Выселение в 10 утра это очень плохо, что там убирать 4 часа непонятно. К тому же убрано перед нами было посредственно, на полу следы от грязной обуви. Снимая апартаменты я хотел бы видеть какие-то базовые вещи в виде соли, сахара, перца, чая. Были капсулы для посудомоечной машины, но не было порошка для стирки. Предполагается покупать всё это самостоятельно, если я остаюсь на пару дней? За такую цену хотелось бы видеть эти простые вещи.

Great location and convenient transportation. The kitchen had the basic essentials.

One small issue is that the bedroom has no curtains, so the morning sunlight can be quite strong. Unfortunately, I also experienced very itchy bumps during my stay and had to use creams and medication afterward. I can’t say for certain they were caused by bedbugs, but I would recommend the host thoroughly checking and cleaning the bedding and bedroom.

Very nice appartment. It has everything you can ask for and the location is excellent.

I like the location of the apartment, how clean it was, professional staff, easy check-in and check-out, beautiful view, combined with the quietness of the building and neighbors make you feel like in home and all kitchen and household appliances and utensils are available, clean, and in good condition and finally the air conditioners are excellent.

There is no elevator, making it difficult to go up—especially for the elderly or when carrying heavy luggage—so we recommend booking an apartment on the ground or first floor and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which makes the smell and humidity a bit unpleasant at some times.

Просторные апартаменты, очень чисто и все удобства есть. Местоположение отличное, до пляжа ехать пять минут. Магазины в пешей доступности.

Suite amplia, cómoda y bien equipada. La ubicacion es buena ( a 2 cuadras de la rambla y andando al centro de fethiye 15 minutos). Se puede estacionar el coche en la cuadra.

Het appartement was schoon en de inrichting was prima en functioneerde perfect. Het ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum en er is gratis parkeergelegenheid op straat. We komen hier elk jaar en voelen ons er net zo thuis als in ons eigen huis.

The terrace floor was just below the bottom of the window through which you had to climb to get to it using plastic movable steps. The bottom of the windowsill was at the height of a standard washing machine with a step over the sill. There were no handholds to assist getting up or down, down being more dangerous than going up due to having to step over and down onto the movable steps. Photo available. The kitchenware was sparse and difficult to access. All the upper kitchen units had lift up double doors which would have had assisted mechanisms to hold them in place once raised and assist in the raising. All mechanisms were inoperative so the doors fell down straight away. As a result you had to hold the doors up with one hand( very heavy) and remove the items wanted with the other hand. This was difficult due to the weight of the doors and trying to remove more than one item at a time. Photo available Private bathroom, very private as no one else could get in if you were in there. It was miniscule and difficult to access due to the door being prevented from opening by a floor stopper. Water to the shower was intermittent. The toilet was placed so that arising from it could result in banging ones head on the wall opposite. Wifi went down on the day before departure and did not return making communication with taxi booking and airline difficult, not what you need when getting ready for departure.

Le faltan detalles como mesa de luz y lámparas para poder leer además de perchas!!! Faltó detalle de pequeñeces como algo de azúcar, sal, aceite o jabon para bañarse... Nada que opaque lo bueno!!.

A single thing which I don't like was the fact that the mosque is around 200m and every morning at 05,30 the speakers transmit very loudly...

Très belle appartement ! Très propre et confortable. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, Nuray nous a même prêté son scooter pour que nous puissions aller manger à notre arrivée 😀

Un peu éloigné du centre si vous êtes à pied. Mais beaucoup de trottinettes électroniques sont disponibles dans toutes la ville.

El apartamento es muy lindo y las instalaciones se nota que son nuevas. La ubicación era muy buena, estábamos a 10 minutos caminando del centro.

Éramos 4 personas y nos habían dejado toallas y sábanas para 2, cuando nos comunicamos se solucionó rápido, pero el primer día tuvimos que reclamar de todo. La primera noche no funcionó el wifi. Dejamos nuestras cosas en un locker que hay en la entrada y nos han robado una caja de chocolates. No tiene ascensor, eran 3 pisos por escalera, puede resultar incómodo.

Easy walk to waterfront.

Kettle was broken. Not replaced for quite a few days. Access to balcony from top floor room was not easy nor safe. Very noisy from tiled stairwell when guests arrived and left during the night. Stairs not kept clean. Blood on stairs on day one. Still there 2 weeks later. Bathroom smelled musty. No opening window or fan.

A great apartment in a handy location. It is an easy walk to many locations including the waterfront, town centre and markets. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and the terrace has great views over the mountains and town.

I stayed in December in the apartment on the 3rd floor. It was comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything you might need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location is good - quiet enough, many restaurants not far, migros supermarket, close to the sea. There was no private parking, but it wasn't an issue. It was easy to park the car on the street near by.

Hot water in the shower sometimes wasn't really hot and low pressure.

All was very good. Faster check in or later check out it’s not a problem. Friendly staff always is trying to help. ThankYou and see you again

The location was great – just a few minutes’ walk to the seaside with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was very clean, in a quiet, safe, and family-friendly area. We stayed for 2 nights, and the Wi-Fi was reliable.

The room was lacking basic amenities; while there was a washing machine and dryer, no detergents or supplies were provided, so we had to buy our own. The same for dishwasher as well. Some items seemed leftover from previous guests. We even had to purchase laundry powder, only to use it once! There was also just one roll of toilet paper provided. It would be nice if they provided these basic amenities, as it would greatly enhance the overall convenience for guests.

The bedroom it was nice and comfortable The bathroom is modern and clean. The lady was very friendly and helpful. .

I loved the location of this apartment, and the staff was helpful when we had some requests (see below)

Very bad smell coming from pipes almost ruined our stay. We asked for some products to fix the smell and the staff provided it, so it went away for a few days (but was replaced by a strong smell of disinfectant which was used to fix the bad smell). Hair drier broke in the middle of the week which was dangerous, but the staff provided a new one once I asked. Humidity stains on walls, not sure it’s healthy. I wouldn’t go back to this apartment even if it’s was not expensive and the staff helped when needed. Some of the issues should be prevented in any case, no matter the price of the flat.

The sea is nearby, spacious dining room with a lot of utensils, 2 conditioners, a balcony (but it's too hot to be there), a good sofa to watch TV.

The beach is far from the apartment. The service to check in early was offered (we didn't ask), we needed later check-out, but we failed.

Such a quiet neighbourhood, such a nice small flat with balcony, a few walking steps from the mosque, the flat had a big fridge with a good size freezer. How soothing to hear the call to prayer everyday. Very clean flat, stayed in no7. Market very close, bakeries, restaurants, hospital, private hospital, 10 mins walk to city centre.There is no noise due to the location, which we enjoyed veryyy much.

There was nothing that we did not like. Our stay was simply relaxing. The only thing that we found strange was that there were no toiletries, no dish soap and no detergent. Had to buy these and left the remaining there.

Cleanliness is an issue. There was old food forgotten in the fridge, some bread crumbs in the kitchen and we were told the windows are only cleaned every 2 months. They were so dirty that I decided to clean them myself. I found several spider webs in the apartment. It didn't smell very fresh whenever we entered the place, so we constantly kept the windows open -luckily the weather was great so it wasn't a big deal for us. Also there was not even toilet paper when we arrived. On the positive side, when we messaged the manager, he promptly sent someone to look at the issues. The walls especially in the bedroom could use a repaint. There are large stains on the walls.

It was close to the town centre. Nothing fancy but ideal for me and my wife.

Clean. My top floor unit had a small balcony with a view of the mountains. Location was pretty good, about a mile from the bus station and ferry terminal but just a couple blocks from the waterfront path.

Maybe this is common in Türkiye short term rentals but there were no toiletries, paper towels, or tea/coffee/salt/sugar provided.

Was a big shame the accommodation lacked any personal touches like tea, coffee, washing powder, salt, pepper. For a short stay these gestures go a long way.

Very comfortable accommodation where you can find everything wyou need, for example washing machine, iron and other many things. The apartment was clean and I would like to thank the owner for making our room cold before our arrival 🤍highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, handy, with all the facilities as stated which fit for long/short stay with small family, easy check in/out process, and in overall it exceeded my expectations. near to the beach, in a walking distance from center, with lot of restaurants/pharmacy near it.

the only thing which I didn't like that when check in there was no water to drink, at least one or two bottles will not make that effort to add, and there was no washing powder for laundry, one more note there was no elevator but this was not a big deal for me since I was in the first floor.

Located 5-10 minutes walk from the promenade with restaurants. Equipped with air conditioning. Nice looking building.

Pillows are made of stone. No single-use gel pads for washing mashine - could not use it. Kitchen furniture badly needs maintenance.
