Le salon extérieur commun juste à l'entrée du couloir des 2 appartements. Aucune intimité.

Problem mieliśmy z mieszkaniem przy otwartych oknach, uliczka jest bardzo wąska a domu wysokie, dwóch starszych mieszkańców sąsiednich domów cały dzień siedzi przed domami pali papierosy i krzyczy do siebie, o ile do ich rozmowy można przywyknąć i poczuć koloryt Grecji to dym w mieszkaniu jest wszechobecny

Great location, easy access and off street parking> The instructions to enter the premises were easy to follow. It has a great patio and facilities to wash clothes which is always handy

Nothing really. Maybe some indication if the apartment was the one on ground level or up the stairs.....otherwise couldnt fault it

Attention si vous arrivez un vendredi on n’a pas le droit de garer dans la propriété à cause du marché le lendemain, qui bloque la voiture jusqu’à 15 heures le samedi… j’ai du garer ma voiture dans un parking payant qui m’a coûté trop cher.

Die Nähe zum Hafen

Wir waren vor zwei Jahren schon einmal in der Unterkunft aber in einem anderen Zimmer und waren sehr zufrieden. Leider hat es unsere Erwartungen diesmal nicht erfüllt. Der Zugang zur Wohnung in der oberen Etage war ohne Handlauf an der Treppe sehr schwierig Es fehlt ein viele kleine Dinge in der Küche wie zum Beispiel ein Toaster oder Eierbecher und so weiter. Die Wohnung war sicherlich schön gestaltet aber es müsste jetzt mal wieder etwas saniert werden (Duschvorhang fällt bald ab Toilettendeckel ist abgefallen Duschstange hängt daneben und so weiter Klimaanlagen müssen mal überprüft werden

Parking was awkward mainly due to other users not following instructions. Apartment pretty good but in need of a few repairs. You can’t access by car on saturdays due to street market

PERFECT LOCATION! This apartment is so clean and modern. We rented the two bedroom with outdoor private terrace(this specific apartment has a washing machine) and it was awesome! Ten minutes walk to old town Chania and ten min walk to a sandy, clean beach that wasn't crowded in Aug and just perfect. Private parking. There is one set stairs to get to the apartment. On that level is a bedroom with two beds and a toilet. Then there is a small set of stairs to the main area with another bedroom with a big bed and a sofa that is turned into a single bed, kitchen and full bathroom. Each room has its own air conditioning unit. Rooms get dark, you will be very comfortable if you stay here!!!! Very nice and responsive host!!!

Wifi worked the whole time but was sometimes slow.

Well located, friendly and efficient hostesses, basic but well equipped, easy to access and easy to walk anywhere.

The front door requires some adjustment - it is not easy to open.

L'appartement, sur deux niveaux, est extrêmement confortable, le mobilier est très beau et de bon goût et l'électroménager de qualité. On n'a pas l'impression d'être dans une location impersonnelle et standardisée, comme c'est souvent le cas. L'emplacement est très bon, car on est prêt de tout: de la plage, de la ville (sans que le quartier soit bruyant, ce qui est très appréciable car Chania est une ville très touristique) Nous avons vu Maria, la responsable, qui est très sympathique et accueillante, elle nous a aussi donné de très bons conseils pour découvrir les environs de Chania. Par ailleurs, la région offre beaucoup de belles choses à voir, l'ensemble mérite le séjour!

Excellent emplacement à 2 pas du vieux port de La Canee et du centre historique. Appartement confortable et très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse. Possibilité de stationner la voiture dans le parking devant la résidence avec supplément.

Super bien placé dans la vieille ville ! Avec place de parking en plus. Parfait pour profiter pleinement de la Canée et de ses environs...

C&M Residence is a real find if you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of ancient Chania and the charm of its streets! At the same time, there is a municipal parking lot very close by, as well as a free one. Extremely convenient! The location of the apartment is 10 out of 10. The rooms are comfortable, very fresh, clean and with everything you need to spend a few wonderful days in Chania. We highly recommend C&M Residence!

Bien situé, très agréable avec la terrasse sur le toit. Eau fraîche et jus de pêche à notre arrivée furent les bienvenus. La communication fut très bonne et les indication d’accès très claires.

Posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi nel centro della città. Dotata di parcheggio privato, essenziale se non si vuole perdere tempo a cercarlo in strada ogni volta. Lo avevo richiesto alla prenotazione ma era completo, tuttavia qualche giorno prima dell’ arrivo mi ha chiamato per avvisarmi della sopraggiunta disponibilità. Quindi molto disponibile l’host che è intervenuto subito anche per un piccolo inconveniente iniziale. Pur essendo piccolo, l’appartamento che abbiamo avuto dispone di due servizi, uno con doccia al piano superiore. Pulizia eccellente

Nulla di particolare, ovviamente sono le sue caratteristiche, ma l’appartamento di cui abbiamo usufruito non è grandissimo ed è su due piani quindi bisogna mettere in conto di fare le scale più volte specie se si è in quattro

The apartment is in a great location and directions to get to the apartment were spot on. We stayed for 4 nights and explored the Old and New town, the apartment is an ideal location for both, closer to the Old which suited us. It's a short walk, maybe 15 mins to the main bus station for the airport. Bus to the airport is only a few euros. Great value and excellent service. Maria was our contact and answered all queries and was so helpful even letting us borrow beach towels. We bought a beach parasol and left it there for future guests to use at the beach. The apartment itself was spotless. Equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle etc with a couple of small supermarkets nearby. Lots of restaurants also. Definitely would recommend 😉

All positive, no negatives for us.

Szuper környék, szép, tiszta kis lakás. Csöndes, pedig pár perc sétára található a nyüzsgő éttermektől és sikátoroktól.

A hálószobában nem hűtött a klíma, péntek délutántól estig pedig hiába kerestünk más parkolóhelyet a szombat hajnali piac miatt, Chania tele volt autókkal. Emiatt a szombat reggeli indulás nagyon nehéz volt, már 5:30-kor eltorlaszolták az árusok az autóbeállót, így alig tudtunk kiállni a kocsival. Ha nem segítőkész az egyik árus, lekéssük a gépünket. Ezt még foglalás előtt kellett volna jeleznie a szállásnak: ha valaki szombat reggel ki akar állni az autójával vagy péntek délutántól keres parkolóhelyet a környéken, az felejtse el ezt a szállást, mert könnyen kerül kellemetlen helyzetbe! Természetesen, ha valaki nem autóval érkezik, annak tökéletes a hely. A másik negatívum a mosógép hiánya és a pici, rozsdás teregető az erkélyen, strandolás és túra után jól jött volna, de a fürdőszobában csak a mosógép helye látszott.

Emplacement dans la vieille ville de Chania, parking très appréciable même avec un supplément , à proximité directe du port , des rues commerçantes et de tous les restaurants !!!

Appartement au calme, à proximité de la vieille ville et d'un parking gratuit. Bouteilles de vin, d'eau et de jus de fruits offerts par la propriétaire.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft schon zum 2. Mal gebucht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen sehr frühen Flug und konnten nach Anfrage auch früher einchecken.

Muy bien localizado, parking privado en el mismo alojamiento, algo básico pues no hay aparcamiento en la calle en Chania. Muy bien equipado y muy limpio. El personal muy amable y te ayudan en todo momento que necesites.

Que una habitación esté en el piso de abajo y tenía un baño muy pequeño y sin ducha. La orientación este-oeste hace que no se pueda aprovechar la terraza si hace calor y tampoco corre aire con las ventanas abiertas. Hay que recurrir al aire acondicionado.

Emplacement idéal entre l’hyper centre et la plage.

Posizione top: in pieno centro e struttura con parcheggio interno. Staff presente: hanno risposto ad ogni richiesta in tempi velocissimi. Accoglienti: abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino. Appartamento piccolino ma dotato di tutti i comfort.

Very warm welcome from Maria, in person. She was helpful & charming. The property is just on the edge of the old town in a perfect location. The private parking spot is extremely valuable. The apartment is a good size with separated lounge/tv room & bedroom. Large comfortable bed, working A/C, working fridge.

There was a bit of admin fuss before we arrived, with a request that we send our passport details via WhatsApp and messages from 2 different people. Also, our payment hadn’t been taken as expected so we had to meet Maria at the residence at a specific time. This all felt a bit uncomfortable…. but turned out to be absolutely fine once we met Maria. Be advised there is a wonderful fruit & veg market on the street on a Saturday but if you have a car you need to plan ahead! The private car spot gets blocked in, and finding free parking in the area on a Friday evening is difficult. We ended up moving our car around 2am on Saturday, once the crowds had died down. So, this is more of a tip than a complaint! The shower unit it pretty small!

No handrail on the stairs. Air conditioner in the lounge didn't work in the evening. Shower curtain kept falling down Shower head fixing was loose.

Location. Also as we were on the ground floor easy for luggage and we had the terrace to sit out on . It was quiet. Having the market on our doorstep on the Saturday was fun. The shower had hot water and good pressure.

Bitte beachtet, dass die Unterkunft im ersten Stock liegt und man seine Koffer hochtragen muss. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schmal. :)

We loved our stay at this Property. It was very clean and homely. We liked the seating outside. we sat out there with our wine on returning home in the evenings. It was lovely watching the stars. The property is very central to shops abd restaurants. The location was perfect. It is good you can park your car there too. The host was very nice and answered all my questions. They made it special for our wedding anniversary. They left us a card and wine and put petals on our bed. We would recommend to family and friends and would stay there again.

Balcony was quite small. But ok for 2. An information pack in the apartment would have been useful.

Couldn't park as there was a market next day but that was just a coincidence and unfortunate.

Super emplacement à deux pas du centre historique. Le logement était au top niveau confort, bien appréciable après de belles journées dans les gorges où dans les beaux monastères aux alentours. Un super pied à terre pour explorer l'ouest de la crête et profiter des resto de la Canée. Et la place de parking était un plus non négligeable

Rien à redire. Attention toutefois à anticiper le marché du Samedi pour déplacer votre véhicule la veille.

We really loved our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, with a nice living room, a cozy sofa, and a practical kitchenette that made everything very convenient. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The location was another huge plus: very close to the city center, yet in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing without being in the middle of all the noise and crowds. Having private parking also made the experience much easier. Maria was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay. She gave us excellent recommendations about places to visit and things to do in the area, which made the trip even better. We would definitely recommend this place.

Logement tout proche du centre mais calme, petite terrasse sympa devant le logement et surtout, place de parking réservée ( 7, 5 € par jour).. Très gentil accueil ( 'hôtesse parle parfaitement français).

Loved the our stay! Great quiet location in the east of the old town, which was within easy walking distance of great food spots, the harbour and the Chania bus station (which was fantastic for its connection to Samaria Gorge). It was amazing to find an apartment with character that also had a parking space - it looked like parking would have been very difficult otherwise. Maria was amazing at making us feel welcome, explaining where to park and imparting local knowledge.

Le chic de la maison, son charme, son confort, ses équipements, sa disposition, sa grande terrasse panoramique, la petite chatte « Avra » qui nous rendait visite matin et soir, absolument Tout ! Y compris Madame Maria, qui est formidable !

Rien à dire

Delizioso appartamento su due piani nel centro storico pedonale. Comodissimo per passeggiare nel centro e per raggiungere a piedi le due spiagge della città. Vicino anche alla stazione degli autobus che collegano la città ad altre cittadine e spiagge compreso l'aeroporto. In zona molti ristorantini e negozietti. Al sabato in fondo alla strada c'è anche il mercato della frutta e della Verdura. Zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla.

Purtroppo non posso non segnalare l'anta della doccia rotta e per me anche può essere pericolosa perché uscendo dai binari ti potrebbe anche cadere addosso. Informata la proprietaria mi ha detto che comunque non ci sono più i pezzi di ricambio. In un appartamentino così curato dovrebbero fare lo sforzo di cambiare tutt il box doccia.

Die Lage im Ortskern. Der Weg zum Strand war in 10 Minuten zu schaffen und schöne kleine Frühstücksrestaurants fußläufig.

Top Lage, sauber, geräumig und ruhig.

Parkplatz im Hof ist nicht automatisch bei Buchung dabei.

Großzügige Unterkunft in der historischen Altstadt.

On a occupé deux chambres sur 2etages.. ce qui laissaient un salon spacieux et une terrasse sur toit… calme et confortable. Propreté parfaite. Hôte réactive au téléphone. Le tout très agréable.

Ένα άνετο κατάλυμα στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης που υποτιθεται καλύπτει και το πρόβλημα στάθμευσης, μιας και δυνητικά παρέχει πάρκινγκ.

Δυνητικά θέση πάρκινγκ, αφου η διεύθυνση φαινεται πως διαχειρίζεται τις θέσεις στάθμευσης όπως την βολεύει και χωρίς καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει ούτε σε μια δύσκολη στιγμή που χρειάστηκε. Η απόλυτα αρνητική αντιμετώπιση είναι ίσως ο μόνος αλλα σίγουρα ο πιο σημαντικός λόγος για να μην το ξαναεπιλέξω.
