Reviewed Sep 2, 2026· The best thing about this accommodation is its location. The cleanliness was also good. However, the key that was supposed to unlock the main entrance via our phone didn’t work, and neither did the TV. Whenever we wanted to enter the building, we had to ring the bell and have the door opened remotely for us. The TV wasn’t a major issue for us, as we only wanted to have a look at what Norwegian news programmes were like, so we didn’t bother reporting either issue during our stay. However, considering the price of the accommodation, I can imagine that these issues could be quite a significant drawback for many guests.
The most frustrating issue was the poor communication and responsiveness from the accommodation. We informed them that we would be arriving two hours earlier than originally planned. We received an automatic confirmation saying that this was fine and even that we would not be charged for the earlier check-in. However, when we arrived, we were unable to access the accommodation, as the automated entry system only allowed us in at the time we had originally provided. So despite receiving confirmation that our earlier arrival had been accepted, we still had to wait until the original check-in time before we could enter.

Syns prisen var for dyr til hva man fikk, men sengene var gode osv. Hotellet ruter også til et parkhus som er timesbetaling hele døgnet selv om det er døgnbetaling på et mye rimeligere p-hus like ved. Koppene til kaffe var skitne og det var ikke såpe til å vaske med, og det var en enkelt kapsel til maskina som ikke var koffeinfri. Ellers helt greit.

Quarto e banheiro muito pequenos. Não havia espaço para colocar as malas. Ficaram no chão do quarto. Colchão muito mole ou muito usado… as funcionárias falavam alto nos corredores, riam e batiam portas as 7h 40 da manhã.

Mitt lille minus var belysningen i rommet. Lampen i taket og den store på veggen ga kald belysning i rommet som var malt dypgrønt (også i taket). Det var ikke det hyggeligste/beste, syns jeg. Men rommet var mørkt og godt å sove i.

Το check in μας δυσκολεψε ,δεν ειχαμε ξανακανει check in με αυτον τον τροπο,επρεπε να κατεβασουμε την εφαρμογη vander και να μπουμε με το κινητο,στην συνεχεια επρεπε να βγαλουμε κλειδι απο μια συσκευη μεσα στο κτιριο,εχει κι ενα κουδουνι εξω που το πατας και καποιος απο την εφαρμογη σου μιλαει αλλα εμεις οταν το πατησαμε δεν απαντησε κανεις,μετα πηραμε τηλεφωνο για να μας εξυπηρετησουν,οκ το κανανε και ηταν ευγενεστατοι..αλλα ηταν λιγο μπερδεμα ολη η διαδικασια..

Parking nearby is extremely expensive, she shower leaked all over the bathroom (angled away for the drain and the seals at the bottom are wrong) and the keycard machine was broken the entire duration of our stay, so only the person who made the booking can access the building and room. Other Vander locations have access to washing facilities too but this does not. There was also no cutlery

Mørkt og lille værelse. Der manglede skab til tøjet. Vasken på badeværelset var alt for lille. Lidt besværligt uden reception selvom vi vidste det på forhånd. Kom til skade og manglede plaster og smertestillende piller. Lørdag aften var apoteket lukket, men det ville en reception have fikset.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen, am Rande des touristischen Zentrums. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Installationen sind einfach und funktional. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.
Es hat keine Parkplätze und das nahegelegene Parkhaus kostet nahezu gleich viel wie die Unterkunft. Frühstück ist nicht erhältlich. (wurde auch nicht versprochen)

Security was a issue I had 2 x young adult groups at my door evening time first group just walked into the room second group came at 1145pm. It would be better if the cleaner came and automatically done the room unless advised not to specifically if you have long staying guests. ran out coffee could have done with new towels and a sweep of the floor now and then.

I want a person when I check in. The systems didn't tell me my room number and then I could not get in contact with anyone. I had to take my key and go to each room on the second floor and when those didnt open I had to go to the third floor and try those rooms.

Huone oli melko pölyinen. Tarkempi imurointi tekisi terää.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Non so se possa essere considerato un aspetto positivo, ma il fatto che la porta principale si apra a qualunque ora non appena si suona il citofono, in qualsiasi momento. Inoltre, l'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione per spostarsi in città.
Non mi sono piaciuti la pulizia in quanto tutta la stanza era impolverata e l'aspetto esterno dell'hotel rispetto alle foto mostrate non rispettava la realtà. Il check-in e il check-out non potevano essere effettuati autonomamente senza l'aiuto di un consulente, poiché la macchina per la distribuzione delle chiavi e l'applicazione per il pagamento differito non funzionavano. L'hotel stesso sembra essere abbandonato a se stesso in uno stato di continuo e progressivo degrado.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel au lieu de louer un appartement, mais finalement il n'y avait pas non plus de personnel car tout est digital, et nous avons trouvé ça dommage. La clé digitale n'était pas 100% fiable et le procédé pas très bien expliqué.

When we arrived for checkin the machine wasn’t working. The self check in show’s failed. And when it finally worked it says that it cannot print out the keys. Called reception many times. The room was very dusty, been sneezing my entire stay. The hallway was also very dusty.
