Homewood Suites By Hilton North Bay

Vybavenie kuchyne super. Veľké postele a možnost využiť fitness centrum.

Raňajky bez zeleniny.

Breakfast and complimentary dinner on Wednesday; extremely friendly and obliging staff; close to beach and downtown

Nothing

Comfortable, could bring my dog, good breakfast

Bathtub toilet room didn’t have a fan, tub kind of high but I should have requested an accessible room.

Location

Beds (as booked) were not made and no sheets/ pillows were made available until we asked

The staff was exceptional and the suite was perfect for entertaining our Granddaughter.

The breakfast ended too early on weekdays for people vacationing, we had to wake our Granddaughter up pretty much every weekday so we wouldn’t miss breakfast.

L'emplacement est super. Pres de la plage et a une belle vue. On aurait aime que notrr chambre ait une vue sur le lac

Le prix est quand meme cher. Une modernisation peut encore etrr faite

Family of 4 with 2 kids. Amazing location, very close to the waterfront downtown beach. Breakfast was ok nothing to highlight. We booked King Suite, and it's amazingly spacious. The pool and gym were great as well.

Nothing

Everything was outstanding..fabulous location..delicious breakfast..very friendly staff..new and sparkling clean.

We stayed 25 days in total. The staff was pleasant, however the massive roof leak (we were staying in room 612) destroyed my laptop, and what followed was hard-to-believe, undignified negotiating hardball from hotel manager Smruti Sasidharan. She made her own judgement on how much that laptop is worth (starting with 1/4 of true value, then raising it to 1/2), without ever explaining how and on what basis. Provided evidence that demonstrated true value was ignored. I forwarded the entire email conversation to the Hilton customer care, but so far received zero response.

Clean - frienly services

Some standard meals for the breakfast were missed Despite staff hard working therecwas delays on refilling the dishes

It was ok

The buffet was a mess, no staff out cleaning tables or cleaning food area

Loved the lakeside park. There was live music we enjoyed while eating ice cream from the pier.

Breakfast was mostly inedible. The eggs tasted weird and the bacon was raw. Yuck!

не убирали номер пока не наехал причем 2 раза пподряд

When checking in there were no luggage carts available. Staff had no idea where they were and had no intention of looking for them

Super propre

Rien

Rom was nice

Staff could have been a little more understanding of my issue, and thought "outside the box"

Big room and clean

Only one lift working slow and queues Very basic breakfast

The best hotel in North Bay! Rooms are clean and spacious and staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and they had gluten free bread for my wife. Homewood Suites generally offer good value and this hotel fills the bill.

The room (size, furniture) is good for one person. The hotel is well situated near waterfront.

There is no fork in the kitchen accessories.

Roomy and clean. View of the water. Quiet with a comfy bed. Very friendly staff too!

All good!

Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean.

everything

nothing

Very clean, staff was very friendly, I really liked the size and layout of the room!

The pool water could have been cleaner. The breakfast was tacos and we did not enjoy them.

Tout

It had a excellent set up, fridge, stove top, microwave, and dishes it was perfect for my visit

Long ways to go for a smoke

Beautiful, large, clean rooms. Close walk to the waterfront. We also enjoyed the pool.

Great location, close to the waterfront trails and close to concert venues

Nothing!

Super friendly and immaculate. Great rooms. Close to lake. Wonder stay.

Nothing

Great hotel staff and presentation. Willing to help immediately!

Breakfast choices. Eggs had no taste, sausages weren't the best - my partner's opinion. As for me more vegan/vegetarian choices needed I would rate it 3 or 4 out of 10.

Great location and staff.

Some furniture in breakfast area needs cleaning.

Everything clean, great food

The room was very spacious and clean and the breakfast was hot and ready.

The thermostat stopped working in the room and there was debris in the kitchen ceiling lamp shade.

We have stayed there a few times...and it never disappoints. Staff went out of their way to accommodate. Place is spotless and breakfast food hit the spot!

The size of the room, the staff and the location.

The carpet area wasn't perfectly clean.

Very clean and friendly staff

Location clean staff was great

Not applicable

The hotel was clean and it showed throughout the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and atmosphere in the hotel with staff and guest was inviting.

Nothing I can think of.

Rooms - fantastic, and the beds were comfortable to sleep! Lots of pillows, breakfast was excellent

Nothing

Swimming pool is too small

Spacious, clean , friendly service...

We didn't have much time so it's really hard to comment on what we didn't like .

Size of the room, location

Sofa bed very uncomfortable

Friendly staff quick check in, check out.

Had a suite and the room was fantastic, super clean and put together nicely. I had a short stay, but a great experience.

Nothing, all was good.

Loved the size of the room, it was great for my family of 5.

Great location, helpful and courteous staff, very clean, good breakfast, lots of parking

NA

Loved the room, it was extremely well suited for comfort. Great value and could not ask for better location. The bike path starts at the hotel and you are close to everything.

N/A

Rooms very clean Good options for breakfast Staff was super friendly & helpful

Wish pool wasn’t broken for 2 years Wish you could charge laundry to your room vs using coins

Didn’t like the wi-fi sign in. Bathroom could use a fan

Wifi sign in

Room was great, breakfast was too, but... .

Location of hotel was questionable, was always worried my car was going to be broken into. Drunk and drugged up locals stumbling around the area, cops were even called because they started a fire. One elevator was broken, we were on the 6th floor and took forever getting up and down with luggage and baseball equipment. Couldn't keep on car as we feared someone would break in. Lastly multiple noise complaints at 9pm for just talking normally. We couldn't even laugh without someone coming to our door, which leads me to think hotel has poor sound dampening

J'ai aimé l'accueil du personnels ,la propriété de l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner de chaque matin

J'ai tout aimé

Everything from the breakfast to the room, the staff , the pool

Really beautiful interior design, the location, it’s close to the waterfront and the hot breakfast was very good.

I stay at the Homewood Suites hotel in North Bay every year for work. This past fall, I stayed at Homewood on and off for two months. During a 10 night stay, I experienced a severe case of bed bugs that left me with 15 bites on my face, several bites on my neck, arms and hands. When bringing this up at the front desk I did not receive any apology, and after their reimbursement of two one-night stays, I tried calling, to which they refused to answer the phone, stating that they had already given me all they can offer. After the incredible inconvenience of this situation, not to mention the anxiety it has caused, I am extremely disappointed with their lack of initiative in helping their customers or at the very least, have the decency to pick up their phone and apologize.

Nice facilities, good breakfast

The extra sofa at the bedroom wasn’t very comfortable

Very clean hotel and great service!

Great Room

Not my favourite breakfast
