It's in a convenient location with a lot of shops around. good food. parking space in the property is also god.

gym is in a container and that's open just a few hours in the day. entrance to the property is very narrow and needs a bigger sign board.

Staff & Food etc was good. Location was good too. They served food as late as 2am at last moment notice. Overall kitchen/restaurant people are very co-operative.

Room AC & Fans were pretty bad, had issue with either room getting quite cold or reverse.

They alloted us rooms on 1st floor facing consturction site. Hammering started outside from 5 am. The mattress was hard. The water drain in shower was blocked. The staff at reception not very helpful. Overall a bad experience.

The rooms aren't insulated well, noise from the adjacent rooms made it difficult to sleep. Though the room has a tv, it was impossible to change the channel, the remote was practically useless

I miss better non indian options for breakfast, and light options for dinner. I love Indian food, but sometimes you need a break more if we are not from this country.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel : Grant Continental, Brookefield for 7 days, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were incredibly friendly, polite, and courteous. Their service was truly exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food at the hotel was also outstanding. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the dishes, and the presentation was always impeccable. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with a wide range of options to suit every taste.

- booked queen room but got a two twin room - no key for room. They said they will send a person anytime we want to open this room - breakfast service was bad. The eggs I ordered never came and I had to ask 3 different people for basic spoons and forks. Tea was labeled as coffee - tv did not work - wifi allows only two devices. So after me and my wife connected our phones, I couldn’t get my laptop to work. After calling multiple times, they gave us an extra credential for a single device. Speed was bad - gym was apparently a mini gym outside the hotel and only 2 people can use at a time. Apparently needs 24 hours earlier reservation and so didn’t get to use - balcony was useless as it was right next to a building and also, no sunlight because of this

Hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staffs are professional and helping. Breakfast was outstanding with many options. Hotel was approachable by taxi and auto with many restaurants close by. Overall it is one of the best hotels we stayed in India.
