Reviewed Aug 15, 2025There is a little shopping center on the corner of the hotel it’s quite my kid’s loved the pool and the jacuzzi, even though the Jacuzzi wasn’t warm because possibly it wasn’t working to get the water warm. besides that everything was good.

I had to wear sandals on the carpet because the one time I didn’t, my feet were dirty/dusty at the bottom :( the location is really great though! There’s a lot of things around within walking distance! :) the staff was nice to us there and very friendly! Ultimately, I would stay here again :)

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025The pictures online are extremely deceitful. The noise was unbearable, house, keepers, maintenance, men, and construction going on by 7:30 AM. Bathroom extremely small and wash area as well, Took several times to flush the toilet, so we skirt go down whether it be urine or not. Number one reason I booked here was for the hot tub/Jacuzzi, which was not working and under maintenance until further notice, which potentially could take months.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2025Check-in was easy, though the entrance and reception area were a little confusing at first. Room was freshly cleaned, with a simple but functional layout and good shelf space. The bed was decently comfortable, and the A/C worked well. We received two large towels, one small towel, two small soap bars, and two mini shampoo bottles. There was a coat rack but no hangers. The shower looked nice and worked great, but many bathroom features felt flimsy, the toilet felt fragile, and the sink had some clogging. The soap left a filmy residue on our hands. Noise from outside was medium to high, especially at night. Wi-Fi was okay. TV had Netflix and YouTube (bring your own login). Staff were friendly and check-out was easy, they did a quick room check before we left. The location is walkable with lots of markets and food spots nearby, plus it’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was just okay, but we felt safe throughout the stay—security and reception seemed available 24/7. Parking was convenient and close. Overall, not a bad stay for under $150 for two nights. It served its purpose, but I’d probably try a different place next time.

Reviewed May 29, 2025Amazing hotel staff! I’m a Filipino-American who doesn’t speak Spanish too well, but we used Google translate and they took care of any issue I had. I even had my rental car locked in a parking garage in zona Rio which had my hotel key in it and with my identification, they helped me get in my hotel. Best staff ever. Location is okay if you have a car. Few good restaurants in the area, and a 7 eleven within 5min walking.

We had a friend come up to our room for only 1 hr and they demanded we pay $25!! We asked for a late check out and even though the hotel was completely empty they wouldn’t let us or hold out luggage until we were headed for home. Overall the staff is extremely rude and non helpful at all. I will never stay here or refer anyone to this place

Reviewed Jan 24, 2025I stayed here because I read great reviews but I was disappointed. The room had a musty smell, dark lighting. shower and sink were clogged so water sit there for awhile. In the morning I heard the whole conversation about family issues from probably two ladies cleaning or staying at the next door room. I guess that is what you get for the price, I didn’t want to try the breakfast.
