L’accueil de Shirly, je reviens souvent et j’ai toujours plaisir à la retrouver. Elle apporte la touche personnelle, le petit supplément d’âme qui donne envie de revenir à l’hôtel

Je n’ai rien à lui reprocher. Le bruit des travaux du tram, mais ils n’y peuvent rien. Et Shirly a pris justement soin de le donner un belle chambre située à l’abri du bruit

Всё. Мы приехали поздно ночью, заселение без проблем . не к мХорошая шумоизоляция .Интернет.Кондиционер. Соседей мы не слышали.Чистота. Номер убирали каждый день.Чистые полотенца каждый день . На второй день меняли постельное белье. Большая ванная комната. В достаточном количестве салфетки, туалетная бумага, шампунь, гель.Удобная кровать.Хорошие подушки.Смарт ТВ , есть русскоязычные каналы.Персонал русскоговорящий. На первом этаже отличная кофейня, где мы завтракали. С удовольствием приедем ещё.

The room on Allenby Street was noisy at night and again in the early morning

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé juste à côté du shuk a carmel. Les chambres sont confortables et bien décorées. Il y a un café dans le lobby. Pour l'instant la rue entière est en travaux, mais on ne subit pas vraiment de nuisances sonores à l'intérieur.

The room was quite small but comfortable with a nice toilet/shower. The TV was good as it offered quite a few channels. The location was good. Didn't have any issues with noise.

The parking next to the hotel wasn't discounted and was extremely expensive. I advise parking a little further away in a town area car park which is a lot cheaper. For one day in the car park next to the hotel was 200 shekels.

זה מלון בלי ארוחת בוקר אבל חיכתה לי בבוקר הפתעה עם בית קפה בתוך המלון. התצוגה הייתה מאוד מפתה אבל אני כבר מיהרתי. חבל שלא ידעתי על כך מראש. המיקום נוח, יש חניון ממש קרוב. כדאי לעשות הסכם עם החניון כי דמי החנייה גבוהים.

L’emplacement exceptionnel, le confort de la chambre et de l’hôtel et surtout la disponibilité et les qualités du personnel avec une super mention à Mikaëla, qui a toujours été présente et efficace lorsque nous avions des questions avec le sourire.

המקום נקי, נעים ומיוחד.. הצוות של מיכאלה, סופי ולבנה היה נעים, שירותי ומקסים.. ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת..ממליצה בחום..

המלון ממוקם במיקום די מרכזי, אמנם כל אלנבי ממש הרוס אז קצת לא נעים שם אבל זה כן קרוב למקומות מרכזיים. כשהגענו קיבלנו חדר ״משודרג״ לטענתם, החדר אכן היה אולי קצת יותר גדול אבל מסתבר שיש איזה עניין בקומה הראשונה של המלון שהחדרים הם אקולוגים מה שאומר שהשירותים הם כמו במטוס, כל אדם שמוריד את המים בלילה בקומה שומעים.. ממש בלתי נסבל. בנוסף הייתה לנו הצפה בחדר, ייאמר לזכותם שביקשנו לעבור חדר בלילה השני ומצאו לזה פיתרון והצוות באמת היה מאוד נחמד ושירותי. כשעברנו לחדר בקומה גבוהה יותר גילינו שכל החדר יותר חדש, אפילו ברמת המצעים שיותר איכותיים.. פשוט לא להסכים להיות בקומה הראשונה🙃

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff! ❤️ Special thanks to Sofie and Shirli for their kindness and care. I left my headphones in the room, and they helped return them to me. We also loved the wine brought to our room. Such thoughtful service made our stay truly special. Highly recommended!

היה כל כך נקי - פשוט תענוג!!! המנהלת הייתה מקסימה! הסבירה הכל בסבלנות, עזרה בכל הדרוש. כל כך נהננו מהיחס החם ומהאווירה הנעימה.

From check in to check out and throughout the whole stay the experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel manager Shiri was ever so attentive, the room was beautiful and clean and the hotel has great vibes throughout. A complementary bottle of wine was such a nice touch The breakfast beats any cafe breakfast around, everything super fresh and delicious and the location is a 5 minute walk from everything. Thank you so much , we'll for sure he back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location is hard to beat, just a short walk to the beach, the vibrant Carmel Market, and some of the best non-touristy restaurants around the Nahalat Binyamin and Montefiore area. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was both tasty and satisfying, with enough variety to start the day right. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, and we appreciated the ceiling decor that added a touch of character. The complimentary chocolate was a thoughtful. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. We experienced it in several ways: Despite arriving about three hours before official check-in, the staff kindly accommodated us with an available room. They offered to hold onto our key so we could head to the beach worry free. After checkout, they stored our luggage so we could continue exploring the city unburdened. Thank you for such a lovely and welcoming stay, we highly recommend this hotel!

השירות היה נהדר, החדר מעוצב בסגנון צעיר, נקי מאוד ותאם לצרכים שלנו, חדר אמבטיה מרווח, המיטות נוחות , קיבלנו בקבוק יין ומים מינרליים. יש במלון מיקלט, למקרה הצורך. יש בכניסה בית קפה נחמד .

חנייה - יש אמנם חניונים רבים בסביבה אך העלות שלהם גבוהה במיוחד ומייקרת מאוד את השהייה במקום. היה יכול להיות נחמד אילו היה הסדר תשלום מוזל עם אחד מהם. אין חדר אוכל במלון

המקום שקט בפינה רגועה בלי המון ילדים הייתה לנו חוויה מהממת החדר מרווח ונוח שידרגו אותנו לחדר עם מרפסת וזה היה כיף ממש היו זמינים בכל שעה קיבלנו את החדרים בשעה 11:00 כשהגענו ולא היינו צריכים לחכות לשעה 15:00 היה חוויה מהנה מאוד

סגנון ארוחת הבוקר והשירות לא היו טובים. החדר קטן עם המון המון רעש מהמסדרון, העבודות על הרכבת הקלה פשוט הפכו את ההגעה והשהייה לסיוט

La cordialidad del personal y su deseo de ayudar.

El desayuno y el lugar donde se sirve. Lo vendieron como buffet y no lo era. Muy poco surtido y en un lugar donde había solo 3 mesas. Luego había sillones con un pequeño blanquito imposible comer ahí De café solo había una sola taza pequeña que llegó fría a la mesa y no se podía repetir..

הצוות במלון נפלא, שירלי וסופי היו מקסימות! קיבלנו יחס אישי וחם, כולל בקבוק יין מתנה בחדר, והכי שווה היה האפשרות לצ'ק אאוט מאוחר שאושר לנו ללא עלות מאחר שהתאפשר למלון.

המלון נמצא באלנבי שם יש עבודות כבר זמן רב על הרכבת הקלה, אז האזור קצת פחות נוח ונגיש, יש רעשים של עבודות כבר משעה מוקדמת וגם שומעים מטוסים בצורה מאוד חזקה. האיטום של החלונות הוא יחסית טוב אבל יש גבול לכמה הם יכולים לחסום. מאחר שזו פעם שנייה שלנו במלון נערכנו מראש והבאנו אטמים וכך יכולנו לישון ממש בכיף. מעבר לזה - המלון עצמו נוח ונעים מאוד

המלון היה במיקום מעולה, נוח, נעים ונקי. שירות לקוחות נפלא ונשמח לחזור לבקר בו.

חנייה בעייתית כי אין הרבה מקומות פנויים.

Stay here when you want to feel spoiled. This property provides all the “extras” and they do it with class. From the welcome note with my name on it, to the new large Dead Sea lotion bottle to wine split with a corkscrew to the best hotel shower anywhere in the world I have ever had the joy of using. Add to it 3 check in/check out women who are a treasure! Both made us comfortable in multiple languages, kindly stored our bags and generally made all parts of our stay exceptionally welcoming and comfortable. Easily the best hotel experience I have ever had in all of Israel. Thank you for your hospitality!

Not a thing to dislike. Even the black out blinds that let my lone soldier son get the afternoon of sleep that he needs were perfect.

אני וחברה הגענו ללילה אחד במלון. הקבלה נמצאת בבית קפה חמוד מאוד. שתינו שם קפה ואכלנו משהו מתוק. היה טוב. החדר שקיבלנו מרווח, נקי, נעים ומעוצב יפה. אחה"צ התקשרו מהקבלה, להפתעתי, לשאול אם הכול בסדר ואנחנו מרוצות. בסך הכול מדובר בצוות שירותי ונחמד! והמיקום כמובן מושלם למי שרוצה לטייל באזור שוק הכרמל, נחלת בנימין או לבלות ברוטשילד. מקבלים תמורה נהדרת למחיר. נראה שאחזור שוב!

יש בידוד סבבה לחדר, אבל בלילה שמענו מטוסים מעל המלון די חזק.

The hotel is right in the center of Tel aviv, its cafe has wonderful food. It has a small, hidden, cute outside area to eat and a bigger, airconditioned one inside. Although you can decelerate perfectly, it does have space where you can simply sit and work on your laptop.....rooms are clean, cool, with a small fridge, bed is very comfortable. The absolute top is the staff. We had to attend a wedding in chedera. And the 2 ladies on duty spent 30 minutes to figure out for us the best transportation and we managed it by train and 2 cabs easily. They were competent and extremely helpful. Also the rest of the staff. Will definitely come again!!

מלון במיקום מצוין וצוות יעיל ונחמד. כל בקשה נענתה בחיוב. החדר נקי ונוח מאוד, מרווח. מקלחת נהדרת. מחיר שפוי (במונחי ישראל...) מאוד מומלץ!

אין הרבה מה לכתוב. אין חניה וצריך לחנות בחניון יקר להחריד, כמעט מכפיל את עלות השהייה. המיקום ממש על רחוב אלנבי גורם לרעש. הכל ניתן להבנה מתיאור המלון. בנוסף, דלת המקלחת שלנו לא נסגרה עד הסוף, מה שגרם לרטיבות על הרצפה בחדר הרחצה.

I was skeptical but the room/bathroom was immaculate, the place was funky (in a great way) and the employees were friendly and helpful.

אהבנו הכל!! תמורה נהדרת למחיר חדר נקי, נוח, מיקום אליפות!! צוות נהדר ובמיוחד סופי ומיקאלה מהקבלה ❤️❤️ חדר היה מאוד נקי, מקלחת חדשה שמתחזקים ניקיון ברמה גבוהה מאוד. בחדר היו בקבוקי מים ובקבוק יין קטן, נחמד מאוד. בלובי יש בית קפה ואווירה נעימה. ניתן לשבת בפנים או בחצר הירוקה.

השירות היה מדהים! הבנות בקבלה סייעו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים (מיקאלה וסופי המדהימות) המיקום של המלון פשוט מעולה! קרוב להכול. הכול היה נקי, מסודר, באמת שהייתה לנו חוויה טובה.

מי שמגיע עם רכב זו בעיה.

מיקום המלון בקירבת הרחובות שנקין ונחלת בינימין, הפשטות הנעימה של העיצוב, והצוות, עשו את השהייה נעימה ובטעם של עוד

העבודות בכביש של הרכבת הקלה, ועדין זה לא פגם בשהייה

סופי המהממת קיבלה אותנו בקבלה, המיקום מושלם, קרוב לכרמל, קרוב לנחלת בנימין, יש בית קפה בכניסה , ממש אהבנו את המלון !!

צוות המלון נחמד מאוד מהקבלה ועד היציאה . מיקום נוח קרוב להרבה מקומות מעניינים . חדרים נקיים . ארוחת בוקר טובה .

הגענו אם ובת להתארח בסופש, מיקאלה קיבלה אותנו מהמם, החדר היה גדול ממש ושקט, ארוחת בוקר בבית קפה של המלון, יחס מהמם של הבנות !, המנהלת המדהימה שירלי דאגה לשאול לשלומנו ולבדוק שאנחנו מרוצות ,היינו לגמרי מטופלות אישית וממש הרגשנו יחס אישי ומפנק לכל בקשה גם לצ'ק אאוט מאוחר,הנקיון של המלון והחדר מצויינים כולל יין ומים אישיים, קרוב 5 דקות לנחלת בנימין ולרוטשילד, ממליצה מאוד מאוד נחזור שוב בהקדם♥️תודההה♥️מענת ומאיה מצפת♥️
