The location was good and the staff were all very helpful & pleasant.

The width of the bed was perfect for 2 people, but the headboard was too thick that it left no walking space at the foot of the bed.

The manager and staff were fabulous. The room was lovely and the location is great!

Only a picky little thing, there was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but it didn't spoil the stay.

Perfect hotel to stay in once arriving in Ireland if you have jet lag. Easy walk to the best restaurants and close to Trinity College

We felt very welcome from the start. The room was comfy with all the facilities we needed. The location is excellent: close to public transport (train, bus), close to interesting historical spots and quite close (10-minute walk) to the centre (Trinity College, Temple Bar), close to a supermarket and some really good restaurants. Staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we would choose it again. However, there were two things that we did not feel particularly excited about ;): the water in the shower was never warm enough, it was not cold, but it could have been warmer. The second thing: we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, but our supply of coffee/tea was not filled up after the planned cleaning (after the first 4 nights) and we heard at the reception that the coffee and tea are only a welcome set and are not filled up later. I was wondering... if we had stayed only 3 nights, the supply would have had to be replenished for the next guest anyway...

Shower was fine for us, but for larger people it could be a little small, and the non adjustable shower head wasn't great but that's being picky.

Il letto era troppo vicino alla parete/finestra quindi un po’ scomodo !

Staff were excellent. I was allowed an early check in to the apartment. Breakfast was good value for money in the restaurant beside reception. The kitchen had everything you needed as well as a supply of coffee/tea/sugar.

I required to walk through a courtyard area to reach the main entrance. There were always homeless men in this area drinking alcohol. Could be daunting if you are in your own travelling The bathroom was really small as well as the shower cubicle. The bed was against the wall and awkward to get in and out of during the night when I required to get up.

Perfekte Lage, relativ ruhig und trotzdem erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß. Dusche funktioniert gut, Betten bequem, Einrichtung einfach und zweckmäßig.

Der Service beim Frühstück ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Mal gab es kein Müsli, mal keinen Obstsalat oder das Wasser zum Eierkochen war kalt. Jeden Tag die selbe Sorte Schnittkäse und zwei Sorten Wurst. Die Tische wurden nur abgeräumt, wenn nichts mehr frei war. Das Personal zeigte beim Frühstück wenig Engagement und Umsicht - insgesamt enttäuschend.

The staff were all really friendly, the location was great for walking to the arena and all the tourist monuments, easy to get to the shopping areas and loads of nice bars and restaurants and the rooms were lovely, everything you need for a home away from home.

Eigentlich hat alles gepasst, Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden: Die Schlafcouch war etwas unbequem, kleine Löffel haben beim Frühstück gefehlt, O-Saft und Obstsalat waren oft leer Aber alles in allem ein tolles Hotel!

The staff is very attentive and friendly. Thanks to the housekeeping manager Michael. The bed is very comfortable and the room is well-equipped.

The Staff was very helpful in allowing us to keep our same room from a 3 night booking to the additional night added at a later date.

When we walked in, we were given the cold shoulder by the person at the desk and sent to the bar to check in. Rude! My husband left behind a headband that has a Bluetooth speaker so he could enable white noise in his ears. This is costly, $100.+. The power was out when we checked out so he must have missed it in packing. He wrote to the hotel asking to see if it could be shipped to us. No response. He never got one word in response. Overall, poor customer service.

We had a very pleasant stay at Staycity Aparthotels Dublin City Quay. The location is excellent — central, convenient and within easy walking distance of many of Dublin’s main areas. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming. A special thank you to Michael, the manager, and Echo at reception. They were both extremely friendly, helpful and professional, and genuinely made our stay even better. Great hospitality and excellent customer service. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

My family was very happy with this hotel. The staff was accommodating to our needs - we had 8 people total and we were placed on the same floor. We also had to check in early which they allowed us to do with a minimal charge. The staff at the breakfast area were super nice too given we had a baby who was HUNGRY! Overall a great stay.

El edificio es moderno.

La habitación no era pequeña, era diminuta. No hay armario, solo un mini-perchero. Para tres personas (un matrimonio con una hija) era muy agobiante. No te puedes mover. En la cocina, el fregadero era tan pequeño que casi no cabe ni un vaso. Para dos personas, aceptable; para tres, un imposible. Además, el sofá cama ni te lo preparan, te tienes que poner las sábanas (no lo preparan porque si no no entras a la habitación de lo pequeña que es).

They ‘ll send you to another building behind, you’ll have to pass 4-5 front security doors with card and walk hundreds of meters and take another elevator, every morning breakfast you have the same routine. If you need something, you have to contact an AI to request, only AI answer your messages, if ur lucky, 24 hours later you can have a human answer, then it says, ok but we don’t have room service,you have to come to reception to take yourself…. :))) Room is shabby, very small, if you have big luggage it’ll be a disastor

El trato del personal fue excelente en todo momento. El hotel está entre 10-20 minutos andando de las principales atracciones de Dublín, con lo que no necesitamos coger transporte público para nada. En el apartamento se descansa muy bien, ni un ruido en el pasillo, y las camas son cómodas. Te dejan cápsulas de café de cortesía, así como sobres de azúcar, descafeinado y leche en la nevera. La parada de autobús para el aeropuerto está a 6 minutos.

El espacio es pequeño para ser un estudio. Estuvimos muy justos dos, no quiero imaginar tres. Baño pequeño, poco espacio para dejar la ropa y los enseres personales, poco menaje y casi sin sitio para manejarse en la meseta, con lo que decidimos no cocinar, sólo desayunar. Hay que llevar el adaptador de los enchufes. Un poco caro, si bien por la ubicación y la tranquilidad, nos mereció la pena.

There was an intermittent vibrating noise during the night and early morning, once I reported it to staff on checkout the gave us free breakfast which was very much appreciated

The cleanliness of the room and location.

The kettle,coffee machine and microwave not working efficiently- intermittent electricity supply which was frustrating. Also we were disturbed at 3.15 am one morning asking if a fire alarm was going off in our room. As much as we appreciated the concern it disturbed our sleep. There was limited storage space and just a small table.

Posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dal centro, dalla stazione Tara e dai mezzi pubblici. Appartamento organizzato bene con tutto il necessario. Ragazzi dello staff gentilissimi. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Ci sono nelle vicinanze sia supermarket che locali.

Letti un pò rumorosi soprattutto il divano letto non comodissimo. In 4 lo spazio era veramente utilizzato al massimo.

Alles in allem war es sauber, ausser der Boden war sehr klebrig, wir mussten Schlarpen kaufen. Von der Toilette kam sehr dominanter Abfluss Gestank.

Pour notre tout 1er séjour en Irlande, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la bienveillance, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Le logement était très propre et calme. Le Staycity est idéalement situé, proche du centre-ville, des meilleurs brunchs, du Trinity College et est très bien desservie, à 2 pas du Dublin express pour l'aéroport.

Clean rooms with useful amenities and resources including dishwasher, microwave, hob etc. Reasonable size for 2 people in the room, but it would be a tight squeeze for 3 people. Comfy beds. Quiet area. Good communication and friendly staff. Option to order meals etc.

Walking distance to many attractions on both north and south bank. 1 block away from path by the River Liffey. Close to the Dublin Express stop. The kitchen is compact but well stocked with pots, pans, dishwasher, Nespresso machine. Laundry is €11 for wash and dry.

The area is a bit dodgy at night.

Great location. First stop on the Dublin Express airport bus. Loved the opening windows and king bed Recommend Bread 41 around the corner for a great breakfast.
