Az utca elég zajos, szmogos és forgalmas - de a szobában ebből szerencsére semmit nem lehetett észrevenni.

This might easily be one of the best places to stay in Rethymno/Resmo. If you are lucky enough to book a full sea-view room, you are in for a real treat — the view is absolutely beautiful, and the balcony is simply wonderful. As the full sea-view room wasn’t available for our entire stay, we stayed first in a full sea-view room and then moved to a partial sea-view room. Both were beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We especially loved the atmosphere A special thank you to Dimitri for such a warm and welcoming reception.

מלון מהמם! מיקום מושלם קרוב להמון חנויות ומסעדות וקרוב לעיר במרחק הליכה. צוות מקסים ובעיקר דימיטריס הנפלא שתמיד עם חיוך ורצון לעזור. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, קטנה ומספקת. שידרגו לנו את החדר מה שהיה מאוד מפנק. אהבנו מאוד, ממליצות בחום. תודה על שהייה נפלאה.

יש בעיית חנייה באיזור אבל זה לא ממש בעיה של המלון. יש לנייה גדולה בתשלום בקרבת המלון.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans ce charmant boutique-hôtel à Rethymnon et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement cinq minutes à pied du vieux port de Rethymnon, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville tout en étant au calme. Nous pouvions nous garer dans la section gratuite du parking du port juste à côté de l hôtel, et même en plein été, avec un peu de patience nous avons toujours trouvé de la place. Le personnel, vraiment formidable nous a donné de bons conseils pour organiser nos journées d’excursion ainsi que des adresses de tavernes. Nous avons également été particulièrement touché par la délicate attention qui nous attendait dans notre chambre à notre arrivée, puisque nous fêtions notre troisième anniversaire de mariage. Une bouteille de vin accompagnée d’un petit mot ainsi qu’une belle assiette de fruits nous avaient été préparées. Une attention qui nous a fait énormément plaisir et qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. La chambre était conforme au descriptif de l’hôtel, confortable et agréable, et le petit déjeuner était varié et excellent. Tous les matins les œufs étaient préparés différemment, avec une présentation soignée! C’est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement. Et si nous avons la chance de revenir à Rethymnon, nous choisirons sans hésiter cet hôtel une nouvelle fois. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de SAVUS Hôtel pour ce merveilleux séjour et pour toutes vos attentions !

Pracownicy recepcji, zarówno Pani z przedpołudniowej zmiany, jak również Pan z popołudniowej zmiany niezwykle kompetentni i pomocni. Należą im się wielkie podziękowania za wszelkie rekomendacje, wskazówki i wymianę zdań. Niezapomniany pobyt. Polecam.

Veldig stilrent og flott boutiqe-hotell. Hjelpsomt og hyggelig personale, som gjorde oppholdet minneverdig og behagelig på alle måter. Nydelig frokost med fersk og hjemmelaget mat. Rommet var meget rent og flott innredet. Sentral beliggenhet med kort avstand til strand og byliv! Alt 10/10👍

Location was good, 10 min walk to the old town but plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.Staff very friendly in hotel, esp Dimitrius who was on afternoon/evening shift.

Breakfast could have been a bit better. They,appeared, to only offer an egg based dish as main part of the breakfast!

Struttura molto bella, posizione strategica a 5-10 minuti dal centro a piedi. Stanza spaziosa e accogliente, vista bellissima sul porto. Avrei dato 9 come punteggio, a fare la differenza è stato il ragazzo alla reception, eccezionale per disponibilità, educazione e premura nel dare consigli. Persone come lui nello staff fanno la differenza tra una buona struttura ed una struttura eccezionale.

Posizione centrale per girare a piedi la città , a due passi dal centro storico e dal porto . Staff molto gentile e accogliente , al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto una limonata . Struttura molto bella , colazione varia e abbondante, terrazza panoramica per bere un drink e fare colazione . Consigliatissimo

We were very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and accommodating all the staff was. Everybody went the extra mile to support us and make us feel welcome. The rooms were very tidy and clean and very spacious. Great views from our room and breakfast area with only a short walk to the beautiful old town.

Location was perfect . The staff were very welcoming, friendly and gave us a lot on information which was very useful. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with daily maid service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the second we arrived. Nothing too much trouble. Special mention to the breakfast chef Maria and waitress Katrina. Absolutely great experience throughout. Also thanks to the reservation team for the surprise upgrade on our room l.

This was the ideal location for exploring Rethymno old town. The view of the sea and sail boats from our room was picturesque. It was relaxing in the evening while in the hot tub, when you see the lights reflecting in the sea and the stars above. It was calm and quiet in the morning before the tourists occupy the streets, as we could watch the orange sun rise over the sea. The breakfast downstairs on the balcony had the same view overlooking the sea. Delicious baked selections. (all gluten full) There was fruit and an Egg dish that was prepared and served to us when we arrived at breakfast. Very tasty. The staff that prepared the breakfasts were very nice!!! They wanted to make sure we tried all the sweets they had made:) The hotel was centrally located between old town on one side and the beaches on the other. The car lot for parking was directly across the street toward the sea. It was under 20 euro per day. very convenient. We walked everywhere!

I’m writing this review one month after our stay. If I had written it right away, I would have said I liked everything, Because visually, everything was perfect! However, There is one thing that still lingers in my mind and that is the odor in our room. My husband discovered it was coming from the drain in the bathroom shower. It had the smell of sulfur. He did point it out to Demitri, who took interest in relaying it to management to make it right. The chemicals used to clean the room prior to our arrival covered it up for a short time, as did keeping the fan on in the bathroom and the drain closed in the sink. I hope it has been addressed for future visitors, because truly, this property would be a 10/10 and I would return to stay here if returning to Rethymno.

It was new, modern, clean and with very friendly staff. I also liked the welcome drink and treats upon arrival.

The breakfast!!!! It was awful!! Very limited variety and even the cereal were stale. There was the option to order avocado toast but a little bit of bacon and scrambled eggs eggs wouldn’t harm anybody.

Vrijwel niks, maar als ik een puntje van kritiek moet geven: de voegen van de douche lekten een beetje waardoor er water in de hele badkamer kwam met douchen.

We loved everything, especially the staff. Dimitri was so warm, welcoming and kind. He made our stay very special ensuring to always go above and beyond. Lucia was also so lovely ensuring we had breakfast on departure as it was an early departure and printed our bus tickets which was so helpful. Rooms were amazing with a fabulous spatial view. Staff could not do more for us

Wonderful vibe, clean and very comfortable. Close to all local landmarks. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The shower was really powerful and the bed was huge. A great view of the harbour with lovely sunsets. A beautiful hotel. Would definitely come back again.

For us, nothing was wrong, it was perfect.

The best hotel we've ever stayed at! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Every day they greeted us with a smile, made us feel at home, and were always happy to give us helpful tips and recommendations. The view from our balcony overlooking the harbor was absolutely stunning. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great selection of fresh food, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Eine top Ausgangslage wenn man in der Stadt ist. Leider hatten wir nur Unglück mit dem Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption, da alles doch sehr hellhörig ist. Ansonsten: traumhaftes Frühstück, mehr als tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

The staff provided a welcoming attitude and made us feel at home. Dimitri and Lucia were friendly, helpful, and efficient at the desk. Maria’s breakfast specialties were exceptional, as were all the other breakfast items. The location served our needs as the hotel was between Old Town and the beaches. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Rethymnon.

Nach einigem Hin und Her bekamen wir doch ein Zimmer mit Meerblick wie gebucht. Man hat uns zuerst ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick gegeben. Von den Nachbarhäusern konnte jeder unseren Balkon voll überblicken.

Das Hotel bietet keine Parkplätze an. Die wenigen gratis Parkplätze auf dem gegenüber liegenden Parkareal sind immer besetzt, ausser man kommt nach Mitternacht. Somit ist das Parkieren eine teuere Angelegenheit wenn man länger bleibt.

Bei dem doch sehr hohem Zimmer-Preis sollte der Cappuccino zum Frühstück extra kosten. Der Jacuzzi wurde zu selten gereinigt.

Super nette Mitarbeiter. Saubere Zimmer mit täglichen Service zur Reinigung. Frühstück ist sehr sehr gut. Jeden Tag eine andere Auswahl mit inkludierten Eierspeisen die frisch zubereitet werden

The staff was excellent, friendly, and professional. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped with both AC and a ceiling fan. The breakfast was very good but rather modest – still, if requested, scrambled eggs may be served. I would definitely come back, as it was surely worth the price.

Schönes kleines Hotel in Top Lage. Wunderschöne Frühstücksterrasse mit einer herrlichen Atmosphäre. Super Frühstück, zwar klein, aber dafür wirklich fein. Leckeres Gebäck und jeden Tag eine andere Eispeise. Wir kommen wieder :)

Unser Badezimmer war etwas klein. Badtür und Duschtür sind direkt aneinander. Man muss die eine erst schließen, bevor man die andere bewegen kann. Dies war allerdings in den anderen beiden Zimmern nicht so (wir waren 3 Paare). Bei denen war es super.

Rien d’exceptionnel. Si vous avez une réclamation, ne comptez pas avoir une réponse entre 15h et 18h car le manager est absent.

eigentlich gibt es da nichts...1.Anfahrt zum Hotel mit den kleinen Gassen war es gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber dennoch unproblematisch. bei der rezeption nach möglichkeiten gefragt und schon konnte man 'for free ' im Hafen bzw Strand-Areal parken. Auf Nachfrage gab es immer gute Tips...

Gut ausgestattete Zimmer, schöner offener Frühstücksraum, der sich im 1. OG über der Strasse befindet. Freundliches Personal.

Wir wurden erst in ein wohl schönes und geräumiges Zimmer im EG einquartiert. Dort hat man aber keine Aussicht und die Eingangstreppe führte direkt vor der Terrasse durch. Wir erhielten danach in 3. OG ein kleines, aber tolles Zimmer mit Sicht auf‘s Meer. Zum guten Frühstück gab es nur wässrigen Filterkaffee oder gegen Aufpreis von 4€ ein Cappuccino.

Le petit déjeuner était extra, il y a beaucoup de choix. L’hôtel est situé juste devant le port, cela peu être un peu bruyant mais c’est sa localisation en centre ville et face au port qui lui donne son charme, la vue est magnifique depuis le balcon de la chambre vue mer. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et reviendrons sûrement dans le même hôtel, et un grand merci pour la générosité et la bienveillance des réceptionnistes

The only thing that needs to improvement is the breakfast. There where everyday somekind of omelette or other egg variation what was excellent, but the rest of the breakfast is little bit tinkering and the coffee, it was like tea😁 You can get with extra cost good coffee from the desk, but i think they should offer this for everyone for free. Raise the room charge with 3€ if nessesary😁 And this is just idea for the staff😉 Don't get me wrong.... I LOVED YOUR PLACE and we will defenetly come back!!❤❤❤

Excellent hotel. Staff greeted us with homemade lemonade and treats while they checked us in. The room was wonderful...great shower. In the morning, we had to leave early so staff met us with a packed breakfast on our way out. Great hotel and experience.

Alojamiento precioso son unas vistas increíbles en primera línea de playa y muy bien ubicado del centro de la ciudad. El personal super agradable el desayuno riquísimo y el hotel muy moderno y limpio, la cama es muy cómoda y grande. Tienen préstamo de toallas de playa gratuito. Se está como en casa

Hôtel très bien situé sur la promenade, à 2 pas du centre historique.Très bel accueil avec boissons sur la terrasse en attendant l'enregistrement. Personnel extrêmement sympathique. Très bon petit dejeuner en terrasse face à la mer. Nous avons été surclassé par rapport à la chambre réservée. Cette chambre était magnifique, grande, terrasse vue mer. Que demander de plus pour notre dernière nuit en Crète !
