Lovely room, comfortable, large and nicely furnished and equipped. Dinner in restaurant was great too. Good veggie options. We only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer.

Beeindruckend war was dafür alles zur Verfügung stehen, Auch wenn wir es gar nicht in Anspruch nehmen mussten: Eine Waschanlage für Fahrräder, Reparaturmöglichkeiten und Werkzeug, Eine Druckluftanlage zum Aufpumpen, Und nicht zu vergessen ein abschliessbarer Bikeraum Mit unendlich viel platz. Alles Andere war ebenfalls top. Aber es hat natürlich auch seinen Preis. Trotzdem gerne wieder.

The breakfast was good, although we prenotified the hotel our daughters dietary needs and they only had a bread roll for her, which was disappointing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Churwalden.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2024Hotel Krone Churwalden was great. It’s located along a busy road in a small town, but it had a very updated feel. We stayed there two nights for our ski trip and since there wasn’t too many restaurants to choose from, we ate at the hotel every night for dinner and it was PHENOMENAL. Some of the best food we had during our Swish trip. The servers and bartenders are super nice as well. With it being a small town we stayed in most evenings, since there isn’t much to do around there, if you aren’t skiing. Side note, you’re able to walk to the ski lifts since it’s that close. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and provided good amenities. If you’re American I will say the only thing that slightly caught me off guard was the spa (saunas, hot tub) being a nude option. The front desk clerk did explain it to me, but no one in my party believed me, until we actually went one night to relax lol. Overall if you’re in Churwalden I wouldn’t stay anywhere but here.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2023Fantastic stay in a quiet area. The hotel had just opened half a year ago. Nice rooms, good beds, clean, free access to spa area, good and friendly service. Breakfast was very delicios and super waitress who for the second morning remembered that I am glutenintolerant, which means that they serve glutenfree as well, if you ask for it. We asked for another pillow at the reception, and they had a whole pillow menu, to choose from. First we booked just for one night and wanted to go for another place for the second, however the place was so nice, that we stayed for an extra night.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre super gewesen für das Hundenassfutter. Wir hatten zum Glück einen kleinen zum Reisen dabei. Einrichtung im ganzen Hotel sehr hochwertig und sauber. SPA mit pool sauna dampfbad sehr angenehm. Es wäre toll, wenn spa auch schon morgens offen hätte. Parken in der Tiefgarage super. Personal sehr freundlich und hundefreundlich. Bett super bequem und alles sehr ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Vergünstigte gondelkarten sind super! Supermarkt um die ecke. Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Jederzeit wieder. Danke!!
