Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites North Bay

Es war sauber.

Sofabett war nicht nutzbar. Frühstück mit Papptellern und Bechern, sowie mit Plastikbesteck, unmöglich! Wasserdruck war extrem niedrig.

Super clean and very friendly.

L'accès, la propreté

Manque d items pour dépanner, brosse a cheveux, items feminin

It was a wonderful breakfast with a variety of options

The room was great and the service was outstanding.

I booked a handicap room and yes they put me in a supposed handicapped room or you could say a half a handicap room. This room had a BATHTUB I have not been able to take a bath for 10 years. When I complained they told me that this place only truly handicap room with a walk in shower. Don’t you think having at least you should have a few more totally handicap rooms.

Very clean room, wonderful staff! The kids loved the pool and how warm it was.

The breakfast time was very busy so a lot of things were kind of picked over. But after a while it was nice that most things were restocked! Honestly I don’t know if there would be a better way to handle the busyness of the breakfast hour.

Very comfortable space. Staff were informative and friendly.

I prefer the option of much more lighting in my room. Once the sun goes down the lighting is very muted. I need bright light for any form of hobby as I have some visual impairment.

great breakfast

location

Le déjeuner était très bon, la chambre confortable et propre.

Le bain était vraiment très petit.

Emplacement, petit déjeuner

Rien

The location was close.

I was charged twice for may stay and the price was high.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien. L'emplacement de d'hôtel était bruyant, mais près de beaucoup de commerce ce qui a été utile.

Une chaise et une table dans la chambre aurait été utile.

The breakfast was excellent and location convenient

We initially reserved a single night and subsequently extended our stay for an additional night. The hotel staff was exceptionally accommodating.

The diverse cultural environment is highly appealing, and the establishment is also pet-friendly. Additionally, a fitness center featuring a plunge pool is available. A tranquil road adjacent to the hotel provides an ideal setting for walking small dogs.

Not in town, close to hospital. Good parking as well

Beds are very soft. Shower needed better cleaning.use Fairfield often. Dependable.

Clean

Still havent been emailed my receipt.

The breakfast hours would be nice if it lasted a little longer. And it would be nice to have a shopping mall or a store nearby.

That there's no shopping mall or there's no store nearby.

Comfortable beds

Every Motel place I've been to I've had allergic reaction to the bed sheets you guys were fantastic no allergic reaction comfortable and relaxing.

You could have had Disney on Netflix would have been nice..

Everything

The bathroom light automatically comes on whenever you walk into the bathroom. This is blinding at night and I wish I knew how to disable this.

Location

I like that the staff were friendly and willing to accommodate with my mother’s needs. I haven’t been to an Inn that has done what you guys have done with a smile and helpfulness.

I would have liked a hot tub but that’s just me being me lol.

Excellent facilties but they need to pay attention to some little things that may go wrong and affect guest safety.

None

They have small square pillows the size of couch pillows for the bed for sleeping Very uncomfortable

Rien

Tout

Perfect location close to the university.

Best breakfast at any hotel since Covid Would highly recommend

Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable and the feather pillows wete really flat. The breakfast was great. Clean and the food was good.

The windows open, fresh air was great to sleep

Ample parking, breakfast was nice

Cleanliness was poor and the bed was so lumpy

The rooms were clean. It was a wonderful stay with a great breakfast and a pool for the kids. This was booked at the last minute to save our vacation from another absolutely awful hotel room. I commend the fantastic people at this hotel for saving our vacation.

Nice new hotel close to university, college, stores and restaurants. 4 min drive to beautiful beaches. Safe area. Includes breakfast. Will stay again.

Easy check in and out process. Great breakfast options and the fresh fruit options were apprecaited. Room was spacious and all features were updated. Lots of parking spots and access to building was easy to get to.

Really nice and quiet

We liked the easy access to highway. We found the double queen room comfortable. Air conditioning seemed somewhat noisy.

Easy to get to, fast check in, breakfast and was good. The only thing I did like or could not figure out was how the bathroom light was on a sensor

The staff was very helpful and nice .

Everything!!! From the hotel cleanliness, to the offered breakfast and staff. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and this is now my 3rd stay. I will only ever book here when in North Bay.

Nothing… it’s perfect!

Very quiet

Proximity to the highway. Cleanliness, great for a family. Great all included breakfast

Nothing

Comfortable! Stellar breakfast :)

A/c unit was acting up and carpet was wet in front of it. Notified front desk when checking out.

We stayed here as our granddaughter recommended it. The hotel is nice but the highway traffic noise is just too much. We will go back to staying at the Hampton Inn on our future visits.

Great stay when looking last minute

Staff attended to my issue quickly and resolved it

Every associate from front desk to housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and helpful!!! The hotel and grounds were extremely clean and well maintained!!! The breakfast buffet offers a decent variety and was always being topped up!! I would absolutely return to this hotel again!!! Highly recommend it!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Extremely clean rooms and friendly staff. The building is only 3 yrs old and it shows on the room. The breakfast is very good with items like fresh fruits and unique toppings for the oatmeal. Such a great great great stay!!

The Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms and other areas of the hotel were very clean.

The breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled and omelet eggs tasted awful.

Super friendly staff, nice clean rooms, well lit hallways. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, too.

We had a great stay and there really isn’t anything to complain about. We found it close to the locations that we were visiting. The front counter staff that checked us in and out was excellent and the same is to be said about the staff that assisted with the morning breakfasts. The only downside was the pool and pool room was too cold to enjoy.

Very high level of service standards, the entire hotel staff is extremely courteous. 5 stars to everyone !

Lovely hotel, I will definitely be back! Very clean, large room, comfortable bed!

Hotel is well placed, right near the highway. Great breakfast and room.

Very nice property. Clean. Great breakfast. Friendly staff

Greta service, excellent breakfast, great location!
