-Bilik buruk -Banyak barang rosak -Pintu toilet tak boleh lock -kata saiz 28m2 tapi realiti dia dalam 20m2 sahaja -staff tak membantu langsung! -nak tukar bilik..staff ckp tipu kata xda bilik kosong padahal check kt booking utk date tu ada banyak yang kosong boleh book

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Checked in for 2D1N. When I first entered, the room was quite dirty but it’s okay, I understand since the room is cheap. No problem, can understand. But on the second day, before it even reached 12pm — at 11:55am — a woman in a baju kurung (staff here, not sure what position) knocked on the door very loudly while shouting “housekeeping.” Since I also work in a hotel, I know that her way of doing it is very rude. Knocking 5–6 times while shouting like that. So does a cheap room price mean guests have to tolerate rude staff behaviour?

Bilik B105 & B108 pemanas air kedua dua bilik tidak berfungsi dan juga soket 13 amp juga banyak yang tidak boleh digunakan.

The sink & toilet bowl are clogged. Several flushes doesn't help to flush away shits. Tea or coffee sachets not available for drinking.

Reviewed Sep 8, 20252 nights with rumah penginapan UMT was a pleasant experience . I definitely will come back. Turbo aircond, good lighting, easy check in check out, easy access to UMT and plenty of parking available. Peti ais available to keep the kepok. Near to Pantai UMT and pretty close to Jambatan Angkat and Mayang Mall. UMT looks pretty much better after more than 5 years I left. How I miss UMT hahaha Highly recommended to stay here !!! Sorry I forgotten to take any picture

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Struttura abbastanza pulita, in una zona tranquilla vicino l’aeroporto all’interno dell’università. Il prezzo è stato ottimo e il check in veloce.
Non rispondo ai messaggi e fare un pizzico di attenzione in più nelle pulizie per essere perfetti, specialmente nella zona letto.

This is second stay here, I do know its OYO but please fix the plug point at side , bathroom condition good but the sliding door is jammed and room got one smell of wet carpet.
