チェックインの時間より早く着いてしまいましたが、すぐ対応していただき待つこともなく時間前に入ることができました。 部屋もすごく綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 お湯を溜めるのも一定の量になったら自動に止まり助かりました。 無料で部屋のグレードアップもされて、リファのアイロンが付いていて、素晴らしかったです。

The hotel was amazing. It was the biggest hotel room we stayed in during our whole Japan trip which was great! It was within walking distance of the train station, markets, restaurants, bars but not noisy. The laundry was great for washing and drying. The staff were incredible and so helpful and helped organise our luggage transfer. We would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

Pillows were not comfortable

Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The room was poorly maintained and insufficiently cleaned: rust, mold, limescale in the bathroom, dust in the slightest groove, dirty carpet and dust clusters at the air conditioning. The general condition of the premises was far below what one can expect from a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, these problems of cleanliness and maintenance deeply ruined my entire stay.

People are really friendly and very good place to stay in Osaka!

Las vistas que había desde el hotel al castillo y que estaba muy cerca del río para poder pasear. El desayuno muy variado y occidental que es un plus para los que no estamos acostumbrados, sobretodo los niños. Las camas muy cómodas y la habitación aunque reducida en espacio muy cómodas.

大阪城ホールに近いのが良かった。 非常に室内が広く綺麗で子供が大喜びでした。

空調からの音が気になって中々眠れなかった。 浴室はシャワーのみでした。

Da apprezzare che l'hotel sia di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria Tenmabashi da cui siamo arrivati.

La stanza era piuttosto stretta, angusta e poco luminosa. Colazione di scarsa qualità e poca disponibilità alla soddisfazione del cliente. Per avere la stanza alle 14.00 invece che alle 15.00 perché ero infortunata, ci sono stati chiesti 1000 yen in più. Insomma, non siamo stati contenti.

We travelled in August 2026, a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 10-year olds). We booked the Deluxe Quadruple Room with 2 Sofa Beds that was simply excellent for our needs! The beds were very comfortable, the shower amazing and there was a washer/drier in our room! There was plenty of space for all our luggage, nightware was also provided and the cosmetics and other amenities (e.g. coffee maker, water, sink etc) in the room really made the stay wonderful. We had purchased breakfast at the hotel that was also very good. The location is very convenient as it is just across the street from the train station that also serves metro lines. We took a direct train from there to Kyoto for a day trip and we also travelled very easily (no transfer) to Osaka main station. Downtown Osaka is also easy to reach via the metro and Osaka castle is just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There was a 7-11 and Family Mart a few metres away and also the mall right across the street and on top of the train station. Overall an excellent stay.

Struttura moderna e molto bella, attraversando la strada c'è una stazione della metro super collegata a tutte le attrazioni turistiche. A piedi si raggiunge il castello di Osaka in circa 20 minuti. La camera adeguata e comunque gestibile per due persone, molto pulita, comoda ed il bagno grande. Lo staff cordiale e molto disponibile

Tout !!! L'emplacement près d'une gare qui dessert les grandes lignes pour visiter Osaka et aller à Universal City !!! Un hôtel rénové avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très variés. Il y en a pour tous les goûts !!! Un personnel accueillant et aux petits soins.

La salle du petit déjeuner peut être bruyante si elle est pleine, car beaucoup de monde dans cet hôtel au tres bon rapport qualité prix !

Prima hotel om een paar dagen in Osaka te verblijven. Goed ontbijt. Tegenover metrostation met shoppingmall gelegen. Supermarktje op de hoek. Paar kleine aardige restaurantjes in de buurt.

El check in, en todos los hoteles suele ser a las tres pero en el keihan de Tokio nos dejaron hacerla antes sin cargos y en el de Kyoto cobraban por adelantarlo y solo permitían una hora antes

Hotel super próximo a estação de trem/metrô, portanto, ótima localização. Funcionários super atenciosos e gentis. Serviço de lavanderia que usamos foi muito prático. Amenities muito bons!

チェックイン前に荷物を先に預けるにあたり近くのパーキングを案内してもらおうとフロントにたずねたところホテルの立駐が空いているとのこと。駐車後にチェックインまでの料金と宿泊中の駐車料金として4000円の説明を受けた。高額なら事前に伝えるべき。余計な出費となった。朝食はイタリアンでメニューも多く美味しかったが、トースターの一つが壊れておりヒーティング出来ず冷たいパンを食べた。残念。

Excellent location right in front of the Tenmabashi station. Beautiful hotel, great design and ambiance! Staff very attentive and friendly. Room was excellent too! A little bit small but no complains at all. We were very happy!

Its very convinient that there's a convinience store less than a 3 minutes walk from the building, and right across the street there's a shopping mall with a station inside, so getting from the hotel to anyplace you need to go is pretty convineint.

Its more of a booking issue, but the room that we chose was quite small for three people. I think it could've been more spacious, but truly it was because we overlooked how much space we would need.

Instalaciones muy nuevas y de calidad. Habitación muy cómoda (teniendo en cuenta el tamaño de las habitaciones de Japón). Un desayuno espectacular y continental, lo cual se agradece para turistas europeos. En el hall principal, está la recepción y el salón comedor, también hay una zona para que cojas todos los ammenities que necesites (gel, champu, peines, cuchillas de afeitar, toallas). Muy buena ubicación, justo enfrente hay una estación principal de metro. Por la zona hay supermercados (7eleven y FamilyMart).

民宿設備完整，有廚房，洗衣機，兩間獨立的房間。 地點在京都御苑與二條城中間，位置很方便。 要離開時因為有行李，櫃檯幫我們叫計程車確定車子可以符合我們的需求，讓我們很安心。

雖有一間一床雙人房，但是床卻是單人床加大的尺寸…晚來睡的只好睡地上。

L’hôtel est joli et ultra soigné. La literie était très confortable. Belle insonorisation de la climatisation. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du metro et du château d’osaka.

Chambre étroite comme beaucoup dans les villes japonaises.

The check in and out was very easy. The breakfast buffet had a large variety to choose from. The room was clean and well stocked. Complimentary water and self serve laundry 🧺 facilities.

The hallway on our floor was quite warm and humid in contrast to the lobby that was very nice. The room AC struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

部屋がとても素敵で快適でした。お風呂のリファのシャワーやドライヤーなどいろいろな角度から出てくるシャワーなどもびっくりしましたが気持ちよかったです。 YouTubeも見ることができました。 朝食も美味しかったです。ご飯と味噌汁がほしかったですが。 パンとチキンライスとサラダが美味しく、ソフトクリームを自分で作れてうれしかったです。

車を停める駐車場がわかりにくかった。ぐるぐる回ってようやく見つけました。でも24時間2,500円で停めることができました

The location. It was very close to the train station. The hotel was very clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

The bathroom are was very dark. There was only 1 pillow for each bed and they were very hard. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. Every other hotel we have stayed at in Japan has had complimentary coffee and cold beverages and this hotel had none. Also we added a night because our flight was cancelled and the cost for the one night was the same as we paid for the 2 previous nights combined.

Everything was great. Proximity to the station, shops and essentials was perfect.

The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday.

整體設備很新、很乾淨，如果不是臨時改行程，真的很想多住幾天！咖啡真的很好喝！而且廁所有兩個洗手台，很棒！

這次住四人房（兩張雙人床+兩張沙發床），空間比較小，行李沒什麼地方放。

We loved our stay. The hotel is very stylish and new, all is fresh. Beautiful room with a nice city view from the big window. Good breakfast. The location was excellent - just a short walk from the train station and Osaka Castle. Everything is within walking distance if you like exploring cities by foot, making it very convenient. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

La habitación que nos tocó era ENORME, comparada con el tamaño para Japón. La ubicación muy bien, cerca de la estación pero algo “apartada”. Hay restaurantes en la zona para cenar. No llegamos a probar el onsen, lo cual me parece una pena, pero por horarios viendo la ciudad al final no nos cuadró. El personal muy amable y reciben servicio de Takubin

房間有的落地窗光線好。備品自由按需要自由拿取。房間內的控制系統是觸控面板。吹風機及蓮蓬頭是日本品牌Refa、甚至有同品牌的平板夾～

房間內的垃圾桶是方型的不好丟棄垃圾。小冰箱稍微不夠冷。

Hotel was very nice. Room is modern and clean. Location for us was good, walking distance to Osaka Castle (we went both during the day and in the evening to see it with lights), and across the street from subway station, with mall. Restaurants around but not located in very busy tourist area. The sink is sort of in the room/hallway. It didn't bother us, there is a sliding door so you can still close the bathroom part from the room if you wanted to. I would stay there again. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, there is a bakery at the mall with excellent European croissants.

The hotel is wonderful, stylish, fresh, and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's a counter in the lobby with everything you might need in your room: coffee and toiletries. The rooms have Refa hair dryers and Refa shower heads. I even bought myself this shower head after trying it at this hotel. Osaka Castle is visible from the windows in the hotel corridor.

The hotel has a laundry room on the ground floor. I wasn't too keen on the smell of laundry after washing, as if they didn't add any laundry detergent.

Petit déjeuner cher mais superbe buffet, dont glace au matcha ... Nous ne l'avons pris qu'une fois. Chambre petite et limite avec grosses valises mais suffisante pour 2. Bien situé pour prendre les métros, restaurants alentours très bien pour le soir. Bonne surprise, quasi en bas de l’hôtel, point d’arrêt d'un bus direct kansai aéroport pour 10 euros/ personnes, ticket à prendre que sur internet via un site d'interface japonaise très moyen, mais ca se fait ... Quartier calme.

L'agencement de la chambre pourrait être meilleur, café et thés pas terribles. Personnel serviable mais vraiment sans plus. peu de machine à laver et séchage cher au final car pas efficace même en allongeant le temps. Un peu loin du château mais c’était notre choix. bon rapport qualité prix ... hors petit déjeuner, sauf si on en fait son repas de la journée.
