הצוות היה מדהים. מציינת את גוני במיוחד! נעימה, מקצועית, גרמה לי להרגיש חלק מהמקום מהרגע שנחתתי. לחלוטין אחזור! זה לא המקום, זה האנשים! למרות שהמקום מדהים כשלעצמו. לגמרי המקום האהוב עליי.

It was close to everything, the staff is super helpful and attentive, breakfast was great and the room had an awesome view to the sea. We were 2 adults and two small children.

באנו למקום קיבלו אותנו הצ'ק אין מוקדם ממה שאמור להיות , מקום מקסים אנשי הצוות תמיד התעניינו איך אנחנו , איך השהות אם אנחנו צריכים משהו . מלון יפה ומיוחד מאוד נקי ומסודר , בהחלט חוויה טובה

החדר אוכל היה קצת מבולגן מבחינת שולחנות וסדר , לא היה תמיד הכל חוץ מזה באמת בסדר

פשוט רמאות בצק אין ביקשתי חדר שקט ושאלתי אם יש בריכה ובפועל קיבלתי חדר שפונה לאתר בניה והבריכה היתה סגורה בתחזוקה המלון מלוכלך שטיחים בקומות מלאים כתמים לכלוך וריח של טחב בחדר יש עובש באמבטייה מקרר לא תקין מרעיש מגבות דקות ועלובות מהסוג הכי פשוט קומקום חשמלי לקפה ללא שקע קרוב אז הפעלתי אותו על השידה ליד המיטה שטיח בחדר עם ריח מסריח הכל מגעיל ישן ומלוכלך חדר מדרגות שהוביך מהקומה שלי לגג יש מדרגו. שבורות ןזו ממש סכנת חיים בקומת הגג הבריכות רוקנו לתחזוקה ,ליתר דיוק ,מדובר בגיגיות עגולות ולא בבריכה שניתן לשחות בה מנהלת הקבלה הציעה לי הנחה לשהות הבאה ,אני סירבתי ובשיחה נוספת טלפונית איתה היא פשוט ניתקה לי את הטלפון בפנים ולא ענתה לאחר שהתקשרתי שוב גועל נפש תמורה אפס למחיר היה עדיף לישון באכסניה ברוכים הבאים לישראל

מלון חמוד ממש. צוות מקסים ממש. מיקום פצצה. חדר נח ונקי , מאוד מרווח יחסית. גג מהמם וכיפי לא זזנו משם כל היום

רק ארוחת הבוקר היתה סבירה ולא יותר. מגוון וטעים וטרי אבל... החדר אוכל לא מזמין בכלל, לא מספיק כח אדם אז לא היה נקי, מחסור בכלים, לא היה מקום לשבת. צריך להתארגן שם הרבה יותר טוב ולשפר את הנראות של המקום

צוות העובדים מאוד אדיב ונחמד, סהר מהקבלה היתה נחמדה מאוד והמענה לבקשות היה מהיר וטוב

Great location, close to the beach and many bus lines. Also a walking distance from many great areas. The staff were really welcoming, communication was great, the room was really clean (I am allergic to dust and didn't sneeze at all!!!). The rooftop was fun.

The small pools in the rooftop can be a bit more clean And also with more shadow...

הצוות בקבלה היה מעולה ואף שידרג את החדר שלי סהר מהקבלה היתה מאוד נחמדה .

מיקום מעולה במרחק הליכה מהים, שוק הכרמל, נווה צדק. צוות מקצועי, זמין ובא לקראתנו בכל מה שביקשנו כולל קבלה מוקדמת של החדר.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה נחמדה, המחיר נוח, נהננו מהבריכות הקטנות לאחר שרוקנו והחליפו מים.

הבריכות לא מטופלות כמו שצריך, עובש במקלחת

Il est arrivé que le ménage ne soit pas fait. Nous avons signalé et le nécessaire a été fait en fin de journée. Qualité du petit dej différente d'un jour sur l'autre. Nettoyage piscine réalisé trop tard dans la matinée Rafraichissement à faire dans les parties communes

We stayed in the family room, which was perfect with a double bed and bunk beds. Our daughter loved the surprise of the bunkbed. The room was very spacious. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. Check in and check out were flawless and so easy. The staff was incredibly helpful and even upgraded us to a room with a better view without our asking for it.

There was some noise from outside, but overall it was fine.

מלון טוב,מיקום מעולה מול הים וקרוב לנווה צדק,מתחם התחנה ויפו העתיקה. יש אוף טופ מגניב עם בריכות קטנות לילדים לקחנו סוויטה בקומה גבוהה עם נוף לים,החדר ענק ומרווח,ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומספקת,צוות המלון מדהים! כל בקשה וכל דרישה נענתה מהר ובמדויק.

הסוויטה פנתה לים אבל חבל שהחלון לא היה מספיק נקי כדי להנות לגמרי מהנוף. יש קצת ריח לא נעים שיוצאים מהמעלית לרופ טופ

החדרים מרווחים ונעימים.

השכשוכיות היו מטונפות בצבע אפור. נראה שלא מנקים אותן. אין מרפסות בחדרים ולמנקים אין זמן להגיע לנקות את החדר

The air conditioning was good, hot water available, the breakfast had multiple choices and was good.

Cleanness of the room and the windows, stairs and the roof top, lack of maintenance, many broken features, the TV doesn't work properly, there is no towels for the beach.

צוות נהדר, גוני נתנה מענה ושירות מדהים. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ועשירה. נוף מהמם מהמתחם בגג המלון.

בקבלה היו קשובים לכל צורך שלנו והנציגה גוני הפכה את השהות לנעימה במיוחד כשדאגה לחוויה שלנו כמשפחה עם ילדים צעירים והיתה בנכונות ורצון יוצא דופן לעזור בכל תחומי השירות- אוכל, ציוד לינה ומתקני המלון. האוכל היה טוב מאוד והמקום היה נקי.

שהתאורה בחדר האוכל חלשה

Good location, cross the road and you are in the sea. Big room for 2 adults 4 children. There are not much available hotels with big rooms like this.

There was no closet, no room near the sink to put stuff, there was no window - which was noted, but there was no where to put our clothes to dry, no refrigerator in the room.

Гостиница расположена в шаговой доступности к морю. Достаточно приветливый персонал. Есть парковка, по приемлемой цене. Красивый вид на море и город с крыши гостиницы.

This was honestly the best value for money I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff were amazing and made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. As soon as we walked in, they offered us complimentary wine and even upgraded our room without us asking. At check-in, you also get vouchers for a welcome drink at the rooftop bar, which is a really nice touch. The room itself was large and spacious, with a Nespresso machine and capsules, and was honestly much better than we expected. The rooftop area is huge, with plenty of umbrellas, seating areas and swings, so it never felt crowded. There are three small but perfect pools and a great bar with a really friendly bartender who always took good care of us. In the afternoon they brought out gaming consoles for the kids, and in the evening they showed a movie for them while my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar nearby. It was perfect. Breakfast was another highlight. It wasn’t the usual boring hotel breakfast at all. You could really feel the effort they put into it. The dishes felt more like something you’d get at a good restaurant, everything was fresh, beautifully prepared and made with a lot of attention. The hotel is also only about a five-minute walk from an official swimming beach, which made going to and from the beach really easy. There’s also a huge parking lot right across from the hotel with plenty of space, which is a big bonus in Tel Aviv. There were staff members everywhere, and every single one of them went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and kept checking if there was anything else we needed. Thank you to the entire team. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back again soon!

It can get a little noisy at night when people come back from parties

Die Lage ist für diesen Preis sehr gut. Das Personal war außenordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Die Rooftop-Bar ist unschlagbar.

Lovely place, Upgraded us to 2 rooms which we loved! Upon arrival we recieved free drink coupons which were lovely. the hotel is very well decorated and alot bigger than expected. The top roof had an amazing view with nice winds and lovely music we had such a nice time over.

Sadly the upstairs pools are very dirty and had chunks of dirt flowing around :(

The location is amazing, there is great vibes and it’s right on the beach. Also the stuff is amazing

החדר ממש גדול ונחמד אך המקלחון היה מעופש ולא נקי וזה העיב על החוויה

נוף מדהים, מיקום מושלם. שקט, רגוע.

חברים, אני לא נוהגת לעשות זאת אבל במקרה הזה מחובתי להזהיר: * החדרים לא נראים כמו בתמונות, -בסוויטה היוקרתית אין ריהוט חוץ מספה ושולחן הקש שבצד- *הטלויזיה פצפונת* ממש לעומת מה שמראים בתמונות. התוכנה של הטלויזיה מזעזעת לא נוחה ונתקעת. החלונות ממש מלוכלכים מה שמקשה להנות מהנוף המטורף שיש שם. * ארוחת בוקר ללא שתיה כלל פרט למים פושרים מהברז ומכונת קפה. * שימו לב שבגג הבר סגור עד חמש בערב, כלומר אין למעלה מה לשתות או משהו כזה * המים בבריכות עכורים ברמה שלא רואים את הרגליים ואין סירקולציה של המים -בכלל- וממש אפשר לראות לכלוכים קטנים מסתובבים במים. * המעליות ישנות ללא איוורור כלל והרבה מהכפתורים לא עובדים * שירות - 90% מהעובדים שפגשנו היו חמורי סבר, לא נחמדים. * הצוות לא פותרים בעיות ולא עונים בטלפון.

המלון נמצא ממש מול הים והנוף יפה מהחלון. פקיד הקבלה השתדל לענות על שאלותינו כמיטב יכולתו. הגג מסודר יפה למעלה

מכיוון שהמלון קרוב לים, הייתה מסיבת חוף שנמשכה עד שעה מאוחרת. קיבלנו זאת בהבנה, זוהי התחלה של הקיץ.

בהתחלה היינו בחדר עם נוף לים שנראה שהוא חדר שנמצא הרבה יותר בשימוש כי הפסיליטיס לא היו משהו וגם לא הניקיון, ביקשנו לעבור חדר כי היה רעש נוראי של מצעד הגאווה והם העבירו אותנו בלילה השני. החדר השני היה הרבה הרבה יותר נקי ןנעים, נוף חלקי לים אבל שווה את השקט וגם האביזרים בחדר היו יותר טובים

The outstandingly friendly and personable front desk team went out of their way to make us comfortable, pampered and welcome. Nothing corporate about the treatment, more like family .

There really was not much not to like; even when I felt that something could be improved, the hotel manager welcomed my suggestions and even implemented it immediately. That is a manager committed to Continuous Quality Improvement , with a smile.

The front desk staff were uniformly wonderful. Each and every member of this team gave off the feeling of caring for each guest. When we arrived, and when we departed, we were offered as a courtesy hot and cold beverages. When I had some suggestions to offer the manager, she listened attentively and even implemented a significant improvement while we were still guests of the hotel. Open, receptive, responsive and very friendly. What more could we ask for. I had mentioned to one front desk gentleman that we were celebrating my wife's birthday. He arranged to have a bottle of wine placed in our room for her occasion. Very thoughtful indeed.

At one point, there seemed to be a shortage of towels. By the conclusion of our 3 night stay, this minor inconvenience had been rectified.

כרגיל שירות יוצא דופן. הגעתי קצת מוקדם, קיבלו אותי עם כוס יין לבן קרה על חשבון הבית. יש מכונת אספרסו ומיני בר בחדר. יש גג גדול עם בריכות קטנות ובר ומוזיקה, אווירה מאוד יפה. מיקום המקום מושלם ממש ליד הים.

ממליצה לבדוק לפני ולוודא שהגג אכן פתוח לאורחים. הוא היה סגור בחלק מהזמן וזה היה מבאס.
