Location is very good

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The place looks very worn out and desperately needs renovation and maintenance. There seems to be no effort to update or improve the facilities. Even the water kettle was dirty, which was completely unacceptable. The housekeeping service was also very disappointing. I was out of the property for around six hours, but no one came to clean the room during that time. On top of that, the cabin I was given was upstairs, which was not suitable at all, especially since I was traveling with a child. I expected the staff to take this into consideration when assigning the cabin. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service were far below what I expected, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

Horrible horrible staff!, quite racist, unfriendly and opportunistic. Just as an example, because we are Arab, they refused to clean our bungalow, they said “we clean for you only the first time if you need cleaning pay us 15 euros it is a policy. When I said where does it say that in booking? they said it is our own policy booking doesn’t know about it!! (My booking was for four nights) This is just one example to rescue people from this terrible experience.

The team is nice, every thing is good, the view is 10/10 , you need to stay more than one day

Unfortunately nothing because of the way we were received and dealt with ! We arrived very wet with rainy weather and very poor and difficult roads to the property. There was no curtesy from the property to tell you how to get to them easily although they were running after me to pay more than 10 days before my arrival and threatening to cancel my reservation if no payment made. I have the message saved. As I showed up with my family, 2 adults + 3 kids and my reservation was for 4 adults which is more than enough for us! The receptionist lady immediately started loudly by attacking me why you are 5 ? This will cost you € 80 extra even before showing us the room or knowing why the reservation was made that way? She speaks poor english and I got help from my local driver to translate and try to explain, yet she was not considerate. After asking 3 times to see the room, we got to the room, it was ok as a space, however the cleanliness is below expectation as we watched cockroaches on the floor and video that. Even If I paid €80 extra, there was no space for additional furniture but it turns to be for breakfast and cleaning which I never need. They listed : restaurant 600 meters which is not true! They listed : supermarket 600 meters which is not true They stated that the nearest market or restaurant is minimum 5 minutes by car . If you have no car, then you’re stuck . If you have kids, you need a car This was never mentioned. Although some of the bad reviews are actually correct. Please read bad reviews before you go there!! The road conditions are extremely bad, with rain and mud it is even worse. The receptionist after explaining the condition with my local driver said we’ll waive the extra charges but you pay for cleaning and breakfast for only 4 which I don’t need. We drove 4 hours to the location and we drove 5 hours back due to traffic with a very terrible experience leaving € 578 behind.

انقطعت الكهرباء 10 ساعات ولم يتم التجاوب معنا الا عند تقديم وجبة الافطار. الهاتف لا يوجد احد يرد عليه - الفطور اقل من عادي - ازعجونا عشان تسجيل الخروج علماً بأن وقته لم يحين - الطريق جداً صعب وتضطر لطلوع مرتفع قوي جداً.

“إقامتنا في الكوخ كانت رائعة حقاً. المكان واسع جداً ونظيف، ويحتوي على مطبخ مجهز بالكامل مع جميع الأواني، ثلاجة، وتلفاز، بالإضافة إلى حمام نظيف. المسبح دافئ ونظيف، ويوجد باربيكيو (فقط تحتاجون لشراء الفحم). أعجبني اهتمامهم بالتفاصيل، فقد زينوا المكان بمناسبة شهر العسل، وكانوا متعاونين جداً، مثل إحضار زيت القلي عند طلبه بدون أي مقابل مالي. تجربة الفطور التركي كانت مميزة جداً، خصوصاً مع الإطلالة الرائعة. استمتعنا بالإقامة كثيراً وبالتأكيد سنعود مرة أخرى.🥹💜"

الشيء الذي لم يعجبني هو أن الكوخ بعيد قليلاً عن المدينة، لذلك تحتاج إلى استخدام سيارة أجرة للتنقل.”

هناك طريقين للموقع الاول جيد اما الثاني وعر وصعب الطلوع

وصلنا إلى الموقع وكان الكوخ نظيف ومرتب، الغرفتين وصالة الجلوس على نظافة. المسبح يوجد فيه نظام تدفئة يصل حرارته إلى 25-26 درجة مئوية. الجلسة الخارجية كانت جداً جميلة. استمتعنا في الاستجمام والاستراحة في هذا الكوخ لمدة 3 ايام. الزيارة لهذا المكان كانت مستحقة بجدارة. من الضروري أن تكون لديك سيارة أو وسيلة تنقل خاصة بحيث أن الموقع يبعد قليلاً من كل شيء. يوجد افطار كانوا يحضرونه يومياً الساعة 9:30 صباحاً ويقومون باستلامه الساعة 12:00 ظهراً

يوجد طريقين للوصول للموقع، طريق سهل وبسيط وطريق آخر كان صعب مثل المنحدر الطويل تحتاج الى طلوعه بالسيارة (كان مخيف بعض الشيء). تأكد من أن تسلك الطريق الذي يمر من فندق(Elite World Grand Spanca)

الموقع جميل وهادئ، والموظفون متعاونون جدًا. 🌿 ملاحظة مهمة: يوجد طريقان للوصول إلى الكوخ، يُنصح باستخدام الطريق الذي يمر بجانب Elite World Grand Sapanca، لأنه أسهل وأوسع. أما الطريق الذي يقترحه Google Maps فهو ضيق وصعب جدًا

الاطلالة حلوة المسبح دافئ يعتبر عمقه غير مناسب للاطفال الطاقم كان ودودا ومتعاونا الافطار جيد جدا مساحة الكوخ مناسبة، الحمام مساحته صغيرة والباب يحتاج الى إصلاح تقريبا

الطريق إلى الكوخ عن طريق قوقل ماب غير صحيح وخطير يجب التواصل مع السكن لتزويدكم بالطريق الاسهل

Posizione davvero molto bella. Quiete della zona e vista sul lago sono il punto forte. Letto molto comodo! Colazione più che buona. Anche la piscina esterna riscaldata rende piacevole il soggiorno.

Un aspetto della pulizia molto discutibile, il divano non era accettabile! Troppo sporco e con odore molto forte. Consiglio di coprirlo con teli puliti o lavarlo in maniera approfondita.

Wonderful View , relaxing environment .. we stayed as a family with the kids and both environment and the house was very relaxing and peacifull. Breakfast is great , pool is always warm and environment is safe, suitable for the kids. We had great time and will come back for sure !!

Sessiz,sakin huzurlu ve dinlendiriciydi. Personel çok nazik,güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı çok iyi havuz mükemmeldi.

Tam anlamıyla harika bir tatil yaptık. 2 gece kaldığımız bungalov çok güzeldi. Personel ilgisi ve nezaketi çok iyiydi. Havuzz harikaa. Sabah kahvaltıları beklediğimden çok iyiydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz bir yer kesinlikle.

Wonderful View opposite the lake ,very clean inside the villa ,at garden and the swimming pool ,well furnished ,super excellent breakfast .

There is no extra bed option though we booked villa for 7 however only 4 beds were available and other 3 people slept at the sofa bed . At early morning I observed one rat at the balcony outside the villa and it disappeared in a while ,understand the location inside the jungle however some measures must be taken to protect the villa at the surrounded barrier area such as installing some tools ,devices ..etc.

Its a bit expensive for the transportation to reach the place from istanbul, but it worth it I went last year in room 4 privacy was better than room 2

The view, the private pool and the cozy place.

Nothing, but take care of two things, first, the stuff enter the place at 9:00 AM to put the breakfast and at 10:00 AM to clean the swimming pool, this may surprise you on the first day, especially if you have a private time. Second, it' better to take your breakfast inside the room as there are honey bees may disturb you during the breakfast, other than that every thing is OK.

Property should provide transportation method as they do not offer lunch and dinner and you should go buy from restaurants that are minimum 3 Kms away, there is an application called Yemeksepeti that deliver food

I wrote because for the first time, my children feel disappointed in this way, and I will not forget how their crying sounded when they were rejected from the place. We did not know that it was our destiny that there would be a disruption due to theft, and this is not our will, so all the concern of this place was that it sent us messages and demanded that we cancel the reservation when it knew that we would not arrive at the time specified for us, in order to take the money of course and open the way to reserve the place for someone else A successful place is one that seeks to win customers and its first address is humanity, not just making money I just want to know the place that an airline compensated us and it was a humane treatment and sympathy with us for what happened with us, but you were treated very, very badly

the bugs inside, the kids were scared so I couldn’t continue the whole stay, unfortunately I had to leave without a refund

First of all there is no privacy. Workers are entering the yard very often which is make it uncomfortable. The yard has no lock. The wifi was very slow and not working most of the time. The bathroom need to be upgraded as it is very hard to control between warm and cold water. I would definitely stay here again if the above concerns were considered and corrected.

the house was really clean we loved it we were so comfortable everything was perfect and clean the view was amazing

we checked in at 2pm they knocked on the door and told us the shower needs to be fixed and they said it takes about 5 to 10 minutes but they took an hour and half to fix it.

i liked the house and pool space. its really good and nice.

the bees, and bugs. even though its not the venue issue but maybe they can find a way to decrease rhe bees in the area.
