Inizialmente mi avevano dato una stanza senza finestre,io ne avevo prenotata una con finestra ....dopo parecchia insistenza sono stata accontentata

The best breakfast you can find in all Cappadocia. We would definitely come back just for it!

Location was suitable for me (to walk from one hotel to another).

Did not expect the room to be completely without windows. It was the underground floor, their was a stuffy smell in the room, needed to open the door regularly to let some fresh air in. To stay 1 night is ok, for longer stay wouldn't consider this kind of room.

The bath is exceptionally comfortable and the bed is a nice size. The staff was very helpful during my stay helping with booking some a activities in the area

Kapadokya’ya tekrar gelsem yine ve yine kalmak isteyeceğim otel diyebilirim. Odamız tertemizdi ve Kapadokya atmosferine uygundu. Standart oda seçmemize rağmen müsait olduğu için bize deluxe oda verildi. Otel işletmecisi olan beyefendi bize harika bir rota çizdi. Çizdiği rotaya göre her yeri gezip görmüş olduk. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi. Memnun olarak ayrıldık. Her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz:)

Great staff, communication, terrific breakfast, family run place, exceptional cave suite, yet modern amenities, clean, super friendly, arranged transport, close to sights.

Το καλύτερο πρωινό, πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Απίστευτα καθαρό. Ήταν ότι ακριβώς είχαμε δει όταν το κλείσαμε. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Camera e colazione fantastica, cosi come struttura e accoglienza. Sinceramente la miglor esperienza che abbia mai avuto su booking il tutto ad un prezzo davvero iniquo per quanto offre la struttura. Complimenti alla gestione

Gönül Hanımın oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetli kahvaltılarına bayıldık.

La stanza era bella , la colazione molto varia e di qualità con uno staff di personale femminile cordiale e gentile , che preparava tante cose deliziose.

Piccolo appunto il frigo non riusciva a raffreddare.

Gayet sakin, otopark sorunu olmayan, güleryüzlü çalışanlar ile temiz ve odaları ferah; son derece kaliteli bir işletme. Teşekkürler.

Location and facility

The staff were amazingly friendly. Thank you all. And a special thank you to the kitchen and breakfast staff - simply amazing. Easily the best and most lavish breakfast I've had in Türkiye - and I've been here a month! Close to everything but far enough away that you can sleep peacefully.

I was super happy. No issues at all. Got a free upgrade when a nicer room became available.

Loved the hotel and the location. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The location was very convenient. A huge thank you to all the staff at Mİsty Cave Hotel. They were terrific, nothing was too much trouble. And a special thank you to the kitchen staff for the amazing breakfasts, easily the best meals I had in Cappadocia.

Large cave-style King bedroom with bathroom and jacuzzi below stairs. Breakfast was good, pleasant service. Urgup location close to everything with a car. Housekeeping not consistent. Stayed there four nights. Very pleasant day reception desk, but no English in night staff. Would recommend.

The room was bright and spacious. Clean room and bathroom. But the staff makes the difference. Thank you Mrs Zeynap and the ladies at breakfast!

Bir gece kalmıştık. Çalışanların samimiyeti güzeldi, ilgiliydiler. Tek olumsuz olan odadan camla ayrılmış banyo tuvalet olmasıydı.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel😍😍 The rooms are very comfortable. The beds are large and incredibly cozy. Everything is spotless. The bathrooms are well-maintained. All the staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Cappadocia before, but I liked this one the most. In terms of price-performance, it’s absolutely OUTSTANDING♥️.

The interesting cave rooms were very unique. The shower was great - very good water pressure, very comfortable king bed, great breakfast, coffee. The location was great - walk to the center - lots of shops, restaurants, etc.

A very unique lay out of the hotel. The rooms are spacious , comfortable and clean. Although we arrived quite late in the evening , the receptionist went out of his way to accommodate with our requests. Well laid out and sumptuous breakfast! Enjoyed!

Gayet guzel bir konaklama deneyimiydi, fiyat performans acisindan oldukca basarili, yastik kilifinda bir iki adet kil vardi bu sebepten temizlikten bir puan kirdik, overallda basarili

Oda temizlik açısından Çok iyiydi diyemeyeceğim. Sebebi ise Lavabo el yıkama kısımları için yapılmış olunan Ahşap dekorlar çok tozluydu. Fön makinası Toz içindeydi. Tuvalet bence O noktada kapısız bir şekilde herkes için uygun olmadığını düşünüyorum. Banyo ve Küvet direk kapısız bir şekilde iniş sağlanıyordu. WC ye birimiz girdiği zaman,rahat ihtiyacını gideremiyordu. Onun dışında Küvet bizden önce uzun bir süre kullanılmamış diye düşünüyorum. Küvetin içinde 4 noktalı tazyikli su çıkışları içeride birikmiş kalıntıları direk dışarı verince berbat bir görüntü oluştu. Küveti 3'4 defa biraz su doldurup kendim temizlemek durumunda kaldım.

Her anlamda çok beğendik ve memnun ayrildik. Fiyat performans acisindan da tatmin ediciydi. Honeymoon suit cok keyifli bir odaydi. Çalisanlar cok ilgili guleryuzluydu. Tum ekipten cok memnun kaldik Heryer tertemizdi, kahvalti cok lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Konumu merkezi kolay ulasilabilir ve otoparki var. Tekrar gitmeyi dusunuyoruz.

Just as shown in the photos, very friendly staff, excellent service, just a few minutes walk from the center of Urgup.

Süper bir konaklamaydı, ilk defa Kapadokya'ya gelmemize rağmen her konuda bilgilendirildik ve yardımcı olunduk. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde 5-10 dakika kadar, minibüs güzergahı üzerinde, kahvaltısı müthiş ve terasının muhteşem manzarası olan süper bir konaklama yeri.

- Leider roch die Toilette im Zimmer schlecht. Als wir sie warnten, sagten sie, dass das Hotel voll sei und sie das Zimmer nicht wechseln könnten. Sie sind nicht einmal gekommen, um sich das Zimmer anzusehen. + Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Bölgenin mimarisine uygun keyifli bir konaklama sonrası zengin bir kahvaltı. Tavsiye olunur.

Şu ana kadar hiç bir işletme için kötü yorum yazmadım. Hep olumlu yönlerine odaklanmaya çalıştım fakat malesef bu otelde öyle olmadı. Oda çok kötüydü. Yer altındaydı. Odanın üstünden her araba geçtiğinde oda titriyordu, her seferinde uykumdan uyandım. Cave formatı bu olmamalı. Belki yer üstündeki odalar daha konforludur bilemem. Tuvalet kapısı yok, çift gidecek olanlar için büyük handikap. Kahvaltı vasat. Bittikten sonra tazelenen bir yiyecek olduğunu görmedim. Çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü ve saygılılardı. Tek olumlu yanı da buydu zaten.

Fiyat performans olarak iyiydi kalınabilir bir otel

Cappadocia Ultra Trail için konakladık. Her şey çok güzeldi, özellikle kahvaltı. Tek bir eksi yanı: kaldığımız oda da neyseki televizyon tarafına tavandan bazı tozlar, döküntüler dökülüyordu, prizlerin yarısı çalışmıyordu ve tuvaleti bir perde ayırıyordu. Teşekkür ederiz.

Camera accogliente e molto pulita anche se non molto grande. Personale cortese e pronto a fornire supporto ed informazioni. Posizione buona, centro città raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Buona ed abbondante colazione

I got the honeymoon suit for a good price. Service was superb and the property was well maintained. Had breakfast with the hotel manager and she was very polite. Only thing that was a bit of the problem was the location. The hotel was in urgur which didn't hv much to do and most attractions were in goreme

The stay was really good. All amenities are on point and Emre, the receptionist, was really accommodating and gave us a VIP treatment. The place is good, and food is excellent too. I definitely would recommend Misty Cave Hotel for travellers, especially those who are first timers

We had the most amazing time at Misty Cave Hotel. The hotel is very, very, very nice and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It's the perfect place to chill after a full day of taking in the sights in Cappadocia. Mr. Emre Basser gave us the VIP treatment and provided the best service--very helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to meet our requests. I highly recommend this hotel. Two thumbs up!

Die Zimmer waren einfach einzigartig. Ein kleines Hotel mit ganz unterschiedlichen Zimmern, sehr liebevoll ausgestattet.

The room was comfortable eventhough it was not the cave room I have picked from Booking.com. The staff was helpful, carried all of our luggages to our room.

I had food poisoning in this Hotel after 3 hours I had the breakfast. And it was only food that I have eaten. I had nausea, fever and diarrhea. Next day, my husband checked the breakfast again and noticed the cheeses had fungus. (That s not the type of cheese which is supposed to have fungus.) We came to Turkey from Germany. Yesterday and today I am sick. My 2 days is just gone. Could not do anything other than being on my bed. I have talked to the waiters and kitchen Chef. They accepted the cheese was spoiled. When I talked to the hotel manager she said there is nothing wrong with cheese. They told me that I need a doctor report to initiate refund process via Booking.com. They obviously made a mistake but instead of beeing supportive the hotel manager was just fighting with us. I had a horrible stay here.

O hotel é muito bom, acomodações confortáveis e modernas. A respeito do quarto a única questão realmente ruim é a cortina no banheiro ao invés de uma porta convencional, é realmente bastante desagradável utilizar o banheiro sem a privacidade adequada. O staff é simpático, mas não falam inglês, então a comunicação é nula, isso prejudica muito. Acabam tendo muita dificuldade em ajudar e não conseguem responder perguntas simples.

Menuda maravilla de alojamiento! A 5 minutos andando del centro que es lo suficientemente alejado para estar SUUUUPER tranquilos! Nos alojamos en la suite nupcial y fue todo un acierto 😍 Como nos arrepentimos de haber estado solo una noche! El alojamiento es nuevo, la habitación tenía todos los detalles posibles, en el baño gel, champú, acondicionador, crema para el cuerpo, espuma especial para la bañera de hidromasaje, etc, todos los detalles que os podáis imaginar! El desayuno es un espectáculo a la altura del alojamiento, según te ven llegar te preparan al momento una tortilla francesa y tiene buffet de cosas dulces y saladas, todo riquísimo! Arriba tienen una terracita muy mona con un columpio digno de foto😍 Lo mejor de la habitación fue la cama, jamás hemos dormido en un colchón tan cómodo, tanto que cuando nos fuimos le preguntamos al chico de recepción de que marca era! Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su hospitalidad y buen trato, si volvemos a Capadocia nos alojaremos de nuevo con vosotros!

Todo era perfecto! Si el alojamiento tuviese piscina ya sería un 11/10

Odaların tasarımı ve temizliği, süperdi. Personelin güler yüzlülüğü, sıcak kanlılığı, Talep edilen şeyin anında yapılması mutlu ediciydi. Ürgüp Merkeze 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde, konumu iyi, Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, tekrar teşekkürler.

Genel olarak iyidi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı iyileştirebilir ya da en azından çeşitlendirebilir. Odaya temizlik talebimimiz olmamasına rağmen temizleye gelmişlerdi. Benim için rahatsız ediciydi. Talebe bağlı gelinebilir.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim genis be ferah bir yapi göremenin dar sokaklı otellerinden daha iyi.kahvaltısı harika.biz king size odada kaldık ama bütün odalarını da gördüm hepsi de king size kadar güzel.konum olarak merkezde .herkese teşekkür ederim çok güzel zaman geçirdik

жил в пещере под землей , пахло сыростью и тянуло запахом канализации из под входной двери, закрыл щель, стало лучше . не работал холодильник

Exceptional hospitality by all the staff. They are accommodative to help us in a few ground arrangements and provided us useful guidance for our stay in Urgup. Room has exquisite taste in designs, very clean inside out and super comfortable bed. It was a pleasant stay and we have to say that Urgup was the right choice of town to stay in Cappadocia.

The cave-like rooms were absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious and modern but still had the cave features which was nice. Breakfast was also really good - the honeycomb was amazing!! Staff were also really helpful

only downside was that the bathroom didnt have a door to separate it from the bedroom, just a curtain. a sliding door would have been perfect.
