Barceló Fuerteventura Royal Level

Das Hotel im Royal Level Bereich hat große Zimmer mit einem getrennten Wohnbereich und einem Balkon oder einer Terrasse. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Strand, der jedoch öffentlich zugänglich ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check-in war problemlos und unkompliziert. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Flughafen war für unsere Reise ideal.

Das gesamte Hotel besteht aus mehreren Anlagen, die in sich jeweils eigene Hotelanlagen bilden. Das Barcelo Royal Level ist eins hiervon. Mit dem Royal Level Status hat man allerdings Zugang zu allen anderen Hotelanlagen. Dadurch handelt es sich insgesamt jedoch um eine sehr große Anlage mit vielen Menschen und teilweise langen Wegen. Sowohl die gesamte Anlage als auch die Zimmer des Royal Level sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen ist trotz mehrerer Restaurants eher eintönig und entspricht nicht unserer Erwartung an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Die Lage war sehr schön, direkt vor dem Strand gelegen. Die Restaurants waren sehr gut und wir haben gut gegessen. Für ein Buffet war die Qualität des Essens wirklich gut. Das Restaurant Terra Sana war nie wirklich voll, daher war es zu jeder Tageszeit sehr angenehm, dort zu essen. Der Pool war schön und immer sauber. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und nett. Die Nutzung des Fitnessstudios war inkludiert und dieses war recht gut ausgestattet und die Dame an der Rezeption des Gyms war sehr freundlich. Es gibt Möglichkeiten zum Padel - und Tennisspielen, Minigolfen, usw. Die Bungalows, in denen man im Royal Level untergebracht ist, sind sehr geräumig. Jeden Tag gab es ein kleines Stückchen Schokolade im Zimmer.

Hotel: Die ganze Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man merkt an einigen Stellen, dass Renovierungen nötig wären. Jeden Morgen um 08.00 Uhr waren alle Sonnenliegen am Pool reserviert - auch wenn mit Schildern darauf hingewiesen wird, dass das nicht erlaubt ist. Spa: Das braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Überall fallen die kleinen Mosaikfließen von den Wänden und man kann sich da wirklich doll schneiden, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Wäre es nicht inkludiert gewesen wäre, würde ich nach der Erfahrung kein Geld dafür ausgeben wollen. Gym: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder sie wurde nicht genutzt. Stattdessen waren die Fenster offen, was bei einer Aussentemperatur von 27 Grad und starker Luftfeuchtigkeit das Training erheblich erschwert. Die Getränke, die über den gesamten Aufenthalt konsumiert werden, werden immer auf das Zimmer geschrieben. Da die kleinen Zettel, die man immer unterschreibt, nie den Preis ausweisen, kann man etwas die Kontrolle verlieren. Die Reservierung für die Restaurants und das Gym/Spa erfolgte über eine App. Diese ist fürchterlich- entweder sie stürzte ab oder funktionierte nicht. War ein echter Pain.

Habitación amplia con estacias separadas, con vistas a la piscina y a la playa. Especialmente la comida estaba muy rica y habia variedad de cosas. Personal encantador

Instalaciones obsoletas y poco cuidadas, estuvimos en zona Royal Leves y la experiencia no tenía nada de Royal ni de level. No merece la pena gastar dinero en zona level para que no haya diferencia con las otras opciones del hotel. Tuvimos un altercado con un cliente que nos amenazó gravemente sin venir a cuento y el hotel no hizo nada... Nefasta estancia y pésima actuación del hotel ante semejante gravedad.

Hotel trop vaste on perds un temps fou! Accueil raté,clé qui n'ouvre pas la chambre,et la demoiselle de la reception level m'as fais attendre 2 fois pour avoir ma chambre.

Frühstück war alles da was dein Herz begehrt. Der Kaffee wird serviert und frischen Orangensaft gibts auch noch dazu.

Le cose da migliorare, secondo me sono le seguenti: Manutenzione delle camere, nella mia camera c’era il doccino che si stava staccando, gli appendi accappatoi ce n’era uno solo l’altro era rotto è quello che c’era dondolava. Poi mancava lo scopino del Water e soprattutto mancava il bidet Sorvolando sul bidet non posso sorvolare sullo scopino del Water. La pulizia della camera ogni tanto non era fatta regola d’arte e alcune volte qualcosa veniva dimenticato.

Es un hotel muy completo, si estás en la parte royal puedes acceder a todos los sitios bares, spa, zona de adultos.. me encantó! Las chicas que se encargan del bar de la piscina de Royal (Gary creo y la socorriera Mary) son muy buena gente y te tratan de forma especial. Sin duda repitiremos

Que nos hubieran dejado el check out más tarde porque el hotel no estaba lleno pero bueno supongo que dependerá de las variables

Purtroppo devo ammettere che le camere, se pur molto comode, avevano un difetto: "non hanno il bidet".Ñei bagni molto grandi ci sarebbe stato bene e per noi italiani penso sia importante

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich habe allerdings lactosefreie Produkte vermisst und auch ein etwas vielfältigeres Früchteangebot. Die Lage der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft.

Was enttäuschend war: Das Abendessen war durchgehend ohne Leidenschaft zubereitet - ich fühlte mich eher wie in einer Kantine und hatte den Eindruck, dass man die Gäste einfach abfertigen wollte. Sehr langweilig in den Kombinationen und viele fertige Gerichte waren nicht angeschrieben - man durfte raten, was man uns da servierte. Kam man erst später zum Buffet, war vieles nicht mehr da... Das Dessert war gefühlt über eine Woche immer das selbe - die Früchte waren genauso wie beim Frühstück... Schade!!

Die Poolanlage in Block 2 (am Leuchtturm) hat eine schöne Aussicht und ist gut angelegt. Die Bedienung im zentralen Restaurant ist flott und freundlich, das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen befriedigend. Die Lounge an diesem Lokal ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. / In meinem Studio befanden sich zwei große, gute TV. Sehr gute Parkplatzsituation, was anderswo nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Es handelt sich um eine Mischung aus ganz verschiedenen touristischen Unterkünften, die diverse Einheiten darstellen. Die Substanz ist Jahrzehnte alt und renoviert, zeigt aber schon wieder einige Mängel. / Meine Unterkunft lag ganz gut in Block 2, die Studios dort sind aber extrem unterschiedlich gelegen, von grottenschlecht (EG am Eingang) bis wunderbar (1. Stock mit Aussicht). Man muss also Glück haben oder genau planen. / Die Einrichtung des Studios war ok, aber nicht für Selbstverpfelgung angelegt, es gab nichts ausser einer Mikrowelle, Gläsern und Kaffeetassen. / Die Bungalows mit zwei Zimmern schienen mir extrem eng aufgestellt. / Der Weg von Block 2 zum Restaurant ist mehrere hundert Meter weit, aber verläuft schön an der Strandpromenade.

iesen Hotel würde ich wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen. Das Konzept ist einfach wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gemacht. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker. Im Resort selbst hat man eigentlich alles, was man braucht, sodass man gar nicht unbedingt rausgehen muss. Falls man dennoch shoppen oder essen gehen möchte, erreicht man Geschäfte und Restaurants in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und angenehm, und abends gibt es sogar organisierte Live-Musik. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Halbpension und es war wirklich traumhaft – fast so, als hätte man sein eigenes kleines Häuschen.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war für uns, dass man in den Zimmern manchmal etwas abgestandene Luft bemerkt hat. Da wir ein separates Häuschen hatten, konnte man die Tür nachts nicht wirklich offenlassen, weil man Angst hatte, dass ein Gecko oder eine Eidechse hereinkommt. Außerdem heizen sich die Zimmer tagsüber ziemlich stark auf und die Klimaanlage schafft es nicht ganz, ausreichend zu kühlen. Wir waren Anfang Mai dort, daher stelle ich mir den Hochsommer noch wärmer vor. Schön wäre auch gewesen, wenn bei Halbpension wenigstens ein Getränk zum Essen inklusive wäre. Abgesehen davon haben wir keinerlei Beschwerden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Me gustaron las instalaciones, el personal era muy amable, la decoración de todo el resort daba mucha paz. La ubicación en medio de la isla y cerca del aeropuerto estaba genial.

Me esperaba que la comida estuviera mucho mejor la verdad. Para mí era igual que el buffet de cualquier otro hotel, y por ese precio lo esperaba bastante mejor. No me gusto que el minigolf estaba cerrado casi todo el rato, osea entiendo que si llueve lo cierren pero había tardes que no llovió en toda la tarde solo hacía viento (y en Fuerteventura siempre hace mucho viento) y estaba cerrado. Eso me molestó bastante.

Der Pool und die Bar am Pool, die Lage am Wasser war ganz nett!

Geschirr permanent dreckig! Auf der Terrasse (Frühstück, Mittag, Abendessen), wurde gearbeitet und es war permanent Baulärm zu hören! Saunabereich und Hallenbad komplett verdreckt ! (Schimmlig und ranzig!)

The hotel was great, the food was good and the staff were all so lovely.

The hotel is part of a resort complex with multiple hotels, restaurants, and a marina where two captive sea lions are kept in a tiny enclosure. Guests can pay to swim with them. The conditions were inadequate and it was upsetting to witness. It’s 2026, using animals for entertainment is outdated and wrong. Had I known this in advance, I would never have booked to stay here, and I will not be staying at any Barceló hotel again.

Las habitaciones no eran de una suite de un 4 estrellas, estuve en el royal level solo adultos: habitacion vieja, al lado de la carretera, bombas de calor viejas funcionaban cuando querían, el plato dicha salía agua pro todo el baño, poca presión del agua, sin Smart TV, sin Netflix…

We stayed for three nights breakfast and dinner .Our Bed was not changed in all of that time .The Maid used the same sheets to tidy bed on the third day ,i know as they were still dirty.Not sure if they are scrimping on staff as mostly saw just one maid about . Room was cold and no answer from reception throughout on the phone in the room . Food was cold ,basic ,meat was not happy meat and overall food has gone downhill rapidly in the last three years .Struggled to find something wholesome and healthy .

Location was excellent. Staff were wonderful. Restaurants were good, especially for breakfast and Rodizio & La Perlita.

The only thing that I was disappointed with was that it wasn’t clearly communicated that a couple of restaurants weren’t included in our half board booking. I was disappointed to be told that I had to pay extra for dinner at La Dolce Vita. I would not have booked here if I had realised it wasn’t included. The food here was also quite poor.

Ich war vor 2 Jahren schon mal dort und da waren die warmen Gerichte besser. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die Speisenauswahl ist sowohl morgens, als auch abends gigantisch.

Pool temperature. Spacious rooms comfy beds. The sea view, but I wish it was clear that the Royal Level Sea View is actually the Family Club you are booking. The bad points unfortunately out way the good points. I have been to other Barcelo resorts, but this one was well under the normal standard.

When we got to our room there was a man inside the bedroom painting the walls. Then the handle came off the toilet door because the door was rotting. There was building work and lots of rubbish and old furniture dumped outside our window. The reception only offered to move us to the room next door. The complex for Royal Sea View is actually an old building with peeling walls. The bedroom wardrobe is old, and the drawers smell of damp.The pool furniture table collapsed, dropping all our drinks. The description is deceptive. They should make it clear you are booking the Family Club, it is mostly babies and young children. No lifts, very few sun umbrellas. There is no entertainment or activities in this area. The pool is very small. Many kids are playing ball or jumping in on top of you. The bar has no food except toasty. You have to go across a road with lots of big delivery trucks. The food was cold at breakfast, and the bread and salad were stale. Information was badly communicated and confusing. The app didn't work for us. I did bring these matters to the Royal Level Reception, but they didn't care. The female I spoke to was very patronising. I had to wait a lot because the Royal Reception staff were always on the phone or dealing with many other guests complaining. They don't even offer you a welcome drink, and we were thirsty after having to go back to reception 3 times before we got our room. Along a road away from everything.

C’était Magnifique et franchement Allez-y c’est top. Je n’ai pas l’habitude d’écrire des commentaires mais là je dois absolument le faire!!! Barcelo Fuerteventura Royal Adult Only, c’est vraiment calme, vous n’entendrez pas d’enfants qui pleurent cris courent partout… Tout d’abord c’est vraiment reposant calme . Le personnel staff est très professionnel sympa au petit soin! L’ambiance la musique bar lounge jazz est très classe. La piscine est superbe. J’avais lu beaucoup de commentaires comme quoi il n’y a pas assez de transat à la pisicne mais c’est Faux! Il y en a vraiment pour tout le monde croyez moi, et j’y ai séjourné en juillet pour vous dire! Le buffet est varié et copieux, vous avez vraiment tout: des fruits, légumes, viandes, saumon fumé , pleins de sortes de fromages, saucissons apéro, même du caviar, et quelques petites pâtisseries ! Il y a du choix. Pour ceux qui se plaignent, franchement je ne comprends pas. Sachez qu’en étant au Barcelo Fuerteventura Royal Level vous pouvez allez manger gratuitement au Barcelo Fuerteventura Mar et Barcelo Fuerteventura Castillo qui sont à coté, c’est le même groupe. Les chambres sont grandes 48m2 . Ce sont de petites maisonnettes avec une terrasse. C’est vraiment sympa, ça en vaut vraiment le coup d’y séjourner!

Il faut noter que si vous demandez de l’eau au restaurant ce n’est pas compris dans le buffet, il faut payer.
