We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location is excellent – it's very close to the city center and the beach, so everything is within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Quando siamo arrivati la nostra camera non si poteva usare e ci hanno divisi in due camere per poi farci spostare di nuovo nella stessa. Un po’ uno sbatti a riprendere le nostre cose già sistemate in camera.

Το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο είχε πολύ βασικά μειονεκτήματα. Δε βρίσκαμε με τίποτα πάρκινγκ ψάχναμε χωρίς αύριο, δεύτερον ,μας βάλανε στο ισόγειο με αποτέλεσμα να περνάνε περαστικοί να κοιτάνε η να μας μιλάνε. Εξαναγκάστηκαμε να μην ξανακατσουμε στο μπαλκόνι. Θα προτιμούσα να έχω πληρώσει κ παραπάνω κ να ήμουν σε όροφο.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum i dworca autobusowego. Pokoje czyste, schludne, klimatyzowane z tarasem i dość nowoczesne. Na plus również mały basenik.

W pobliżu znajduje się boisko, z którego wieczorami dochodzi czasami hałas. Brak śniadań serwowanych bezpośrednio w hotelu, dostępne są jedynie zamawiane z cateringu, co nieco obniża moją ocenę.

Receptionist gentilissime. Struttura nuova moderna e pulita. Unico neo la mancanza di colazioni ma nella camera c'è il lavello e tutto l'occorrente per una bevanda calda, cialde caffè, bollitore. Piccola piscina all'esterno. Camere ampie. Bagno ampio. 30 minuti dall'aeroporto. Rispetto a strutture più stellate e care che trovi a Creta con servizi pessimi e strutture fatiscenti questo albergo è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Semplicemente meraviglioso! Per 80 euro a notte vale la pena!

The rooms were very clean, air con worked superbly, the pool and surrounding area are well maintained, and the table tennis was a great way to kill time out of the heat of the day. The front of house staff were absolutely lovely and helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities not only in Chania, but other areas we were visiting. Very enjoyable stay!

The shower tiles slope away from the drain which made keeping the bathroom dry difficult. The synthetic grass where sunbeds are gets boiling hot in the sun

Πολύ άνετο κ περιποιημένο δωμάτιο.Το κορίτσια στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν πάντα ευγενικά κ χαμόγελα στα κ πρόθυμα να βοηθήσουν! Επίσης ήταν κοντά με τα πόδια απ' την παλιά πόλη οπότε το παρκάρισμα ήταν σχετικά πιο εύκολο! Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ δροσερό ειδικά το βράδυ!

Δεν νομίζω ότι έχω κάτι αρνητικό!

Δεν ήταν καθαρό, έλειπαν βασικά στοιχεία όπως σαπουνοθήκη,η πισίνα πολύ βρώμικη επίσης και δεν έβρισκες εύκολα parking

Ricerca del parcheggio nelle vicinanze

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της πόλης και δίπλα στο ΚΤΕΛ. Το προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν ευγενέστατες και πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα να ξαναμείνω.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε.

L'hôtel est récent avec des chambres bien conçues et confortables. l'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au centre historique (10 min de marche) et des plages (15 min à pied).

Réception vide pour le check out à 11h, juste un numéro à appeler. Le coffre fort dans la chambre est petit et ne permet pas d'y mettre un ordinateur portable oui une tablette.

El alojamiento se encuentra a tan solo 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad y dispone de aparcamiento gratuito en las inmediaciones.

No entiendo cómo este alojamiento puede tener una calificación de 8,6. Nuestra experiencia fue absolutamente terrible. La habitación estaba sucia y, lo peor de todo, las toallas tenían manchas de otros huéspedes. Además, no hay recepción por la noche, lo que permite que los huéspedes hagan lo que quieran. Una noche, nos despertamos asustados por el escándalo que estaban armando unos huéspedes. Tuvimos que llamar a la policía porque los responsables del hotel no se dignaron a acudir. ¡Me pidieron que fuera yo a hablar con los huéspedes! Fue una experiencia vergonzosa. Este hotel arruinó mi viaje a Chania; fue la peor experiencia de mi vida.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα πολύ πιο πάνω από τα στάνταρ μπράβο και συγχαρητήρια δωμάτιο άνετο μπάνιο άνετο μπαλκόνι άνετο πολύ καλό γυμναστήριο και πολύ καλή και καθαρή πισίνα

Easy to find a parking spot nearby. The room was cosy and clean. Had a huge balcony.

The bathroom is a little bit too small. And the location is a little bit far, but that’s the deal for a parking spot in Chania.

Zeer goede locatie, je kan te voet naar het centrum. Het hotel was zijn prijs waard. Over het personeel kan ik alleen maar positief zijn. Maria DANKJEWEL voor al je moeite! Zo mogen blij zijn jouw in dienst te hebben. Als je op zoek bent naar een locatie dichtbij het centrum en toch met een mooi zwembad is dit een goede hotelkeuze.

Il soggiorno presso la struttura è stato confortevole. Dopo un errore iniziale nel check in lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile a rimediare. Consiglio l'hotel sia per la posizione vicina al centro che per la pulizia.

Hotel carino, 10 min dal centro, personale gentile. Unica pecca che il penultimo giorno di vacanza non sono venuti a lavare la stanza e quando abbiamo chiesto se potessimo avere delle cialde per il caffè non ce l hanno portato! Però per il resto ottimo soggiorno

Not property related but location related. Kids and guys in their 20s on the pleayground are very noisy. Kids are noisy up to 10pm which is fine. Guys in their 20s are noisy from 11pm to 3am

Tolle Lage, ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und Zentrum entfernt, 5 Minuten vom Busbahnhof der überall nach Kreta und auch zum Flughafen fährt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind gut nichts besonderes aber komfortabel!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα κατά τη διαμονή μας και μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένες! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και προσεγμένο, ενώ η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική από την πρώτη στιγμή. Ένα πολύ μεγάλο ευχαριστώ αξίζει στη Μαρία, η οποία μας υποδέχτηκε με το πιο ζεστό χαμόγελο και ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η ευγένεια, η καλοσύνη και ο επαγγελματισμός της έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο όμορφη και άνετη. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά έναν όμορφο χώρο με πραγματική φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Difícil aparcamiento en los alrededores

Super lokalizacja, hotel położny ok 10 minut od starego miasta i 7 minut od dworca autobusowego w cichej okolicy. Na plus kącik kawowy/herbatowy. Obsługa spisała się na medal, ciepłe i miłe powitanie, super komunikacja z każdą osobą na recepcji, dawno nie spotkałam się z tak miła obsługa.

Jedyny minus ściany były bardzo cienkie , może to kwestia naszego pokoju który był za ścianą recepcji może kwestia całego obiektu, bardzo było wszystko słychać to co sie działo w holu, najbardziej było to uciążliwe rano i wieczorem.

It was nut clean and was big for one person

I did not get a spoon with the breakfast so i couldn't eat the yoghurt (you pay extra for the breakfast)

The staff was kind

There were a lot of problems during our stay. There were bees and cockroaches around the pool, which made it unpleasant to use.The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, so every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom got flooded.There was no clothes drying rack. There was also no sponge or dish soap, and we had to ask for cutlery because none was provided. The towels were stained with bleach, which made them look dirty.Finally, our check-in was delayed by 40 minutes. Instead of checking in at 2:00 p.m., we were only able to enter our room at 2:40 p.m. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience, as these issues significantly affected our stay.

L'hotel nuovo si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Facile arrivarci con possibilita' di trovare parcheggio nei dintorni.Wi fi ottimo.

Swimming pool very small For rooms near swimming pool is very noisy Room was very small, we didn’t have space where to leave our things. They cleaned the room but they didn’t make up the bed There is no hotel parking but you can find a parking on the street around hotel. On the street is free parking. We stayed only 2 nights but didn’t have problem to find a parking.

All was super good. Hotel was very modern, clean and staff very nice.

The swimming pool was not in a sunny area so the water was cold.

De eenpersoonskamer is echt heeeel klein, zeker de badkamer is echt ondergedimensionneerd. En de gehorigheid van de kamerdeuren, je kon bijna horen wat de mensen op de gang zeiden.

Very nice location, close to the city centre. Many amenities, comfy clean rooms, pool, nice balcony.

A bit difficult to find parking though, like the rest of the city. Also, regarding the gym, even though plugged in the machines did not function. Lastly, for a 3-night stay the room was cleaned only once
