Reviewed Apr 27, 20261)For this house is big, upstair bed room is big, bed's are comfortable. 2) Location also so so only, not much place to visit in this area.
1) The stairs are narrow and straight, very difficult to climb, very dangerous. 2) The downstairs toilet is very small, and there is no water heater, and the step go into the toilet is very high from the bedroom entrance, not suitable for the elderly.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Perfect location, right next to UMT, making it very convenient for food and groceries. The house was sparkling clean and very well maintained. Basic amenities were thoughtfully provided and more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free with the door lock system. While a key may occasionally get stuck, it was easy to manage and did not affect the overall experience. Towels were provided and clean, toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo were available, and the qiblat direction was clearly indicated, which was very much appreciated. The stairs are slightly steep, but manageable. Overall, a comfortable, practical, and pleasant stay with no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
The road leading to the property is quite dark at night due to limited street lighting, so extra care is needed when arriving after sunset. The backyard could be cleaned more thoroughly, although it didn’t affect our stay as we didn’t use the area. The internet connection was a bit unstable at times, but mobile network coverage was strong, so this wasn’t a major issue for us.

The wifi wasn't funtioning...I have to use my own data to watch the tv. There were water shortage for shower and the bidet in all the bathroom in thw middle of the night and early in the morning, got to use the water from its sink.

No air-con in the living room - it was too hot. Blankets were too small. Not enough pillows for those who need bantal peluk.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2024Location is strategic, very close to UMT and restaurants/ food stalls. The house is super clean. The cooking utensils were provided, including microwave , cuckoo water dispenser, and a big refrigerator.
No detergent provided to wash our clothes. And the water heater provided in the main bedroom was not functioning. Luckily the water was not so cold in the morning.

Reviewed Feb 29, 2024Check in and chk out easy and convenient. We communicate with the host via WhatsApp only. House and room nice and neat.
If there's one thing we didn't like, it is the stairs.. although it is not the host fault (the house developer at fault). It is too stiff, and the steps are not consistent. Also, there's no handlebar to hold on to.
