Todo, fue espectacular . El conserje Oscar fue muy amable y atento. Nos orientó en todo lo referido a excursiones y siempre estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra estancia. El desayuno era INCREÍBLE

Excelente atención del personal, en especial de la Gerente; Rana, quien hizo todo para que nuestra estadía fuese perfecta. Coordinó todos los detalles, asistió en nuestro arribo en coche, nos dió excelente información además de ayudarnos a poder realizar el vuelo en globo. El resto del staff también fue super amable especialmente en el restaurante. La comida fue óptima, tanto al desayuno como en la cena.

Beautiful and very comfortable rooms. Fantastic staff and a special thanks to Rana for her help, recommendations and kindness. The hotel restaurant is worth the detour too for its cosy atmosphere, excellent food and amazing manager, Ercan who made sure all was perfect for our family diner. Best restaurant we did in the region.

Breakfast for two takes up two tables. And it's incredibly delicious! The staff is happy to answer all your questions. They are very polite and responsive. You can book guide services and hot air balloon rides. The rooms are especially worth a visit. Cozy, stylish, comfortable, and warm.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Solem Cave Suites! The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The views from the hotel are truly magnificent, overlooking the beautiful snow-capped mountains of Cappadocia. The food and service at the restaurant were top notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

Lo que mas nos gustó, ademas de las instalaciones del hotel que son excelentes, fue la excepcional amabilidad del personal particularmente de Oskar el manager del hotel, que siempre estuvo atento a todas nuestras consultas y nos ayudó mucho el que nos hablara y entendiera en español. Destacamos también al personal del restaurante del hotel como así a la calidad de los platos ofrecidos. El desayuno que sirven es excelente. En general un gran GRACIAS a todo el personal del por su cordialidad.

The location was perfect. We were just out of tim, so it was a peaceful setting.The view from the hotel is incredible, so sitting on the patio for drinks before dinner is highly recommended. The restaurant food is excellent, and so are the team. Rooms are big and clean with daily service. Excellent choice!!!

Breakfast was awesome! There was some staff that was really kind to my friend and her mom. I would say reception was very very kind and had great hospitality and were very helpful. They made sure that we were happy. Room was also amazing, toiletries were great, everything worked well and beds were really comfy. I had a really nice experience at this hotel.

The internet was not so good in our room and I had to go to the bar area which was open for guest. I really appreciated that. Sometimes on my calls, my coworkers voices cut out. This hotel would be perfect if the internet was better. My iphone disconnected every 2 minutes and I had to type in the password every 2 minutes so I would just give up. Please fix the internet.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a lovely room and treated well by the kind staff. The quiet and comfy energy of the hotel, matched with the beautiful mountain views, was lovely. Ercan became our friend through eating dinner at the hotel restaurant each night. The food at breakfast and dinner was wonderful. It's only a 15-minute drive to Göreme - we went there 2 mornings via tours to see the hot air balloons. The staff helped us with airport shuttles and bag storage that went seamlessly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with free parking, steps away from great restaurants. We stayed in a King’s suite - absolutely gorgeous with a private patio. Good breakfast and very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent property and very friendly staff

The cave room is amazingly decent, well furnished and spacious. It’s comfortably cool that we don’t need to use the air con at all. The restaurant is also impressive that I had an rentable dinner and breakfast there.

The cave room was gorgeous along with the private terrace. The food at breakfast and for dinner was excellent. A serene place overlooking the old cave village.

The staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to offer assistance when needed. Our king suite was roomy and comfortable. The restaurant was outstanding with delicious served breakfast with yummy treats and a wonderful dinner menu. Waiters and Waiteresses were exceptional and friendly. We highly recommend this property.

That I could only stay two nights!

Solem Cave Suites was above and beyond our expectations. Everyone at the hotel were so kind, helpful, and gracious. The people made our stay unforgettable. Definitely work with them on excursions. They will make sure you get to do what you want very reasonably and easily. The hotel was immaculate, and felt very luxurious. The area surrounding the hotel is breathtaking, so you can enjoy amazing views during breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was incredible...so much great food. If I could bottle their fig and walnut jam, I would be in heaven. We had dessert and drinks at the restaurant, and the dessert was extraordinary. The restaurant manager was so kind and generous explaining the hotels history and a bit about the area. It was a great night looking at the rock formations, moon, and enjoying great company. For location, after seeing Cappadocia, I would say they have one of the best. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. They are situated very close to everything but out of the busiest areas. I would highly recommend staying here for your trip!

Our stay at Solem Cave Suites was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were lovely and Rana helped us organise everything we wanted to do and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants in the area. The food at the hotel was also fantastic, fresh and delicious. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner there over our stay. Our room was also incredible, spacious and with all the amenities. Sleeping in an actual cave was a fantastic experience! We thank the hotel team for having us and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia

The Solem Hotel is a great choice. We had a fabulous cave suite, it was a beautiful atmospheric room- the perfect setting for resting after exploring incredible Cappadocia. Rana and the rest of the staff were super helpful and sweet. The breakfast was delicious, we loved our stay!

The water could be a little hotter

Went there with my wife it was a last minute booking. Driving from Antalya we were there around 8 pm and the night time clerk was friendly checked us in right away and got us situated. Hotel is clean restaurant is very good and breakfast is simple but good. Close to many things.

The cave experience was amazing, sleeping in a cave rejuvenated our bodies and we felt well rested and vibrant even with less hours of sleep! The propert itself is chic and comfortable, the room and bathroom were luxury style hotel rooms! Oh and the staff was just amazing, attentive and they took care of all our activity bookings and also gave us superb recommendations for dinners

Breakfast was a bit scarce in terms of variety, turkey is known for its breakfast spread. Other than that no complaints!

My family had a fantastic stay at Solem Cave Suites. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, from the reception to the restaurant to housekeeping. As a smaller property, the hotel provides a more intimate and personalized experience for its guests. The staff at the reception were especially helpful and knowledgeable. They not only helped us settle in to our rooms, but they also gave us lots of recommendations to help make our time in Cappadocia as memorable as possible. Food at the restaurant was fantastic and the rooms were very clean and modern. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

The rooms were so spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very sweet and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. You really get what you pay for. It's by far our favourite accomodation in Turkey.

We knew it was away from the main Goreme city centre when we booked it, so it just meant we always had to take a taxi into the main town. If you want a quiet peaceful area this is your place, but if you want proximity to the main town this may not work for you. The accomodation is great though so there's nothing really we didn't like

I had an incredible experience at Solem Cave Suites hotel in Cappadocia. The staff, particularly Ali, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. Ali was exceptionally kind and helpful in coordinating all of the local activities, making my trip stress-free and enjoyable. The restaurant at the hotel, attended by Ercan, was nothing short of outstanding. Ercan's kindness and level of service were truly second to none. He made dining at the restaurant a delightful experience, and his attention to detail was highly commendable. The hotel itself is a charming boutique hotel with modern and almost brand new rooms. The ambiance is calm and peaceful, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Solem Cave Suites and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

10/10 stars for the staff from reception to dining to cleaning and maintenance!!! Everyone made us feel like family. Definitely would come back.

Restaurant is excellent! Hotel opened three years ago after extensive restoration. Beautiful high ceilings, marble floors, new fixtures everywhere. WiFi is fast, beds are very comfortable and staff are friendly and welcoming.

A gem of a property in Urgup. We had the most helpful staff we've encountered--they cheerfully and quickly arranged our day trips and tours with a smile. The hotel is clean and conformable; breakfast is excellent.
