Sunrise Aventus Hotel Nusa Dua

Stayed a few times now great rooftop restaurant with amazing views especially at night but rooms are a little small and never had one on ocean view side perhaps these are only deluxe rooms a suites

Pod style bathrooms a little small reminds me of cruise ship

I was happy with the stay. 1. There is one universal plug in the room. 2. The buffet breakfast is standard with both Asian and Western styles. 3. I took a motorbike to Beach Nusa Dua to capture the sunrise because it is about 5km away. 4. The hotel staffs are friendly, especially the security guard helped to carry my luggage. 5. I like the hotel's stairs are open and wide. Thanks!

1. I am not sure about the iron and ironing board because I didn't need them this time. 2. I would prefer if there is some or just little information sheet or pamphlet to introduce the nearest beach to the hotel.

We upgraded to the suite and this was amazing. The cheaper rooms are for students and backpackers so the upgrade is worth it if you want a comfortable stay. The cafe next door and the Japanese restaurant on the roof have excellent menus and room service.

We called the restaurant at 9.33pm for a late dinner and was told the kitchen closed at 9.30pm even though all adverts said the restaurant closed at 10pm. We wanted anything available and were told no, which was a shame.

The view when having breakfast was beautiful as we got to see the beach. The staff were also nice. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket which had a variety of food, clothing, and household items.

We booked the superior double room. I had high expectations as this was a 4-star hotel. However, I was shocked when we walked into the room and realised the shower and toilet were like a capsule. The toilet and shower shared the same space, so it was like a small wet room. The sink was in the corner of the room. The swimming pool is not connected to the hotel. We had to walk out the back of the hotel and half way down the drive way, it also appeared to be a shared driveway with residents. Because the hotel is on the main road the noise from the traffic was loud.

The rooms were perfect for myself and my whanau. The staff wre exceptional and couldn't thank them enough

The staff, food and facilities were very good. The price was good. $33 Aus per night including big breakfast. It was off peak so will be a bit more expensive in Peake time.

There was no view at all. The only window in my room was opaque.I was not expecting a balcony as none were advertised.

Your breakfast has no option for Indian vegetarian customer . You must include few options , just fruit and juice are not called breakfast

The toilet/shower.

Изначально мы планировали остаться на неделю, чтобы присмотреть жилье получше. Но в итоге все так понравилось, что мы продлевали и продлевали. И так в итоге прожили тут весь отпуск. Очень нравилась еда на завтрак. Большой выбор шведского стола местной кухни и день ото дня менялся. Нам конечно за месяц приелось (что естественно) но внимательный персонал предложил нам варианты омлета, сендвичей и хлопьев как бесплатную альтернативу. Также часто было удобно подниматься в ресторан вечером или на обед, чтобы покушать. Так как мы жили долго нам два раза за этот месяц устраивали бесплатный ужин в японском стиле. Он был очень сытный и вкусный! Номер был просторный и чистый. Убирались всегда классно. Персонал очень приветливый и ненавязчивый. Милые официанты. Отдельное спасибо парковщикам, всегда помогали с байками. В конце нам подарили мягкую игрушку-сувенир.

Тут больше хочу пожеланий написать. На шведском столе хотелось бы, чтобы были обозначения, если блюдо острое. Я очень чувствительна к острому и иногда получались сюрпризы. Мы активно серфили и нам не хватало сушки для мокрых купальников или балкона. Можно было просить персонал относить на сушку, но это было не удобно делать каждый день. Поэтому мы купили веревку для сушки и натянули ее в нашей ванной:)

1-bath room was capsule installed in front of the intrace(picture available) 2- wash basen was in the room beside entrance;so first you go washroom and come out to wash hand 3-only one window which is not openable and even you can’t see thru because it is fixed with plaque glass 4- no refrigerator was available in the room 5- no cabinet for clothes,only you can hang your clothes on the wall hanger/frame above sofa so you can’t sit there as clothes are hanging on your head As per my opinion this room should not allot to guests 6- we travelled 4800 km to spent our holidays in a relaxing way but end up as I mentioned above Booking.com should give me the damage , Now it’s all upon booking.com team that how you people compensate this

Lovely room, compact but comfortable. Clean. Lovely bed, shower and lighting. A few English speaking cable TV channels. Complimentary slippers, dinner discount vouchers and snacks were a nice touch. The hotel arranged for me to have a complimentary 4 course meal, that was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even arranged for a mini fridge to be put in my room. The breakfast too was lovely. Fresh fruit, eggs cooked to your liking, (eg omelette) toast, waffles, pancakes, salad, vegetables, noodles, chicken, cereals, etc

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was a fair way from the hotel. You had to walk through the back of the hotel, down slope and along the back road past about 20 or o houses , through a small gate to find the pool. there were tables and sunbeds, a changing room with toilet and shower. The pool itself was lovely. They supplied pool towels too.

Great hotel only minutes from toll road and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing especially at night.

Room was always spotless with house keeping. The staff were so, so friendly. We were so sad to leave because the staff were so, so nice to us. Not a single negative thing I could say about this place.

Hotel is like a shit , worst hotel ever stay in Bali all around the world , dirty , inside the room small insects , breakfast is very poor and not delicious better not the eat .ı put my shirt outside to dry hotel management took it and keep somewhere I asked many times didn’t bring it , I said I will call the police receptionist said as u wish , disrespected … after 1 hour later my tshirt came dirt and smell bad Stay away from this shit hotel

Restaurant has a great view on both sides. Breakfast buffet has basic items to cater for both local and foreign visitors. Cleanliness was well maintained and service was prompt.

B'fast buffet didn't have butter included and had to be brought from elsewhere. Variety in the bakery section is very less compared to other items in the buffet.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The service was fantastic and the staff made us feel so well taken care of. I'm already looking forward to our next visit and will be recommending this place to friends and family.

The location was great, so was the front desk staff, they were super friendly. The Wi-Fi on the other hand was very slow and unreliable, making it difficult to do any work or stream anything

The hotel matched our expectations. The breakfast was good, the house was spacious and clean and the facilities were adequate. It's close enough by taxi to various getaways.

Half a day prior to checking in I sent a message through booking.com asking if we could get a shuttle, but I never got a reply. Ended up having to use a Bluebird taxi. Which typically charge 90-120K IDR from a trip to and from the airport. The hotel appears to offer a shuttle service, but charges 300K IDR for it.

The Breakfast was quite nice a couple of Indonesian dishes as well a western ones. The staff was very pleasant to talk to. The room that we upgraded to was nice and big but the view was nothing to talk about.

The view from the room was not impressive, the size of the 1st room that we got was very small aprox 150sqft including the bathroom which was compact and modular type, there was no balcony and a small window that did could not be opened, it was quite claustrophobic in there, we requested for an upgrade for which we paid extra. the Gym was tiny with only 2 treadmills and some weights. some of the pictures on the site are a bit deceptive and are better than the real thing.

The breakfast was varied with many options for local and Western tastes. I especially liked the cut papaya and watermelon. Juice was usually guava or orange juice.

Interestingly, I had to ask for milk for my coffee every day which the servers brought right away. Most hotels have milk by the coffee area but this was not a real problem.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The villa needs some maintenance, shower spray water everywhere and wet everything in the room. The showers could do with shower screens and new shower heads. Extra pillows on beds would be nice.

An addition of a microwave oven in the kitchen and few maintenance in the Bathroom could make it more comfortable. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment.

Swimming pool was very far from the hotel and they didn’t manti on about it, room was very small for the family didn’t match my expectations, breakfast is same for 7 days

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Special meal put on for new years eve for hotel stayers was a nice touch.

We were not happy with our rooms. If you just want a bed & shower for the night this would be ok. The only window in the room did not open and you were unable to look out of it. So it was quite stuffy. The room smelt mouldy and when this was mentioned to staff they sprayed the room and left. We did have the room cleaned daily. The swimming pool was down the road, away from the hotel, access via the back, workers entrance of the hotel.
