Location

Room Quality
8.2/10Rooms described as spacious and comfortable, but multiple comments request updates (aged furniture, plumbing issues, towels) — good but showing wear and in need of maintenance.
Amenities
8.4/10Kitchen facilities noted as well-equipped; however towels and plumbing/Wi‑Fi issues were mentioned, so amenities are generally good but with some maintenance/utility shortcomings.

Food and Beverage
9/10Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
