Alles ist super gewesen. Sauberkeit, Lage, View vom Hotel sind super gewesen. Ich komme wieder auf jeden Fall!

Amazing value and great central location. Free parking at the port less than 5 minutes from the property. There were some complaints about parking lot being closed when cruise ships are in during the day, but luckily we didn't have any issue with that (arrived Sat Sep 5 around 1700 and departed Mon Sep 7 around 1130). Friendly staff. We took a Nostos cruise to Spinalonga, and it was only a 2 minute walk to and from the property. The lake is less than 5 minutes walking. Two other locations with small beaches/harbors with great restaurants are maybe 10 minutes walking. Nice view from the veranda/balcony on the 3rd floor.

No complaints at all.

Parto specificando che ci siamo trovati bene: la stanza era ampia, la nostra vista era sul porto (benché si veda la non proprio bella copertura della terrazza posta al piano sottostante…), è in centro e si può parcheggiare al porto. Brave le addette alla pulizia giornaliera della stanza.

Pur essendo carino non ha la raffinatezza estetica di un 4 stelle: si tratta di meri dettagli (rifiniture mediocri, arredo in parte carino in parte no - ad esempio l’armadio - la serratura della porta del bagno rotta, l’assenza di uno stendino - che per un hotel di mare è inconcepibile) . Tutti aspetti che non incidono ovviamente sul pernottamento nel suo complesso ma soltanto sull’effetto estetico iniziale - tipo “credevo meglio”. Bisogna anche dire che è costoso (dal 25 al 31 agosto 1600 euro), quindi mi sarei aspettata di più. La colazione è buona, c’è di tutto pur essendo un piccolo hotel, ma è servita in una stanza che sarebbe da rivedere, a mio parere (anche se si può uscire ai tavoli fronte porto).

The complimentary shower products were refills in very tired bottles which lowered the tone. My room didn’t get cleaned even though I was out for about five hours from 9-2 and had a please clean sign up. As I was only staying a couple of nights this wasn’t a big deal but I would have hoped housekeeping would have been.

We really loved our stay at the hotel. We got upgraded to a room with jacuzzi which was very much appreciated. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very fresh.

The staff were great and very accommodating. The location was great, easy to get around and the place was very clean.

Super séjour dans l'hotel, qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville d'Agios Nikolaos. La chambre est très grande et bien aménagée, la terrasse de l'hotel est impressionnante avec une belle vue sur la mer. et la situation géographique permet d'être au coeur de la ville rapidement à pied.

Nous n'avons pas pris le temps de découvrir le petit déjeuner ! Après s'être garer, vous pouvez longer le Port avec les valises et éviter les escaliers :)

C’è anche una SPA ma non abbiamo utilizzato il servizio. Un plauso alla cameriera che gestisce le colazioni; sempre molto attenta, gentilissima e sorridente

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο και όμορφο διακοσμημένο.Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό.

Κλείσαμε ένα ξενοδοχείο με concept adults only καθώς θέλαμε ησυχία. Η φασαρία από τα διπλανά μπαρ ήταν πάρα πολύ ενοχλητική με αποτέλεσμα να καταφέρω να κοιμηθώ μόλις τα μπαρ κλείνανε.

Tutto.. hotel molto bello, nuovo, pulito e molto ben gestito. Colazione merita tutti i soldi, fantastica e di altissima qualità. Personale veramente gentile! Posizione super centrale davanti al mare, fare brunch o colazione fantastico! L'unica pecca il parcheggio e le stradine strette e difficili.. ma non è colpa loro! Consigliatissimo!

Parcheggio e difficoltà nel raggiungere l'hotel con la macchina, ma veramente l'hotel vale la pena!

A wonderful stay at Casa Porto! The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location. Ron and Omer, the owners, along with the whole team, were so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. We loved the ice bath, massages, and especially Omer's yoga class—she is amazingly professional. Highly recommended!

Small room a bit crowded with furniture. In the summer parking can be tricky. The port parking they recommend is often full and you can’t get into the parking all day when a cruise ship is in.

La ubicacion muy buena y nos hicieron upgrade habitacion. Siempre reponen el agua y tambien es gratuita. A considerar que el parking del puerto que es el que esta mas cerca y es gratuito, solo se puede aparcar si no hay un crucero atracado. A partir de las 19pm se puede aparcar.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is right in the center of all of the restaurants and shopping activity. The staff is wonderful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The bars can be a bit noisy on a Saturday night but that’s the trade off for being in the center of everything.

Дуже гарний просторий номер, ліжка зручні, все оформлено стильно і зручно, гарно підібрані кольори, окремо хочу відзначити красиві оливкові стільці. Вигляд з балкону неперевершений 🔆 Сніданок кожного ранку був різноманітним і смачним. Персонал привітний ❤️. Готель у самому центрі міста, поруч кілька гарних пляжів.

Кілька днів була досить голосна музика з бару поруч до 3 ночі, але це не вина готелю.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в Casa Porto Boutique Hotel. Расположение просто отличное. Всё находится в шаговой доступности: бары, рестораны, традиционные таверны, магазины брендовой одежды и украшений, сувенирные лавки, супермаркеты и магазины с пляжными принадлежностями. Рядом также находятся три разных пляжа. Прямо возле отеля расположен порт, откуда отправляются красивые морские круизы и экскурсии, что делает это место ещё более привлекательным. Сам отель очень чистый, уютный и красиво оформлен. Видно, что он новый и за ним хорошо ухаживают. Мы остановились в номере Deluxe с собственным джакузи и с удовольствием рекомендуем его тем, кто любит расслабиться и спокойно отдохнуть. Номер был очень чистым и уютным, а джакузи стало прекрасным дополнением к нашему отдыху.

Было несколько моментов, которые, на наш взгляд, можно было бы улучшить. В номере были халаты, но не было тапочек. Было немного некомфортно ходить босиком по номеру, особенно после душа или джакузи. В номере не было утюга. Некоторые наши вещи помялись в чемодане во время поездки, и, к сожалению, мы не смогли их надеть, потому что не было возможности их погладить. Фен тоже можно было бы заменить. Он был довольно шумным, и чтобы он работал, приходилось постоянно сильно нажимать на ручку, из-за чего сушить длинные волосы было неудобно. Завтрак оказался довольно однообразным, почти с одинаковым выбором блюд каждое утро. Кофе нам тоже не особенно понравился. Учитывая стоимость завтрака, нам показалось приятнее завтракать в одном из ближайших кафе, где выбор блюд значительно больше. Поскольку рядом с отелем находится множество отличных ресторанов и традиционных таверн, мы бы рекомендовали бронировать номер без завтрака и попробовать местную кухню.

Room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Many different pillow options and additional blankets available. Very good location, easy to walk everywhere. Also the staff were so helpful, especially the girl at the front desk, she made us feel so welcome❤️

Perfect location and harbor view, cleanliness, super friendly staff and hospitality. Room was exactly as described/shown on booking. Overall a great experience.

Minor things to elevate the stay from wonderfull to perfect. Missing a drying rack to lay beach towels/swimsuits in the balcony. Hair dryer should be replaced (the one attached to the bathroom was not handy at all and quite weak on power).

The hotel it's self is perfectly placed being on the port. A 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were exceptional and very attentive to our needs. One huge bonus was the cruise ships to Spinalonga sail from outside the hotel so no trip to the ship. I really can't say how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Porto Hotel. Highly recommended.

המלון נמצא במיקום מרכזי בעיר בלב העניינים עם חנייה סמוכה בחינם. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה שמתחלפת קצת מיום ליום . טיפים טובים למסעדות ומקומות מעניינים מאנשי הקבלה. טיפול מהיר מאוד בבעיות קטנות. חדר עם נוף פנורמי לים . חזרנו למלון זה לעוד 2 לילות לאחר שהתאכזבנו ממלון אחר שבו היינו אמורים לשהות בהמשך. חוויה מעולה וכייפית לזוג ללא הילדים

אין בריכה, אפשר להשקיע ברכיבים קצת יותר איכותיים בארוחת בוקר

Posizione comoda vicino al centro e all'ampio parcheggio del porto. Colazione ottima e varia, soprattutto per l'angolo salato. Buonissimo lo yogurt greco con il miele, serviti entrambi in vasetti di vetro.

Il parcheggio, per quanto ampio, spesso resta chiuso al pubblico per l'arrivo delle navi da crociera.

The only concerning thing is that the reception wanted a photocopy of our credit card front and back , with the excuse that if we break something they will charge it from there at our will , that came out of the blue because nobody warned us beforehand I didn’t accept at first but they insisted so I handed them and they said they would delete it later , also there is an environmental fee that you also have to pay there just so you know because they don’t mention anything.

Mooie, ruime en moderne kamer. Alles was schoon, de badkamer was lekker ruim. Klein balkonnetje met super uitzicht over het water. Mooie locatie net een beetje uit de drukte maar je loopt zo naar het stadje of een strand toe. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. Als je een auto hebt kan je dichtbij en gratis parkeren. De jongen die ons hielp bij de receptie was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Genomineerd voor werknemer van het jaar!

Naast het hotel zat een bar met harde muziek. Onze kamer grensde aan die kant en daardoor hoorde je wel tot laat muziek. We hebben alsnog goed geslapen maar als je er gevoelig voor bent zou ik vragen om een kamer aan de andere kant van het gebouw

We were truly blown away by this hotel – it was such a wonderful surprise! The room was beautiful and stylish, the breakfast was perfectly sufficient, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We highly recommend booking a room with a balcony facing the sea. It was absolutely breathtaking and relaxing to sit there in the evening, enjoying a drink while watching the lively atmosphere of the town below. A truly unforgettable experience!

Excellent location and very well designed hotel. As it’s a small hotel, everything feels very personal. We were well cared for and looked after.

If arriving on a Tuesday or Monday, the port parking may be closed until the ferries leave in the evening! After this, parking is plentiful though and safe

The location was central and convenient. The room was comfortable, and the balcony with a partial view was a nice addition. The room was also a good size and had plenty of space.

The hotel’s location is not marked correctly on the map. Because of this, we ended up driving through extremely narrow streets and eventually reached a dead end. Booking states that the hotel offers free parking, but this is not entirely accurate. The “free parking” refers to the port parking area. On the day we checked in, however, the parking area was closed due to a cruise ship, and we were not informed about this in advance. Since it was impossible to stop in front of the hotel, I had to walk there to ask what we should do. Unfortunately, the situation was not taken seriously, and I was simply directed to a paid parking lot. The parking lot was difficult to find, and because I had to leave my car there for the entire stay, I ended up paying four days’ worth of parking fees at once. Had I stayed outside the city center, I could have driven into the center in the evenings and only paid for parking when needed. In the end, staying in the city center offered no real advantage. Despite everything we experienced, the staff member showed little concern, offered no goodwill solution, and simply continued explaining the hotel’s facilities instead of addressing the problem.

Nossa experiência no hotel foi excelente, fomos muito bem recebidos, a acomodação muito confortável, a rouparia, chuveiro e a cama tudo muito confortável. A localização maravilhosa e a vista de tirar o fôlego. Fomos recebidos com um espumante para celebrar meu aniversário. Adoramos e recomendamos!!!

No tienen desayuno hasta las 8 y solicitamos desayuno antes, nos llevaron unos dulces y un sandwich sin más, ni un zumo, ni un yogurt…

L'hôtel est bien placé avec une belle vue mer et les départs de bateaux au pied.

La boîte de nuit attenante impossible de dormir 2 jours de suite. J'aurais aimé que l'on me prévienne que le site Booking de l'hôtel a été piraté et nous demande des confirmations de carte bleue (attention arnaque) dont l'hôtel est bien au courant mais bon pas d'info transmises à l'arrivée pour nous prévenir que -1000euros vont vous être escroqué par quelqu'un ...

Una buena ubicación en el puerto. Muy cerca del aparcamiento. Perfecto para hacer un paseo hasta el lago. Personal muy amable, especialmente la responsable de la cafetería.

La habitación algo pequeño. El desayuno muy flojo.

Le patio entouré de 4 murs, aucune vue et le jaccousi pas très efficace et trop chaud 37 degrés. Nous pensions que pour ce prix nous aurions pu bénéficier d'une meilleure vue, d"autant plus qu'il n'y avait pas d'air dans le patio et il y faisait trop chaud pour en profiter.

Fabulous location right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. Clean, modern rooms finished to a high spec. Lovely design and interiors, all very spacious. Lovely staff too - Fotini on reception was incredibly helpful and provided us with brilliant recommendations.

The location, the interior and the breakfast and drinks made by Maria! We had a great stay here and have zero complaints.
