Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Nous avions une réservation au Sheraton et on nous a été prévenu 3h avant que la chambre ne serait pas prête. Du coup ils nous ont renvoyé sur un autre hôtel dans lequel ils nous ont donné une chambre très mal placé (bord de route,sans lumière).

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Dobré umístění pro poznání Porta a širšího okolí (Guimaraes, Braga atd.). Nedaleko letiště, snadný příjezd, dobré parkování. Pohodlí a klid, čisto a příjemný personál. Kvalitní a dobré snídaně. Kousek od hotelu zastávka přímé linky do centra Porta. Spousta restaurací v okolí.
Na týdenní pobyt málo úložných prostor. Místo toho zbytečnosti, např. myčka nádobí bez nádobí. I při poměrně nízkých venkovních teplotách silná klimatizace, obzvláště v restauraci (lobby baru) bylo nevlídně. Nabídka jídel v restauraci nás neuspokojila.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Purtroppo non mi ricordo come si chiamava il Signore alla reception ma è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato un suggerimento per la spedizione dei bagagli per il Camino di Santiago a cui non avevamo pensato. Grazie mille per l'aiuto. La camera era ben insonorizzata nonostante l'hotel sia, da un lato, affacciato su una strada molto trafficata, abbiamo riposato benissimo. Letto comodissimo, doccia fantastica

Suklaa palaa ei saanut kahvin ja portviinin kanssa. Eli isot ei ole ongelmat.

No me pareció bien que no hubiera nada en el minibar. Creo que debería haber también algo de recibimiento, unos bombones por ejemplo, hubiera sido un buen detalle.

A experiência foi consistente do início ao fim, e a equipe demonstrou sempre atenção e profissionalismo. Gostaria de deixar um agradecimento especial à Joana Azevedo e à sua equipe de Guest Service Associate, que foram sempre muito prestativos e acolhedores. Recomendo o hotel e parabenizo toda a equipe pelo ótimo trabalho.
Nao tenho nada a dizer de negativo, mas uma sugestão: A toalha de praia é excelente, mas o hotel poderia oferecer guarda-sol para os hospedes. Obs.: A praia de Matosinhos é bem próxima do hotel, mas vale uma caminhada de 30 minutos para chegar na praia do Aterro.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Quarto confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso. Excelente localização pra quem quer um lugar mais tranquilo e longe do movimento turístico intenso. Tem um pingo doce na frente. Fácil para estacionar considerando que estávamos viajando de Van. Bons restaurantes em torno.
Quando entrei no banheiro do quarto não achei que tinha cheiro de limpo ...tinha cheiro de xixi. Nas duas pernoites não trocaram nossas toalhas... o banheiro transborda se demorar no banho ..o piso ficou todo molhado e nao trocaram o tapete. Na última noite se quer limparam nosso quarto.

Customer service was very poor - we waited for very long at the restaurant to be noticed, given menu, in the end waitress wasn’t there to take order and we ended up leaving and searching for a place to eat outside the hotel. Gym is very basic. Breakfast very undermining.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Super friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, especially those on the front desk. I was on a week break in Porto and the location was excellent. Couple minutes from the beach and 15 minute walk along the front to the port area where the street restaurants you see on tv are doing the BBQ fish. Two supermarkets within 100 yards {Lidl and a local Portuguese one}. Tea coffee facilities and fridge in room so just purchase tea, sugar and milk and have all the home comforts. Quiet hotel, very clean and near all amenities including all fast food establishments. Easy to get bus into Porto as the 500 and 502 stop less than 50 yards from hotel. Buses run on each route 4 or 5 times an hour from 6am till midnight . Pay Euro 2.5 per trip whether one or all stops on route. 500 great to get into Porto centre and 502 get to Republican Square { two stops from end } and can walk down hill through all Porto main sites. For tours I used the Yellow Tours and Experience Company {They were excellent} and the meeting point Greja da Lapa church is just behind the military building at the top of the square. Great breakfast in hotel and drink very reasonable price in the bar. There is a gym if into fitness and underground car parking. Although very central to everything and I had a front room never heard any street noise. Another advantage of being in Matosinhos is only 13 km from airport so a taxi from or to it is only around 25 Euro. The metro cost me nearly 10 Euro when arrived. In summary fantastic hotel, great staff and excellent location

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Very well located and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. I arrived late so bar was very accommodating on providing me a meal.
I wish we could have mini-bar at the rooms to keep medication, for example.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Super Lage, um Matosinhos zu erkunden. Sehr nahe zum Strand, zu den guten Restaurants. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs, die wir problemlos und kostenlos in der Tiefgarage parkieren konnten. Das Personal an der Reception hat uns sofort mitgeteilt, wo wir sie hinstellen konnten.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Well trained staffs, amenities, breakfast, the bar, modern rooms, great design and furniture, beautiful lights in the corridor and it smells good everywhere in the hotel.
My bed was a little too hard for my liking. I’d love some foam on top. I probably should have asked. They would have done something about it. I’m sure.

Chegar ao pequeno almoço e deparar me com fruta azeda já estragada , é inadmissível um hotel com este nível deixar isso acontecer. Sai de lá muito desiludido.

Surtout cet hôtel dispose de son propre parking sous terrain ) Personnel très professionnel, à l'écoute et bienveillant Chambre très propre , proposant mini frigo , cafetière, bouilloire, fer a repasser , seche cheveux , shamping , apres shampoing, crème pour le corps, gel douche ....tout est déjà fourni ! Le est service au top ! Franchement c'est un hôtel digne de 5 étoiles et non 4 ! Un Large choix est proposé pour le petit déjeuner pour répondre aux envie de chacun ( salé, sucré, spécialités locales , jus frais , café, thé, fromages , céréales, pancakes , gaufres , plusieurs choix de pâtes à tartiner , de pots de confitures ....et j'en passe !!
