The bed was too soft and was not comfortable and caused bad back pain. The upper neighbours were too noisy at midnight. They came back to the apartment at 2am speaking very load on the stairs and a kid screaming always. Also the kid was running around at midnight. This spoilt our entire sleep and we were not able to sleep

Spacious, clean. Close to the small beach area. Quiet area. Lovely walk along the front, past bars & restaurants into main Chania town. Couple of supermarkets nearby

We liked the location and the quiet area and the accessibility to many places to eat and drink. Also loved the beach almost on our doorstep. The appartment was well equipped with everything needed.

It was quite small with not much natural light .

Logement bien situé, on peut descendre à pied au port admiré le coucher du soleil, diner ou prendre un verre. On rejoint le centre vite très facilement

Le logement est équipé d'une porte automatique. Les clés étant restées à l'intérieur et sur la serrure, cela nous a fallu le dépannage d'un serrurier pour la somme de 50€.

Appartamento spazioso, in una posizione super comoda per visitare chania a piedi, possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in strada gratis. Cucina con tutto il necessario, abbiamo apprezzato il caffè solubile offerto. Abbiamo adorato l'ombrellone che ci ha accompagnato in tutte le spiagge. La lavatrice anche è stata molto utile.

Unica pecca se proprio dobbiamo trovarne una è stata la doccia, troppo piccola e la tenda molto scomoda, impossibile non far cadere acqua.

Appartement de charme cosy lumineux et bénéficiant d une situation idéale pour combiner plage et centre historique . Etape de 2 nuits mais nous aurions pu rester plus longtemps. Nous avons tout fait a pied pendant 2 jours . Un coup de coeur pour ce quartier et le centre historique Stationnement facile et gratuit

Appartamento molto carino con vista mare. Posizione molto strategica per visitare il centro storico di Canea raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata di circa 20 minuti lungo mare. Vi ho soggiornato 4 notti ad Agosto e non ho fatto mai troppa fatica a trovare un parcheggio per la macchina nelle immediate vicinanze. Ci sono molti locali e ristoranti vicino e, volendo, si può andare a correre lungomare che è proprio sotto casa.

Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto, tuttavia, avendovi soggiornato 4 notti, se fosse stata pulita di nuovo la casa dopo il secondo giorno, sarebbe stato ancora più bello. Ma la struttura ha soddisfatto le mie scelte

Le logement est proche de la ville et de la plage. Avec les enfants nous avons tout fait à pied.

L’appartement est dans un immeuble sans insonorisation. Nous entendions tous les bruits de l’extérieur et de l’intérieur de la résidence… la porte qui s’ouvre, les personnes qui montent l’escalier… c’est dommage car l’emplacement est bien.

Un po piccolina per 4 persone essendoci divano letto in salotto L’angolo cottura consiste in una piastra con due punti induzione, quindi molto piccolo e scomodo se si volesse mangiare a casa Divano letto e letto un po scomodi

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la posizione: centralissima, perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico, il porto, i ristoranti e tutte le principali attrazioni di Chania. L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di lavatrice, frigorifero, macchina del caffè, ferro da stiro e tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Un ulteriore vantaggio è la presenza dell'ascensore, che rende il soggiorno ancora più comodo, soprattutto con i bagagli. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili, permettendoci anche di effettuare il check-in in anticipo, un gesto che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda, ben attrezzata e in una posizione eccellente per visitare Chania. Se dovessimo tornare, la sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo!

La ubicación del apartamento muy cerca de zona de bares y restaurantes.la terraza era una maravilla y el dueño siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas, muy amables, nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de tiempo.

El baño necesita una actualizacion.

We paid for a one bedroom apartment and we were sent to a studio (probably 12sqm- a bed and a table, a little window facing an interior court-just like jail for 153 euros a night). I contacted immediately the owner, who "assured " me that this is what I paid for. No only that he didn't acknowledge his mistake nor ever apologized, but he was very rude and arrogant! After more than 1 hr we could go from there, booking got us a refund, and at 10 pm we had to look for another accommodation. STAY AWAY!

The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, the location was really central yet very calm and the apartment itself was very clean.

We had a car and finding parking was hard from time to time, a minus if you’re planning on renting a car.

The location was close to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious with plenty of light and pleasant decorations. The air conditioning units were excellent

Thin walls, so you could hear neighbours moving furniture. Noise from our bedroom,as it backed onto the swimming pool of the hotel next door. General noise from builders in the street. Smelly kitchen drains. The drain on the shower room floor leaked when showering. Kitchen poorly equipped. Very lumpy pillows.

Perfect location, 2 minutes to beach and 10-15 minutes to old town. Beach umbrella helped a lot.

Flat is quite old. Iron parts of materials we’re rusty. Bathroom was too small, if you are over 1.80 you hardly fit. Sea view is less than in pictures. And flat was dirty, there is spiderwebs on corners and other things that I don’t want to write. I would expect more for that price.

Emplacement de l’appartement est très bien, loin du bruit du centre de Chania mais en même temps proche de partout(10,15 min à pied ).L’appartement assez bien équipé et confortable.La literie est très bien. La petite plage à côté fait l’affaire si on a pas envie de trop bouger. Excellent contact avec le propriétaire Thanos qui et très réactif et très arrangeant! Merci Thanos!

The building was well placed near beach & restaurants. Had a lift. Studio had a small kitchenette which was useful for light meals. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning good.

The tiny balcony that was encircled by buildings. Maybe the larger apartments had useable, more private outdoor space with a view. Only three pillows. Construction noise sometimes.

la machine à laver est défectueuse. Nous avons dû trouver une astuce sur le web pour faire des Hard reset. Une fois trouvé, nous avons pu nous en servir plusieurs fois mais effectuer cette manœuvre avant chaque fois. Les salles de bain sont dues au renouveau. Impossible d'être 2 dans les douches pour les amoureux. sinon bravo pour vos logements de vacances!

Die Lage ist für uns perfekt. Vor 4 Jahren waren wir schon begeistert. Nun hatten wir statt der 22 die 23. Tolle Terrasse. Tolle Badebucht. Sehr gutes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe ( Miras ).

Mieszkanie przy samym morzu, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W dniu wymeldowania mogliśmy zostać w mieszkaniu do popołudnia co było dla nas super ze względu na późny wylot tego dnia.

The kitchen needs to be replaced; the fire was dangerous and did not turn off without unplugging, the pots and pans available in the kitchen were in very bad condition

Location. View Welcoming fruit juice and water and croissants. Problem with kettle was dealt with quickly. Washing up liquid provided and washing machine.

Expected better view for the price. Nearly £800 for week. Noisy neighbours. Furniture would benefit by rubber on legs. Scraping all day on tiled floors, throughout the complex. Only three dinner plates. Pair of scissors. Small saucepan (only large provided) Small table to eat at on balcony instead of coffee table. Map of area would have been beneficial. Construction work was noisy.

Very quaint, cosy apartment close to the beach and restaurants!! You got a beautiful sea breeze so didn't need air conditioning on. Close to small grocery stores. Not too far a walk to the Old Town.

It's very close to another hotel and it's outdoor pool. At times it could be noisy.

The apartment suited our needs. The little extras (juice and water in the fridge on arrival, toilet paper etc.) were perfect. Also, the host followed up immediately when the apartment key malfunctioned. Many thanks.

+Ligging, vlakbij het lokale strand en de boulevard. + klein, maar goed ingericht waardoor er toch genoeg ruimte was + wasmachine voor een wasje tussendoor +goed geregeld met sleutelbox

La sistemazione era molto sporca, soprattutto il bagno (capelli ovunque). Sarebbe comunque necessaria una ripulita. Non c’è stato alcun contatto con l’host, cosa sempre gradita (anche solo per qualche consiglio).

Die Lage war super! Nur 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt zu Fuß! Liegt 50 Meter von einem kleinen Strand. Es gibt viele Bars in der Nähe wo man hervorragend etwas trinken oder frühstücken kann. Man kann problemlos und kostenlos in den nebengelegenen Straßen parken.

Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Badezimmer ging nicht richtig runter. Scheint verstopft zu sein. Das Haus ist super hellhörig! Man kann hören wie der Nachbar auf die Toilette geht oder seine Dusche nimmt. Die Leute sind teilweise auch nicht sehr rücksichtsvoll gewesen in Bezug auf die Hellhörigkeit des Appartements und haben sehr viel Lärm in der Nacht oder morgens in der Früh gemacht. Also es ist definitiv nichts für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf.

Perfect seaside holiday apartment, fully equipped. Communication was easy, and responses were always very prompt. The kitchen made it convenient to cook every day, which is great for a longer stay. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, and only one minute downstairs to swim in the sea. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants along the seafront.

Egy fantasztikus tágas apartmant kaptunk, két erkélyünk is volt. Van lift is,ami nagy előny a csomagokkal! Az elhelyezkedés pazar,még a Neo Chora part is 30 perc séta, az óvaros/belváros 10perc. A ház előtti partrész a felette lévő kis parkkal gyönyörű, jól lehet a sziklás részén sznorkelezni. A sétányon remek éttermek,és bárok! Mindenképp ajánlom ezt a helyet!

A parkolás a ház előtt szerencse kérdése is, a környező utcákban viszont sok a tiltó tábla,de ezt nem veszi senki komolyan!🙃

Il n’y a pas d’insonorisation dans les portes d’entrée!! On entend tout dans la cage d’escalier, je ne sais pas si c’était le personnel des 7h du matin qu’on entendait ou bien des vacanciers qui se croyaient tout seul… c’est dommage

We stayed as a family of four in these apartments in Chania and were very satisfied! The location is excellent: the sea is just 50 meters away, and the city center is only a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the promenade, creating a lively and pleasant atmosphere. The apartments were clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. There are two air conditioners, which is very important during the summer. The elevator is small (for two people), but it wasn’t an issue. Check-in was self-service, everything went smoothly without any contact with the staff. Breakfast is not provided, but there are many nice places nearby where you can enjoy good food.

The only downside is the lack of private parking. In the evenings, it sometimes took up to 30 minutes to find a spot on nearby streets. However, this didn’t significantly affect our overall experience. The proximity to the sea and the comfort of the apartments left us with only positive impressions. A great option for a stay in Chania!

Établissement très bien placé. A 10min à pieds du centre de La Canée. Le chemin vers le centre est en bord de mer, avec des restos et des bars très sympas. Le logement est bien équipé et propre. Bonne literie. Bon rapport qualité prix

Quelques soucis d’insonorisation de la cage d’escalier et dans la salle de bain. Le logement est un peu sombre car il donne sur la cour intérieure (et un peu de vis à vis de l’hôtel voisin)

Location location and quiet flat at ground floor

We stayed for a week and the flat was not cleaned at all. Very nice cleaning staff, very polite, they gave us towels when I asked for some more. but they could have cleaned the bathroom at least. We bought our own detergents to keep the toilet fresh and clean. At other places, this year in Crete, the cleaners knock on your door and ask if you want cleaning. Apart from that, the flat is fine.

The flat is 15min walk away from the old town, and there are a lot of restaurants around.

Appartamento nuovo con tutti i confort dalla lavatrice ai giochi da tavolo al kit per cucire...davvero c'è di tutto anche in climatizzatore per ogni stanza con tutto in stile molto moderno. L host ci ha fatto anche trovare il succo di frutta in frigo, diciamo che ci sanno fare...ah dimenticavo anche l ascensore!

L hotel si trova a 50m dalla baia di kuan, vero è che ho prenotato l'appartamento con vista mare laterale...ma per i soldi spesi credevo che fossimo un po' più centrali e che si vedesse di più il mare. L'appartamento è ai confini della zona pedonale di un tratto che è a circa 800m dalle mura del porto antico, si fa a piedi ma mi aspettavo che fossimo più centrali e di poter vedere il mare...

Ηταν μια ανάσα από την παραλία, μόλις σε 10 λεπτά είσαι στο λιμάνι των Χανίων. Ευρύχωρος χώρος αρκετά άνετα, με δυο μπαλκόνια ήμασταν στο ισόγειο. Είχε τα πάντα από παροχές. Είδη κουζινικών(πιάτα, βραστήρες, φούρνος, τοστιέρα κτλ.) είχε first aid ασσεσουαρ μπατονετες. Βιβλία στο σαλόνι σε διαφορετικές γλώσσες και 3-4 είδη επιτραπέζιου παιχνιδιού.

Λίγο μικρό το μπάνιο, μύριζαν λίγο οι κουρτίνες και όταν έμπαινες είχε μια περίεργη μυρωδιά, μ

Molto vicina al mare e al centro

Sicuramente la posizione dal mare e dal centro con la possibilità di trovare posteggio in zona senza allontanarsi dal centro città.

Pulizia lasciava a desiderare, era superficiale. La stanza aveva un balconcino minuscolo su cui non arrivava mail il sole e le cose non si asciugavano; inoltre affacciava di fronte ad un hotel con vista balconi asfissiante con la sensazione di sentirsi inscatolati. La descrizione dell'annuncio della stanza (la numero 11) non era assolutamente coerente con la realtà.
