W Dubai - Mina Seyahi

Amazing spot

Excellent rooms and on site facilities.

Amazing hotel, great staff, faultess

Was given the wrong room that I had paid for initially and told there were no other rooms available even though I received a message before hand telling me everything was ready. When I complained about not having the sea view I paid for, magically within 7 minutes this room was available...not something I expect from a W hotel.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! Loved our stay here from the second we walked in everything was amazing. Every attention to detail was appreciated and our room was gorgeous and amazing view. We stayed for a wedding anniversary trip and they put balloons and a cake in our room which was lovely. Loved the use of the other hotel bars/restaurants but loved coming back to the W and the adults only option. The staff and service was above and beyond and great location on the beach. The only minor issue we had was the noise from the building site next door there are cranes absolutely everywhere in ear and eyeshot but honestly after the first 2 days I stopped hearing it the hotel cannot help what’s going on in surrounding areas. I thought it would’ve been a nice gesture to give the W hotel guests a discount for the attico restaurant on the top floor but there was more than enough amazing restaurants on the all inclusive to chose from with their own amazing views.

.

The back office staff are not nice

Very bad experience at the end. Stay away from this hotel

Can’t believe what they did at the end. They deserve only 1-star

Outdoor swimming door.

Amazing service, staff are so humble! Made to feel very welcome!

I recently stayed at the W Hotel Dubai, and overall, it was a fantastic experience, though there are a few things to note. The hotel is modern, stylish, and luxurious, with a bold, chic design that creates a high-energy vibe, particularly in the public spaces like the bar and lounge areas. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and sleek, modern bathrooms, offering a blend of comfort and style. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore nearby shopping, dining, and attractions, though there is some ongoing construction nearby that can lead to noise, particularly during the day. While the service at the front desk could have been friendlier and more personable—there was a sense of distraction at check-in—the staff at the outdoor bar and Flamingo restaurant were exceptional. They were attentive, welcoming, and went out of their way to make the experience more enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, with a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and a stunning rooftop bar offering great views of the city. Dining at Flamingo was also a highlight, with delicious food in a trendy setting. Despite the construction noise and minor service issues at the front desk, the W Hotel Dubai still provides a stylish and comfortable stay. The exceptional service at the bar and restaurant, along with the hotel’s vibrant atmosphere and top-tier amenities, make it a solid choice for anyone looking for a luxury experience in Dubai.

What an amazing stay we enjoyed for our 1st time in Dubai. Location was excellent for exploring. Room was fabulous! 1300. Spectacular Suite on 13th floor. Views were incredible. Yes, there was construction on left side of building, but no noise from our room. All Inclusive excellent value. The staff are truly an asset to this hotel. Special mention to Saroj from Ginger Moon who made our stay extra special. Was such a pleasure to converse with you every morning.

Absolutely amazing stay at the W Hotel. Every detail has been thought of, service is exceptional and the room was absolutely beautiful. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. W co tongues to be one of the most unique and consistently excellent hotels across the world. Love love love them and choose them when we can.

Exceptional stay at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi. Adnan arranged an upgrade to a beautiful corner room with breathtaking views, and while we waited he gave us gym access to refresh. The Director of Operations, Olecia even set us up at the pool deck with complimentary cappuccinos. Moosa made Aleena’s 50th birthday unforgettable with balloons, cake, skincare gifts, a framed photo, and a handwritten card – a truly special touch. Thanks also to Siri, Paul, and Jad for their outstanding service including all the hotel room cleaners. This hotel combines luxury with genuine warmth – highly recommended!

Excellent!

The property is excellent but the dining is average.I think you need to expand the dinning area.

Highly recommend this hotel and the half package is definitely worth the money. Great location and amazing customer service

One of the best hotels we stayed in very clean and staff very helpful

From the moment we arrived at the W Hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. Our check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for our stay. Every single staff member we encountered was outstanding — from the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless, to the friendly and attentive staff at the swimming pool, and the exceptional service at the restaurant. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the hotel truly went above and beyond to make it unforgettable — surprising me with balloons, a delicious cake, and warm wishes that made me feel incredibly special. It was such a thoughtful touch that I will always remember. A huge shout out to Rooza one of the most amazing people I have ever met. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience even more extraordinary. She is a true asset to the W Hotel team. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family wanting a luxurious and fun experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the W Hotel. We had an extraordinary time and will definitely be returning. Simply amazing in every way!

Great staff - Fernando and the receptionist deserve a good shout

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was great. We were there for our anniversary

The rooms were well appointed. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing and cocktails in the hotel lounge were perfect. The hotel was close to the marina but a 20-25 minute drive to the malls and even furthrer from old Dubai.

Absolutely incredible!

Amazing stay, staff couldn’t do enough for us

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff is amazing. Super accommodating. The service is customized it is just amazing. Will be staying there again.

The stay was amazing, all the staff were so kind and helpful especially the women who works at the W store who helped my grandmother find the hotel salon. The rooms were nice, clean and big. The facilities are amazing especially the beach couldn’t fault our stay. Definetly recommend!

Perfect location, excellent facilities, amazing service, the most adorable staff! Super clean! Got an upgrade and was treated like a queen! This will be my home on every trip to Dubai! W for the Win !

On arrival I was upgraded which was a lovely gesture. The hotel, room and dining options were incredible. I’ve stayed many times in Dubai but not in this part of Dubai or this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. The only negative, which is common in Dubai, was the building work going on adjacent to the hotel. Whilst it was not very noticeable from inside the room, it made the balcony unusable as the building work was 24/7 and the noise from the balcony was unbearable. If you are staying ask for a room away from the building site.

Loved it and will stay again :)

Enjoyed my stay.

When i checked in the told me that there are no twin rooms left, and the transferd me to another older hotel by 20 years with waaaay less luxury and still charged me the same price as if i stayed all the nights at the W. This hotel has no respect to its customers , reservations or travelers.

Amazing 👏

W hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Despite the nearby construction noise (beyond their control), my stay was exceptional. Highlights included the gym, diverse dining options, incredible breakfast, breathtaking views, and exclusive in-house beach club. But what truly made my stay special was the superior client service. A huge thank you to Erika for her exceptional service, thoughtfulness and genuine care, Daniel for his polite & courteous service with my bags, and Raj, the charming breakfast manager, who made me feel right at home.

Customer service is outstanding

2nd stay at the W. Class leading hotel with fantastic dining options

Very professional staff and very friendly and attentive! Recommended

There is construction work going on and very noisy. Even though I was moved to a quiet room for 2 nights, I feel they should not have given out this room to anyone. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room not cleaned properly. Worktops sticky with milk and coffee and makeup.

had an amazing stay at the W Mina Seyahi Hotel in Dubai! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spacious and had stunning views of the marina. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious getaway!

Amazing hotel linked to the meridian an Westin so get to use all facilities in all three hotels including the private beaches. The rooftop bar is awesome

Amazing property for first time stay

Had a great 5 night stay at the W Dubai! Rooms were really nice, staff very friendly and helpful, and good attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotels and the rooms are amazing, but the beach and Mina Seyahi facilities are lacking and outdated.

I’m going to rate every hotel one star until hotels.com stop their breakfast scam. I was charged $80 additional per day for breakfast at the time of booking when it is only $44 to pay each day at the hotel. This is happening time and time again on hotels.com. Check the breakfast rates and DO NOT pay hotels.com or Expedia. Otherwise this is hotel is amazing. I love it. My favourite hotel in Dubai. Staff are amazing.

We initially booked a horrible room at the Address Marina and chose to not ruin our trip to Dubai and booked the W. As soon as we arrived, we were met by a 5-star service staff. I mean wow. Szilvia is the lead concierge and everyone smiles, is attentive but not intrusive, and brings joy to the moment. From tea and water in the lobby during check-in to room service being more than making the bed, the service and experience were "punching above its weight class."

It was simply amazing will stay there again

Great hotel

this is the third time I have stayed which says a lot as I have stayed at many of the nice hotels in Dubai which were all generally excellent. the location is good and sharing the resorts facilities widens the appeal as does that it is adult only. The rooms are nice and kept spotlessly clean but the differentiator are the staff who are universally terrific, professional and friendly. It can be either tranquil or a bit more party wise depending on your inclination and which part of the extensive facility you go to and the rooftop balcony view and bar area are excellent. Sports bar great. Two things to improve 1) the music content/volume at breakfast in Ginger Moon are simply inappropriate and it it TIME this was sorted neither content nor volume match the clientele and no proper room teamaking facilities for the British just an over complex coffee machine not acceptable!!

amazing!!!

Very noisy construction works and very loud music being played all day and night

perefrct

Fabulous!

Loved my few days at the W. Very high standard here. Close to the Walk and easy enough to walk to the metro for access downtown. Beautiful view into the harbour. I loved their gym with air con. It’s party central so if you get irritated by music until 2am it might not be for you.

True 5 star, superb everywhere. Being Dubai tho, everything is outrageously expensive.

The valet damaged my car and they didn’t pay for it

Great area as everything is close. Special mention to the housekeeping staff who were the best we have ever had.

Incredibly stylish property

Great service from the hotel receptionist, housekeeping and Ginger moon staff. Super impressed by the detailed room cleaning service, they cleaned 2 times per day, preparing few bottles of water, night time story on the bed and even cable ties for my charger cable. Another excellent service was provided by the Ginger moon staff, they wrote me a message card during my last day stay, this is so sweet. Just a minor issue is my outfit always look alike the staff outfit and it makes the other guest always ask me to bring them orange juice. The interior and the facilities are well maintained. But we have issue with the bluetooth speaker which can easily connected by the nearby room with few attempts and tune the volume to the max in the midnight. I tried to unplug cable but it still functioning due to the speaker is rechargeable. I think this issue can be solve by setting the bluetooth speaker with password so that nearby room can't connect the speaker easily. I believe my room is a connecting room and it has a door which can access to another room. The guest beside my room always open the speaker with high volume midnight till 4am and I can clearly listen their sound from the connecting door although it is locked.

Vibrant hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff and sparkling clean facilities. Good for adults looking for hookups, but really bad if you are on a business trip or just looking to relax, between thr multiple bars and clubs and pool parties, and the amount of 24/7 constructions next to it, it is always noisy...everywhere!

This oasis was amazing! We stayed a week for mine and my friends birthday and everyone was amazing!!

Amazing hotel

Great hotel and very hospitable staff ! Regards to Ashod and the team ! Great amenities .

EXCEPTIONAL

not much around the hotel - not much needed

Great stay. You have free access to several resorts and beach clubs walking distance in the area. Amazing rooftop bar with incredible views. Just noisy from the construction close by

The Hotel was Great, and the Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, music was playing very loud from the outside. It played passed 1am and I was unable to get any sleep.

What can I say? This hotel is absolutely stunning, the decor, the vibe, the ambience! From the moment we checked in we were treated like special guests, we had an amazing stay, the W beach is lovely. Highly recommend, shout out to all of the staff from the porters to waiters ! Special mention to Francis and Francisco Lin, it was a pleasure to meet you both

beautiful hotel and design, room are large, Luxury hotel indeed

Superb staff and very helpful & polite.

This property is amazing inside hotel. Everything is super good and nice but around it there is a lot of construction making noise 24 seven.

Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Food quality good, breakfast v nice, table service for coffee and egg based options with a vast buffet too. Pool area very comfortable for a relaxing day and free use of beach club. Tuesday at beach club great value 145 for ladies drinks all afternoon

A world class resort with plenty of fabulous restaurant options and terrific hospitality. Highly recommended.

The staff are very professional and he property itself is lovely. Unfortunately there was a new hotel being built right outside the hotel and the piling started at 6am. The noise as horrendous. In fairness to the hotel they moved us immediately to the opposite side of the property which was so much improved. The noise was also very apparent on the beach and what should have been a relaxing break as I am in recouperation, sadly was not. Our point to the manager was that the company were well aware of the noise pollution and they should a) be communicating this on their site and b) not checking guests into those rooms.

nice hotel, way overpriced, with building work stating very early in the morning, drilling plies into the ground, directly next door. You’d think an early night might be the best solution, however that was also impossible with the noise from the bar / nightclub on the top floor every night until 02:00AM. will not be staying again.

New, well disained hotel

Overall very nice however the building work next door is relentless. 24 hours a day. Very loud by the pool and also in the room. Service was good. Rooms are nice.

My best ever hotel experience. Stylish, immaculate, beautiful room, well located with incredible staff. We chose the hotel to celebrate my partners 30th birthday, and the effort and care taken from the team was incredible. They put up balloons, gave us little treats, and made sure we had a great room. They made it unforgettable- extra special thanks to Assma, Hadjer, Anna & Basni, they are a credit to the hotel. An extra bonus- I was not aware that the hotel gives you access to facilities at Westin & Meridien next door! Also, make sure you visit Attiko, the rooftop bar.

The property is beautiful, views amazing. Housekeeping service was also great. I didn’t feel to welcome when checking in. I was downgraded upon arrival to a 2 bed room With less space and construction right out my window. I asked to be switched and I was moved to a room 1 bed room I originally payed for. Also this is adults only but there were children at the pool and the beach also pool closes at 8.

Very loud construction could not sleep at all: starting at 7am

The property is gorgeous and the staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful!

Outstanding Hotel all around. Excellent breakfast and food. Spectacular rooftop restaurant. All staff was super helpful and special shoutout to Faisal the concierge. He went the extra mile every single time we asked for help and always with a smile and absolute courtesy.

Great rooftop pool . Wonderful staff

Lovely boutique experience unlike other mega hotels lovely spaces and staff

Excellent hotel 5 stars not 4 stars in my opinion, excellent beach and pool all day , upper pool MUST STAY OPEN TILL 10 PM , 8 PM IS TOO EARLY TO CLOSE THE UPPER POOL IN ADULTS ONLY HOTEL.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so friendly and accommodating.

We just returned from a 6 night stay at W Dubai Mina seyahi. This was our first trip to Dubai and we were very happy with the hotel. The hotel areas we used, as well as our room were all very clean and well maintained. We were very thankful for a comfy bed. What really made the hotel stand out though was the staff. Every single interaction we had was very friendly and everyone wanted to go above and beyond for us. The level of customer service was fantastic. I had read a couple reviews about the noise from the beach club keeping people up but we did not have any issues. In saying that, our room was on the side of the building and not directly in front of the beach. The A/C in our room was also great. We would definitely stay again.

everything was super except the menu’s. same thing everyday. boring dinner and lunch. breakfast was delicious tho. staffs was welcoming and professional. service was excellent and prompt

Exceptional staff and facilities. Would highly recommend the all-inclusive package. The staff made our stay very special with wonderful little treats and surprises while we celebrated a special occasion.

Great place..food was too expensive. Need more deals

Clean

Amazing and great location near harbor

Wonderful hotel with great service and great location,,highly recommended

Noisy from the outside pool area on the terrace and beach area until 3 am. Poor sound proofing in rooms.

Attentive to detail is an understatement where the W Hotel at Mina Seyahi is concerned. The staff collectively go out of their way to give you a holiday experience like no other. For starters, our rooms were upgraded (Woohoo!). Our receptionist- Ainora- efficiently checked us in and welcome tidbits, refreshments and a lovely note greeted us at our rooms. The W’s Whatever/Whenever concierge service also deserves a gold medal in patience, answering all my questions (even the silly ones) with utmost care and consideration. By day 3, they even figured out my training schedule and I was pleasantly surprised when Wilson, one of their staff members, gave me additional water and got my taxi prepped without me having to ask. If you’re wondering whether breakfast is worth it- I would say yes without hesitation. Breakfast at Ginger Moon is worth it as the food selection is varied, delicious and well-thought out. All in all, eventhough the W Hotel is stated as an adults only hotel, their bespoke experience is sure to evoke the delight of your inner child. Thank you for such a memorable experience x.

Amazing spot for relaxing and enjoying

Great first experience. Thank Olga for making our experience great.
