательный персонал! В апартаменте было все необходимое. Уборка- каждый день! Незабываемые ужины на террасе, с видом на море и чудесный, ухоженный сад! А ещё - путешествия в старый город, поход на местный рынок, дегустация рыбных яств и знаменитого греческого гироса...! Мы очень благодарны хозяевам за подсказки, за внимание к нам, терпение и доброту !!!

Great positioning, very close to the beach. Rooms are quite big and have a nice terrace/balcony. Enough parking slots.

The sink faucet was terrible (it needs to be replaced). You need to bring your own shower gel; they only provide the minimum :)

The room was pretty fabulous- like a five star hotel. The location is a few hundred meters from the organized beach area, so it’s a much quieter location. There’s a beach in front of the lodging. I liked the boxed breakfast that was provided.

Not a dislike - Pro tip, if you arrive by bus Don’t follow your navigation. Walk directly to the sea and turn right following the sea. Navigation will send you along gravel roads with no shade.

Appartamento all'interno di un complesso residenziale, molto grande, con angolo cottura ben fornito, piccolo bagno finestrato, letto enorme con topper che ha garantito un sonno piacevole. Terrazzo enorme con vista sul mare. Posizione comoda, lontano dal caos della movida di nikiti La colazione consiste in una box con prodotti confezionati, se ci si accontenta va bene altrimenti i bar sono a 10 minuti di camminata.

We booked a room with breakfast included (a breakfast box for two people). However, during our 7-night stay, breakfast was provided on only 2 days. We discussed this with the staff and they told us it was a Booking.com error, but breakfast was clearly listed as an included facility in the room description at the time of booking. We first contacted them via WhatsApp, but we didn’t receive a response. We then called them directly and also sent the screenshots as proof that breakfast was clearly included in the room description. We receive the breakfast box only on day 3 and 8. The coffee machine and kettle were dirty and had visible limescale deposits. The armchair was dirty and stained. The bed linen was supposed to be changed every 3 days, but during our 7-night stay it was changed only once.

The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious enough. There are three buildings, one in the front row and tow in the second row; the apartments at ground level have a patio, the first floor apartments have a balcony. The beach is across a small road. There were some free lounge chairs on the beach. It is 15-20 minutes away from great beaches on the other side of Sithonia, around Vourvourou.

The kitchenette is a bit small. The WiFi signal was poor in most of the room (the access point was across the garden). On the only table is on the balcony, it has three chairs plus the one chair in the room. The beach is not the best one, it is a little narrow, with sand, the water has vegetation growing on the bottom.

Super locatie, foarte aproape ( aprox 2-3 min de mers pe jos ) de magazine, taverne si plaje. Camera foarte spatiosa, chicineta este dotata cu toate ustensilele necesare. In fiecare zi se facea curateniea in camera. Cu siguranta vom mai reveni :)

Posizione perfetta, spiaggia a 50 metri, vicino alla zona centrale del paese. Camera accogliente e pulita.

Solo un appunto sul condizionatore che era poco efficace.

- positioning - clean - well equipped - very comfy bed - helpful personnel - free and preety large parking - 50 meters to the sea and beach - 15 minutes walking distance to the main pedestrian street, which is filled with tavernas, has supermarkets, games for kids, etc.

- the bathroom sink was clogging badly - the air conditioning was way underpowered for the Junior Suite, thus only the downstairs had a good temperature, but only as the AC was turned on. The third and fourth beds, which were at some sort of attic, were in a place where the temperature was not suitable for sleeping, even if the AC was on. As a plus side, the staff were kind enough to bring even another bed at the ground floor of the room.

Es war nicht wirklich sauber und alles hat sehr muffig gerochen. Das Bett hat nach Männerparfum gerochen was nur vom Gast davor gewesen sein kann. Im Bett waren Flecken auf den Laken was auch nicht gerade für Hygiene spricht. Zum Glück brauchten wir nur eine Nacht zur Überbrückung. Trotzdem war es ärgerlich für 130€ die Nacht so eine Katastrophe zu bekommen. Wir waren fassungslos. Diese Unterkunft wird definitiv nicht nochmal gebucht und ich kann auch nur jedem davon abraten.

תחזוקה! שהגענו לא היה אף אחד בקבלה. ההינו צריכים להתקשר בואצאפ ולחכות שיגיעו. ההינו סהכ 4 לילות( כמה הזמנות שונות). בלילה הראשון קיבלנו חדר עם מזגן לא תקין שלא קירר בכלל והיה מאוד חם. נאלצנו לישון עם מאורר שסופק וההינו עם ילד קטן שהזיע זה מאוד ביאס אותנו.

Kahvaltı hiç koymasalar daha iyi. Basit ve aşırı kalitesiz bir sandviç kutusu. Havlular 3 günlüğüne veriliyor. Başka verilmiyor. Deniz tatilinde en azından her gün değişmesini beklersin. Yatak ve carsaflarda öyle. Çocuk için olan üçüncü yatak hiç rahat değil.

Oda yeterince temiz degildi. 5 gece kaldik. 3.gece havlu 4.gece carsaf degisti. Banyo ise hic temizlenmedi, yirtik havlular bulunuyordu. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum

Mirosul de la canalizare si in camera in zona chicinetei miros de mucegai. Nu s-au schimbat prosoapele si lenjeria la trei zile cum ni s-a comunicat la sosire. S-au schimbat doar o data fata de doua ori cit trebuia pentru ca am stat 7 nopti.

Είχαμε πολύ ωραία διαμονή και μείναμε πραγματικά ευχαριστημένοι. Όμορφος χώρος,καθαρός,άνετος και οργανωμένος. Πολλα μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια & super market ήταν κοντά μας,στα 5-10 λεπτά περπάτημα. Το parking είναι διαθέσιμο από έξω απ' το κατάλυμα ☀️Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά. 🏝️

🛜 Το μόνο που θα ήθελα να αναφέρω είναι πως η ποιότητα του σήματος στα κινητά μας αλλά και το internet ήταν λίγο αδύναμα,γεγονός που καθιστούσε την επικοινωνία μερικές φορές δύσκολη. Ίσως να φταίει και η τοποθεσία όμως όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν μια χαρά!

hangi birini saymalıyım bilemiyorum. *özellikle site üzerinden notlara temizliğe özen gösterilmesini istediğimi yazdım hiç dikkate alınmamış. girdiğimizde yerler saç doluydu. *mutfak aletlerinin kondiksiyonu berbat. *wifi çekmiyor hiç bir yerden. *loft oda seçtik merdivenler o kadar darki bir ayak bile merdivene sığmıyor. düşmediğimiz için şanslıyız. *klima 2 gün boyunca 7/24 çalıştı hiç soğutmadı. üst katta klima var ama çalışmıyor. *resepsiyondaki hanımefendi oldukça genç ve toy, bir kez bile memnun musunuz diye sormadı belliki sahipleri bu hanımefendiye teslim etmişler ve ilgilenmiyorlar, otelin sahipsiz bir havası var. *çamaşırlık kırık. *yatak örtüsü ve çarşafları ütsüsüzdü sanki biri üzerine yatmış uyumuş gibiydi.

Çok güzel bir denizin hemen karşısındaydı.

Klima çalışmıyordu, uyumakta çok zorlandık. Oda temiz değildi. Örümcek ağları, ölü sinek, böcek ile doluydu.

Sahilin karşısında olması. Yemek ve markete yakın. Sessiz ve sakin. Temiz. Her şey düşünülmüş ve kullanışlı.

Kahvaltı 9 da geliyor. Daha erken gelme seçeneği sunulabilir. ( Belki vardır)

Localizare aproape de apă, curățenie, pat confortabil, cameră spațioasă, recepționeră foarte amabilă, gunoi luat zilnic, se schimbă lenjeria de pat și prosoapele la trei zile.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Nikiti, Greece. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, including a small kitchen with coffee maker machine and also a parking space. The studio also has a lovely garden with a table and a beautiful view, which made it perfect for having coffee there and relaxing. The place is in a quiet area, ideal for a peaceful holiday. The studio was cleaned every day, and the people working there were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Great value for the price. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

El apartamento es fantástico, junto al mar y con muchos detalles.

Liniște cu excepția vecinilor needucați. Patul confortabil. Loc de parcare.

Nu a funcționat seiful și nu a fost remediat deși am anunțat la recepție. La duș baltea apa cand te spălai chiar daca reduceam jetul de apa. Comutatorul de la robinetul dusului se comuta des pe modul robinet în timpul dusului, ceea ce era deranjant.

Öncelikle giriş saati, saat 15 yani başka bir tesisten ciktiysaniz veya direk uzun yoldan geliyorsaniz giriş yapamiyorsunuz veya bir bekleme alanı olmadığından tesiste bekleyemiyorsunuz. Kıyafetler bavulda siz yol yorgunu bir cafe ya da beach bulup zaman oldurmelisiniz. Resepsiyonda ki hanfendi elde telefon sadece mekanik konuşma ile şartları sayıyor. Biz 4 kişilik yer ayırdık asma katlı olan oda da 313 numara tesisin en güzel manzaralı odası resimlerde paylasacagim. Sorun şu ki 4 kişilik odaya 3 sandalye koymuşlar ertesi gün getirdiler aileden biri o gün bizimle oturmadı. En büyük sorun klima üst katta sıcaktan uyumak mümkün değil ve klima bağlı da değil. Bizden 4kisilik ücret alıp 1 duble yatak bir koltuk üstünde yatırdılar. Yani tek yatak tek ek yatakta olurmuş. Merkeze mesafe 7 8 dk yürüme mesafesi. Bence aynı bedele daha iyi konumda daha güler yüzlü personele sahip daha sorunsuz yer bulunabilir.

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο μπροστά στο κύμα με πανέμορφο και πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο καθώς και απολύτως καθαρό.

Locația a fost minunată , am avut vedere la mare , minunat , o plajă mică și liniștită chiar în fața locației.

Am avut rezervare cu mic dejun oferit de nivelul 2-3 Genius, benefici de mic dejun inclus, era menționat și în confirmarea rezervării primită pe mail, la recepție n-i sa refuzat micul dejun, am contactat booking dar nici până astăzi nu am primit un răspuns deși am trimit rezervarea primită pe mail în care era specificat mic dejun inclus în preț . Curățenia care se face în timpul sejurului lasă de dorit, zile în care nici măcar camera nu se aspiră , să nu mai spun ca în baie nu făceau deloc curățenie.

Locația pe malul mării, cu o plajă liniștită chiar în fața

Aveam vedere la mare dar zilnic mașinile erau parcate în fața apartamentului , lucru care bloca vederea la mare , curățenia din timpul sejurului lasă de dorit, erau zile în care nici măcar nu era aspirată camera , în baie nu se face deloc curățenie.

Hijyen neredeyse yok. Tesise ilk girdiğimiz gün ince yorganların kirli olduğunu söyledik, gelip baktılar. Sonrasında da elimize yeni yorganları verdiler değiştirin diye, şaka gibi bir durum.Yorganların değişimini bile kendimiz yaptık. Banyolarda yeterince temizlenmemişti, önceki misafirin saçları vardı.

We loved the location! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

What we didn’t like was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. There was also no iron in the room, and we had almost no mobile signal or internet connection, even though our room was located on the first floor next to the reception. There were no other rooms available, so we had to stand outside our room just to get enough mobile signal to use our phones.

Konumu çok güzeldi. İkinci kattaki balkonlu odalarda kaldık büyüklüğü gayet iyiydi.

Banyodan gider kokusu geliyordu. Yatak french beddi ve birbirine bagli olmadigi icin ayrilip durdu. Kizimizla beraber uyudugumuz icin biraz zorlandik. Banyoda aski yok bu yuzden banyo havlularini odanin icinde kurutmak zorunda kaldik bu da daginiklik yaratti. Elbise dolabinda raf yok bu yuzden kiyafetlerimizi tam yerlestiremedik.

Tutto! Appartamento vista mare (5 mt dalla piccola caletta dove si possono utilizzare i loro lettini),interni modernissimi, dotato di ogni comfort , climatizzato giorno e notte in automatico. Parcheggio privato.. ci ritornerei

Otelin konumu, oda yapısı ve büyüklüğü çok güzeldi. Otopark sıkıntısının olmaması ve girilebilir bir denizin hemen yanında olması da hoşumuza giden taraflardı.

Tek sıkıntı check-in saati olan 15:00'dan 1 dakika bile erken giderseniz elinizde valirlerle kapıda kalırsınız.

Internet Dosen't exist in apartments you have to go out catch it.Out electricity switch was going on and off for 3 days before somebody came to repair it.

Kran w łazience latał na wszystkie strony (zle zamocowany)- wysłaliśmy wiadomość przez booking i ktos odpisal ze sie tym zajma, rano dziewczyna na recepcji nic nie wiedziala i powiedziala ze wysle kogos aby sprawdzic ale niestety nikt przez 2 dni nie przyszedl. Rezerwowalismy pokoj z podwojnym lozkiem, ale byly to 2 lozka zlaczone razem

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται δίπλα στη θάλασσα και διαθέτει όμορφο και περιποιημένο κήπο με παιχνίδια για παιδιά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο από άποψη χώρου.

Με την άφιξη μας, εντοπίσαμε δεκάδες τρίχες μέσα στο μπάνιο σε όλες τις επιφάνειες καθώς κάποιος χρησιμοποίησε το σεσουάρ μαλλιών μετά την καθαριότητα του δωματίου...Όταν ενημέρωσα την υπάλληλο υποδοχής και παρακάλεσα για την καθαριότητα του μπάνιου, αρχικά απέδωσε την κατάσταση στον φόρτο εργασίας (;!), και με ενημέρωσε ότι δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο άτομο να καθαρίσει επειδή ήταν Κυριακή...Όταν την ρώτησα αν πρέπει να εφοδιαστω εγω με καθαριστικά ώστε να καθαρίσω τον χώρο, απέφυγε να απαντήσει...Έφυγα λοιπόν να αγοράσω καθαριστικά γιατί δεν ήταν βιώσιμη η κατάσταση του και ενώ καθάριζα βρήκα τρίχες και στις πετσέτες.. Ξαναπήγα στην υπάλληλο "ταχυδρόμο" να ζητήσω μια καθαρή γιατί είχε πάνω τρίχες ΞΕΝΟΥ ατόμου και η απάντηση της επανειλημμένα ήταν ότι το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει μια πετσέτα προσώπου και μια σώματος για κάθε άτομο και αρνήθηκε να μου δώσει μια καθαρή πετσέτα!!! Εντωμεταξύ τοποθετούν μια από τις 2 του προσώπου στη θέση για την πετσέτα χεριών (παράνοια).. Τελοσπάντων, δεν έδωσα έκταση στο θέμα γιατί είχαμε κοινωνική υποχρέωση και δεν ήθελα να χαλάσω τις 12 ώρες των διακοπών μου γιατί ευτυχώς είχα και δικές μου πετσέτες για το παιδί μου.... Δεδομένου ότι εξαναγκάστηκα με εξαιρετικά σοβαρό τραυματισμό στη μέση μου, να καθαρίσω το μπάνιο, του οποίου την καθαριότητα είχα πληρώσει ήδη με την κράτηση μου και κυρίως, δεδομένης της ανύπαρκτης εξυπηρέτησης από την υπάλληλο "υποδοχής" σε δύο τόσο λογικά αιτήματα και ιδίως στην άρνηση της να γίνει αλλαγή ΜΙΑΣ πετσέτας, δεν συστήνω το κατάλυμα και σίγουρα δεν θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά. Δεν μπορώ να είμαι βέβαιη εάν τα παραπάνω είναι η θέση της διαχείρισης ή της υπαλλήλου, αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση η δεύτερη εκπροσωπεί την πρώτη. Εάν φρόντιζε να λυθούν τα τόσο "σύνθετα " ζητήματα δεν θα έκανα καν αρνητική κριτική, αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν γελοία και ανύπαρκτη. Δεν θέλω να φανταστώ, σε καμία περίπτωση, τη διαχείριση σοβαροτερων θεμάτων για τα οποία την ευθύνη έχει και πάλι το κατάλυμα..

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και διέθετε όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις, ίσως μάλιστα και περισσότερες απ’ όσες περιμέναμε.

Για δωμάτιο αυτού του επιπέδου, θα περιμέναμε να υπάρχει δυνατότητα πρωινού, έστω και με επιπλέον χρέωση..

Fakat oda temizliği konusunda kötüler 2 kere söylememe rağmen balkon temizlenmemiş. Havluları 3 günde bir değiştiriyoruz dediler anlam veremedim. Odadaki küçük kalıp sabun bitene kadar yenisi koymuyorlar. Kahvaltı dahil almayın sakın. Bur restorant yok kutuda hazır kahvaltılık veriyorlar ve değmez kendimiz alışveriş yaptık. Son gün çıkış günü kahvaltı kutusunu vermemek için gelmedi dediler sonra ben itiraz edince içeriden getirdiler.

The sea was very close to the house. The house is outside the town center, avoiding confusion but stile at a pleasant wlaking distance along the seaside (approximately 10 min to thr restaurants)

Zimmer leider sehr klein.

Cok guzel cok konforlu cok rahat bir daire. Ici zaten cok genis cok rahat bir kullanim alani var banyosu mutfagi yatagi sahane. Kocaman bir verandasi var. Cok keyifli vakit geciriliyor. Hergun mutlaka gelip yerleri supurup copleri aliyorlar. Temizlik isterseniz belirtmeniz gerekiyor. Yandan deniz manzarasi da ayrica keyifli. Onundeki deniz sabahlari cok guzel ama aksamustleri dalgalaniyor. Sabahlari mutlaka degerlendirin. Ama gunes batirmak icin harika bir ortam, yemegi gec yiyin ama o manzara ile gunesi batirin benden tavsiye. Zaten nikiti merkeze 3 dk yurume mesafesinde.

Balkonlar birbirine cok icice. Seperatorle daha fazla ayrilsa cok daha iyi olurdu.

Loved the location and the view. The hotel was located right in front of the beach and just a short walk from Nikiti, from the main bars and restaurants. The room was spacious, the staff was super friendly.

Smestaj je na lokaciji koja nije uopste prometna, tisina je i mir. Odmor u pravom smislu reci. Od centra desavanja je udaljeno oko 700-800m i treba pesaciti pa ko ne voli nije bas lako 🤣 Klimu nismo palili jer je tako apartman okrenut da nikada nije direktno sunce. Plaza je preko puta, doduse manja i intimnija. Svi su ljubazni i ciste svaki dan a menjaju posteljinu jednom u toku 7 dana. Parking je obezbedjen. Verovatno i sledece godine dolazimo jer sve u svemu je top!

Cistoca nije bas 10ka ali je posteljina ful cista. Iako ciste svaki dan ali i preskacu dobro 😅

Ο χώρος πολύ άνετος και καθαρός. Το κρεβάτι επίσης άνετο. Η θέα στη θάλασσα από το μπαλκόνι εξαιρετική. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Η τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ βολική όπως και η ύπαρξη parking.

Το wifi ήταν αδύναμο μακριά από το παράθυρο, παρόλο που κοντά στο μπαλκόνι ήταν πολύ δυνατό. Το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά στενό.

Locația este excepțională, personalul este amabil, foarte aproape de plaja, liniște, recomandat pentru familii cu copii!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία,το κατάλυμμα είναι πάνω στη θάλλασα & η προσβαση στο κέντρο των μαγαζιών είναι μία ευχάριστη παραλιακή βόλτα 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό άψογο & ευχάριστο.

Το πρωινό θα πρέπει ν'αναβαθμιστεί ή να καταργηθεί.Το κουτάκι με το πρωινό είναι φτωχό. Σημαντικό αλλά όχι αποτρεπτικό η ηχομόνωση.

The location is in the most quiet area of Nikiti, where there are no bars or stores close by, very quiet and a great plus for us. There are a few wild beaches with some stones, but if you have an umbrella it's pretty perfect. Great beds and pillows.

Mid way through our stay there were some issues with the AC, in the first part at 22 degrees you were freezing, after the issue occured we could not sleep as the AC was basically just a louder fan, maybe it lost freon, who knows...after multiple complains that the AC is not working properly and 2-3 days later they told us that someone came to check the AC and that it worked as it ok, good one ...we were lucky that the last 2 nights there was a bit of rain and wind and the temperature was lower, as in the room was getting close to 28 29 degrees. Wifi is also almost non existent in the room, outside it works perfect.

The property is clean, but there’s no fresh scent, like from fabric softener, for example. There’s even a slight stale smell around the sink area, like standing water. The sea is close, about 50m away, but it’s a small beach without any bars. After that, there’s a long stretch without a beach, then a harbor, and only after about a 10-minute walk you reach beach bars and areas with sunbeds. Also, the nearest market is quite far. Another thing I didn’t like is that we were given two single beds pushed together instead of one large double bed

Konumu fena değil bulunduğumuz yerden deniz manzarası vardı. ve merkezden ileride olduğundan sessiz sakin bir çevresi vardı.

Odalar eskiydi. Tuvaletteki musluk akıtıyordu. Junior suitte 40cmlik basamaklı asma tavan gibi üst kata çıkıyorsunuz 2tek kişilik yatak konmuş klima 100cm ötede bütün gece yüzünüze gelecek kadar yakın.

Das so genannte (Fertig-)Frühstück aus einer Box. Wenig geschmackvoll zusammengestellt und jede Menge Müll.

Blizina plaže, korišćenje ležaljki koje smeštaj daje. Žene koje vode higijenu soba su fenomenalne.Postoji lift za gornji sprat.Dvorište između dve zgrade je prelepo travnjak, cveće i mala kućica sa toboganom gde deca mogu da se igraju.

Lokacija smeštaja je pored mora, ali u blizini nema nijedan supermarket, piljara, pekara, restoran. Pošto nema uređenih prostora sa ležaljkama plažica ispred smeštaja izgleda zapušteno, kada prolaze automobili podiže se prašina. Televizor nije radio, a slavine u kupatilu i kuhinji treba podhitno zameniti.( Soba 201)

Close to the beach, friendly staff and good facilities.

The first room we received had some mold in the kitchen's furniture. But they immediately solved our problem by offering a new perfect room. Very strict with the check-in time. They didn't offer the room before 15:00 (the official check-in hour), even though we have arrived with the baby at 11:00.

Denize çok yakın, harika bir lokasyonda. Çalışanlar çok kibar. Oda çok güzel temizleniyordu.

Tam otelle ilgili değil ancak çok fazla kara sinek var. Bu durum balkonda veya bahçede oturmayı bir şeyler yemeyi nerede imkansız hle getiriyor. Odadaki filtre kahve makinesi, tost makinesi gibi araçlar çok eski ve kalitesiz. Daha iyi ürünler olabilirdi. Yastık sayısı daha fazla olabilirdi.

O proprietate frumoasă, cocheta , excelent situata , insa neexploatata la adevarara valoare !

Plaja din fata complexului, ce afirmativ ar tine de proprietate (insa nu s-a vazut acest lucru !): neingrijita , fara umbrelele care in 2020 existau , cu șezlongurile ce trebuiau carate zilnic de la si inapoi la proprietate ! Umbrelele le-am cumparat ,ca la plecare sa le donam proprietatii ! Mic dejun anost , neschimbat timp de 14 zile ! Curatenie si schimbat prosoape si lenjerie pat , din cand in cand ! Reaprovizionare cu sampon , gel de dus , cafea , ceai , deficitare ! In rest personalul destul de amabil !

It was amazing. The room was large and clean on the ground floor with personal terrasse. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a proper meal. The beach is just across the road, so you don't need to go somewhere far. The hotel provides sunbeds free of charge.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and bars, while still being far enough away to avoid the noise. The beach is small but never felt overcrowded during our stay. Sunbeds are available, making it easy to relax by the sea. We stayed in a room near the reception, which was spacious and had a large veranda with direct access to the garden. We also enjoyed both a partial sea view and a garden view. Parking is available directly in front of the property, which was very convenient. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with daily room cleaning and towel changes every three days. Overall, we found it to be a comfortable and relaxing location.

The wi-fi. In the room it doesn't work. The only way it would work is if you went out to the garden. ( Room next to the reception) The toilet holder is broken. We asked, but it wasn't fixed during our stay. The plastic kettle gets super hot, almost burnt my hand and the pens are extremely scratched. Also the hot water in the bathroom is on the right and it gets super hot.

Die Lage am Meer war sehr schön. Die Putzfrauen waren sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam.

Die Autos vor den Wohnungen ist nicht schön. Leider war es auch sehr Ringhörig.
