Location and homey and walking distance to minimart and restaurants and helpful staff

The hotel is located on a busy road , the traffic noise is quite intensed

Didn't like the staff. They were not humble. The place was not clean too.

The area is very busy on a main road so when you wander outside the hotel it is very noisy and hectic so not great to venture too far

Location is not ideal as its on the highway and not much to do around it. No cafes or restaurants. Needed to catch transport to get anywhere.

Modern style, nice clean pool, nice sports bar set up. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful.

Facilities not working such as leaking tap. Only one shower setting works which is the jet setting. No hand washing soap provided for the bathroom sink.

The rooms are spacious and stocked with clean towels and bottled water daily. The staff are extremely friendly and will help you to the best of their abilities. The location on a main road makes it easy to get to where you want to go, and there is on-site parking if you rent a motorbike or a car. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would certainly stay here again!

The floor looked to be dirty in the bathroom, and when the rooms were serviced, I don't believe the floors were cleaned properly. However, this did not negatively impact my experience in any way.

Very good and nice hotel!! service is excellent. All staff who work there are very friendly and helpful. If you have something and you indicate it then something is done about it immediately is nice is that!! Delicious food downstairs at the restaurant and not expensive. We have stayed there for a long time and everything was as desired!! Cleaning staff making the rooms always nice and clean. The room is clean and affordable, all the necessary equipment are provided except that bathroom misses a hand wash gel (you can order and they will provide) Breakfast is nice but limited options. But quite tasty Staff are the best experience in my stay, super friendly and helpful.

Thank you for a very good time in Nusa Dua. Staff was brilliant. Always happy and want to help you all day long. The room is clean and nice with a little balcony. On the roof of the building you have an amazing sea view. Thanks again Dika ( staff)..

nice and comfortable hotel, the price is reasonable, I stayed 1 day before Nyepi, it was very quiet and dark because it was required to follow the rules, the food was also delicious but unfortunately the portion was not much, thank you to Bagus and Ulfa who helped us and recommended good tourist destination for me to visit with my husband, thank you also to all the staff who provided good service during my stay, recomended hotel

I stayed at the Mahogany hotel, it was really beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. The food was lovely and the rooms was very clean. Dika helped us very much and provided an excellent service. The pool was excellent and it is in a very good place to go to after a long flight as it is close to the airport!

We were greeted with genuine warmth when we arrived. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Onsite restaurant Homerun had the nicest staff and delicious food. The grounds and pool are beautiful. We are happy this was our first stop in Bali!

I’m so glad I chose this hotel! It has a perfect view, very clean rooms, a billiards table, and a small bar. The two ladies at the reception are so friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. The food is also very good, and the location is convenient to everything. One more thing I really appreciate is how the staff engages with guests by asking about their stay and the food. This has a big impact on the overall experience, and I’m especially glad that Deka took the time to ask me about it.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in paradise, nusa dua beach 10 mins or £1.25 in a taxi. The staff are amazing, English is great, weather is great, facilities are great, food is great everything is great, except having to leave. Special thanks to Dika for his help and cocktails.

I stayed here during the Christmas and New Year Holidays; the rooms are clean, and staff members are very friendly and ready to help with whatever one may need. The hotel has a lovely, clean swimming pool that is such a relief in Bali's weather. The entire hotel is child- and family-friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

I Really Liked the Staff especially the one man in restaurant he was really kind i fell bad i cant remember his name. all was good with the staff and i enjoyed my stay.

Honestly the Wi-Fi was weak and also there was a little mold on my curtains in my room, these just need too be fixed , But other than that it wasn't too bad and it is a great property nice pool, and good food.

Do not stay here. Bed sheets are stained and there is no fridge in the room. This is totally unacceptable. Even for a boutique hotel. All rooms should have clean sheets and a fridge at the very least. Im not sure how you received the good reviews that you did.

Had an absolutely lovely, relaxing getaway at mahogany hotel. The rooms are spacious, the pool is fantastic, the bed is very very comfortable. The restaurant/bar at the pool does delicious food and drinks (definitely recommend the shakshouka for breakfast!) Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have left feeling rested and relaxed! The hotel is a little bit further from attractions and beaches so a car or scooter is recommended but we managed fine with using grab to get around. The staff truly make this experience top tier, everyone we spoke with was happy, polite and chatty. Taking the time to learn our names and took the best care of us.

I like everything about the hotel…the friendly staff when they greet me, the way they help and answer every question i have… I recommend Mahogany Hotel for staying

Room were dark, no enough light and no table There was no internet for 2 days

De accommodatie is op goed, ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg.

For a few nights stay this is perfect. It has a swimming pool, pool table and a comfortable bed.

Didn’t get the correct change back from certain staff members a few times. Not sure if this was accidental or is done on purpose. The bathroom tap was wobbly and felt like it was about to fall off. The shower door doesn’t close correctly so water gets everywhere and the shower has two separate heads which are both always running so you can’t just use one at a time. The AC was also dripping water and the wall surrounding it had water damage.

The customer service was great. Especially Kurta from the restaurant.

The walls in the room were dirty. That was mould in shower and they don’t provide hand soap neither hand towels.

The staff was kind, professional and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also pretty decent. BUT my room was NOT cleaned properly. The bed sheets carried a vwry high odor like it had not been changed after the previous guest. When they eventually changed the linen, the new ones were stained and had silver fish on it!!!!

When in the pool area on two separate occasions a brick fell from the walls around the pool. Someone could have been seriously injured, this hotel requires maintenance! On our first day we ordered bottles of beer and when we asked for another one they said they had run out, didn’t even have bottles of water. On our last day, still no water or beer, surely these supplies should’ve been restocked?
