Location. Staycation.. Coffeeshop bnyk dekat. Xpayah pergi jauh.

Hotel ni x kedap tau. Yg suke privacy xsesuai. Bilik atas budak lari2 tolak kerusi boleh dgr. Bising sgt. Sampai kne call reception suruh tego org atas jgn bising sgt nk tdo. I stay 3 hr 2 mlm. Hari kedua keluar pagi 7.30am. Suruh housekpg bersihkn bilik. Pukul 7pm baru dtg kita da balik dari keluar. Bilik asyik kne ketuk n org nk bukak pintu sbb salah bilik. Xtau knpe. Kalau mmg nk tdo lena... Hotel ni xsesuai. Xlena nk tdo.

Berdekatan dengan Bangi Wonderland.

Parking Jauh sedikit tapi ok sebab ada mall yang dekat mudah untuk membeli.

I like that the hotel is close to stores and Bangi wonderland. The staffs are also nice and polite.

Aircond bilik tak berapa kuat..pilihan breakfast tak banyak..but yg lain semua okee perfect..cuma aircond dalam blik dan pilihan breakfast je kurg memuaskan

The location near theme park and many shops available mearby.

Got our rooms late where we have to wait for their call about 2 hours after the check in time ( 3pm). But unfortunately no calls to us and we need to follow up for our rooms to be ready. Booked 4 rooms in total and our group consist of 2 elder aged moms and also 4 kids. Fully noted that it was season peak but it was not appropiate for a front desk staff to hung up while we were waiting for their updates during the follow up on the other lines.

From outside the hotel is nice. looks modern and high standard

when you step inside the bitter truth. The staff at the reception did not even stand up or greet us. The room is like a cheap budget hotel. Not worth the price we payed, we have stayed in much better hotel for lower price.

Walking distance to BACC for my hajj course. Nice surrounding & view especially at night. Many eating outlets.

1. Once I entered the room, I could smell as if someone was smoking in the toilet. It took quite a while for the smell to disappear. 2. My booking was breakfast excluded. When my children went to the cafe for breakfast, they had to wait for their fried rice. They were not happy with the food. Second day they had their breakfast outside.

nothing i like about the property.

the smell of the lobby disgusts me. no cutlery provided to eat in the room. reception did not pickup call at all. bad service. cant get my breakfast because of the bad procedure to pay. overall i will never come here again.

Aircon is noisy in my room 112 and there was no toothbrush/toothpaste so i had to purchase them somewhere else

Outside night view very nice. Location very near to the shops and to BACC by 5 mins walking distance.

Lack of facilities.. hair dryer nor working. Cold water shower only the next day we managed to bath with warm shower. I booked for 4 persons in deluxe room with 2 queen beds but hotel provided with 2 towels and 2 bottles of drinking water only.
