Ethos Vegan Suites Fira, Santorini

The location is superb. You are no more than 5-10 mins from anything in Fira including the bus stop if you're exploring further. The breakfast was brought straight to our room every morning - always a sweet option and a savoury option - taken either in our room or the balcony. So many new recipes for breakfasts that we will be recreating when we go home. I would've taken the chef home with me if I had the option. The Jacuzzi on the balcony is perfect. It is sun warmed so it is nice and refreshing first thing in the morning or a warmer dip during the day. Coskun was more than accommodating - he found us a vegan cooking class to attend and walked us to the venue to make sure we got there, booked our little sunset dinner and ensured we got a very nice table in Oia, and advised us on not only vegan restaurants in the area but what foods to look out for in case it didn't specifically say vegan. Both hosts were friendly and chatty, without being too much. They were there, only a Whatsapp away for anything we needed and I genuinely could not recommend it enough.

Fantastic stay! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their hospitality was exceptional. The homemade pancakes at breakfast were absolutely delicious! We also really appreciated being able to check in already in the morning. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Everything was great - location was superb for exploring Santorini, around a 5 mins walk to the bus station. The decor and comfort of the room was excellent. More than anything though, the breakfast was amazing!! A real highlight of our stay, and catered for my gluten free diet too. Would highly recommend.

Amazing rooms in the heart of Fira. A peaceful place with a private hot tub on the balcony, high-quality linens, and a beautiful, spacious bathroom. Everything is beautifully designed using high-quality materials, marble, and stone. The breakfast was delicious and generous, prepared with creativity and love. And, of course, the owners were absolutely wonderful! Friendly, warm, and always smiling, they were always available to help with anything we needed. We even had the chance to spend some time chatting with them while waiting to leave. I would definitely stay here again!

Ethos is an 11 out of 10. The experience that the hosts provide you is without any comparison. They make you feel like at home and are there for you with anything you need, whenever you need it. Every detail of the suite is very well thought of and designed beautifully. I can’t even begin to describe the breakfast at Ethos - I’m a vegan, my partner is not and we were both amazed with the food. Everyday we were saying that the breakfast can’t get any better, and the next morning - it turned out that Artemis outdid herself once again. Coskun is there for you with help and advice any time you need it. If you’re looking for a place in Santorini - book Ethos now and you won’t regret it, it’s the most perfect place I’ve ever been to.

We had a short but wonderful stay at the hotel as a family of four. We stayed in two suites, which were comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel location is fantastic, it’s central but still very quiet. We would especially like to thank the hotel owner for outstanding hospitality and kindness - we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Es un hotel pequeño, muy tranquilo pero en el centro de Fira, a 4 minutos de la estación de bus y la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas de Fira, nos resultó realmente cómodo. Todo un lujo estar en un sitio tan acogedor en un lugar tan privilegiado. Las suites son amplias y preciosas, es tan bonito como en las fotos. Todo está muy cuidado, con muy buen gusto. Sobre todo queremos agradecer la atención recibida por parte de los dueños a nuestro hijo. Viajar con niños no siempre es fácil, pero los dueños, que son personas excelentes, hicieron que se sintiese como en casa. ¡Muchísimas gracias! Además, el hotel es completamente vegano y los desayunos eran espectaculares, todo comida casera deliciosa. También se trata de un alojamiento sostenible, por lo que puedes pasar unos días de ensueño en Santorini mientras que realizas un turismo responsable. En definitiva, Santorini es un lugar maravilloso, pero tener la oportunidad de alojarse en un lugar así eleva aún más la experiencia y hace que tus días allí sean como un sueño.

Ces hôtes sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt à Santorin et ils ont réussi à nous libérer notre chambre dès 12 h, au lieu de 15 h, afin que nous puissions nous reposer. Toujours très serviables et à l’écoute, ils ont veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. La piscine sur la terrasse, la climatisation et le petit-déjeuner : tout était très appréciable. Je recommande cet hébergement à 100 % !

Es war alles perfekt. Angefangen von der Ankunft und Begrüßung durch den Inhaber. Wunderschönes Zimmer und wirklich top Lage. Das Vegane Frühstück wird jeden Morgen ans Zimmer gebracht. Es war ausgezeichnet und jeden Tag was anderes. Sehr empfehlenswert auch für nicht Veganer. Man merkt wie liebevoll alles zubereitet wird und generell dass die beiden das Hotel mit Leidenschaft führen. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und möchten unbedingt wieder kommen.

Breakfast was AMAZING! Every single day, they come up with creative recipes, using super fresh ingredients with a hint to the local cuisine. Vegan frittatas, pancakes, bruschettas, just to name a few. Breakfast alone would’ve been worth the stay - I literally went to sleep looking forward to breakfast in the morning haha The property is also insanely beautiful - it felt like a truly luxurious experience. The location couldn’t be better, at the heart of Fira. Walking distance to the bus station that connects you to everywhere in the island besides stunning sunset + great night life and restaurants + experiences like the Greek Wedding show and Mamma Mia open air cinema right there in Fira. The owners are so helpful and kind hearted! I was solo traveling, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome, supported, and comfortable. I’m so grateful for my time at Ethos and will come back as many times as I possibly can.

Had a great stay here, everything was perfect! Great shower and comfy bed. The location is tucked away from the main strip so it’s nice and peaceful. The breakfasts are exceptional and the hosts are friendly and helpful if you need anything. Would love to stay again.

El mejor alojamiento que encontraréis en Santorini. No sé ni por dónde empezar. Las instalaciones están impecablemente cuidadas, todo estaba súper limpio y contaba con todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar durante tu estancia. El personal del alojamiento, un matrimonio encantador, fue amabilísimo con nosotras desde el primer minuto. Nos dieron recomendaciones para disfrutar al máximo de la isla y nos ayudaron a gestionar el traslado entre el alojamiento y el aeropuerto de madrugada, a un precio mucho más económico que los taxis o Uber, que suelen ser bastante caros en Santorini. El desayuno merece una mención especial: estaba increíble. Cada mañana nos preguntaban a qué hora queríamos recibirlo y nos lo llevaban directamente a la puerta de la habitación. Además de estar delicioso, era muy abundante, por lo que nunca te quedabas con hambre. También quiero destacar que limpiaban la habitación a fondo todas las mañanas, nos reponían el agua y el café diariamente e incluso nos dejaron fruta para que pudiéramos disfrutarla durante la estancia. De verdad, si vuelvo a Santorini, me alojaré de nuevo aquí sin dudarlo. Hemos salido encantadas. Y una mención especial para el señor que nos atendió, siempre atento, amable y carismático. Una experiencia de 11/10.

Unser Suite war sehr schön und neu das private pool am Dach war unser highlight sowie das lecker Frühstück jeden Morgen. Es war ein super Aufenthalt und hat es durch die netten Gastgeber noch besonderer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ethos Vegan Suites, a 100% vegan hotel. Breakfast was SO good, EVERY.SINGLE.DAY, cooked by Artemis and served by Coskun, who were available for advice, recommendations and friendly chat. The hosts were absolutely amazing and made our stay unforgettable. The room was beautifully finished, complimentary to the area and the hosts vision, with all the amenities you could want, including hot tub and sunbathing area. It is located really close to the town centre with easy access to many restaurants and local attractions. The hotel is situated at a lower lever than the hustle and bustle of the busy streets, and as such we enjoyed complete peace and quiet. We had the best time!

We had an amazing stay at the Ethos Vegan Suites in Fira, Santorini. This boutique hotel is very centrally located. The incredibly friendly owners, Coskun and Artemis, made our short stay absolutely wonderful, from preparing an amazing homemade breakfast served in our room to providing us with lots of helpful tips about restaurants, places, and activities on the island. Thera is the perfect location as it is the “hub” for the bus system; so you can easily access both ends of the island. Moreover, Ethos Vegan Suites is a two minute walk to the bus station, and equally close to the town filled with shops, amazing views, great restaurants, and so much more. The best part of this property is the owners; they are so sweet and full of knowledge. The breakfast is to die for. My husband and I are not vegans however the breakfast FANTASTIC and clearly made with love. It’s a beautiful property, well kept, and full of love. We already miss is it.

We have never received such amazing customer service at a hotel ever. Our luggage was lost at Athens airport, but Coskun and Artemis were so welcoming and went above and beyond to assist with getting the luggage back, as well as generously picking the luggage up from the airport and placing it in our room. The room itself was beautiful, the nicest place we have ever stayed in Europe. The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a different meal each day that we simply adored. With recommendations on where to eat that accommodated the vegan diet, as well as helpful tips along the way and holding our luggage once checked out, everything about our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in The Honeymoon suite & it was lovely, interesting shapes, colours and energy which created a unique experience. This is a real boutique hotel experience in the middle of a very touristy area. The breakfasts were next level amazing, we aren't vegan btw! The location is great for Fira. Highly recommended would 100% advise others to stay here!

Besonders die Terrasse mit Jacuzzi war ein Highlight ideal zum Entspannen und Verweilen. Alles war makellos sauber, Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das vegane Frühstück: abwechslungsreich, frisch und einfach köstlich. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass wir unsere Frühstückszeit individuell festlegen konnten und es uns dann pünktlich, entweder auf der Terrasse oder an einem Wunschort serviert wurde. Artemis und Coskun sind mit Abstand die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die wir kennenlernen durften. Sie nahmen sich Zeit, uns wertvolle Tipps zu geben und markierten uns sehenswerten Orte direkt auf einer Landkarte von Santorini. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt ganz besonders gemacht. And the breakfasts on the terrace—absolutely wonderful. We had an amazing time! Our host was extremely friendly, he made our stay very easy and comfortable. I love the room it had very natural colors. The host even helped us booking a cab to and from the airport and for christmas they left us homemade christmas cookies (again hospitality 10/10!). We had such a relaxing time! even though it was off-season, we were less than 5 minute walking from the restaurants in Fira that were open. Highly recommend this property!!

We booked a few hours before arriving, got a good price, and got an exceptional room and welcome. The owner is proactive (which is the most important thing in service!!), wants to help, explains every little detail and makes sure your stay is as good as it can get. He helped us find a really good restaurant which we didn't ask for but ended up loving it, heat up even more the jacuzzi which was already good enough just a little chilly at night because he wanted to not because we asked, helped with the luggages, transport etc etc, again, didn't ask, just he wanted to make us feel welcomed, which was super nice. Scheduled breakfast in the room was vegan food, which we liked, even though we aren't vegans, and there was a lot of it (like it would feed 5 people easily what we had for 2, but that's almost everywhere in Greece). The jacuzzi on the private balcony from our room was lovely, I'd say it's more of a pool, again, for 5 people not 2, so as perfect as it gets. The balcony is huge btw, with sofas and sunbeds, all private just for your room. The location is perfect, too, easily one of the best spots in Santorini. I'd say we'll definitely come back if we happen to come to Santorini again.

The room was great, very earthy feeling to it. Really clean overall including the bathroom. Bonus: the mattress was fantastic quality too! Location is very nice, all the shops/restaurants in Fira are just a few minutes walk. But the main thing is Coskun is an exceptional host. We followed several of his suggestions about places to go and things to do and they were all spot on! And also special mention to the breakfast we received every day. It was amazing, you could tell the work that went into preparing it, we got slightly different variations every day and they were all fantastic. Overall it was a brilliant experience and we’re definitely going again!

The Ethos is located in Fira, close to the town square. True, it's not a villa up on the cliffs or on the beach but you have great access everywhere on the island. Also, the story of why did the owners decide to open the place in town is testament to their values and what they stand for. This was my second time staying at Ethos and it was just as good as the first time, if not better. I felt more like a friend visiting than a customer and hotel guest.

Wonderful location, so easy to explore Fira and to get to the bus station to explore the island. Our host was so wonderful, highlighting locations to visit and eat at as well as delaying our breakfast until we got back from scuba diving. Nothing was too much, honestly just wonderful. And the food was insane, different each morning, kept us full till dinner time, worth every penny.

An unforgettable vegan hotel in Santorini! I just have to share our amazing experience at Ethos Vegan Suites in Fira. We stayed there for four nights, and it was the highlight of our trip! The location is perfect—right in the center of town, just a one-minute walk to all the restaurants and bars, but our room was so quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a rustic-modern design that feels so fresh and clean. Everything smells amazing because they use eco-friendly products. We even had a cute cat named Ierakli who came to visit us and brighten our day! But the real magic here is Coskun, the owner. He's absolutely incredible. He takes such good care of everything, from making sure the hotel is spotless to personally delivering our breakfast every morning. He's so warm and attentive—a truly amazing host who made us feel so special. And the food! Oh my gosh, the food! The chef, Yona, creates a different vegan breakfast surprise every day. It’s always a sweet dish and a savory one, and every single meal was a culinary masterpiece. We were so impressed with the incredible flavors. We loved this place so much that even after we moved to another hotel, we went back just to say goodbye to Coskun and give him a hug before our flight. For anyone going to Santorini, whether you're vegan or not, you HAVE to stay here. It's more than just a hotel; it's a heartwarming human and culinary experience that we'll never forget.

We had a delicious breakfast delivered to the room every morning. It’s a small, 5 suite hotel in Fira. The hotel is on a quiet street and everything is on your doorstep. The owner really wants you to enjoy your stay. He even drove me to the airport when my transfer was late. A delightful, helpful, accommodating man. I spent my mornings enjoying breakfast on the balcony and reading in the Jacuzzi. This was a relaxing stay. I’d recommend this hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Fira, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Auch der zentrale Busbahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe, und von dort aus kommt man unkompliziert in alle Teile der Insel. Die Anlage ist sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. Unsere Suite hatte einen Whirlpool mit Meerblick, besonders morgens war der Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang von dort sehr schön. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders der Betreiber Coşkun war jederzeit ansprechbar und hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Schon bei der Ankunft zeigte er uns auf einer Karte, welche Orte sich lohnen und wie man sie am besten erreicht. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Es wurde täglich abwechslungsreich zusammengestellt und direkt ins Zimmer gebracht. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir würden wiederkommen.

The best stay me and my girlfriend ever had :) I can’t express how well this place took care of their guests and how amazingly beautiful the rooms were. Jaccuzy on the balcony, cleaning to perfection, private breakfast on the room’s balcony made by a private chef with different alternatives every morning. A lovely hotel, located in a very convenient area, excellent and varied breakfasts and most importantly - the hotel is run by a lovely couple who never stopped helping us with recommendations, booking attractions, recommending restaurants and any other possible help. They even offered to come and pick us up if we got stuck without a shuttle. The atmosphere is family and warm and we highly recommend choosing this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to the centre of Fira, and far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. Coskun was a friendly, kind and helpful host. He gave us suggestions for where we could find vegan meals in local restaurants. The hot tub on the balcony was a great place to wind down after a day of sight seeing. The room was comfortable and the vegan breakfasts were amazing!

This vacation felt like staying with family - family that gives you space but you know you can always come and ask if there is a problem and they would feel happy that you ask. We felt really welcome, the room including hot tub is amazing. We loved that everything 100% is vegan. The breakfast is one of the best you can ever get and location is also absolutely top. My partner had his birthday during our trip and they prepared surprise muffins for him and sang happy birthday (all free of charge) + we got a free late check out because the next guests came next - amazing service you only find in a family hotel like this! Really highly recommended! 😊🙏 we didn’t plan to go to Santorini again, but we will because we want to stay at ethos vegan suites again 😊🙏

We had a fantastic four-night stay at Ethos Vegan Suites. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and shared some great recommendations for places to eat around the island. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The rooftop terrace and hot tub in the superior suite were a real highlight—perfect for unwinding after a day out of in the morning. Breakfast each morning was another standout, beautifully prepared with fresh, local ingredients and a lot of care.

The only downsides were that the rooftop terrace isn’t completely private, as it backs onto a main road, and the area can be quite noisy at night due to the proximity to bars and clubs.

We were so happy we chose Ethos for our stay on Santorini! We are living in Athens and wanted to do something special for our son’s 21st birthday. Of course Santorini is amazing in itself, but being at Ethos made it even more so. Artemis and Coskun are both lovely, warm people who were a pleasure to talk with. Artemis knows a lot about the island and its history having grown up there. But I have to mention the best thing-I was so overwhelmed with gratitude towards them because Artemis went to the trouble of baking some very tasty banana chocolate chip cupcakes as a little surprise for our son on the morning of his birthday! Having something homemade really made a difference for him and for us since we are far from home. 😊 Thank you so much for that, Artemis!! 🥰🥰🥰 I should also say that the rooms were lovely - I like the muted tones and natural materials. I also loved the little no-waste soap squishy things! We hope to be able to get back there again some day. Last thing - if you are planning a trip off-season, Fira is the place to go because when we went to Oia, it was almost entirely shut down! Stay in Fira which is more lively -but still so much quieter than in summer- really beautiful!

A beautiful boutique hotel situated in a great location in Fira. The room design is beautiful and warm, giving a real Cycladic design and made sustainably. The service is just perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was AMAZING. The location was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable with an extra seating area and had a fridge and coffee. The private balcony was so lovely to sit and enjoy. Looks out to a little alley where lots of kitties roamed, extra bonus for those looking for Greek cats. :)

Every thing was perfect

We had an incredible stay, the rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was ideal with a plunge pool and comfy seating. Coskun and team really made our stay, from the moment we arrived they were on hand to answer our questions, book restaurants and advise on day trips. They really went over and above to make sure we had a great time. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious - some of the best vegan food we have ever had. Would highly recommend Ethos vegan suites.

A wonderful welcome from a charming couple who made our entire stay absolutely memorable. A beautiful suite with an outdoor patio, hot tub spar and breakfast area. Excellent vegan breakfast which changed every day. Advice from Artemis and Coskun on dining, shopping and sightseeing which was always spot on.Within easy walking of downtown Fira but in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood.

Our room was beautiful, as was the incredible vegan breakfast that changed every day, but the best part of our stay at Ethos was the hosts, Coskun and Artemis. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Coskun helped us with anything we needed, from recommendations for good vegan food around Fira to making reservations and booking activities for us. One highlight was a cooking class with Artemis - it felt like spending an evening with family, and getting to cook some delicious greek food over a bottle of wine was such a treat! The location is right in the heart of Fira, but you still feel tucked away as the suites are so peaceful and quiet. Will definitely be back!

Our patio and hot tub was slightly overlooked by two balconies of the hotel opposite, but if you spend a day walking around Santorini you will see that this is very common and you get much more privacy at Ethos than you would at many other hotels in the area. It didn't deter us from enjoying the space - it's a wonderful area to enjoy breakfast and relax in the sun.

Coskun is an amazing and hospitable host! The property is fantastic, set back off the Main Street which has everything you need, but also offers the full privacy and seclusion with a small balcony and great hot tub. The rooms are large and modern, decorated in an eco-style with this in mind. Breakfast is served very fresh each morning in your room and has great variety and flavour. You can make the room pitch black using shutters (this was amazing!) and this is the only place in Greece where I was allowed to flush toilet paper (should advertise this more). I would recommend to any couple wanting a break in Santorini.

From the central (yet quite) location, to the beautifully considered decor and attention to detail, all the way to Coskun personally driving to the airport to collect our bags which were delayed in arriving because he saw how upset it made us. This stay was absolutely perfect. The hand made and hand delivered breakfast after a wake up phone call, the balcony and gorgeous spa… everything was just amazing and we wish we could have stayed longer. We would recommend to anyone! Thank you Coskun for your incredible hospitality, you made us feel at home (16000kms from home)!

Everything is excellent. Owner and the staff are very friendly and the room/foods are more than expectation. Of course the facilities, foods are more than good but the most memoriable thing is to meet and talk with owner/staff. The stay was most valuable one considering all of my histrical stay experience.Thank you very much for eveything.

The property was in the middle of all the action but somehow also tucked away. It’s close to other villas and hotels but it’s so quiet. It’s fantastic to have a little plunge pool, and our apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast - oh wow, it was delicious. My partner and I aren’t vegan but we chose the place because of the beautiful aesthetic and sustainable attitude. Honesty though, the breakfast was so generous and tasty!

I’m struggling to think of something. It was really a lovely stay in a town that’s really quite busy.

The staff were more than accommodating, they made everything seamless. The breakfast provided was healthy, fresh & delicious and I felt taken care of the entire time.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable and the rooms are a great size. The owner is extremely kind and hospitable, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. Location was great, very close to the convenient local bus service and the hotel itself is located near many restaurants, shops and viewpoints. The breakfast was also truly exceptional, we aren’t vegan but it was some of the best breakfast we have had at any hotel. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

We (two adults) had the pleasure to stay at Ethos for 4 nights in May, and it won't be the last time. Very fair prices (value for. money) compared to other places nearby. First of all, it was like being at home and not in a hotel. The owners Artemis & Coskun are simply exemplary hosts. They did everything to make sure that we had an unforgettable stay in Santorini, despite two very cloudy (incl. rain) days. Here are the reasons why you should stay at Ethos 1. Artemis & Coskun, their sustainable ecosystem and minimalistic design 2. Delicious breakfast with great ingredients we newly discovered every day (daily something new). It's prepared by Artemis herself with love and became one of our daily highlights 3. Perfectly located in Thira (Fira) as it was short walking distance of 2-3min for Eating, Drinking, Central Bus Station, Shopping, etc. 4. Spacious, clean and nice room with a balcony including our own whirlpool (it was warm) and comfortable sunbeds 5. Fantastic recommendations/reservations for dinning, bars, day trips and more 6. As it is a boutique hotel, you really can relax, or work if you need, thanks to the great wifi connection

Ethos Vegan Suites is set centrally to the township of Fira, just off the main thoroughfare, but without being disturbed by it. Many of the main attractions of Fira [cathedral, churches, museums, shopping, views over the water etc] are within easy walking distance. Everything about the room, its decor, fixtures and fittings were exceptional - including the cute balcony and accompanying hot-tub! The hosts have gone to great lengths to ensure everything available in the room is vegan, ethical and as sustainable as possible...right down to the recycled-material slippers, partially crafted from old towels. The supplied breakfast was top-quality, tasty, and beautifully presented, as was the Meze Platter ordered prior to and received on arrival [paid for separately].
