Decent good stay experience. Worth for the price. Staff were very supportive. Well organised. Everyday HK service not many hotel offers. Breakfast was excellent.

Bathrooms need a little make over. Cubicle rodes were rusted and toliet space was slightly conjusted.

The ambience and the quality of the room

The food was not good even when I ordered coffee they gave me a burnt coffee which even upset my stomach. No car cleaners need that very important

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in was quick and smooth, and the manager, Bikash, was very friendly and professional. He made sure all our needs were taken care of and even gave us a few local tips for sightseeing. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic facilities like a kettle, TV, clean towels, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The highlight of our stay was the food. The in-house chef, Kamlesh, prepared delicious and homely meals. We especially loved the breakfast—simple but tasty, and served fresh every morning. The location is good, with markets and transport nearby was also good

The staff is very polite and respectful especailly at reception Veeranna and the Canteen staff Paramesh Santra Bikas are very very humble and polite. The respect they have showed on us is tremndos.,..........,........................

Bikas made our stay incredibly convenient, and enjoyable. He's kind, polite, respectful and takes care of you. Hotel is decent, close to some prime locations. Not a lot of arrangements for parking as the street is narrow, and the basement is sometimes used to carry out some stocking or essentials. Would recommend.

Nice, accessible and clean place in Brookfield, courteous staff but what is absolutely amazing is the service at the restaurant ...notably BIKASH and even Srejoy Santra!! Although the compulsion to write a longer review can be optional !!!

Hotel is located in AECS Layout which is one of the best localities in Bangalore, with good restaurants, connectivity and great vibe. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and quick to address any issues, from cable subscription to plumbing. Internet was good enough for my work and entertainment.

Although the complimentary breakfast was great, food from the in-house kitchen could have been better.
