La posizione è eccezionale per vivere il vivace quartiere vecchio, tutto a due passi. La stanza pulita e con tutto il necessario. Lo staff disponibile e cortese, ci ha dato un sacco di buonissimi consigli.

L unica nota stonata la ricerca del parcheggio … ma rifarei comunque la stessa scelta.

Didn't like how there was no view and terrace within and the lights didn't stay on at night so walking up the multiple flights of stairs in the dark was very dangerous

Lovely little boutique hotel in amazing location. Staff were very friendly and obliging. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Could not ask for more. Great cocktails in bar next door.

La posizione era perfetta,in pieno centro dove si può trovare di tutto,dai ristoranti ai negozietti,al bar per la colazione a 1 minuto a piedi. comodo anche il parcheggio Old Town a 5 min a piedi. Staf disponibile, ci hanno anche prestato un ombrellone.

L'hotel nel complesso è carino,migliorerei alcuni accorgimenti per renderlo più confortevole,come mettere un presa in bagno e delle triple vicino ai comodini per caricare i telefonini e soprattutto una macchinetta per il caffè dato che non è prevista la colazione e si è costretti ad andare al bar la mattina.

La camera era un po' buia con solo un finestrino e il bagno era piccolo, sotto le scale per cui si sentivano moltissimo le persone che salivano i gradini. La doccia era grande ma chiusa da una tenda di stoffa che si bagnava e rendeva la doccia buia e senza possibilità di appendere il doccino. La nostra camera era subito sopra la reception che consisteva in una piccola stanza, le belle strutture visibili nelle foto non erano accessibili o visibili da noi

Our stay was only 3 nights, just enough to explore the the old town, port area and a few other sites. Bozzali made it nice. Approximately 750 mts away from the KTEL bus stop, it's an easy 10 min walk. It about 30 mins from the Chania airport. Clean linens and towels. water heater/coffee maker, iron box, dryer, even cutlery. The AC and Wi-Fi worked fine. There are no elevators but that didn't bother us. There was a tiny balcony as well. It's just the perfect distance from the port area, 7-10 mins walk. Very close to the market and several great restaurants but away from noise. The staff kept changing but they were all so nice and polite. Helped us rent a car, airport transfers and other suggestions. A great breakfast place is steps away 'To Artopolion' (opens 6:30 am) Note: The best food in Chania is not the port side places. If you're tired of Greek food, try Laganon Fresh Pasta, Pulse Vegan-Chania.

It was a very tiny room for 2 people, not enough wardrobe space. Probably the tiniest shower I've ever had in a hotel, just manageable. Pictures on booking.com are a bit misleading. The front desk is mostly empty. No view.

Superb location! Right in the middle of Old Town, with shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. The room is large, clean, with air-conditioning which is great in this Summer weather! The staff are very responsive. Highly recommend!

L’hôtel est inaccessible en voiture. Se garer est un parcours du combattant. L’accueil a l’hôtel est quasi inexistant. Personne pour vous aider avec les bagages, à garer sa voiture. Le bar à côté fait de la musique jusqu’à 2heures du matin et certaines chambres donnent sur un mur.

Très décevant pour la canee . Le personnel est inexistant , la chambre sent le renfermé , la salle de bain est exiguë. Tout y a été bricolé et n’a rien de luxueux . Pas facile non plus de trouver l’hôtel

Location was perfect and so easy to reach Chania old town and new town. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The beds could be more supportive and comfortable and the music from venues downstairs could maybe stop at 1am rather than 3am

The room shown in this photo, a ground level superior quad, was extremely damp, smelly, and unacceptable. We were placed here even though we specifically requested the one above it. After 2 nights we moved to the one we requested, which we loved-- a far nicer room. Excepting this, the staff were lovely and attentive. The hotel is in a great location.

As noted above-- do not book the ground floor superior room!!!

After checking in I didn’t see a staff member again in 3 days. My TV wasn’t working and there was no one to ask for assistance. My ground floor room had small windows and was absolutely freezing. I required the A/C heating each night. I had 2 teabags to last 3 days.

There were three of us, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and quiet, located in a charming, historic, and cozy part of the city. The staff was responsive to our requests, and our housekeeper was such a fun, helpful woman.

The only minor downside was that the room was a bit dark, but it wasn't a big deal given the overall experience.

The receptionist was super nice and friendly and so was the cleaning lady. The towel and sheets get change regularly, the room was clean, the location is amazing and it has a very nice greek charm to it.

Excellent location, extremely helpful and friendly staff and cleaning lady.

Everything felt a bit grubby; the shower was very narrow and the bathroom was very small and awkward; the bathroom was constantly leaking water; complimentary toiletries (all in one shower/shampoo/hand soap!) were located in a dispenser on the wall inside the shower, such as you might find in a public toilet; there was no duvet on the bed, only sheets and a blanket; the towels were very thin and cheap and not replaced daily; the lighting operated with the key card, however this is attached to door keys, meaning you are unlocking/locking doors in the dark. The room opened directly onto onto a precipitous flight of stairs (again in the dark).

The shower place is quite small. The stairs may not too friendly for people who have a heavy luggage’s or limited mobility.

Check in was a bit difficult. There was never anybody at reception, and had to check in and check out with a maid, who didn't speak English. We called a phone number and somebody showed up, but they seemed annoyed to check us in, and then left quickly. We also had to call somebody to check out, and had a similar reaction. We also didn't have our room made up while we stayed, so that was a bit disappointing.

Everything was good just the room was too small and the closest parking area was a 10-minute walk.

Steep Stairs & the shower was tight with the shower head on the side wall instead of the end wall. Calling it a Hotel is a stretch, very rarely anyone at the reception desk.

Great location. The staff sent us fantastic directions to help find the accommodation which was much appreciated. Space felt secure & was very quiet. The little courtyard area is great and the bars in the vicinity were well enjoyed.

It’s tight for a family of four but we were ok as we were just sleeping there. The space doesn’t get a lot of natural light so can feel a little dark but we enjoyed it.

The location was perfect tucked in a little street, close to the beautiful city center. The room was stylish , with tasteful touches. It was perfect for our two night stay.

There was a guest of the hotel who was speaking loudly on a speaker for very long time in front of the hotel, there are signs all over the hotel saying guests should not be loud after 23:00 but she didn’t mind being super loud at 1:30. It’s not a hotel’s issue, we just all need to be mindful we are not the only ones travelling ☺️

We stayed only one night and for a short term stay, I think the room was perfect. It has all the amenities one would need, as well as a little fridge and a kettle, which I think was a nice touch. The location was excellent, you’re in the old city with walking distance from many sights, restaurants and so on.

This negative point is connected strictly to the room we had - the cleaning lady’s storage room was next to our window so she was in front of our window quite often, also sitting there and having phone calls. This was at some point becoming quite annoying. But I’m guessing if you get any other rooms from the property, you won’t have this inconvenience.

The location was excellent, convenient to downtown and the old town. The staff was great, they called us a taxi from and back to the airport. We had an early all-day tour on our check out date, they let us leave our bags in our room and brought them down to their locked reception for us, everything was good and stayed together, when we got back they came to let us in, and on our way back to the airport, they also specifically came down to make sure we made it onto the taxi. Overall, great staff, amazing location, beautiful city.

The shower was small, and the main bed was too soft for us, but we were able to sleep very comfortably on the pull out bed. Also, we specifically put up the do not disturb sign, and house keeping went in anyways, which was not very appreciated.

Las escaleras son demasiado empinadas para trasladar el equipaje. Había hormigas en el lavabo. No hay microondas, ni cocina para calentar comida. Visitar ésta ciudad con coche y alojarse en el centro es algo incómodo.

Το κατάλυμα εκπληκτικό σε κεντρικό σημείο της παλαιάς πόλης των Χανίων! Πεντακάθαρο και σε αρκετά καλή τιμή. Θα ήθελα να αναφέρω για την καμαριέρα η οποία είναι φανταστική. Πολύ ευγενική , πολύ καλή στην δουλειά της , εξυπηρετική και πολύ ευχάριστος άνθρωπος.

Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια για περπατημα τα βραδια στην παλια πολη. Πεντακαθαρο δωματιο και ανετο για μια τετραμελη οικογενεια.

Very comfortable and large room only a few minutes away by walk of the historic center and all restaurants and shops. Clean room with good air conditioning, warm welcome by the personnel. We recommend!

L'établissement ne manque pas de charme; le réfrigérateur, les assiettes et couverts, et la bouilloire sont bienvenus. La literie est confortable, la clim point trop bruyante. Personnel très arrangeant pour une arrivée anticipée.

Les bars avoisinants, qui font entendre les basses jusque tard dans la nuit (malgré le double vitrage!). Les volets, qui ne couvrent pas l'intégralité de la fenêtre (ce qui est tout de même étrange pour des…volets).

La proximité avec le centre ville. Salle de bain spacieuse. Et petite terrasse avec table, chaise et étendoir à linge qui ont fait plaisir.

Les murs sont assez fins, et nous avons eu quelques dérangements liés à la proximité avec le centre ville. Pas de réelle fenêtre (uniquement une petite dans la salle de bain, une dans un renfoncement, et sur la porte d’entrée) et chambre un peu enfermée.
