amazing waterfront view. it’s really close to the natural seawater pools, go to the free one not the pay one it is much more authentic even though it’s on the other end of town and go to the restaurant in the sister hotel also on the other end of town

parking is a little dicey during the day but at night you can get a space very close to the hotel

Magnifique hotel,le seul bémol, c’est que nous avons eu du bruit au dessus de la suite jusqu’à 1h du matin,car elle était au dessus du spa et terrasse piscine.Des bruits de chaises que l’on faisait traîner. C’était infernal,dommage car l’hotel est magnifique,le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire :tout est de bonne qualité.

The suite and balcony overlooking the natural pools was wonderful.

The dining experience was miserable. The food was frozen, badly cooked and tasteless. Unfortunately this was the case in the main restaurant, Beer House and the sunroof terrasse.

The Beer House has 2 parts to the restaurant and you can’t order from the different menus on one table which is an inconvenience at worst. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Parkeren bij inchecken ging eenbeetje onhandig. Je mag de auto gewoon tijdelijk voor de ingang zetten, waarna je de uitleg krijgt over het parkeren.

Great location with views over the natural pools and a rooftop swimming pool with lounge chairs. Our patio was a lovely place to hang out and read too. Modern but warm decor which I loved. Bed and pillows the most comfy I've had since being on the island for the past ten days! Very sweet reception staff.

Parking is tricky during the day. We were lucky to get a spot right outside the hotel. This is not uncommon on the island tho. Didn't care for the associated restaurant food at the Beer Garden and wish we'd explored other spots to eat but the views and the wine list were good!

das Hotel ist im allgemeinen schlecht gewartet, Balkontüre war so verrostet, dass sie nicht mehr schliessbar war. Ich habe jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen gehört. (ist am Anfang ok, aber irgendwann nervt es)

Beautiful property, clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

Everything! This is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We booked three different hotels during our trip to Madeira, and this one was on a completely different level compared to the others. We chose Madeira for our honeymoon and told every hotel that it was our honeymoon, but this was the only hotel that actually cared and prepared a special welcome for us. Unfortunately, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, but we don’t drink alcohol. Still, we were still very pleasantly surprised by the gesture. All in all, a 10/10 experience. If we ever get the chance to visit Madeira again, we will definitely come back here!

The only thing I would mention is that the juice glasses at breakfast are a bit small hahaha 😄

Un ruido nos despertaba temprano, 7:00-7-15 am… creemos que venía del comedor con los preparativos del desayuno, pero no supieron dar con ello.

L emplacement bien sûr. Une chambre avec vue à 180 degrés sur l ocean comprenant les piscines naturelles. Un joli tableau ! Personnel accueillant un clin d œil à la petite dame qui accueille au petit déjeuner souriante et très serviable.

Super nice room, seemed very new and was definitely spacious (we booked the suite). View was nice too. And all the staff was super friendly and as well very fast.

The breakfast buffet could have been a bit richer, but honestly it was good already.

À ce tarif on pourrait attendre un accès illimité a la piscine et pas seulement une entrée par jour. Le petit déjeuner est bien mais on pourrait attendre un peu mieux à ce tarif.

Très belle chambre surplombant les piscines naturelles et l'océan, personnel au petit soin pour vous, très acceuillant et disponible. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié avec en bonus une terrasse donnant sur l'océean. Accés gratuit pour les clients aux piscines juste dessous. En terrasse accés à un superbe complexe, toujours vue sur mer, avec piscine à débordement, jacuzzi, spa, salon de massage.

Pas de place devant l'hotel pour décharger ou charger vos bagages, on doit se mettre ou on peut sur le parking public en double file. le hall d'acceuil un peu petit et peu fonctionnel. parking de l'hotel certe gratuit mais situé à 200m sur des terrasses en terre, accés très très raide et beaucoup de poussière. le massage est un peu cher et pas formidable.

Geweldige ligging, prachtig uitzicht over de baden. De kamer was fantastisch, aan alles is en wordt gedacht. Je wordt hier helemaal in de watten gelegd! Wat een luxe. Ook het ontbijt is verzorgd, ruime keuze, vers, gewoon top! Heerlijk zwembad op het dak met fijne ligbedden.

Excellent location with breathtaking views from the room. You can enjoy both a beautiful sunrise and a stunning sunset right from the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms had excellent soundproofing. There is a large private parking area, which is very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at this hotel.

During our stay at the hotel, everything was top-notch. If we needed any assistance, we received it immediately. The room was very clean and freshened daily. Breakfast delighted us with its wide selection and excellent taste. The service at the reception was also top-notch. Congratulations, and I hope you continue to do so!

Grundsätzlich gute Lage, Frühstücksbuffet gut. Naturschwimmbecken sehr schön.

Dorffest (3 Tage vorher angekündigt) mit lauter Musik bis 5 Uhr Morgens und jede Nacht Feuerwerk direkt beim Hotel. Extrem laut und Feuerregen auf den Balkon (Brandlöcher in Liegestühlen und Badetüchern). Schlafen fast unmöglich. Reinigung kam 2x nicht obwohl sie gesagt haben „later“. Infinity-Pool sehr kalt. Personal im Hotelrestaurant in deutscher Tracht muss nun in Portugal wirklich nicht sein.

Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich.

Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen zu klein, die Koffer konnten nicht untergebracht werden. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und konnte nicht richtig gelüftet werden.

Super Aussicht, sehr freundliches Personal, Willkommensdrink bei der Ankunft, man kann jederzeit Wasserflaschen gratis auffüllen, jeden Tag eine kleine Praline auf dem Bett, super schöne Sauna und Whirlpool mit Aussicht aufs Meer, gratis Zugang zu den Naturpools, Restaurants mit wunderbarer Aussicht.

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns nicht das Zimmer zugeteilt, welches wir gebucht hatten, sondern ein sehr viel kleineres. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, wurde uns ein grosses Zimmer gegeben. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist sehr dunkel, ungeeignet zum schminken.

L'albergo è bello, in ottime condizioni, la stanza era grande e confortevole con una bella vista sul mare. era presente una macchina Nespresso, un bollitore e una bottiglia di acqua tutti i giorni, oltre a frigobar. Discreto il ristorante dell'hotel e quello vicino della stessa catena. Buona la prima colazione. Comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto davanti all'hotel. Inoltre era consentito l'accesso gratuito allo stabilimento comunale delle piscine naturali presenti sotto l'albergo.

Non ho riscontrato nulla di particolarmente negativo.

Amazing location with beautiful views. Great selection for breakfast. Infinity pool is fabulous. Staff in general were very friendly and helpful especially Paola on the front desk. Hotel is not cheap but it is an unforgettable experience.

The hotel is simply perfect. Super modern and features a rooftop Jacuzzi and a small infinity pool with stunning view on its roof. The rooms are very well designed and feature a very spacious balcony (ask for a corner room - they have bigger balconies). We had an extra bed, which was not just a small unstable guest-bed, but a proper comfortable bed (usually a rarity). The access to the natural pools are free which is super enjoyable. Parking was for free, and the staff allowed me to use the co-working space of their partner hotel (just 200m away) for home-office. The breakfast was stunning with live omelette cooking and free sparkling wine. The view from the restaurant was also perfect. Overall a perfect stay and a pleasant experience!

La comida a la carta, no estaba a la altura de un restaurante, de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Juste incroyable. J’aimerais beaucoup retourner dans cet hôtel pour son confort et le lieu magique au dessus des bassin naturels. J’aime l’accès aux bassins offert par l’hôtel ainsi que la gratuité du parking publique à côté des bassins.

Le prix est élevé, mais justifié

Héle mooie kamer en zeer schoon. Goed bed, mooi terras met fijne stoelen en ligbedden en het uitzicht is geweldig. Je kan gebruik maken van het natuur zwembad. Er liggen blauwe badhanddoeken op de kamer waar je gebruik van kan maken. Het ontbijt is erg goed en je kan ook lekker buiten zitten. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist doch ein erstaunlich ruhiger Ort. Die Suite war sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück hielt eine große Auswahl an Leckereien, auch aus der Region, bereit und war absolut ansprechend zubereitet. Zum Hotel selbst gehörte ein gutes Restaurant und es gab viele Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Eintritt in die angrenzenden Meeresschwimmbecken war inclusive. Das Personal war jederzeit zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Aqua Natura ist kein Schnäppchen, bietet für den Preis jedoch ein gehobenes Niveau. Empfehlung!

Лучший отель и локация в Порту Мониш - природные бассейны прямо под отелем Aqua Natura Madeira (прям рекомендую переплатить за него и выбрать этот отель из сети, а не Studio, я пожила в обоих). Красивые большие номера, огромная кровать и еще диван, стеклянная душевая с видом с кровати, дополнительно еще красивая ванна перед террасой в номере - я сделала шикарные фото) огромная терраса с видом на природные бассейны и океан. Чистейшая уборка и белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье, на котором так приятно спать под шум океана! Приветственный напиток при заселении и шампанское со льдом в номер! Вкусный и богатый завтрак в ресторане под отелем с видом на океан. Бесплатные билеты в природные бассейны - а там я видела приличные очереди, а мы уже с билетами от отеля)) Это очень приятно! В номере есть все, включая лосьон для тела, тапочки, халаты, дополнительные полотенца для пляжа, хорошую кофемашину, холодильник, фен. А еще атмосферу уюта и праздника) На крыше отеля сауна, джакузи, красивый бассейн - все с видом на океан. Душевые на крыше - можно остаться дольше после выселения в бассейне до самолета. В целом - народу в отеле немного было, потому что номерной фонд небольшой, и это огромный плюс. Бывали часы без людей вообще на крыше. Есть своя парковка. Персонал - самый лучший, спасибо Вам за чистоту, уют и гостеприимство! Вернусь обязательно и именно сюда!

Tolles Superior-Zimmer mit freistehender Badewanne und Terrasse mit Sesseln und Liegen oberhalb der Lava-Pools. Ausgesprochen netter Empfang. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und beim Frühstück. Essen und Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Etwas schwierige Parkplatzsituation. Es gibt zwar hoteleigene Parkplätze, aber mit sehr steiler Auffahrt.

Stunning view on the lava pools and the ocean.. the view on the pools is most fantastic in the morning and before dawn.. unique experience while you enjoy some rest on your hotel bed.. ask for free tickets at the reception for the pools to skip the line

La vue de la chambre, le personnel très agréable, le petit déjeuner!

L’emplacement au dessus des piscines naturelles est fabuleux. La chambre était magnifique avec sa terrasse privée et très spacieuse. La literie est excellente. Le personnel est très sympa. Pleins de petites attentions pour les clients à l’arrivée. La piscine en roof top est vraiment géniale. Pas de problème de parking puisque l’hôtel met à disposition un badge pour un parking à proximité donc super pratique en période de forte fréquentation. Tout était parfait ainsi que le petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

Un peu de bruit le soir car le restaurant est juste en dessous des chambres et on entend le bruit des chaises quand ils font le nettoyage en fin de soirée.

Amazing stay at Aqua Natura Madeira! The rooms were freshly renovated, the staff members super helpful, good breakfast and free ticket to the pool!

Tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung. Die Meerschwimmbecken sind toll. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist zu kühl, dafür ist der Whirlpool sehr warm. Der Sekt auf dem Zimmer war eine nette Geste.

Bad ist alt, keine Deckenlampe im Zimmer nur loses Kabel, momentan wird der Flur renoviert. Zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf Madeira.

Highly recommended! Perfect stay.

We loved our room with its magnificent sea view. The hotel is perfectly located to do some walks in the north, and is ideal if you want to enjoy the natural swimming pools. (go before 10:00 , if you want to avoid the crowd). We also enjoyed the restaurant (no nice ones around in Porto Moniz), for breakfast but also for dinner. At breakfast , we have particularly enjoyed Luzia 's smile and service. Also interesting to know there is a rooftop with small swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna... not crowded at all !
