بصفة عامة جيد الا انه اقل من المتوقع

اهم شي سلبي هو الطريق اليه .. ضيق جدا وجبلي متعرج وخطر ولاانارة به وخصوصا ايام الضباب .. بعض الاكواخ بها تسريب لماء المطر .. وحدث لنا التماس بطبلون الكهرباء وانقطعت عن الكوخ .. غيروا لنا الكوخ مع ماتسبب لنا من ارهاق وتعب

The villa was clean and lots of space - bedrooms were of good size. The restaurant had a good selection of food

The Turkish breakfast was nice but would have liked to order something different as well

We had a wonderful stay at Mağmat Resort & Bungalows and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The property is set in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by the stunning nature of Trabzon, making it a perfect place to relax and escape from the busy city. The bungalow was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. What stood out most was the combination of beautiful scenery, tranquility, cleanliness, hospitality, and comfort. It was a great experience for our family, and the location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions. A special thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We would definitely recommend Mağmat Resort & Bungalows to anyone visiting Trabzon, especially families and travelers looking for a peaceful stay close to nature. ★★★★★ Highly recommended! المكان جداً جميل و الغرف كما بالوصف يوجد دورين والاطلاله جميله جداً ويوجد مطعم قريب ولذيذ جداً قضينا فيه اجمل الايام سنكرر الزياره 👍 لو كان هناك تقييم اكثر من 10 لمنحته 👍

الموقع صحيح بعيد عن وسط المدينة لكن اطلاله وهدوء جميل ، كان الكوخ الكبير (4 غرف) نظيف و جميل ، الافطار نظام محدد تجلس وهم يجيبون لك خيارات محددة لطيفه ، كان وقتنا موفق بأمطار خفيفة و غيوم و اجواء جميله ، ينظفون بشكل يومي و يغيرون ما تحتاج ، يوجد مطبخ صغير في الكوخ الكبير فقط (حسب ما رأيت) ، الموظف في الاستقبال كان لطيف و ضحوك ، المكان هادئ جدا كأن مافيه سكان ، الجاكوزي في غرفة النوم الرئيسية

بحكم بعده عن المدينة ينقصه (بقاله صغيره ، غسالة ملابس ضروريه جدا) ، حديقة صغيره للاطفال ، صيانة وسباكة لبعض الأكواخ والجاكوزي فيها ، سعر غالي جدا لغسيل الملابس ، لابد من التنوع في الفطور خاصة لمن يقيم عدة ايام

تقريبا كل شي المكان والنظافة والطبيعة الخلابه وكذلك تعامل القائمين على الفندق او الموظفين وحسن اخلاقهم والخدمات التي يقدمونها

كل شي أعجبني ماعدا صعوبة الطريق قليلا وكذلك عدم وجود مطبخ او غسالة

The view from the top of the hill was amazing and the cleanliness was good. The food in the restaurant was great too.

The road to the place wasn’t easy, and walking through the facility was hard. The stairs inside the bungalow were dangerous for elderly people.

An excellent place with exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Everything about the stay was wonderful, from the welcoming and friendly staff to the overall comfort and quality of the hotel. The service was attentive, professional, and always with a smile. We felt truly welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

المكان الجميل والفيو ساحر والسكن مريح رح اكرر الزياره بإذن الله

اتمنى من توفر سيارة قولف لتنقل خصوصاً لكبار السن ايضاً ضايقني حساب السكن فردي حتى لو لم اطلب خدمات ولم يعجبني المطعم اكلهم عادي والفطور مافي تنوع خبز واحد وصنف يكرر يومياً بدون تبديل الطريق وعر للوصول للفندق

هذي ثاني مرة احجز في المكان وللأسف التجربة هالمرة ما كانت مثل المرة الأولى الكوخ اللي عطونا إياه كانت فيه ريحة سيئة والحمام الموجود في الطابق الثاني كان يسرب موية من جهة الدرج وقت الاستحمام وهذا شيء يحتاج معالجة الموظفين بشكل عام محترمين ومتعاونين وتعاملهم جيد بالنسبة للإفطار إذا جيت في وقت هادي وما فيه زحمة أعطيه 10/10 لكن وقت الزحمة للأسف ينزل التقييم إلى 4/10 ممكن يوصلك الإفطار ناقص مثل الخبز أو بعض الطلبات والمشكلة إنك إذا طلبت الشيء الناقص يتأخر بشكل مبالغ فيه آخر مرة طلبنا زيادة خبز وانتظرنا أكثر من 20 دقيقة وكلمنا 3 موظفين وما وصل الخبز إلا بعد ما قمنا من الطاولة أتمنى يهتمون أكثر بالتنظيم وقت الزحمة وبصيانة الأكواخ لأن تجربتي الأولى كانت أفضل بكثير

The location is far from the city a little but it worth it, the view is amazing and it is around 3C cooler than the city. The food from restaurant is delicious

​Staying at Magamat Resort was the ultimate reset from everyday life. The location up in the mountains is absolutely stunning and provides a deeply relaxing atmosphere that we really needed. We are so incredibly glad we decided to book our stay here. The staff truly went above and beyond for us; they were remarkably accommodating with every single request we made and immediately took care of any concerns we had to ensure our stay was flawless.

Le chalet était sublime avec un jaccuzi et un vidéo projecteur, vue époustouflante, l’établissement possède plusieurs parkings ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce de Booking , tout était parfait je recommande vivement cette adresse pour une expérience inoubliable !

المكان اجمل حتى من الصور والنظافه ممتازه وكل شي متوفر العامليين مهذبين جداااا طلبت خدمه تزين مبلغها مبالغ فيه على العمل الذي تم ولكن بشكل عام السكن رائع والاطلاله خلابه

الطريق للمنتجع بعيد واغلب الشركات ترفع سعر التنقل بسبب ان الطريق صعب

The rooms has shaded windows that sun and night light goes through. Difficult to sleep for those looking for total darkness. Also breakfast could use more diversity.

المكان مثل الصور تماما في الموقع حديث ومميز الموقع رااائع جدا رغم بعده عن المدينه ، كان مناسب لنا لاننا اردنا مكان هاديء بعيد عن ضجيج المدن. تنسيق المكان جدا مرتب ودافيء الاطلاله خيالية .. وجبة الفطور ممتازة ولذيذة (لكنها تحون على نفسها كل يوم) نظرا لانه ليس بوفيه مفتوح.. الطاقم يقدم لك الفطور في مطعم الفندق harmony resturant طاقم الاستقبال جدا لطيفين ومتعاونين.. حاولو المساعدة في كل شيء احتجناه.. المكان جدا جدا نظيف .. شيء جميل ايضا انه في كل يوم سبت مساءا تقام حفلة في المطعم يقدمها احد المغنيين الاتراك بكل مرة.. الانضمام بحجز مسبق مدفوع.

كنا في الكوخ رقم 203 وهو عبارة عن 3 غرف نوم وصالة عند الاستحمام في الطابق العلوي .تنزل المياه الى الغرفة النوم في الطابق السفلي مباشرة.. لم يتم اصلاح الامر لانه يحتاج الكثير من الصيانه.. امر آخر لم يكن بالحسبان هو انقطاع الماء تماما داخل الكوخ في اليوم الثاني رغم عودتنا متعبين من الخارج مساءا وبحاجة للاستحمام.. اخبرونا ان الماء انقطع في المكان بأكمله وهو امر شائع في طرابزون خاصة في الاكواخ الجبليه..انتظرنا بضع ساعات حتى اصلحو الامر..

We stayed at Mağmat Resort & Bungalows for five nights. Overall, the resort has many excellent qualities. The views are absolutely stunning, the property is exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service is excellent. The room amenities provided after cleaning were of high quality, and the architecture and interior design of the resort are beautiful.

There are, however, several areas that could be improved. The jacuzzi had an unpleasant odor after use. The access road to the resort is quite difficult, and having a car is almost essential. Breakfast was good but offered very little variety, with nearly the same selection every day during our stay. We were also disappointed with the service provided by one restaurant staff member named Türkan. While another staff member was always helpful, many of our reasonable requests were simply declined. During the first two days we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with its amazing view, but on the following days we were repeatedly refused a table there for different reasons, even when the weather was perfectly sunny. Our request to join tables for our group was also declined. Finally, the dinner we ordered at the restaurant was overpriced considering its quality and did not meet the standard we expected from a resort of this level. Despite these issues, we truly appreciated the beautiful location, cleanliness, and overall design of the resort. We hope our feedback helps the management further improve the guest experience.

طابع الفخامة في المنتجع، قمة الهدوء في ذلك الموقع، وكان السكن في الكوخ رقم 201 ثلاث غرف وصالة وبلكونة مطلة على البحر، وكان هناك موظف رائع يتحدث قليلاً من اللغة العربية وأظنه صاحب المنتجع فقد أحسن استقبالنا وارسل كل الموظفين لحمل امتعتنا، كان الكوخ نظيفاً وكل المفارش والمناشف نظيفة، هناك جاكوزي رائع في الغرفة الرئيسة، هناك تكييف في الغرفة الرئيسة والصالة فقط، الافطار فردي ولكنه منوع ومميز، توفير المني بار والماء ومعه بسكوت وعصيرات مجاناً،

ماء الجاكوزي اذا خرج عن الحوض ينزل على البلكونة في الدور السفلي، وتنظيف المرحاض في الحمام الأعلى بشطاف المروش يجعل الماء ينزل على ارضية الحمام ثم يتسرب الى الدور السفلي بشكل مؤسف ومقزز، الغرفتين الأخرى غير الغرفة الماستر والصالة ليس فيها تكييف وهذا متعب ومؤسف جداً، عزل الإضاءة عن جمع الغرف ضعيف جداً وخاصة الغرفة الرئيسة تدخل عليك وهج الشمس من الاعلى والجانب ويكون النوم سيئاً جداً في الصباح والنهار، الغرفة الماستر طراحتها ليست متصلة بل عبارة عن طراحتين فرديتين تم إلصاقهما ببعضهما مما اضطرنا الى تبديلها مع الغرفة الأخرى في الطابق الاسفل بمعاناة شديدة،

The location is fabulous - beautiful views, fresh air - you need a car, though The reception staff are very helpful with every request The chalets are tastefully designed with a full wooden interior, clean and spacious.

Too much light comes in through the window blinds at night. If you like to sleep early, ask for a chalet far away from the noisy restaurant. The restaurant waiter is not helpful, so we only went there once. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants not far away.

Returning to Magmat Resort & Bungalows for a second stay only confirmed why it remains one of my absolute favorite resorts and places to unwind. We spent almost five days there, and once again, the experience exceeded all expectations. Everything deserves more than 10/10. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering a peaceful escape while still being conveniently accessible. The architecture of the resort is simply stunning. The wooden cabins are beautifully designed, and the décor combines warmth, elegance, and comfort, creating a truly cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bungalows are exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and cleaned every day with great care and attention to detail. The beds are very comfortable, making it easy to enjoy a restful stay. The food is outstanding. Breakfast is rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious, and the chef at the main restaurant prepares excellent meals that we truly enjoyed throughout our stay. What truly sets this resort apart is its people. Every member of the team was amazing. The hospitality was exceptional, whether from the front desk staff, the restaurant team, the housekeeping staff, or anyone we met during our stay. Everyone was welcoming, kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their responsiveness is remarkable. Whatever we needed—extra amenities, assistance, or any request sent through WhatsApp—was handled almost instantly, at any time of the day. Even requests such as preparing the fireplace were answered and completed immediately. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Magmat Resort & Bungalows. This was my second stay, and it certainly will not be my last. It remains one of the best resorts and retreats I have ever visited, offering comfort, tranquility, exceptional food, beautiful design, and truly memorable hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Trabzon.

المكان في أعلى الجبل والوصول اليه يستغرق وقت كبير رغم ان الطريق ممتع لكنه ضيق المكان لا يناسب من يريد الخروج والعودة كثير فهو مكان للاسترخاء والبقاء في قلب الطبيعة اقرب سوير ماركت على بعد ربع ساعة بالسيارة ايضا لا يوجد مطبخ ولا غسالة ملابس

سكن جميل جدا وجديد موقعه ممتاز قريب من السنتر والمطار ويوجد مطعم في الفندق عنده تنوع في الاطباق

فقط الموقع قد يكون مرتفع شوي ولا فيه خدمات لكن موب عائق👍🏻

Overall, Mağmat Resort & Bungalows offers an exceptional experience for those seeking relaxation, privacy, and stunning mountain views. The accommodation is comfortable and clean, the staff are welcoming, and the atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. Although the road leading to the resort is somewhat challenging, the breathtaking scenery and unique experience make it absolutely worth the journey. Highly recommended.

Although the place was empty and there was no one else besides us, the receptionist’s behavior and attitude were poor. It gave a bad impression of the hotel. I hope a polite and professional person who knows how to deal with guests respectfully is appointed.

الطريق الى الكوخ طويل بعض الشئ لكن ليس خطر وجميل وممتع، يوجد طريقين للكوخ، واحد يعتبر ضيق لكن الثاني افضل بكثير والطريقين جميلا وليس خطر. يفضل وجود سيارة مستأجرة للاستماع بالوصل الى المكان والذهاب الى المدينة. الموظفين عند الاستقبال والعاميلن في المطعم وفي المكان لطيفين جدا، وسريعين جدا في الخدمة عند الحاجة، والافطار لذيذ جدا، وطلب الأكل من المطعم (Harmony) التابع للمنتجع لذيذ جدا وممتاز. اما بالنسبة للكوخ نفسه، جميل جدا ومريح، الاطلالة رائعة والمكان هادئ جدا و نظيف جدا جدا.. لا بد من تكرار التجربة بإذن الله
