Atlas-Résidence by Rent-Inn

The staff was truly amazing, they were helpful and kind, the bed was super comfortable, and the apartment was squeaky clean.

the noise during the night of the aeration system or idk exactly what was it, but if you're a light sleeper, it's disturbing

C'était correct

Tout s'est bien passé

Pas propre

🤮

We voelden ons direct welkom.

Good location in the middle near France road Excellent staff and receptionist

Confortable place and tidy

I like it

The Property was clean and organised.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. We requested a room change from the staff, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked. We were assured that a technician would come to repair the AC; however, no one arrived. As a result, we had to spend the night in an extremely hot room without air conditioning.

Location close to the mall, restaurants and tram station

Omgeving is top.

Adel and zakaria are friendly and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. The check in process was a little difficult, however afterwards it was smooth sailing. The place was very calm and nobody bothers you while you’re in the room. The terrace and the bedroom was very clean and looked cute.

The check-in process took a bit of time and lots of back and forth

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very accomodative

Service

It was as described and property was clean and even let me check in 1.5 hours early

Room a little smaller than i thought

The bed was comfortable and the unit had things we would need if staying longer. The neighbourhood was nice.

Upon arrival after 30hrs travel, the room i booked and paid for months in advance was not the room I received. I booked an upper level suite with balcony overlooking the city. I was put in a small room with no balcony. I went to the desk and showed the booking and they simply said the system has new in the room I got. I firmly expressed my dissatisfaction as I booked a specific room for the balcony and had paid and they made no effort to reimburse cost or rectify it. Eventually he agreed to put me in a room with a terrace but it was bottom floor with no view outside. Terrible customer service, and I felt scammed. The room didn't feel very clean. I was pleased to have a washer dryer combo but the dryer didn't seem to work. We asked about it and they said it worked but didn't make any effort to explain how or come show us. We ended up carrying wet laundry to our next destination and having to find a laundromat.

Cleaned up well and polite staff

Shower head broken and took 2 days to fix. Had to ask a few times

Le cadre est magnifique et très confortable❤️

La femme de ménage qui me réveille et me dérange pour faire ma chambre😕 Il faut aussi penser à la restauration, ce serait bien.

Location

Calculation of city tax was unfair... I was stating alone means city tax per person shall be applicable but reception insist on paying 2 persons city tax because booked room was double and they argued with me too much.. Second point water pressure is too weak and can't even enjoy shower 🚿

Reception staff a big thanks to Ade he was awesome, one on the other side was very rude and asked me on the phone one night " R U a man or a woman?"

Not enough cutlery, heating toke long time to work , beautiful outdoor terrace
