Fijne kamer met prachtig zicht, goede douche en goed bed. Er was een vaatwas en vaatwasblokjes. De badkamer was erg proper. Heel fijn terras met prachtig zicht op de oceaan en lavapools. We kregen snel reactie als we bv. verse handdoeken wilden. De kamer is met een code, wat erg fijn is.

Keuken uitrustig is minimaal als je een week verblijft en wat wil koken. Dampkap en oven werkte niet optimaal en dampkap was smerig. Frigo is ook klein en onpraktisch. Er miste stukken in de deur en het uitschuifbare schap was versleten. Erg vervelend. Alles zit samen in 1 studio, bed, tafel, zetel en keuken. Onpraktisch ingericht en last van vaatwas en microgolflampje tijdens het slapen.

Apartment in a great location near the natural pools of Porto Moniz. Has a good equipped kitchen and even a washing machine.

The bathroom is designed a bit awkardly and is not the most convenient.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Einen schönen Balkon mit Meerblick und ist super gelegen.

Für drei Personen ist es zu klein. Mit der Schlafcouch ausgeklappt war es nicht mehr möglich, frei durch die Unterkunft zu laufen. Die Schlafcouch hatte kein Bettlaken. Auf Rückfrage per Whatsapp wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Das Bad roch unangenehm modrig. Auch die andauernden Kontaktversuche vor Ankunft empfanden wir als aufdringlich. Nachträglich habe ich noch weitere Nachrichten von unbekannten Accounts bekommen, welche ich als Spam einordnen würde.

Bathroom smelled - maybe septic tank? Water in shower got into floor due to bad seals on the side. Also AC smelled - we didnt use it because of it.

Perfecte locatie in Porto Moniz. Kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, ook de keuken. Kamer is wel wat vol, maar met zijn 2en ruimte genoeg. Heel mooi ruim balkon.

De badkamer rook elke ochtend helaas naar het riool, trok in de loop van de dag dan weer weg.

Les murs était détrempés du à l’humidité de la climatisation Le canapé est dit pour deux personnes mais les draps et le dessous de draps étaient pour une personne. Odeur d’humidité dans l’appartement toujours du à la climatisation Gros problème de climatisation, nous avons été obligé de décaler le canapé du mur sinon nous recevions de l’eau sur nous du à la climatisation. L’eau gouttait sur le sol pendant la nuit pas très agréable comme bruit pour dormir.

La casa è funzionale e il punto di forza è sicuramente il bellissimo terrazzo, ideale per rilassarsi. Qualche aspetto legato alla pulizia e alla manutenzione potrebbe essere migliorato, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la struttura rappresenta una buona soluzione per una vacanza.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen da in der Nacht keine Autos mehr fahren. Wenn man bei der Tür raus geht hat man gegenüber einen Shop mit langen Einkaufszeiten mit fast allem was man braucht. Zusätzlich ist ein kleines Kaffee mit hervorragenden Torten uns Snacks die man gleich vor Ort verspeisen kann. Wir gingen zweimal zum Frühstücken runter. Abendessen kann man ebenfalls in Gehweite, entweder die Straße runter gleich ums Eck oder noch ein paar Meter weiter sind noch einige Restaurants. Das Zimmer ist vollwertig ausgestattet. Inbegriffen waren Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein großer Balkon mit Griller. Am Balkon war Tisch, Stühle und Sonnenliegen. Zum Kleidung aufhängen war ebenfalls was vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war über ein Schließfach vor der Tür, über eine kurze Nachricht vor der Ankunft wurde man bestens Informiert mit einer Schritt- für Schritt Anleitung. Das gleiche gilt für den kostenlosen Parkplatz, hier kam ebenso mit Bildern eine genaue Anleitung wie man hin gelangt.

Wenn ich was negatives schreiben soll wäre es vielleicht die fehlende Information, dass man den Müll selbst raus tragen und trennen muss. Hätte ich das früher gewusst hätte ich am letzten Abend nicht noch den Müll sortieren müssen. Aber das war jetzt nicht so tragisch.

Pas de possibilité de laisser nos bagages jusque l'heure du bus .... nous avons du demander à l’hôtel voisin.

Le bac de douche n’est pas adapté, lorsqu’on prend une douche, le sol de la salle de bain reste inondé ! Les dalles en pvc de la pièce principale sont endommagées.

Die Lage ist sehr ideal. Die Wohnung mit dem Balkon, den Grillmöglichkeiten und den Räumlichkeiten überrascht.

Preis / Leistung stimmt. Im Vergleich zu Taverna Nähe Santana, das keinen Balkon hat, in einem engen Tal liegt, überdurchschnittlich.

L'appartement était très bien localisé. On n'a pas utilisé le bbq, mais on a trouvé sympa qu'il y en ai un.

Les codes envoyés par mail étaient pas les bon, impossible de récupérer les clés On a du téléphoner pour obtenir les clés de secours , on a perdu 45 minutes ! Le parquet étaient abimés, la tapisserie se décolle, la peinture des murs de la cuisine a pris l’humidité

Proximité de la mer, lmla superette a 50m, 3/4 restaurants et bars a 100m. L'endroit est super calme et l'appartement offre toutes les commodités ! Le top!

Alors nous sommes arrivés à 16h dans un nid de crasse. Je dis 16h car on ne peut arriver avant : malgré 4 appartements de location vides. Sympa les hôtes (une agence). Pas d arrivée avant en période creuse ! Pour le nid de crasse voir les Photos jointes. - des dizaines de cheveux partout. - des bouts de verre tranchants sur les tapis (3 tapis hyper sales). - des molletons de poussière derrières les meubles et de la nourriture comme des centaines de miettes. - sur les plinthes de la poussière d un mois au moins. - la salle de bain idem…: Bref, on ose poser un pied par terre. Envoi à l agence des photos et vidéos en expliquant que ce n’est pas très normal. Réponse de l agence : partez dans ce cas et on vous rembourse ? Pas une seule excuse, ou si peu. J’explique que vu l’heure et notre organisation nous allons faire le ménage et virer les tapis et passer la serpillière, il y a des fourmis partout. Je trouve la serpillière qui sent le poisson, je vais donc en acheter une (voir la photo après un second passage). J’explique que je vais prévenir booking pour demander le remboursement d une nuit sur les 4. Ils me disent non que je suis resté :( mais que le lendemain une équipe passera faire le ménage entre 12h et 13h. L’équipe arrive avec une heure de retard sans excuse et des gens d une amabilité cachée. Une honte. Bref, ils font un semblant de ménage. Le jour avant le départ, je reçois un sms me disant que nous devons partir sans faute à 10h… alors que bien entendu aucun appartement est loué (vérifications faites sur booking). Et la, le matin, la même équipe de bras cassés de pointe devant notre porte à 9h15 en criant au téléphone pendant 15 minutes, alors qu’ils n ont rien à faire. J’écris à l agence que le partirai a 11h pour récupérer le temps qu’ils m’ont fait perdre… A 10h25 une autre femme tente de pénétrer dans l appartement sans frapper… quelle honte. C’est une femme de cette agence des and d’un 4 you. A fuir.

Это была самая лучшая квартира за все время наших путешествий. Начиная от расположения в самом центре, невообразимого вида с трассы, и заканчивая абсолютно всем оборудованием квартиры. Все продумано до мелочей, новая техника, есть стиральная машина с сушкой (что актуально если путешествовать по левадам), посудомойка, кофеварка, вся посуда. Мы не нуждались не в чем и полностью наслаждались отдыхом

Logement très bien équipé, au centre de Porto Moniz

Čisto, celkové vybavení, čistící a prací prostředky, velký balkon s grilem. Za nás naprostá spokojenost. Koupací jezírka pár metrů, restaurace na dosah všude kolem. Veřejné parkování 5 minut pěšky.

Vše bylo v pořádku, jen v koupelně asi netěsní spára ve sprchovém koutku a voda teče podél zdi po podlaze. Žádná katastrofa :) My jsme byli dva a spokojeni. Ale ve více lidech už to bude s prostorem horší.

Велике ліжко, балкон, кухня, попередня інформація про ресторани та локації на острові прийшла на вотсап, це зручно.. розташування

Паркування біля апартаментів платне, безкоштовно 500 метрів вгору. Замок нукі проблемний. Код не завжди спрацьовував.. Бронювала апартаменти на три особи, по факту довелося особисто розкладати третє ліжко . Для трьох осіб кімната замала, через стіл і 3 ліжко доводилось ходити по ліжку весь час.. через стіл незручно готувати і відкривати холодильник. В оренду апартаментів не включені заміна рушників і виніс сміття.. ми зупинились на 9 ночей, доводилось прати рушники і постільну білизну власноруч. Виносити сміття не було куди. На виході тільки маленький контейнер з маленьким отвором. Туалетний папір, пакети для сміття та інше доводилось просити ... Вид на море тільки з крайнього кутка балкону... В душі пліснява і погано сходила вода.. але ціна за апартаменти доступна...

Près des piscines de porto Moniz.

Parking difficile à trouver. Plusieurs parking payant 8 euro par jour près de l’établissement. Appartement relativement petit et propreté laissait à désirer.

de ligging was perfect direct in centrum bij de natuurlijke baden en betaald parkeren was op 200 meter loopafstand. niet gebruikt maar er was een wasmachine en een afwasmachine

de grootte van het appartement, ik dacht niet dat wij de kleinste hadden geboekt maar die hadden we wel met groot balkon, helaas aan de achterkant en zonder afdak zodat bij elk spatje we naar binnen moesten. kamer was eigeblijk te klein om er te slapen en te koken en te leven.

Lokacija zelo atraktivna, lep.pogled iz terase na morje. Tudi sam kraj Porto Moniz je dobro izhodisce za potepanje po otoku.

Generalno je potrebno ciscenje celotnega apartmaja, vključno s posodo in teraso. Ker je apartma majhen, samo za dve osebi, je potrebno temu prilgoditi opremo, ki je sedaj zelo nepraktična. Recimo v kuhinji ogromno kozarcev za dve osebi, a ni prostora za hrano. Miza v apartmaju ovira odpiranje vrat edine omare za obleke... ni prostora za cevlje. Policka na vratih hladilnika polomljena....Tehnicno in cistilno osebje ni profesionalno. Na teraso prihaja vonj verjetno iz hotelske kuhinje, kar je nekoliko neugodno, v samo stanovanje pa ta vonj ni.prihajal.

Very good location close to small centre of Porto Moniz (small supermarkets, good restaurant, swiming pools are up to 100-200 m from apartment). Nice view to hills above village from terrace. Good A/C in the room. Apartment is well equipped.

Apartment is small (even for two). The problem is the kitchenette is unnecessarily large, so there is not enough space for the equipment/devices that would be needed. The small space then makes the apartment uncomfortable. Only one small wardrobe for clothes. No space for suitcases. Terrace is large, but there stay 2 cm of water on the floor after each rain... Bad smell in the bathroom (probably from the sewer), the fan has to be on all day. The procedure for obtaining keys and codes for the entrance could be relatively simple, but the procedure from the owner is described so chaotically and unclearly that it caused us a problem.

Bien aménagé, spacieux et bien situé.

On en arrivé dans l’après-midi et il faisait vraiment très chaud dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas la télécommande de la climatisation. Réponse uniquement le lendemain du propriétaire qui nous dit que la télécommande est au mur… mais il n’y avait rien..

L'appartamento è eccezionale per la posizione, la vista sublime! Ben attrezzato e pulito. Supermercato sotto la casa, passeggiata sulla Scogliera. Unico neo il parcheggio solo a pagamento se in zona. Abbiamo parcheggiato nella zona alta del paese con l'inconveniente della salita ripida per andare a riprendere la macchina...ma non sminuisce il valore del soggiorno!!!

Le seule petit problème. Une seule machine a laver le linge pour plusieurs appartements.

Climatisation en panne Stationnement un peu éloigné

Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon und nur wenige Gehminuten von den natürlichen Pools entfernt. Der Check-in verlief kontaktlos und ohne Probleme. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine & Geschirrspüler und alles war funktionstüchtig. Das Bett war bequem und sehr gut gereinigt. Man fand weder Flecken noch unangenehme Gerüche!

Leider ist die Dusche eine einzige Fehlkonstruktion. Ein Duschgang ohne halb überflutetes Bad ist nicht möglich, da das Wasser unterhalb beim Waschbecken über den Rand tritt. Allgemein hält sich die Feuchtigkeit sehr im Raum und auch ständiges Lüften hilft nur wenig. An den Schwenkpanelen der Klimaanlage hat sich bereits schwarzer Schimmel gebildet... Leider war auch der Kühlschrank nicht dicht bzw schloss aufgrund der Türverkleidung nicht richtig. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Gefrierfach bereits komplett abgetaut und der ganze Kühlschrank nass. Während des Aufenthaltes wurde es nicht besser, evtl ist der Kühlschrank allgemein beschädigt. An den bereitgestellten Kochtöpfen löst sich bereits stark die Beschichtung, diese sollten ausgetauscht werden.

Les photos montrent une vue mer qui ne correspond pas à celle nous avions. Il fallait aller tout au bout du balcon pour avoir cette vue.

Great location providing excellent early access to the natural pools before they get too busy later in the day. There were also lots of surrounding restaurants, cafes and a supermarket meaning there were lots of opportunities to eat. Self check-in worked fine with the clear instructions provided. The apartment was clean with a good amount of space for our family of four. Other reviews have mentioned issues with the shower but we found no such problems. It was hot and powerful which could lead to flooding but you just need to be careful. A fridge, washing machine and cooker were all welcome additions. While busy during the day, Porto Moniz is a lot quieter on an evening meaning there was little noise disruption.

I think the photos provided when looking to book should match the specific apartment to avoid any potential confusion which has been expressed by other guests Unfortunately, we had one or two unavoidable issues whilst we stayed in the apartment. The air conditioning unit broke and could not be fixed before we left meaning the room was hot in the evening. The hosts did try and resolve this by sending a technician but they could not fix it. Also a local issue meant that the apartment had no water on our first morning. I will say that the remote management team were responsive to emails/messages about these issues but not as easily as accomodation where the host is on site. The management team compensated for this which was appreciated. These issues have affected the scores we have given for our stay which would have been significantly higher if they hadn't occured. I do think it would be ideal for a short stay in Porto Moniz. If you choose to arrive during the afternoon, you may find it difficult to park near the accommodation. While free parking is provided by the hosts, we decided to pay 12 euros for 48hrs in a local car park which was much better located. Our advice would be to arrive to Porto Moniz earlier than check-in in the morning or wait until later in the evening when it is quieter.

Nice appartment close to pools, centre, shop. It was clean, only cloth for dishes was missing. But finally we had great stay there.

Het verblijf was heel proper en zeer goed gelegen. Je hebt een fantastisch uitzicht op het heel mooie en ruime terras. Ook de badkamer van dik in orde! Pluspunt: je hebt een vaatwasmachine en wasmachine + airco!

Helaas werkte de oven niet. Het bed kraakt enorm als je iets of wat beweegt... stil liggen is dus de boodschap.

Rosa and her mother were very helpful and helped me with the check in at the property. The host was always available if I had any questions. Great apartment with all the facilities you need.

Cosy elegant studio for a couple, but a bit too small for a family of three. Comfy bed. Good utilities. Good location near the lava-pools.

Small. The size included the terrace. A bit loud. I missed a dishcloth and something to dry-hang the towels etc.

Great location and lovely rooftop terrace. Overall very convenient and comfortable for a few nights in Porto Moniz. Close to the natural pools and free parking. Really good communication from the staff!

Property was overall good. Unfortunately, quite a lot of hair was left in the bathroom when we arrived.

The room was nice and clean and with a great balcony. The kitchen had everything needed for a meal.

The shower leaked water to the floor under the sink. The baby's cot was nice but the mattress was a bit thin and couldn't wear the adjustable sheets.
