Cycladic Suites & Spa

Alles was in orde

Where to even start with this wonderful place? Dior, Vanessa and Kwstas made our joint honeymoon and my wife’s 30th birthday celebrations the best experience we could have wished for. The suites themselves are out of this world: modern, beautiful and spotless. We had a private pool, which was an absolute dream. The staff here are what really made it for us, though. They sorted taxis, made restaurant and bar bookings for us, decorated the room, and just genuinely made us feel at home throughout our week long stay. We have never cried when leaving somewhere before, but we did here. That says everything! The suites are also in a fantastic location, just a short walk into the centre of Fira. If you’re debating whether to book or not, do it! you won’t be disappointed. We will 100% be back!

Nothing - it was perfect

Very clean & tidying, super relaxing at the pool without no problems at all…prefect chill snd reading a book…I like good white walls outside & inside

Can’t think anything’s to be false

Everything about this stay was perfect, we could not recommend this place enough, great location and the rooms were amazing. One of the best stays we have ever had, thank you Vanessa & Dior amazing hospitality from start to finish!

We loved everything

Staff were incredibly hospitable (Dior and Vanessa, as well as Costa, who made our trip stress free with transfers) the room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the shower was the best one we had on our entire trip.

Clean, beautiful and best location!

Nothing!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, everything was very clean, and the location was perfect — close to everything. The parking was easily accessible, which was a big plus. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. We had a great experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We spent a great day in Santorini and then flew out from the airport early the following day. From the moment we arrived Vanessa and Dior were most helpful and very professional. They took particular care to ensure that our stay was very enjoyable and that the room was comfortable and extremely well presented. The hotel arranged their inhouse driver, Kwstas to meet us at the port and take us to the hotel and this we much appreciated. We then engaged Kwstas to take us on a whistlestop tour around Santorini for the day and he did an excellent job. Kwstas knowledge and insight was very valuable and he was able to provide very helpful information and recommendations along with making a booking for us at an in demand restaurant bar. Overall great service from the team of three at the Cycladic Suites and we would have no hesitation returning.

The rooms were great and very well presnted. Just a short walk from the centre of Thira. The strongest attribute the hotel has are the team of Vanessa, Dior and Kwstas.

Very nice service, tasty breakfast, clean room

To me bed was too soft, I prefer harder beds

Comodo, el personal super amable, flexibles a mi llegada y salida.

The room came with a nice balcony, jacuzzi, sauna, Netflix and big bed. Property was clean and looks like everything is new.

Service was exceptional. Rooms immaculate. It ticked every box

Nothing!

Everything was amazing from the overall service down to the room! This delivered all expectations and we will definitely recommend and be coming back ourselves in the future.

Amazing stay with jacuzzi, steam room and cinema projector, super comfortable, also exceptionally welcoming staff (thanks so much Vanessa for all recommendations!)

Everything was perfect First the staff was amazing and polite.!! The room worth way more than the actual price.!!

Very clean and the staff was very kind!

Posizione struttura e personale

Great rooms, very clean and beautiful with a nice view.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind, always willing to help, and responded immediately to anything we needed. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The reception staff was incredible all of them, esp Dior ❤️

The service team

L’estada excel·lent. Tot estava molt net, cuidat i amb molt de detall.

The biggest advantage is definitely the location. Make sure to find the right walking path to the city center, as it makes getting around much easier. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious and very well equipped - Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, slippers, and bathrobes. The reception staff were incredibly friendly (thank you!) professional, and always willing to accommodate any requests. Their hospitality made a great impression on us. The breakfast was excellent and featured a unique concept: it was delivered directly to the room at your preferred time, which we found very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, and both the water pressure and water temperature in the bathroom were outstanding. We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi, which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Another highlight was the balcony seating area, where we could comfortably enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

The only downside was the sound insulation of the windows. The windows did not seal particularly well, and since the property is located near a road, traffic noise could occasionally be disturbing, especially from motorcycles and quad bikes. Additionally, although the room had blackout curtains, they were not fully effective, and the room became quite bright early in the morning. However, this may have been specific to our room (A3), and other rooms may not have the same issue

Bardzo miła obsługa, blisko centrum

Dior and Vanessa were very sweet and accomodating

The staff were fabulous! The villas were kept clean and amazing!

Micul dejun este adus in camera, pe terasa.

New beautiful setting and the girls at reception Dior and Vanessa were fabulous and really looked after us! Totally recommend

This place far exceeded our expectations. Dior and Vanessa are fantastic and so responsive of our queries not only before our stay but during it. The room was amazing, the pool and the steam room was stunning. It’s exactly what you want from a Santorini Greek Island getaway. We’ve been to Santorini a few times before but this is by far our favourite hotel and will come back in a heart beat.

Nothing. This place is heaven.

Csodás panoráma, tökéletes tisztaság, barátságos, segítőkész, felkészült, türelmes személyzet, mesés reggeli.

Dior was the absolute best and made me feel so at home. The beds are so comfy and the in room spa was the perfect place to hang out by myself. 10/10 recommend. Dior also made me reservations on the coast for sunset which was fabulous! Love you Dior!

Nothing.

The place was extremely well maintained and clean The breakfast provided was an absolute feast of food. Most days we couldn't finish it or did finish and then didn't eat till dinner. The staff are super friendly and attentive, we really felt looked after :) Not the closest to the beach, but on a 2 minute walk from the main street with restaurants, car/avt hire, pharmacies and grocers.

Depending on your room, the privacy isn't the best, but other than that, everything was amazing

Our stay at Cycladic Suite Spa in Santorini was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely at home. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk from the vibrant Fira strip, with incredible shopping, charming cafés, and outstanding restaurants all within easy reach. A special shout out to Vanessa and Dior, who truly elevated our experience. Vanessa was an exceptional host very warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. Her recommendations for a sailing excursion and other activities were outstanding, and we are so grateful we followed her advice. Vanessa also took the time to explain the local bus routes, which made it easy for us to explore Santorini like locals. Safety was another aspect that impressed us. My husband and I felt completely secure throughout our stay, even while enjoying late-night strolls through Fira after midnight. The atmosphere was welcoming, lively, and relaxed. The accommodation itself was top-tier beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Every detail reflected the care and pride taken in creating an exceptional guest experience. If you're planning a trip to Santorini, I highly recommend Cycladic Suite Spa. Between the prime location, luxurious accommodations, and the outstanding hospitality provided by Vanessa and Dior, this was truly a five-star experience that we will cherish for years to come. We look forward to returning!

No complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful property located in a great space in Fira. Each room is luxurious with a steam room. Staff (We worked a lot with Vanessa) was incredibly helpful, booking rides/transfers for us and giving amazing recommendations to eat.

Nothing!

We loved the owners, they were really kind and helpful, they booked some of our taxis, they gave us a fruit platter, there was a bottle of wine and fruit in the room. The rooms were really clean, we also loved the steam room and outdoor pool, it was the perfect temperature, the outside area had seating and beds. It is a 5 minute walk to the main area which meant it was quieter and very relaxing. They can also arrange tours and buggy hire.

★★★★★ Absolutely Exceptional Honeymoon Stay We cannot recommend Cycladic Suites & Spa highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, Vanessa and Dior went above and beyond to make our honeymoon truly unforgettable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were incredibly attentive and took care of every detail, from booking the best restaurant reservations on the island to arranging taxis whenever we needed them and organising our airport transfers seamlessly. They even arranged a buggy for us for the day and provided fantastic recommendations on places to visit around Santorini, helping us make the most of our stay. Every morning, we were treated to the most beautiful and delicious breakfast, prepared and presented with such care. It became one of the highlights of our trip. Vanessa and Dior consistently made us feel welcome, valued, and completely looked after. The rooms were exceptional-spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and serviced perfectly whenever required. The attention to detail throughout the property was outstanding. What truly sets Cycladic Suites & Spa apart, however, is the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of Vanessa and Dior. Their genuine kindness and commitment to ensuring guests have the best possible experience is something very special. They made our honeymoon feel magical and stress-free, and we are so grateful for everything they did for us. Thank you both for creating memories that we will cherish forever. You are an absolute credit to Cycladic Suites & Spa, and you deserve every bit of recognition for the incredible service you provide. With sincere gratitude, Tony & Emma Ireland 🇮🇪

Nothing! Everything was perfect and very close to everything.

Great location, good reception, the staff is very nice and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard throughout my visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They assisted me with several arrangements during my stay and went out of their way to make everything easy and stress-free. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Superbe!

Rien. Tout est parfait

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was beautiful and accommodating.

Everything about our stay was great.

I really enjoyed staying in Santorini. Mrs Dior & Mrs Vanessa help me airport transfer and massage arrangements, telling me nice restaurants, and many advices to make my trip enjoyable. And I’m really satisfied with my staying at this hotel.

We cannot fault this hotel! As soon as we walked through the door the staff at reception were so friendly, attentive and professional. Our room was spotless and the stream room was perfect..Thank you, can't wait to come again!

Nothing ☺️

The staff was so helpful and although we were only there for a day, we had a much-needed respite. The room was gorgeous and the little outdoor tub and steam room in side the room were wonderful after days of walking around Athens. The hotel is in a lovely, extremely walkable part of Fira and made great recommendations for restaurants and excursions.

Everything was lovely. We would definitely go back.

Really clean and well laid out. My suite offered excellent privacy, along with a steam/hammam-style shower room. I particularly enjoyed the steam facility. The layout included a cosy “cinema room” with a projector 💛, separate from the main bedroom, which had its own TV - a really nice touch. The staff were fantastic, welcoming and delivering true 5-star service. Special thanks to Ms Dior, Hassan, and Tatin. Their attention to detail and responsiveness to guests’ needs was genuinely impressive. Ms Dior also provided helpful local insight and recommendations, which really enhanced the stay. The location is excellent, while some areas are a bit steep, it’s easy to navigate and conveniently close to the centre. Breakfast was a delight each morning, beautifully presented. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of being served sliced whole lemons for my hot drink every morning 🙏🏽👏🏼 Will definitely look to rebook on my next visit.

Nothing really! My stay was so good, I extended my booking.

breakfast, jacuzzi, hammam

Easy check in and the receptionist was very nice. She walked us to our room and explained how everything worked with the steam room and heated pool. They made us a reservation at one of the top restaurants in the town and ensured we had one of the nicest tables. She gave us a late check out and allowed us to keep our luggage behind the reception desk so we could explore the town.

Suites was excellent, staff outstanding and could not do enough for you.

Nothing.
