Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Atmosphère acceuillant, propres et harmonieux. Parking devant l’hôtel. L’établissement est très charmant et le personnel particulièrement aimable et compétant. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Le quartier est calme et à quelque pas de la Basilique.

Even the small details, like having coffee and tea in the room or the thoughtful little touches, created a very welcoming atmosphere. We also enjoyed that it was possible to comfortably have our own breakfast or lunch at the hotel, even though breakfast is not included in the accommodation. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Next time, if available, we would love a room on a higher floor for a bit more quiet, but everything was truly enjoyable.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025I really wanted to give five stars, unfortunately, there was hair everywhere on the floor in my room and a lot in the shower. I don't have any hair anywhere on my body, so it certainly wasn't mine. Also for transparency, the price of the open bar and the chips should be displayed somewhere. There was no kitchen, no way to eat on the spot. And I had the first room next to the entrance office, and I could hear literally everything, all day and all night. It was uncomfortable to be intimate with my partner, knowing that everything could be heard from outside too. But otherwise, the staff was excellent.The service was excellent. The hotel has a lot of potential. Maybe after some soundproofing. It was comfortable, pretty, well lid, well located, i did love my stay.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025Everything! Location:It is perfectly located! It’s literally a two minute walk to the Iglesia and around the corner from the bus station. Staff: The staff is amazing and many of them speak English. Safety: I felt very safe both at day and night and there are many things to walk to. Room Comfortability: The bed was SUPER comfortable & the room was clean. I’m unsure about the hot water but visit the DR often and didn’t even check to see if the water would get hot because I didn’t want anything to distract from the sweetness of this Naranjo!
Would loved to have had more food options. However, there are TONS of places nearby to eat so it’s understandable why the options are limited.

And the hotel is a quiet place i didn't hear any loud people making noise. Very good place to be . By the way I forgot my ID over there thay call me on whatsapp to tell that I had left my ID behind. Honest people really a very good staff they didn’t even want to take the tips i was given them and still provided a very professional welcoming Thank you guys i will be back for sure.

The door to the bathroom was not able to open far because the bathroom counter is too close to the door. It was a poor design choice. The table opposite the bed is too close to the bed to be able to use the chair and sit at it. I had to slide the table away from the bed and pick up the chair and carry it over to the table. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower until I asked for it.

We used it for some pre-wedding preparations and pictures. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. El desayuno muy bueno con la opción de ser servido en la habitación. La comunicación no fue muy buena porque en mi reserva solicité early check in pero no me respondieron y llegue temprano no no fue posible.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2024Very nice place in the center of Higuey, just one block away from basilica la Altagracia. Very clean all over. Bed very comfortable and ac worked fantastically. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Totally recommend id you just need to be inside town. There's also garage with 24 hours security.
