La nostra camera era senza finestra. Volendo avremmo potuto fare l’upgrade a pagamento. Consiglio di controllare prima cosa si sta prenotando.

Das Frühstück war sehr üppig. Das Personal war auch sehr lieb. Für eine Nacht in Sorong war es okay.

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen, dementsprechend war es auch etwas feucht in dem Raum. Die Bettwäsche hatte bei Ankunft überall Flecken. Die Nacht war sehr durchwachsend. Die Türen und Wände sind so dünn, dass man jedes Gespräch gehört hat, die anderen Gäste haben sich leider in der Nacht, mit rumschreien, nicht zurückgehalten. Dementsprechende war man am nächsten Morgen, Tag unserer Rückreise, sehr müde.

Das ganze Hotel wirkt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mega! Alle Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir hatten, weil fast ausgebucht, leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Das war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Tutto perfetto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione comoda per una notte di passaggio a Sorong. Piscina e ristorante all' ultimo piano ottimi per un po' di relax. Colazione super abbondante.

Modern clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was huge and varied. Enjoyed the cappuccino and omlette station. staff spoke decent English. My room was very spacious with a nice bathroom and huge comfortable bed.

My room faced the road on the 2nd floor so the street noise was loud (especially after a World Cup game). The hotel was also very crowded with several groups/events happening, with other guests making noise in hallways late at night.

N’ayant pas de réseau sur Sorong, c’était très pratique que quelqu’un vienne nous chercher directement à l’aéroport à l’aller, puis au port à notre retour de Raja Ampat. La chambre était confortable et propre Le petit déjeuner est top il y a beaucoup de choix

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen.

Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, was wir bei der Buchung nicht bewusst wahrgenommen hatten. Dadurch wirkte das Zimmer etwas stickig und es gab einen leicht feuchten bzw. muffigen Geruch. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck und entsprach nicht ganz den Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder bei der Buchung geweckt wurden. Auch der Pool konnte uns nicht besonders überzeugen. Für eine Übernachtung vor einem Flug ist das Hotel in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir es jedoch nicht erneut wählen.

Uitermate gastvrije en behulpzame medewerkers. Onze vlucht was resceduled, waardoor we al om 7:00 ‘s ochtends bij het hotel kwamen, en het was geen probleem om al in te checken.

Letto ampio e comodo, cuscini comodi, pulizia della camera, organizzazione del transfer aeroporto e porto. Siamo stati 2 notti prima e dopo per andare a Raja Ampat, Sorong è tappa obbligatoria. La prima notte sono stati disponibili velocemente a cambiare la biancheria da letto che non sembrava essere stata cambiata, o hanno un problema con la biancheria macchiata da lavatrici o stendini, non si capisce. Sono stati anche disponibili a portarci un altro rotolo di cartaigienica dato che quello che abbiamo trovato al nostro ingresso già iniziato era quasi finito.

Per il transfer da aeroporto e porto ingaggiano taxisti esterni, non hanno un loro automezzo, o almeno per noi è stato così, e quando esci dall'aeroporto o arrivi al porto non si capisce chi è il tuo transfer, solitamente il transfer dell'hotel ha un foglio con il tuo nome scritto per farsi riconoscere, invece qui vieni assalito da orde ti taxisti di dubbia autorizzazione, devi chiamare l'hotel per capire o sapere chi è il tuo taxista.

The staff was very kind.

While there was nothing major wrong with the rooms, they were extremely small (much smaller than they look in the photos) and there are very few electrical plugs in them so it was hard to charge our items. It was fine for a place near the airport for an overnight, but it might be difficult for longer.

Exceptional. My favourite place in sorong. No rivals, no equals. Super pleasant stuff, amazing service, cozy rooms, best gym in town, sauna, nice location

Very friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, comfortable beds and a well equipped gym. Only 10min from the airport and surrounded by lots of local food options if warungs are your choice of restaurant

Prima hotel, één van de betere in Sorong, van alle gewenste gemakken voorzien. Zoals gebruikelijk in Indonesië is het lastig om het onderhoud in een gebouw als die op orde te houden, maar over het algemeen lukt dat hier goed. De voorzieningen zijn prima, het ontbijtbuffet is behoorlijk uitgebreid, de kamers zijn ruim en behoorlijk schoon, de bedden goed. Het zwembad op het dak is niet groot, maar wel plezierig, net als de overige (sport)faciliteiten daar.

De ligging voldeed voor ons prima vanwege de te bezoeken personen in de buurt, maar als toerist zou je wellicht liever dichter bij zee willen zitten. Het hotel ligt aan een goed bereikbare maar wel drukke en rommelige straat. Het gebouw is enigszins gehorig. Sprekers en muziek in de zalen zijn veelal goed te horen op de kamers. Overigens stopt het geluid doorgaans 's avonds tijdig.

Superior room on booking.com have no window. The staff advises at checkin that the superior rooms are their standard room and ask for an additional payment to get a room with a window. This aounds just like a scam and a dishonest advertising.

The room was clean! The buffet breakfast was reasonably decent. THAT’S IT!!! I cannot think of anything else to like about this place & that is giving it something positive for what was overall an awful stay!

Everything about the place was “shabby!” It looks like it will be awesome in the photos on the reservation websites….BUT….that is where the awesomeness stops! I was talked to like I was unwelcome on the reception desk when I got there very early morning after having arranged an early check-in at extra expense prior to getting to the hotel. Once I had gotten that bit sorted out, having also paid extra for an airport transfer that I later found out is extortionately over the local going rate, when arranged by the hotel (& they said is their policy), I went to the room….TV didn’t work, Air-Con controller didn’t work, Kettle was cracked & broken & the Safe didn’t work for locking & unlocking. They FINALLY got all of this stuff sorted out 1.5 hours later. The towels were like sandpaper & the room is dimly lit for the lighting. I dropped something small on the floor & had to use a flashlight to find it because it was too dark at low level. No point having a room with a view. There is nothing to see & kind of a facade that way anyway. The pool area & roof terrace look nice in the website photos, but in a very poorly kept condition & lots of broken items up there when you get to them. Place massively overcrowded & uncomfortable with too many convention people blocking off all amenities. I actually cancelled my booking for a return journey within two hours of being in the hotel & booked a different one for about US$20 more, which I am sure will be well worth the bit extra for peace of mind, nice facilities & comfort. I would have changed hotels immediately if I was not losing out on so much money for a one night layover in Sorong. VERY disappointed with this hotel & was a dint in my otherwise amazing vacation. WORST I have ever stayed in, in Indonesia from many visits & stays on the many islands over the years, some MUCH cheaper for MUCH nicer. This one was a complete dud for me. You win some, you lose some I suppose!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, modern and well presented with air con. The bathroom in particular was really nice and we enjoyed the shower! The staff were lovely and welcoming and there was lots of facilities nearby eg laundrette, food, cafes, money changer. The buffet breakfast was also great!

There is no view even if you get a window. It’s quite far from the port or airport and central sorong but you can easily get a grab or Gojek for not much money.

Pool area was run down. Tables and chairs up there were worn out. We booked hotel to be able to use pool area, but hot tubs didn't work, kids were all over the pool, and nothing up there maintained well.

Die Unterkunft ist gut, das Zimmer modern und das Bett bequem. Es war super, sich im Pool abzukühlen und das Fitnessstudio war ebenfalls super mit vielen Geräten und Laufbändern und Freibereich. Direkt nebenan war ein super Massagesalon und ein Kaffee mit leckerem Kaffee. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr umfangreich.

Der Poolbereich schien nicht so gut gepflegt z.B. die Stufen der Leiter zum rausklettern haben gefehlt und es gab trotz praller Sonne keine Schirme.

Basen na dachu otwarty do 22.00. Blisko sklepy, chwila od lotniska oraz portu. Pokój czysty, lecz bez okna co dało odczuć sie w zapachu unoszącym sie w pokoju.

I just spent a week in Raja Ampat and this hotel was the perfect way to unwind afterwards. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioning, and I loved the powerful rain shower and the gym. When I checked in, I noticed the bed wasn’t clean, but the staff immediately took care of it and even upgraded me to a more luxurious room. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast and korean bbq was also delicious!

Great location, central and easy to walk to

Bella at the front office was exceptionally helpful. So was Ray at the coffee shop/bar. And every-morning at breakfast there is this one lady who greet me with smile and light conversation that is pleasant. This hotel has the best staffs.

The electric kettle in our room is chipped. I ask for replacement, but it never came. And housekeeping took a long time to clean our room. We had our room cleaned only 2 times during our 5 days stay.

All apparenza sembrava un bellissimo albergo, peccato che dentro le due camere che ho prenotato ci abbiamo trovato un bel po’ di scarafaggi! Spero sia un problema momentaneo quindi non abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilla. Colazione comunque super abbondante e buona!

Was looking forward to the Rooftop pool after the flight but when we decided to go, there were too many smokers just hanging around. The TV in bedroom didnt have cable working but there is another TV in living room where it worked fine.

This hotel was absolutely a dream, providing exactly what we needed for our first night back in civilization after our stay in the Raja Ampat homestays. The establishment was spotlessly clean and had a lovely scent throughout, immediately giving a feeling of comfort and quality. The spaces, including the rooms, were very spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the bathroom with a window looking into the bedroom, which was a nice, modern touch. A major convenience was the option to dine directly in the hotel without needing to go out; the "no limits" menu was extremely economical, and the evening was made even more pleasant by a singer with a beautiful voice. Finally, the breakfast stands out as a genuine plus: not only does it start incredibly early—perfect for those with an early flight—but it also features one of the richest buffets I have ever encountered. Their attention to detail even extends to providing takeaway boxes so you can grab food for the road, which is an incredibly thoughtful and generous service. Highly recommended for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding breakfast offering.

Hatten einen Superior room gebucht aber nur ein Standard Zimmer bekommen ohne Preisnachlass. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster dafür wollten sie nochmal einen Aufschlag. Sehr schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis aber sonst keine größeren Mängel

La simpatia e la professionalità dello staff la fa da padrona. Hotel curato e pulito. Colazione a buffet eccezionale, anche la cena molto curata. A dieci minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto, perfetto per una notte di transizione.
