The breakfast was varied but often crowded.The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable.The complimentary toiletries are of high quality.The pool area was very nice.

The reception staff were rude and unsmiling.The staff at the bar, pool, and beach, on the other hand, were excellent and helpful.Special thanks to our room cleaner, who was always cheerful and kept the room very tidy.

Byliśmy w tym hotelu 3 raz. W 2024 roku na śniadanie było nawet Prosecco, w 2025 nie było..., teraz nawet jogurtów nie było i sok pomarańczowy trzeba było samemu nalewać i to jedyne minusy 😅 Za to pierwszy raz w tym roku czekały na nas kosmetyczki z kremami i woda termalna i było to bardzo mile Hotel w pełni spełnia 5*, czystość , personel, popołudniowy Servis z wodą i możliwością zmiany ręczników, pokoje, jedzenie !!! Śniadania i kolacje pyszne ... Polecamy pakiet pełnego wyżywienia, zawsze z niego korzystamy. Śniadania , lunch i kolacje oraz napoje z pakietu w cenie i nie jest to wygórowana cena

Petit déjeuner fabuleux, l'équipe du personnel aux petits soins et qui a réussi à satisfaire la plupart des demandes (gateaux d'anniversaire, fleurs), la propreté de la chambre et la politesse des femmes du ménage.

vu le tarif des chambres, le transport de l'aéroport devrait y être inclus. Je trouve le tarif du transport un peu excessif. Le prix de la prestation du petit déjeuner sur un plateau flottant et l'expérience associée est trop excessif. En plus d'être un coût additionnel, les produits sont les mêmes que ceux du petit déjeuner inclus dans la prestation de la chambre.

Ubytování bylo skvělé, pokoj prostorný a každý den perfektně uklizený. Celkově byl hotel čistý, voňavý a krásně udržovaný. Personál byl po celou dobu velmi milý, usměvavý a ochotný. Speciálně bychom chtěli poděkovat Irene, která se o nás vždy hezky a s úsměvem starala. Velmi jsme ocenili také klidnou a pohodovou atmosféru. Hotel je ideálním místem k odpočinku a během pobytu jsme si zde opravdu skvěle odpočinuli. Velkým bonusem je moře a pláž jen pár kroků od hotelu. Byl to pro nás krásný a odpočinkový pobyt a rádi se sem znovu vrátíme.

​Un très bel hôtel avec de magnifiques piscines (il y avait toujours des transats disponibles) et un personnel globalement très gentil et serviable. Le séjour a été agréable, mais comporte plusieurs déceptions au vu des prestations attendues. ​ personnel du soir : Un grand merci à Elvira, qui passait le soir redistribuer de l'eau et s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien. Elle a été formidable et d'une extrême gentillesse. ​Le cadre et le service : L'établissement est magnifique, les piscines sont superbes. La plage privée et son magnifique couchée du soleil Les buffets du petit déjeuner et diner sont bons ainsi que les plats à la carte du midi. L'emplacement de l' hôtel est bien La petite attention à l'occasion de nos 10 ans de mariage Kit de bienvenue dans la salle de bain et cabas de plage ( avec produits solaires )

​La chambre (n° 444) et la vue : Censée être une « chambre verdoyante vue jardin », la vue ne donnait absolument pas sur un jardin. De plus, nous subissions le bruit très gênant des blocs de ventilation juste à l'extérieur. On nous a proposé une autre chambre le lendemain dans la même aile, mais le bruit aurait été à peine réduit : nous avons préféré refuser. Nous y avons passé 7 nuits, et il n'est vraiment pas normal de se voir attribuer ce type de chambre pour une telle durée. Pour moi, le descriptif est tout simplement mensonger. Nous sommes très déçus par cet hébergement. ​Le ménage : Le service du matin était moyen, la chambre aurait pu être mieux nettoyée. Un jour, le lit de mon fils n'a même pas été fait. J'ai du réclamer à 2 reprises que l'on rajoute du savon ( douche et lavabo) et nous avons du coton que le jour de l'arrivée. ​La plage : La présence de nombreux petits cailloux sur la plage et galets dans l'eau, chaussures d'eau indispensable ( même si l'établissement n'y peu rien) ​Le spa et l'information : J'ai effectué un soin très agréable, même s'il reste onéreux. C'est dommage que personne ne nous ait informés oralement des 15 minutes de massage offertes — ni à l'arrivée (il y avait juste un bon glissé avec les cartes de la chambre, auquel je n'ai pas fait attention), ni lors de mon soin au spa. Je ne l'ai découvert que le jour de mon départ, ce qui était trop tard. Un jour mon mari a attendu + d'une heure son plat car la serveuse avait oublié de le commandé Le wifi fonctionnait vraiment mal

Posizione perfetta, struttura sontuosa, piscina, spa e mare nello stesso lussuosissimo posto. Spiaggia ampia e mare bello. Eccezionale ristorante per colazione e pasti.

Totul a fost excelent! Hotelul este foarte frumos, serviciile au fost foarte bune, iar atmosfera a fost plăcută și relaxantă.

Singurul aspect care ne-a lipsit a fost mai mult divertisment seara. Ne-am fi așteptat să existe mai multe activități sau opțiuni de petrecere a timpului în incinta hotelului după cină.

The hotel is lovely, staff are very friendly and the buffet was some of the best buffet food I’ve ever eaten.

The gym was very small and not that well equipped. This was our only issue. We like to work out before sitting on beach chairs all day.

Gorgeous hotel. Very clean, staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Had a massage which was wonderful. Proximity to the beach was great. Food and cocktails poolside were excellent.

Nothing to complain about really. Some days it seemed most sunbeds were reserved for long periods round the pool without being used without towels being removed. We did one day see them being removed at the beach but staff could be a little more attentive of this.

Super clean, incredible staff who go above and beyond, spacious rooms. We were treated very well and felt like royalty on our honeymoon. The pools are both great, towels plentiful. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. They have considered everything and all the small details really made our stay special. Poolside drinks and food service was great and not slow at all compared to other resorts. The live entertainment at night was also fantastic. We only wished we could have stayed longer!!!!

The fridge in our room didn’t seem to work despite maintenance looking at it for us. This was a shame as we’d been gifted some free minibar drinks on arrival. This was really the only thing and they quickly sent ice up to the room when requested. everything else was perfect!!

La qualité du service (personnel très agréable et discret), l’emplacement, la propreté, les infrastructures (piscine, transats, petits coins un peu partout, la chambre avec vue mer après un surclassement), la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking de l’hôtel avec un voiturier au petit soin (15€ par jour pour le stationnement).

La plage de l’hôtel n’est pas très jolie, il y a énormément de cailloux, l’emplacement de l’hôtel a l’extérieur de La ville n’est pas des plus charmant. Il y a de plus belles plages et des villages plus typiques partout ailleurs en Crète. La piscine de l’hotel pas toujours bien nettoyée.. Le manque de place dans la salle de bain pour ranger ses affaires de toilettes Nous avons manqué d’ombre à la piscine (les parasols sont trop petits), pareil si on souhaite boire un verre dehors, les espaces manquent cruellement d’ombre.

We didn’t dislike anything but the addition of a couple of activities like pool and table tennis would be a nice addition. There were plenty of teens/fun adults who might like a little activity between the relaxation time.

We loved the hotel and how it was right on the beach. The staff were amazing and looked after us so well.

This is only a very small thing but an important environmental one - maybe consider switching from plastic straws which come in plastic coverings to paper straws and have a water cooler where guests can refill their own water bottles to reduce the amount of plastic used.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed at! Its location so close to Rethymno but yet in a more secluded and less ‘bad touristy’ area. The easy beach access on a gorgeous sandy beach without an overcrowded space where people do not pre-book sunbeds was our favourite aspect. The customer service team and the restaurant management team has to be called out, you never feel overwhelmed, there is a professional calmness and care for every single client’s experience, up to the point that some people would remember our room number and our group and followed up daily to make sure we were having a good time. The food is incredible, we decided to eat in 3 days out of 5 since the dinner buffet was delivered to a high standard with great variety and flavour, it was a very much refined taste. The rooms are incredibly spacious, well organised and high quality as well, the bed is very comfortable and you have a choice of pillows. The customer service ladies recommended a local guide which was THE highlight of our trip, professional and knowledgeable, the hotel seems to work with a filtered group of suppliers. The 2 pools ensure people are well spread out around the grounds without feeling cramped and stressed out. Live music 3 days out of the 5 we were there and what a nice touch, not a cringe band, the complete opposite, sophisticated duo, band and sax player that added to the refined luxury experience. We will return in the next years for sure!

This hotel looks exactly like the stunning photos, and the team made our stay unforgettable. The pools are beautiful, the daily breakfast is an absolute event, and the entire property is fresh and immaculate. Huge shoutout to Nicolette and the amazing staff! When our son got tonsillitis on a Sunday, they immediately got a GP to us in under an hour. For a big hotel, the personal care and daily check-ins on him were incredibly touching. Loved the spa, gym, yoga sessions, and the endless pool loungers. It’s a scenic 30–40 minute stroll (or quick taxi ride) into Rethymno. We will definitely be back!

Not a complaint just a tip - the beach is beautiful and sandy but right at the waters edgy there are stones, so its more comfortable to use swimming shoes.

All the food at the buffets was delicious, and different each day.

Excellent choice! The hotel staff was amazing, always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel´s facilities are superb with more than a swimming pool. As an added bonus we enjoyed live saxophone music during Monday breakfast. It was a wonderful experience that we would gladly repeat.

The internet (wi-FI) had a lot of instability in our room.

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff. Great pool and bar area and just few steps to the hotel beach. If you want a relaxing escape and a chilled out atmosphere this is the place. We were so grateful that we got a fabulous upgrade on arrival which even enhanced our stay more. The really nice lady in customer relations I think her name was Zaini was such a kind and caring lady and such an asset to this beautiful hotel.

Falls man etwas anmerken möchte: Der Strand ist nichts Wildes, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts :-) Die Fliesen am Pool sind nass super rutschig. Eventuell könnte man hier regelmäßig mal nachwischen oder eine Lösung finden, anstatt nur das gelbe Schild aufzustellen.

Beautiful hotel, so clean. Staff very professional. Rooms spacious. Location great, quiet area but can walk to old town or get taxi (taxi rank directly at back of hotel), there are a handful of nice tavernas within 2 min walk from hotel. Beach lovely. Plenty sun beds and no one puts towels out early. Breakfast great. It was one of our Birthdays whilst here and the hotel made a beautiful birthday cake. Restaurants in surrounding area are top class.

Drinks & food prices in hotel. Appreciate they will be more but not double price of everywhere else. Think hotel should review this as didn't see many guests at bar, reduce prices slightly and will get more customers and increase overall profits

Wir haben 10 Nächte im Nautilux verbracht und hätten ehrlich gesagt gerne noch länger bleiben können. Noch nie haben wir in einem Urlaub so gut entspannen und abschalten können. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und hat eine unglaublich angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Essen. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet waren jeden Tag ein absolutes Highlight. Die Auswahl, die Qualität und die Abwechslung waren einfach hervorragend. Auch die Snacks am Strand waren fantastisch – wir haben im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts fast die gesamte Karte ausprobiert und wirklich alles war lecker. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Die direkte Lage am Strand, die bequemen Liegen und das entspannte Ambiente haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag vollkommen abschalten konnten. Wir reisen viel und haben schon viele schöne Hotels gesehen, aber das Nautilux hat für uns etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir sind mit wunderschönen Erinnerungen nach Hause geflogen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub auf Kreta! ❤️☀️🌊🇬🇷

Sehr schönes Hotel und im sehr guten Zustand. Lage direkt am Strand und ansprechendem Pool - ohne irgendwelche Animation. Gebucht hatten wir eine Executive-Suite mit Meerblick und uns wurde dann das Maisonette-Zimmer für einen Aufpreis von 350€ für 7 Tage angeboten. Das haben wir für 6 Tage (ab Tag 2) in Anspruch genommen und trotzdem 350€ zusätzlich bezahlt. Das Maisonette-Zimmer, war für uns beide eher unnötig, da es im Wohnbereich keine Couch hatte. Es ist eher für Familien geeignet, da auf jeder Etage ein Doppelbett war und noch ein Zustellbett… Das Zimmer hat zwar 2 Bäder, aber die sind wirklich klein. Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon in den „Garten“, wobei das kein Garten, sondern das Hinterland ist. Nach 6 Tagen gab es dann auch eine Bepflanzung:-) Das Zimmer hat auch eine Dach-Terrasse mit Whirlpool (den ich für sinnlos halte), bei dem der Nachbar mit reinschauen kann… Das Hotel an sich ist relativ ruhig, man hört aber alle Gespräche vom Gang mit. Tiefgarage lohnt sich definitiv - auch hier ist man sehr zuvorkommend, kostet aber zusätzlich 15€ am Tag. Das Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung. Abendessen haben wir nicht gebucht, da es genug tolle Restaurants in der Nähe gibt. Preise an der Poolbar soweit in Ordnung (der Hotel-Kategorie entsprechend) - nur schade, dass es nicht möglich ist, beim Essen „halbe“ Portionen zu bekommen. Servicepersonal unterschiedlich aufmerksam, wobei aber alle freundlich. Besonders aufmerksam sind die Zimmermädchen (Frauen) und die Gästebetreuung. Mit Reklamationen wird professionell umgegangen. Da wir vor der Frühstückszeit abreisen mussten, gab es eine Lunchbox. Das ist eine nette Geste. Wer kein Englisch kann, hat es hier etwas schwer. Der Strand ist sandig, die Liegen inklusive - am Meeresrand sehr viele kleine und große Kieselsteine (Badeschuhe empfehlenswert) und es geht schnell tief rein.

C’était notre deuxième séjour au NAUTILUX. Comme la première fois tout y était parfait : tout le personnel aux petits soins de l’arrivée jusqu’au départ, toutes les infrastructures au top, tout y est hyper propre et bien conçu. Piscines, plage privée, etc… Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que nous ayons jamais vu lors de nos voyages. Quant au dîner buffet, il est tout simplement exceptionnel, avec des mets très divers et de grande qualité. Une mention toute particulière pour Arizana et Zania que nous remercions vivement pour toutes leurs attentions et toute leur gentillesse. Ne changez rien, à coup sûr nous reviendrons ! Bel été à toute l’équipe !

Tout est parfait, aucun commentaire négatif. Nous regrettons juste que les enfants ne soient acceptés qu’à partir de 8 ans, car dans l’attente d’un bébé, les 8 années à venir vont nous sembler bien longues avant de pouvoir revenir… Mais ce choix de la Direction, fait aussi que l’endroit est calme et reposant.

1. Spa experiance. Booked a facial and pedicure. Facial was ok. Pedicure was very disappointing. X2 coats, No top coat. Chipped within 3 hours. Nail polish was 2 Euro from the drug store (literally went into old town and bought the same brand/shade). 2. Breakfast and bar food was average 3. Food in restaurants extremely expensive, recommend eating out at places along the strip, better food and better value for money.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff who made us feel like VIPs from the moment we stepped in the door. Room gorgeous, beautifully designed. Pools great. Great beach beds available. Food consistently high quality and restaurant areas lovely. Felt very private whilst right on the beach. Quiet and relaxing.

Amazing service. Good variety at buffets. Clean and modern rooms. Quick room clean if requested. During the day staff to around the pool to hand out iced tea and a small snack which is a nice touch. Late checkout was not available for our room but we were given another room for the same late checkout price. This was really appreciated as our flight was very late in the evening.

Storage space in rooms was limited. Worked fine for us once we got used to it. Glass shower screen door was short which meant a lot of water went on the bathroom floor. Just a small annoyance as they changed all the towels daily.

We loved the hotel for our honeymoon, its location by the beach, and our room was fantastic with a swim up room and the staff were incredible. The ones that particularly stood out was Nikos, Vivi and Eirini. They were all very attentive and made our staff the best ever. The food and drinks were exceptional. And we loved the beach beds set up and by the main pool, if possible a lounger on the balcony of the rooms would be ideal.

There isnt really a bar with any screens or entertainment as the occasional music evenings is just by the pool bar, so possibly a more lively entertainment area or bar. We were on our break after our wedding so we were exhausted and not looking for the entertainment each evening but just thinking if we were to go back which we would love to do that would be the only addition we would look for.

I like the property, the breakfast was great would love to visit again!! 5 stars for me

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal hier, was schon für das Hotel spricht. Es passt einfach alles: Das moderne Design, die wunderschönen Zimmer inkl. Turndownservice, die Restaurants und Bars und vor allem der tolle Poolbereich und traumhafte Strand mit glasklarem Wasser. Dazu kommt das Personal, das diesen Ort familiär und zu einer Wohlfühloase macht. Wenn man also wirklich entspannen möchte und sich um nichts Gedanken machen, ist man hier genau richtig!

Krásny hotel, super moderný, prekrásne navrhnutý a postavený. Maximálny luxus. Prekrásny bazén, super súkromné bazény a dokonca aj vírivky v izbe! Priestranná reštaurácia, výborné jedlá, perfektné služby. Super pláž, five star room service. Auto zaparkujú, batožinu odnesú.

Ja som síce počítačovo zbehlý, ale ovládanie osvetlenia v izbe je poriadne nepohodlné, dokonca viacero vecí nefungovalo. Spa je oproti našim očakávaniam veľkým sklamaním. Iba jedna malá sauna, za ktorú požadujú poplatok 25 Eur za trištvrte hodinu, to snáď ani nie je možné. Žiadny ochladzovací bazén, príliš nízka teplota vody v relaxačnom bazéne, aj vo vírivke.

Das Personal war super, sowie auch die Lage und das ganze hotel! ich will selbst nochmals hingehen. Das einzige war nur das Abendessen - es war oft das gleiche und nichts besonderes. Ansonsten hat das hotel meinen erwartungen mehr als übertroffen

We enjoyed our stay. It seems to be a real 5 star hotel. Location is so so (I mean for a facilities nearby) but the beach is great. We were lucky with the weather. We got a half board and enjoyed the food as well. We would like to mention a spa , beach , guest relations, restaurant. Everything is at the highest level

Cause we are an early birds our time bed is 10:30 pm. But the hotel has everyday music program. Dj finishes at 11 pm so we had to deal with that…As well as a day nap was hard with a pool bar music and noise. Our room was perfect , but the floor at the toilet should be reviewed. Very slippery… I mean bath tub doesn’t have any curtain and no protection from the water. Couple of times the food was not good. Buckwheat like a soup with a water in the pot. Pancakes one day nice another day the pancakes didn’t puff up and taste sour. For a fun addition: the cleaning took our fruit plate and when I requested to bring us a new one they bring the fruits with a “fridge taste”. Couple of times they skipped our cleaning just bringing us water bottles and 2 candies (even that we left the room with a sign of a “clean our room”. When I requested a decaf coffee capsules they bring everyone they have but there was still no decaf. In general we enjoyed our stay excluding some moments like this

Out of season week away Beautiful room, great pool outside with bubbles! Great views of the two pools and a side sea view, what more could you ask for! Lovely big bed, great amenities and added extras with a beach bag, and purse with some sun cream, after sun, fan, glasses wipes and hand cream! A really lovely touch, normally you just get a bag! Bottle of wine on arrival and plenty of water, replenished daily. Nice local products in the bathroom. Daily cleaning and turndown service with towels and a chocolate on the pillow. Lots of lovely touches to make you feel special. Only improvements, nowhere to hang long clothes and no draws in the room! So I had to pile things in the wardrobe space or under bedside table for those things you need by the bed. The TV although SMART had the wrong name to welcome me which remained for the whole stay and the mirroring didn’t work. I went half board. Breakfast was lovely, good selection. Good quality and lots of local produce. Food in the evening restaurant is again very good quality, good service and help yourself, good selection of local foods. Local recipes and very tasty! Only ask, it could have been warmer. I ate at the pool bar for lunch which again was good, I just had snacks. Cocktails were nice too! I used the laundry service twice, picked up at 10am ish and it was back by 3pm both times, same day. Pool areas were lovely, plenty of beds but it was out of season so although the weather was a bit hit and miss they do ensure you are looked after my only improvement would be for option of ordering drinks at the sun beds, however if you order at the bar they will bring it over or if you catch someone’s eye. My only put off, I did an online review on the app after day one and gave an 8 which after not even being there 24 hours I was asked why the next day!? I said I’ve only arrived yesterday and 8 is a good score to which she pulled a face!! I was a bit taken back tbh. Asked what was wrong and I said first reflections are good but I’ve just arrived. Lovely area, quite beautiful and steps away from the sea and stunning beach area. The main town is around short taxi or bus and 45 mins walk. Oh and I used the spa a lot and had treatments three times including massages and facials, all brilliant! The masseuses were brilliant and would recommend. Lovely week away and would highly recommend to family or friends. I’ll be back one day.
