The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep after a long journey. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was well organized. We were very happy with our stay.

Conveniently located outside the city on the road to the Sümela monastery. Efficient and quick check in and check out.

I was negatively surprised when I was told there is no breakfast even if there is time frame for breakfast stated in the listing from what I made a conclusion they serve it. For my taste the bed (mattress) is too soft together with a very firm and thick pillows (all the pillows are the same) makes sleeping very uncomfortable. Expect some very loud prayer calls very early in the morning.

Отличный отель, остались только положительные впечатления. Прекрасное расположение, очень красивое место. Встретили тепло, вечером угостили сладостями с чаем- было приятно и по-домашнему. Завтрак просто великолепный. Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь. Номер чистый, просторный, всё аккуратно и со вкусом. Однозначно рекомендую. Обязательно буду возвращаться.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar temiz ve rahattı, yatak çok konforluydu. Kahvaltı da lezzetliydi. Güzel bir konaklama oldu.

Konaklamamız çok keyifliydi. Özellikle yatak inanılmaz derecede rahattı, gerçekten deliksiz ve dinlendirici bir uyku uyuduk. Odalar geniş ve tertipliydi, temizlik çok iyiydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, kahvaltı da oldukça lezzetliydi. Tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel

The staff was Amazing super friendly and helpful

Good location near by the main road, perfect to stay a night along the way. Helpful staff and polite staff. The room and the bathroom were spacious. Car park just outside the entrance.

The floor in the room was not 100% clean but its not much to bother about.

Easy parking

Really enjoyed our stay at this very well kept hotel. We booked the Bayrak Hotel as it is on route to Sumela Monastery. On the main road out of Trabzon towards Sumela, it is very easy to find, with a large black and gold sign just before the exit. Room was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was traditional Turkish, brought the table and very good, with mix of hot and cold options. Staff were very good. Parking just outside hotel, with loads of space.

No dislikes.

Excellent staff, especially Iskander and the two ladies who manage the restaurant floor. Clean place, and very easy to reach.

This location is highly suitable for electric vehicles, particularly for those intending to visit the Sumala Monastery.

The location and the room much nice but the stuff are not supported with the gusset and the timing for the check out is not good compared with the others hotels

The location is quite but nothing is available around it. The staff readiness to customer questions. I asked for ice. They said ( it is not available) I asked for a cissor, it is also not available ! As the hotel is very far and nothing is near to it, they should have a storage of items that the guest may ask about. Smart tv is available but cannot be connected to internet !

This is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. Lots of place for parking.

The breakfast was rather average. Mind the prayer calls from the mosque nearby.

Hotel is rated as 4 stars, but deserve 5 stars for the facilities provided. Extremely convenient location for avoiding City traffic and access to Sümela Monastery and places to see in south of Trabzon. Provided room was excellent, clean, spacious and has all facilities you need, an upgrade within availability. Staff was friendly and helpful, round the clock. Has parking lot and Post office is just neighboring.

Breakfast ordinary. My expectancy was much higher

Room is large and spacious, super clean, comfortable bed, with all needed amenities available. Separately should be noted professional and friendly staff. Overall very good value for the price.

When I told them I would talk to Booking about what happened to me, they said Booking won't give you anything because we don't deal with booking in Turkey. -weird smell in one of the rooms -location is 20 minutes from airport in a calm neighborhood -on the last day one of our cosmetic products were used by one of the cleaning staffs. -suite was a bit congested

Location is not that great ... no indoor parking... lack of facilities, equipment ... breakfast is average at best .... price is too high for a 2 or 3 star hotel.

First day I ask receptionist Ahmet to open safety box, put tissue in rooms and hand soap in bathroom. Unfortunately non of that happened.

I had stayed in many fancy hotels and this Hotel become in the list of highly recommended. the only difference will be is the price its so AFFORDABLE and the service was beyond what was expected.. it’s so clean the staffs are elegant friendly and professional. especially Mr. Kram & Mr. Ibrahim they were very helpful to my Family and I. so glad for choosing this hotel my booking was 1 day but I extended it to 5 days … highly recommend

From the reception when we arrived till the minute we left, every detail was taken care of. The cleanliness, above-all, was phenomenal.

Maybe I don't understand something about how things work in Trabzon, but I kept wondering why the hotel restaurant windows didn't have protective mesh against insects. Also, it can be dangerous for kids to sit near windows as the openings are not far from the ground. Only this, and everything else is great.

Staff are nice but sometimes they forget which leads to ask more than 2 times. Turndown service and room cleaning were very busy and sometimes rooms were not cleaned daily

Everything is amazing from the room to the stuff. The stuff are very kind they treat us like their family. We had the pleasure to meet the beautiful Bayrak which the hotel was name after her. good location quiet and peaceful faraway from crowd , beautiful rooms well decorated spacious, also toilet nice and good.

in the lobby the AC was not operated so it was very hot burning, specially when you are waiting for your room, the lobby floor was sticky when you walk you feel it, should concentrate more on cleanings as well, the bed seems to be little smaller barely fits 2 adults which is not comfortable in size specially when you have big room but small size bed.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is superb! The staff is amazing, espcially Mr. Kerem. He is so kind and generous! Melek, Ibrahim (Egyptian), the interior designer (I forgot her name). They are all so sweet! The view and the calmness mesmerized me! There are buses directly behind the hotel to take you to Meydan. I'm in love with this hotel and staff, and I'm planning to stay again in it the next summer vacation.
