The hotel itself is amazing. The location, the views, the decor, the vibe. Everything is spot on. What makes your stay unforgettable is the crew behind it. Starting from the owner Soula, and moving down through the all-female cherry picked staff - everyone is welcoming and kind, even to the dreadful requests by certain spoiled westerners. Speaking of dreadful requests, I should mention the breakfast. You *need* to get it. First, it's absolutely lovely and abundant. Second, there is nowhere you can have a breakfast in the vicinity. There are a couple of cafes that have pastries and stuff, but nothing like a proper breakfast place. Another big plus is there is a big free parking mere 100 meters away, so in case you rent a car, you can safely park there for the time being. All in all, a unique place you would want to return to.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel! Le personnel est sans conteste la qualité numéro 1 de cet hôtel!! Chacun vous est présenté. Tout le monde est souriant, chaleureux et très attentionné! La localisation est superbe, le long du port. Accès direct à la mer, aux restaurants et aux petites boutiques. La chambre était très confortable. Literie de qualité. Cuisine bien équipée. Salle de bain superbe et très bien équipée. Sèche cheveux et nécessaire de toilette à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité! Très large choix. Tant continental que local. Chaque matin, le personnel a une attention personnalisée pour chacun des clients. Une douceur maison est discrètement déposée au coin de votre table. Superbe vue sur le port depuis les espaces communs. Vous pouvez y prendre un verre ou le petit déjeuner

Cette situation superbe entraîne un léger inconvénient: le parking. J’ai du chercher longtemps pour trouver du parking. L’hôtel est pourtant attentif à fournir toutes les indications pour vous garer gratuitement dans les alentours. On entend la musique des espaces communs dans la chambre (1er jour uniquement)

Nous avons aimé: -La qualité de l’accueil -l’emplacement - le petit dejeuner face au port - la deco de la chambre L’équipe est très sympathique et nous avons passé deux jours très agréables .

L'emplacement, près du lac voulismen. Départs des bateaux au pied de l hôtel. Parking a 100m avant l hôtel. Près des restaurants. L hôtel est extraordinaire, très belle décoration. Chambre avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse face à la mer. Literie impeccable. Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel pour sa bonne humeur, sa disponibilité, son amabilité. Toujours aux petits soins. I was in Crete for 2 weeks in different hotels, but this hotel had the most friendly people and the most beautiful balcony view. Amazing experience!

Super friendly family owned boutique hotel! We were greeted with friendly service and were taken care of during our stay. The staff was amazing with our 2 kids! The location was perfect, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants nearby! The rooms were super clean and large shower. Recommended this hotel to friends and will definitely come back next year.

Ottima colazione personale molto cordiale e ottima posizione della struttura affacciata direttamente sul porto di Agios. Noi avevamo la stanza con balcone e jacuzzi una meravigliosa esperienza. Camera completamente nuova e arredata veramente bene.

Le tende erano forse state macchiate da qualche altro ospite sicuramente non si sono accorti. Poco male.

They advertise free parking which is technically correct but it was actually port parking which we couldn’t initially access due to it being g blocked by the cruise ship and had to find paid parking until we could !

The location was great, right on the harbour and a simple walk to everything in town. Once you are here there is no need to drive. Room was so spacious and nicely furnished. Staff were absolutely amazing, always making sure we were well informed and well looked after. Great place, would definitely stay again

The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants, beautiful beaches and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful - and anything we asked for was greeted with a smile and a genuine interest to help.

Mancanza di parcheggio. Si parcheggia gratuitamente al porto ( a 200 MT dalla struttura) ma se in porto ci sono traghetti il parcheggio è chiuso ed è difficoltoso parcheggiare.

A few things absolutely make this hotel special. First and foremost, the staff — Soula, Joanna, Jesse, and a fourth lovely lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t quite catch. These four make this place an amazing place to stay. How this hotel managed to get some of the best staff in Greece all working in one place is nothing short of a miracle! They were warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made our stay memorable. Thank you all for an amazing experience. Second, the views — absolutely incredible. The kind of views you never get tired of waking up to. Third, the location — very central and convenient, while somehow still being incredibly quiet and peaceful. It really gives you the best of both worlds. The bed was also very comfortable, and overall we had a fantastic stay. But what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Beautiful views and a great location are wonderful, but it’s the people who make you want to come back — and because of them, this is definitely a place I would return to.

A few things could be improved, although to be fair, these are relatively minor points and didn’t take away from what was an incredible stay overall. The storage space in the room was a little insufficient, and the shower room/toilet was quite small. The shower floor also didn’t drain completely after use, which meant we were often stepping into a puddle of water whenever we went back into the shower. There was also one day when we had no hot water, which was a little inconvenient. Parking can be slightly problematic on the day the cruise ship docks, as the municipal car park is closed until the ship leaves. That said, we managed to find a space on the side of the road just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, so it wasn’t a major issue. These really are just small observations and, if anything, I’m probably being a little picky. Our stay was incredible despite the few things mentioned, and none of them would stop us from returning.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un hôtel semble t’il récemment rénové, et décoré avec goût. Merci infiniment aux femmes qui tiennent cet endroit, pour leur attention et leur gentillesse, c’était un vrai bonheur de les croiser !

Très belle décoration ,très design, le balcon avec vu sur mer,l’emplacement dans le centre ville et à 5mn à pied de la plage, la terrasse du bar avec vu sur la mer , le lac et la ville. L’accueil a été excellent également.

A charming, thoughtfully designed hotel with a true soul, located in a prime location in Agios Nikolaos (close to the sea, the lake, and all the nightlife and dining spots) The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and run by a team of charming, exceptionally service-oriented women who left us with an outstanding customer experience and the feeling of staying with family. The room is very comfortable and the balcony adds so much to the stay, even though we only had a side sea view. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely return for another visit in the future. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our holiday so magical.

Me encanto su ubicacion en la bahia, su balcon para ver la puesta de sol. Hotel boutique con todo su encanto, habitacion pequeña, pero lo suficientemente comoda, parking free rn las inmediaciones, a un paso de las playas y del centro. Sin duda lo volveria a elegir.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Our studio was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and an excellent shower. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was serviced every day, and the entire hotel always smelled fresh and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't be better—right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. Free parking is available near the port, although it may be closed when a cruise ship arrives. Fortunately, several paid parking lots are just a short walk away and cost about €5 per day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We wish you continued success and prosperity with your business.

Struttura pulitissima, ottimamente gestita da Johanna e le sue colleghe, la gentilezza immensa è indescrivibile, si sono impegnati per risolvere una piccola necessità, colazione buonissima e completa, l’ultima mattina siamo partiti molto presto e ci hanno fatto trovare là box con i prodotti per fare colazione. Posizione top sul porto con un parcheggio abbastanza grande vicino. Ci manca già.. ❤️

The accommodation, staff, breakfast, and location were all excellent. During our stay, my sister had a serious accident and had to be hospitalized. The hotel staff supported us in every possible way and treated us like family. They helped me organize everything during a very difficult time, and I honestly don’t have enough words to express my gratitude. A very special thank you to Maria, who went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness, compassion, and support meant the world to us. We will never forget everything she did. I can highly recommend this hotel, not only because of its great facilities, but because of the wonderful people who work there.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons séjourné tous pays confondus. Et particulièrement pour la salle de bain. La décoration était parfaite, dans le moindre détail et sans faute de goût. Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai régal salé comme sucré. Et la situation géographique est nickel.

The friendliness of all staff was a standout, I loved the room, the view and even the teeny lift that took me up to the to floor. Our view over the city was a highlight of course. Being able to walk everywhere was so good, as the hotels was so centrally placed within easy access to restaurants and shops. I wish I could remember the receptionist who checked in’s name. She was delightful, friendly and so professionally. She made our day and our stay so memorable. Thank you Hotel 7 for your hospitality.

La posizione ottima,a due passi dal centro ,colazione abbondante e ottima,la signora della reception molto carina parla anche italiano,consiglio vivamente

L hôtel est propre la vue est magnifique (chambre au dernier étage) le personnel très agréable de bon conseil pour les visites.Un très très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits fait maison (le pain fait maison tous les matins est un délice). La Chambre était confortable spacieuse bien équipée et propre. Le parking du port très facile d acces à deux minutes à pied et l emplacement de l hôtel est ideal.

Ce qui est dommage mais qui est indépendant de l hôtel c est que nous avions pris la Chambre avec un jaccuzi mais à cause du vent nous n avons pas pu en profiter ni de la terrasse est de ce fait le prix de la Chambre reste un peu elevée. À notre arrivée il y avait deux bouteilles d eau dans la chambre c est dommage que cela ne soit pas renouvelé tous les jours.

Très bon séjour avec la vue sur le port. Chambre spacieuse avec clim. Très mignon.

Les murs sont un peu fin, en fonction des voisins de chambre ça peut être compliqué mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement mais des gens irrespectueux. Y’a également un restaurant à proximité qui met de la musique mais elle se coupe à 23h

Es war hellhörig, das Badezimmer vom Nachbarszimmer war gefühlt direkt neben unserem Bett.

There was nothing not to like.

Das Personal war extrem herzlich. Das Frühstück war vorzüglich. Es gab jeden Morgen frisch gebackenes Brot, noch heiß.

Da gab es eigentlich nichts. Der Parkplatz ist 100-200 m entfernt. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, hat hier eventuell einen Nachteil. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

We stayed at Port 7 twice during our trip. The first time was perfect with a 160cm bed and large room. Staff very pro. Second time, 2 weeks later, the room was smaller with 140cm bed. However. We would recommend this hotel - excellent breakfast too.

Es de destacar la amabilidad y calidez del personal, siempre dispuesto a hacer que nuestra estadía sea inolvidable. Otro punto destacable es la ubicación del hotel, inmejorable, a corta distancia a pie de todo. Haber elegido Agios Nikolaos como uno de los puntos para hacer base en nuestra estancia en Creta, ha sido un acierto. El estudio era muy espacioso y cómodo y estaba muy bien equipado. Tenía una zona de estar amplia con kitchenet, mesa y gran sofá. No teníamos vista al mar. Esto queda para la próxima... Sin dudas Hotel Port 7 es para recomendar.

La seule chose pour nous qui bougeons beaucoup, c’est que le petit déjeuner débute à 8h, on aurait préféré 7h mais on peut toujours aller déjeuner dans un autre établissement si besoin.

Wir hatten im 6. Stock Zimmer 602, , wunderschönes Zimmer mit Nespresso Kaffemaschine, Teekocher, Kühlschrank, TV, Terasse mit Meersicht. Personal sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Frühstück super fein mit vielen Kretischen Spezialitäten. Zentrale Lage, kostenloser öffentlichet Parkplatz in 100m.

Lo staff non è migliorabile, è il massimo che ci si può aspettere! Il parcheggio, comodo e gratuito è vicino all'hotel (tranne quando attraccano le navi da crociera). Tutto il centro è a portata di mano, se desiderate fare una gita in barca dovrete solo attraversare la strada. la vista sul porto dal terrazzino è bellissima.

Purtroppo, per chi è abituato, si sente la mancanza del bidet nel bagno e anche una illuminazione adeguata sullo specchio.

Nous avons réservé un studio pour 3 nuits avec un balcon… Cependant le balcon donne sur une cour intérieure avec vue sur une véranda et des climatiseurs !!! Voir photo La pièce principale est sombre toute la journée L’équipement de la kitchenette est sommaire L’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking.. Il faut utiliser celui du port qui est vite rempli ( mai) et lorsque qu’il y a des bateaux de croisière qui débarquent au port, vous devez vous garer ailleurs

Our room overlooked the water - incredible view from the balcony. Right in the hub of the town. The staff were so friendly and helpful- Maria and Joanna. Renovations a few years ago are tasteful.

Parking in the street was difficult.

We stayed in a beautifully decorated seaside room with a view of the harbor and the lake from the balcony. Our hotel was steps away from the water. It was like a dream! One of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed at. From start to finish, the hosts and staff were friendly and warm.
