The apartments on level 2 is close the fried chicken take away below so the oil and spice smells come through. Also could not turn off heater so was quite hot.

Skjeggkre og sølvkre i leiligheten. Mye bråk og matlukt fra restaurant under. Kun en rull dopapir for en gjeng på 4 personer var overraskende sparsommelig. Lettutløste brannalarmer. Ble vekket og måtte evakuere pga at matlaging utløste alarm i hele bygget. Brannalarmen i vår leilighet var pakket inn i plast.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Ich möchte nicht gezwungen werden eine App benutzen zu müssen. Zutritt zum Gebäude unzureichend erklärt. Ausstattung Geschirr sehr mässig. Glastüren zu Schlafbereicht und Bad sind grober Unsinn. Ein Reisender wird immer gestört- nur für synchron lebende Paare geeignet.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026El apartamento resulto ser mejor de lo que esperabamos. Nos dieron uno mas grande del que habiamos reservado, ademas aceptaron un cambio de fechas por el mismo importe. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La zona cocina todo correcto. Esta super bien ubicado, centrico pero retirado a un par de calles de todo el meollo, en una zona de bares, cafeterias y restaurantes, pero nada ruidoso. Muy recomendable la pizzeria justo al lado de la entrada. Varios supermecados cerca. Bien conectado con las paradas de autobus desde el aeropuerto o estacion central de autobuses. Sin duda muy recomendable y repetiria si volviera a Stavanger.
Tienen una app muy buena para gestionar el checkin y checkout, pero la apertura de la cerradura funciona fatal, suerte que tienen una maquina donde se pueden imprimir tarjetas clasicas para abrir la puerta. A su favor decir que el customer service atendió muy rapidamente y eficazmente cualquier duda o inconveniente que pudiera surgir. Mejorable la presion del agua de la ducha. El interior del edificio huele a comida porque debajo tiene restaurantes, pero en la habitacion no huele.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026El apartamento está nuevo, parece recién reformado. Está bien ubicado y tiene bares y supermercados cerca. Ka cocina está bien equipada.
La entrada olía mucho porque hay restaurantes en el bajo. La cafetera melita hacia un café malisimo, no hay cafetera de cápsulas ni italiana. La entrada un poco complicada, hay que descargarse su app para el checking y obtener las llaves, luego te registras en una máquina a la entrada y puedes obtener tarjetas para entrar al apartamento.

Els sistema d entrada a traves de l aplicacio amb contactless, falla mes q una escopeta de fira i no et dien q es tb per la porta exterior. L extractor de fums es interessant aspira pero treu el fum pel cim de l armari a dins de la cuina, suposo que es van oblidar de posat un tub a l exterior.

Kamer niet zoals de op de foto’s bij reservatie en dat is echt ergerlijk!! Tafels beginnen verslijten. Geen parking plaats. Centrale ruimtes geuren naar de restaurants en deze deuren geven geen verzorgde indruk. Wat haar gevonden in bed en op de grond in de kamer. ‘s Nachts wordt het warm in de slaapkamer.

Problemos su parkingu. Pastatėme viešbučio rekomenduojamoje aikštelėje, tai už 17 valandų sumokėjome 64 eurus, nors sakė kad kainuoja apie 25.

Noise. Despite having good doors and windows that block noise we somehow had someone below us singing karaoke until 3am waking us up. Staff were not helpful for this issue.

La casa è dotata di tutti i confort, dalle stoviglie, alla lavatrice fino all'asse e al ferro da stiro, ed è situata in una bella zona piena di localini e vicinissima al centro. Il bus da/per l'aeroporto ferma a pochi minuti a piedi, quindi comodissimo.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Fijne plek in het centrum. De basis was goed, helaas baalden wij van het feit dat er in 1 van de twee slaapkamers geen raampje open kon. Ook kon het grote klapraam in de woonkamer niet op een kiertje open.
De ramen vielen tegen. Verder misten wij wat keukengerei, er was maar 1 bakpan. De lucht in ons halletje was ook minder, we roken continue de frituur van het restaurant beneden. En we misten een kapstok of wat haken in de hal.

Die Wohnung war im 3. Stock. Es gab zwar ein Fenster, aber man konnte nicht in die Umgebung schauen. Die Wohnung hatte keine Billder oder Teppiche. Insgsamt hatte man den Eindruck das alles funktional sein soll. Etwas lieblos. Die angrenzenden Kneipen waren nachts sehr laut. Parken nur in Parkhäusern möglich die in Stavanger viel Kosten

We couldn’t get the TV to work despite multiple attempts. No answer when Vander phone number called to have assistance. Also, it was noisy in night at times and hard to sleep. Some of the window locks didn’t work.

… porque abajo hay un restaurante de comida rápida de pollo y el olor que hay en el lobby, en el ascensor y en los pasillos es desagradable. Es justo decir que al ingresar al apartamento el olor no se siente, pero arruina la experiencia y te deja el olor impregnado en todos lados.

The "electonic" key system with an app on smartphone didn't work properly. I had to call the "reception". They alos failed to explain you could collect key cards (once your inside the building). This made the checkin and first access to the appartment a very frustrating experience, especially because the price is not cheap. Also during booking it was not mentioned you need a smartphone and download their app to get access.

Todo estuvo bien, el único detalle es q no nos funcionaba la aplicación para abrir la puerta (ojo! Tener el bluetooth activado) y para hacer una llave magnética nos mandaron a otra dirección, teniendo la misma máquina en el mismo edificio. Otro punto a tener en cuenta es q el lugar tiene desnivel con escalónes en el baño y en la habitación, así q salvo q tengas algún impedimento físico, viajes con niños pequeños o hayas hecho el Kjeralbolten y el pulpit rock quedando medio destrozado todo estará perfecto!!

Access to the property was mystifying. If it wasn’t for one of the lovely lady cleaners at The Villa, where you can store your luggage, who helped us get a digital key we would still be trying to access the apartment. It should be simplified. Not everyone has access to smartphones etc. Also the passageway leading to the apartment needs refurbishing.

This was the worst check in experience I ever had. And it was the worst customer care service I ever experienced. Check in was very messy. Only one person had the access to the main entrance, remaining all were stuck outside in the absence of the person having access. There was no solution provided by customer care, despite many requests. So, be prepared for chaos. Don't rely or expect anyone to help you. One of the worst experiences in my long travel history.
