Elite World Grand Sapanca is an impressive resort with a huge range of amenities. There is plenty to do within the property itself, including the aqua park, multiple indoor and outdoor pools, and gaming facilities such as table tennis, foosball and bowling. The spa and hammam were also excellent, with very professional therapists and a great overall experience. There are multiple dining options, and the half-board package was particularly convenient, with breakfast, evening tea and dinner included at 3 Floor Restaurant. A special mention goes to Nabila from the Guest Relations Department, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She reached out to us on our first night, and when I shared a few inconveniences we had experienced while trying to reach Room Service, she took the feedback seriously and the service improved noticeably thereafter. On our final day, we had to check out early to catch our flight from Istanbul and would have missed the buffet breakfast, so she kindly arranged takeaway breakfast boxes for us. Her attentiveness and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Check-out was also very swift and efficient, which was particularly helpful given our early departure.

While the Room Service staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately our experience with Reception was quite different. Shortly before check-out, I called Reception to request some additional drinking water. After hearing the request, the person simply disconnected the call without even acknowledging it or confirming whether the water would be sent. No one subsequently came to deliver it, and I eventually had to contact Room Service separately, who thankfully assisted. This was quite unprofessional and disappointing, particularly for a resort of this standing. Reception is often the primary point of contact for guests, so a more courteous and responsive approach would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Everything was amazing really nice hotel with a friendly staff. We had an issue and they rapidly handled it. The staff and managers were professionals . The food was delicious breakfast and dinner. التكييف في الغرف كان حار .. قدمت شكوى عدة مرات ولكن الواضح ان هناك عطل في التكييف .. تم تغيير الغرف ولكن نفس المشكله .. والقيمة عالية جداً مقارنة بباقي الفنادق .. نتمنى مزيداً من العروض وحل مشاكل التكييف في الفندق ولكم كل الشكر

Excellent location and very clean. Best place for relaxing and vacation. It has also excellent spa and health facility and Turkish hammam. I stayed in this resort several times and liked very much. Hope it will maintain this level of cleanliness and quality.

The reciption staff little stressed and not comfortable this time probably they were overwhelmed with the number of guests as this time the hotel very very busy with too many children and people all stand together in the reception desk for checking in and out

Hotellet er smuk og ligger i flotte omgivelser. Personalet var venlige og behjælpelig. Kæmpe morgen og aftensbuffet, det var lækkert.

Der bliver spillet højt musik om aftenen i weekenden og også nogle dage i hverdagene ved poolområdet. Hvis man ikke er til det skal man ikke booke værelse som kigger mod skoven og poolområdet. Vi havde booket fra lørdag til onsdag og havde svært ved at sove på grund af lyden. Derudover er det et hotel som er populært blandt børnefamilier. Hvis man rejser til Sapanca for at slappe af og finde ro, er dette ikke hotellet. Deres spa områder føltes heller ikke afslappende. Det var mere en legeplads for børn. Jeg vil ikke engang kalde det for spa, men mere for en svømmehal med flere bassin. I restauranten var der dårlig akustik og grædende børn hele tiden. Her ville det have været fordel hvis de havde opdelt pladserne til voksen område og børnefamilier.

Elite World Grand Sapanca is a stunning forest retreat perched on a hill, surrounded by nature. The spacious rooms offer beautiful dual views either of the forest with distant village houses and mosques or overlooking the pools. The room was spotless, and the three-section bathroom design was practical. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ideal for back-pain sufferers, and the soft towels and bathrobes were a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable everywhere, even outdoors. Clean outdoor pools and fun water games for kids, with scenic walkways around the lake offering beautiful forest views. The spa is a major highlight: massive, pristine, with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and changing rooms, service is top-notch, perfect for a full day of rejuvenation. The breakfast and dinner buffets were diverse and delicious, with outstanding local desserts, though western sweets were less impressive. The staff were friendly, check-in and out was swift, and the live lobby music created a pleasant atmosphere. The gym is also well-equipped.

The biggest issue is the room policy: there is no single large family room for 4 guests, forcing us to book two separate rooms, which significantly increased the overall cost. The access road is steep and winding with no guardrails. Parking is also a hassle, no indoor or sheltered lot; cars are left outside along the resort wall, exposed to rain and wind. The building is huge and requires long walks to main elevators (though using the spa elevators helps). The adults-only pool (+16) felt gloomy, and I wished it were heated for evening swims. Many events are weekend-only, and activities like bowling and arcade games are paid. Fresh apple and orange juices are chargeable despite the abundant free food, and no snacks are offered between meals. There is also no iron in the room. Overall, a beautiful resort with excellent facilities and food, but families should be aware of the costly room arrangement and the parking inconvenience.

Die Architektur, die Zimmergrösse, die Sauberkeit und die Kombination von Natur und moderner Anlage hat uns fasziniert. Das Frühstück, das Abendessen und Tea-Time war ausserordentlich vielfältig und lecker. Der Spa-Bereich war top und sauber. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und sind erholt wieder abgereist. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Im Spa Bereich, besonders im Hamam hat uns der Kinderlärm gestört. Kinder sollten keinen Zutritt dorthin haben. Beim Relaxpool für Erwachsene war die Wassertiefe zu niedrig, wie fast im Kinderpool.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful. Although we had a minor issue at the beginning, the way the team handled it was incredible; they turned it into a positive experience and made sure we were completely happy. The level of kindness and hospitality here is rare; we truly felt like we were at home. Nabila from Guest Relations is simply amazing. I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional care, her kindness, and for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She is the heart of this place! Special thanks also to Gokhan Abi from the restaurant he was incredibly kind, attentive, and his warm personality made every meal a delight. and to Ismail & Yasmin from the Spa for the relaxing experience. I would also like to thank Murat Abi, Furkan, Selen, Zehra, and Sivel for their great support and for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared—huge thanks to all the Chefs and to Intan from the cafe! While I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a dedicated ladies-only pool, I still managed to enjoy the pool during the quiet hours. Finally, the resort is stunningly clean and the attention to detail is lovely, especially the nameplates for the plants and trees. Thank you for everything!

We had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The food was very delicious, and the buffet was rich and satisfying at every meal. We would especially like to thank the guest relations team for their warm welcome and for calling us in advance with helpful information. Their professionalism made a great impression. Special thanks to Ms. Aya, Ms. Fatma, and Ms. Nebile. Their knowledge of Arabic was a great help to us, and they supported us in every way throughout our stay. The hotel’s natural surroundings, fresh air, and forest walking trails were incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in nature.

Jedzenie. Tragedia. Hotel niby wysoko oceniany a jedzenie było mega słabe, poziom szkolnej stołówki. Sporo jedzenia to odmrożone mrożonki, a nie przygotowane na miejscu potrawy. Obsługa restauracji nie radzi sobie z ilością gości - tak długo szuka się pustego i czystego stolika, że niezbyt dobre jedzenie staje się niejadalne, bo jest po prostu zimne. Jadalnia powierzchniowo nie jest przystosowana do takiego obłożenia.

What I liked about the property is that it is away from the city, and it offers a wide variety of food options for both breakfast and dinner.

Unfortunately, the place was too noisy for a relaxing experience. Room service was slow and sometimes unresponsive to our requests. The air conditioning was on heating mode, so we had to open the windows. While staying at the property, there were several parties on the first day. On the second night, loud music began around 3am., disrupting our sleep. After calling reception, we were informed that intoxicated guests were causing the disturbance and that the issue would be addressed.

أخص بالشكر الموظف مصطفى في المطعم على حسن الترحيب والضيافة والبشاشه وسرعة الخدمة الذي جعلنا فعلا نعيش أجواء الخمس نحوم

Half board stay with 3 meals included in the package - breakfast, tea and dinner. The buffets had very decent variety with some day to day variation too. The service at the buffet was exceptionally good. Their spa is also very good, and the outdoor heated pool was perfect for the weather. The Bonfire bar is also a nice touch. Thank you to the Guest Relations Manager Nabila for the guidance on how to make the most of our stay.
