Reception area looked nice. Needed a room key to access lifts from ground floor level.

Paid €435 for 1 night for a "Deluxe King Room" without breakfast. The bed was no more than a standard double and the size of the room would be what I'd expect at a low-budget hotel. The mattress was unbelievably uncomfortable as were the pillows. The room decor was basic but the bathroom was extremely dated with not enough towels supplied for the 2 people booked into the room. The only staff we personally encountered was the man at reception who checked us in and he was very standoffish. There were 3 men working on reception and the other 2 sounded lovely and tried making small talk with the guests they were checking in beside us so we ultimately felt like our check in experience was down to this one man alone. Even though there is a car park basically connected to the hotel, it wasn't included with the rate. So we paid an additional €40 for parking on top of the €435 we had paid for just the room. We chose this particular hotel for it's proximity to the 3Arena, which was 3 stops away on the Luas. But for the price we paid it 100% was not worth it. We wouldn't stay here again, it's too expensive for what it is. The rooms are small and dated and the staff wasn't friendly in our experience.

Lovely comfortable hotel. Beds were so comfy and rooms spotless. Really enjoyed our stay just a nice 15 min walk to city centre, located next door to the immigration museum

Breakfast staff was unpleasantly rude when asked about any questions about the breakfast no cutlery on tables and pushed out of the way by waitress when saying excuse me she said what do you want In a aggressive manner? I suggest staff get retrained as this negatively affected our stay

The room was clean and comfortable.

We expected a little luxury for the price that was paid. It was very overpriced. The room was very small with no sound proofing. We could hear the hand dryers in the foyer toilets below as well as guests in other rooms. The buffet breakfast was under staffed and the tiny buffet area was always full of guests waiting for more food or crockery to be provided. The restaurant food was average at best and again well overpriced.

Lokalita super, do centra opravdu kousek. Dobrá snidane, čisté, pohodlne.

Cenový nesmysl, tragické parkovani, nejen predrazene, ale jeste navíc hrazené prostřednictvím aplikace s prebookingem => nakonec jsem musel parkovani zaplatit 2x, a Qpark žádat o vrácení dublovane platby - nasteste uspesne. Největší zklamání - přesto ze jsem několikrát informoval personal o zapomenutém flash disku na pokoji, a zadal o jeho navrácení (samozřejmě s úhradou nakladu), naprosto žádná odezva....

No water was provided in the room. Which is such a basic thing. Upon asking we were told only gold members get free water in the room.

Location was excellent, room was clean and quiet. Attached restaurant was reasonable.

There were 3 adults staying but only 2 cups provided!

Tutto perfetto, l'unica cosa strana è che la camera è stata rifatta tardi, forse avevano molte camere da preparare per i nuovi clienti...sarebbe inoltre bello avere a disposizione anche canali televisivi italiani o dare la possibilità di utilizzare il proprio Netflix o altre piattaforme di streaming....pensateci!!!

S obzirom na cijenu hotela i da se radi o Hiltonu, hotelu treba dobar make over. Kupaone su loše, kada sa zavjesom je u današnje vrijeme neprihvatljiva, klizava s plastičnom prostirkom. U sobi postoji ventilator iz prapovijesnog razdoblja i pegla sa stolom za peglanje....a nema utičnice ni adaptora za 240V. Imali smo sobu za tri odrasle osobe s dva Queen size krevetom sta je ok, ali ormar mali za jednu osobu.

El alojamiento está a unos 20 minutos andando al centro. Hay un autobús en la misma puerta, muy práctico. Habitación muy limpio.

Lo que menos me gustó quizás fue la atención en recepción. Poco colaboradores. A la llegada no nos explicaron mucho el funcionamiento del hotel, y dos días después nos dimos cuenta de que había una lavandería, que nos hubiese venido bien. De todas maneras, nada grave.

Muy limpio todo, excelentes instalaciones y personal de limpieza muy atento, como también el resto. Lo recomiendo.

Me gustó todo, quizás la carta del restaurante sea un poco corta, pero está todo muy bueno y con una atención excelente.

Proximity to the finish of my solo 160km run - didn’t want to walk too far to the hotel 😀 Also the fairly late checkout time was appreciated.

In a central area in Dublin. Generally clean and quite comfy.

We ve stayed there for 3 nights . We didn't get housecleaning or linen changing or had trash removed. Very disappointing especially if you have a family room of four. I expect much more . Really disappointed. None value for money.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! We arrived early in the morning, and they kindly took care of our luggage storage right away. All of our extra requests were fulfilled without any issues. A truly great team - thank you for making our stay so smooth!

The room was a bit small/compact, but it was fine for a short stay.

rooms are so thin, I think we had a room connected to another - we could hear every word the neighbours said (and snoring!). facilities dated, no smart tv and water pressure not the best

Parking non inclus dans le prix malgré ce que peut laisser entendre le descriptif de l'annonce "Parking". Il faut rajouter facilement 40-45 € au prix pour le parking à la journée (mitoyen à l'hotel)

Alguns dias a limpeza do quarto ficou um pouco a desejar, mas nada muito sério. Estávamos em três e as vezes deixavam somente 2 toalhas e pouco papel higiênico.

Location was good

I was shocked there was no bellmen service. Only hotel we stayed in on our trip that didn't have someone to help with bags. We arrived before check in and had hoped to leave our bags with bellman. We had been in Ireland for 3 weeks and had numerous bags. Could have used the help. Room was also extremely small. We had stayed with your hotel at the end of our trip...we had stayed in a different hotel at the beginning. That room was less $ and had more room.

La literie très mauvaise Il y avait une fuite d’eau dans les toilettes de notre chambre. On nous a proposé d’en changer, ce que nous avons refusé vu que nous étions déjà installé. Il était assez tôt c’est dommage que personne n’aie pu intervenir.

Prime location, the staff were very friendly, they have a little shop to buy snacks and souvenirs. Room was very spacious.
