The residence is in a very convenient and central location, which made it easy to explore the area. The apartment was large, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both extremely quick and easy, and whenever we asked for information, he was always available and happy to help.

The apartment felt a little dated and, in our opinion, some areas could benefit from renovation. The cleanliness could also have been better. One day, something fell under the bed and when we went to pick it up, we noticed that there was quite a lot of dust underneath. Overall, a little more attention to deep cleaning would improve the experience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Fethiye. L’appart est idéalement situé, en plein centre, avec un arrêt de bus à proximité. Tout est accessible facilement : supermarchés, restaurants, etc. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Ferhat Bey est une personne très aimable, à l’écoute et toujours disponible. On a vraiment eu l’impression d’être accueillis comme en famille. L’établissement est bien entretenu et on y trouve tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans la salle de bain (serviettes, etc.). Rien ne manque pour passer un séjour agréable et confortable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Spacious cozy property in a great central location to walk to the old town, harbour area and the bus station to go to other areas locally like Oludeniz. It had everything you need from an iron/ironing board, washing machine, dish washer. Really comfortable bed and clean towels. The host was very friendly and helpful! Always available to chat on WhatsApp!

Not a criticism as I rated it a 10 as I thoroughly enjoyed this apartment and the host was friendly and very helpful but just things to potentially add in the future or think about is a frying pan and microwave.

Чисто. Тихо, хоть и в центре. Просторно, целых 2 балкона. На кухне много посуды, даже кроме базовой. Есть специи, масла, чай. Есть стиральная машина со всем необходимым для стирки. Отличное расположение в центре города, неподалеку много ресторанов, кафе и магазинов. Возможность удаленного заселения. Владелец всегда на связи в WhatsApp. Есть парковка вдоль улицы, в октябре мест много.

Personnel gentil et accommodant, grand appartement situé dans un quartier calme, près d’un épicerie, à environ 10 minutes de marche du centre, bien équipé et confortable, lave-linge apprécié.

Chambre un peu petite (la porte n’ouvre pas au complet), pas d’endroit pour déposer les valises.

It had a working airconditioner in the bedroom.

The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke, the air-conditioner in the living room was very noisy, the TV didn't work, the location was not close to the main area of Fethiye, the walls were so thin we could hear the people next door speaking as clearly as if they were in the apartment with us, the balcony was very small and the view from the windows was of hot water heaters. The bathroom had unconnected pipes coming from the floor which were a hazard. We moved accommodation the next day. To his credit, the manager did offer us a different apartment and a refund for the days we didn't stay. We declined this as we had made the mistake of choosing this apartment location ourselves. We do feel however that the apartment was not as described on Booking.com although the photos of the apartment on Booking.com were accurate.

El apartamento es amplio. El sofá cama cómodo. La localización es en una zona residencial tranquila a 10 minutos del puerto y zona comercial y de restaurantes. Tengo que agradecer al personal porque me olvidé el cargador y fueron muy amables de organizar el envio con urgencia a mi próximo destino. Esto no suele ocurrir en otros establecimientos.

Nos ha gustado mucho este alojamiento. El apartamento es amplio y moderno. La calle es muy tranquila, justo en la esquina hay un supermercado y el mercado de fruta, verdura, ropa...a 5minutos a pie. Las tumbas Amyntas también están a 10 minutos andando. Y el hospital, al que por desgracia tuvimos que acudir, 5 minutos en coche.

Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the old town waterfront. At the same time, it is a quiet spot: no noise from cars or music. The apartment features a spacious living room, two balconies, and all necessary appliances in the kitchen. The internet is reliable, and the host is friendly—he agreed to let us stay a few extra hours without charging us any additional fee. Check-in and check-out were easy. There is a grocery store 100 meters away. If you arrive by car, parking is not a problem.

There is no elevator—if you have heavy or large suitcases, be prepared to carry them up a narrow staircase. The bedroom is small, like a train compartment, but that is just a minor complaint. The shower cabin is compact—taller or larger people may find it cramped.

The accomodation was in a good location. Close to the shops and market and harbour. It was in a quiet street.

Lovely apartment, great location. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was friendly and attentive. Our only suggestion would be is to leave guests some tea/coffee just to start off with upon arrival - but that’s not a deal breaker. We will definitely book this apartment again if we come back and suggest it to others.

The property was in a nice quiet area, there was everything you needed washing machine, dishwasher etc. Just a few minutes walk to the main square in Fethiye and the bus stop for exploring a bit further afield. Ferhat, the owner, is very communicative, available 24/7 to help with anything you require. Would definitely recommend this property and would have no Heston booking this again in the futy

I just stayed here for a week. I would stay here again. So glad I didn't book a hotel. 10 min walk to Marina/old town/big super market. 1 minute walk to convenience shops and diners / bank / ATMs. 15 minute to Indoor shopping centre. The apartment as described. It has everything you need. I just bought a washing up sponge and dishcloth. Plenty of toilet roll provided and clean towels.. There was even washing powder and washing up liquid. A shop around the corner has everything like this if you want anything. I bought a hot water bottle because it was December and cold at night. Wi-Fi was good all the time. I didn't need to contact the owner because everything was good. Just saw him on arrival and departure and he was lovely. Thank you.

The bin was not emptied in the bathroom and there was some raw uncovered chicken in the freezer. Just missed by the cleaner!!!

WiFi was slow but no big deal!

Very big apartment, just a few minutes away from the centre and very close to many Dolmus bus stops. The apartment has air conditioner in basically every room and it also has a very big balcony, we always had dinner/breakfast there. The kitchen is well equipped and they also had some basics like salt, pepper, etc. The bedroom is very comfortable and there are mosquito nets at every window. The host was very responsive on whatsapp and check in was very easy.

Wifi was not working well in some rooms but that's alright

The communication and help from the host was great via whatsapp. Everything we needed in the apartment, which was wonderful- we cooked and did our washing and it was close to get places. The buses, port, restaurants and shops all nearby!

Unfortunately, during our stay, we could hear everything from the apartment next to us and it was loud until very late at night/early morning.

It was close to the centre, the apartment was very clean and had an iron and washing machine which was very useful. The host was very responsive. It was a peaceful area, no noise. Supermarket is nearby.

The bedroom and bathroom were very small, however they were decorated with modern furnishings. The air conditioning in the bedroom made a popping noise. I wasn't sure if it was due to the settings.

We made a last minute booking but it was no problem at all and check in was smooth! The apartment also has everything we needed for our stay, and was on a quiet street so we didn’t hear anything at night.

The apartment could have been a little bit cleaner, but this didn’t affect our stay too much.

Herşey güzeldi.

It was a lovely, very quiet road. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and nothing was too much trouble for Ferhat who managed the apartments. We were very close to a small supermarket and the local Tuesday and Friday Market literally a stones throw away. You could walk round the corner to the main road where you could easily catch the Dolmus buses or take a leisurely stroll to the old Megri, or walk round another corner and within a short distance you could be next to the sea, a delightful meander from cafe to bar with lots of seating to absorb the wonderful views.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Everything met or exceeded my expection. In the absence of a normal oven I would liked to have had a microwave but I managed perfectly well without it and this is in no way a criticism.

It was very clean & tidy , had everything we needed from washing machine to cork screw 😂 the host was very polite and helpful.

A comfortable, spacious apartment with good, well equipped, self catering facilities. A short (5-10 min) walk to the sea front / marina. Very clean.

A minor point, but the curtains all seemed to narrow to fully cover the windows. More odd than a problem. Fortunately the bedroom was still pert dark.

A great experience from the beginning to check out!

Our host went to great lengths to help us when we experienced a dental emergency. He contacted specialists in Fethiye and Istanbul to make sure that we got the best treatment available and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He's the epitome of Turkish hospitality and has our highest recommendation. The fresh market is one block away and well worth a visit!

Everything was good

The property was in excellent location and the staff was amazing. Every time I had asked them for anything it was provided. I also ended up extending. My stay was 3 weeks and honestly I couldn’t fault them anything for the price it was definitely worth it. Location only 5 minutes away from harbour and all the restaurant and city Center. Good size of property as well. We managed to cook and dance it was just perfect. It also had a balcony so we were able to sit outside while watching sunset or listening to the rain. I really did enjoy the stay and it kind of felt like home.

The only issue I would say was the shower as sometimes you had to wait for some time to heat it up. The hair dryer was almost blowing up in the had (one of those very old ones) I would definitely get rid of that as it does feel like it’s about to explode while you holding in your hand and it takes forever to dry hair. Other than that everything was perfectly fine :)

We couldn't make the TV work! Couldn't install Netflix or Prime if these apps are included on the TV already we could watch at night, if there were any manual for TV that would be useful as well as we did look online but it was not clear at all!

Great location - close to the port and fresh produce market. The apartment is clean and well equit - high quality finishes. We liked the washing machine and dishwasher. Never met staff/owner but check-in & out was smooth and per WhatsApp messaging. Quiet street. A good stay.

The shower was cold, no or very limited hot water. This was the greatest drawback. A microwave in the kitchen would be a great improvement.

The property is clean and tidy, with everything needed. The staffs are nice and helpful.

The location is near the port. Only 10 minutes will reach the port. It is in a clam residential area and a feh bread shop is just ound the corner.

This place was so much larger than what we expected. We expected a studio but it was a flat with separate bedroom and a large balcony. The property is very close to bus stops which came in handy. Despite a few negatives, we would stay again.

The bed was not that comfortable and the kitchen could have been cleaner. A lot of the kitchen door handles, dishes and cutlery were a bit grubby. This often happens in places with kitchens where the owners rely on previous guests to keep things clean as I assume not every bit of cutlery gets cleaned by the staff. The bathroom and the rest of the place were very clean though. The location is not bad overall and sort of in the middle of everything but about a 15-minute walk into the old town and a 20-25min walk to the ferries. One night there was a group of very noisy guests who arrived back at about 2 am. Sounds carry in the entire building and you rely on other guests being considerate.

Good kitchen and washing machine, comfy lounge area and good bed and bathroom. - We really liked the location, very close to everything we needed and multiple supermarkets and Tuesday market nearby! Also close to the bus stations and restaurants/cafes. - Helpful hosts who provided all information to us ahead of time to access the room, easy check in and out.

It wasn’t cleaned once in a 4 night stay, even the toilet bin and there were no plastic bags provided so we could do it ourselves.

Once you work out the area you realise that it is a very central location. 10 min walk to harbour, close to restaurants and supermarkets. The air conditioning was efficient and apartment was spacious. Property Manager and his wife are always pleasant and very helpful.

Washing machine was a little tricky to use so perhaps some instructions in English would be helpful.

The apartment was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed. The apartment was a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants as well as the supermarket.

There weren't enough sheets/bedding. There was no sheet and only a doona without a cover in the cupboard.

It's close enough to all you might need in Fethiye. All the places we visited were in walking distance. Loved that it had a washer (with some soap included). You had to hang your clothes from the balcony though. Communication with the manager was great and he was also helpful with anything needed.

The stairs!!!! oMG!!!! Doing it daily isn't too bad but when you are hauling luggage it's not great. The rest steps are very narrow so stopping in between wasn't the easiest.

Excellent apartments near the center. Good and modern repair, everything you need for life is there. Nearby is a large bazar where you can buy fruits and vegetables at very low prices. In the next vizit in Fethiye a will choose this apartment.

The apartment had a lot of tableware, but there was a lack of frying pans and boards for cutting food.
