Mr Gavin has provided excellent service during my stay.

We had a very pleasant stay and everything was great from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and the service was excellent throughout. A special mention to Gavinas from the staff, who was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. He regularly checked that we were comfortable and that everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

It would be helpful to have soda or vending machines available, especially when the restaurant is closed, to avoid having to order delivery just for drinks. A larger and colder fridge in the room would also be a nice improvement.

Nice, modern hotel with extraordinary breakfast. We lloved the hotel, enjoyed the shopping close by and loved the variety and quality of the breakfast. Staff was great. Rooms were so quiet. You could not hear anything. Beds super comfy. Don’t miss to go stroll through Changfeng Park one morning. Great atmosphere and beautiful scenery.

Super Lage direkt an der Metro und einem Park. Neben an ist ein Einkaufszentrum. Das Hotel hat eine Top Ausstattung. Die Zimmer groß und der Service und das Personal immer sehr nett und lösungsorientiert. Wir wären gern länger geblieben.

We had a really good stay. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the staff are very accommodating if you have any requests. We had no bad experiences. Also, they didn't charge us a deposit like some other hotels. I would recommend this hotel.

房间整洁，服务贴心。比如在房间里需要东西（我叫过剪刀，拖鞋，毛巾，咖啡等），打电话随叫随送。特别是有一次我发现入住的时候酒店给的大堂Cafe的饮料券被我不小心扔掉了一张，我打电话问能不能补一张，立刻送了2张到房间。服务还特别规范，入住7天，很冷的天，每天酒店门口帮忙开车门，并询问是否有行李的小哥哥都在，那么冷的天还是很好的态度。真的很赞！最后一天退房，因为行李比较多，打电话希望礼宾的工作人员来帮忙取行李，也是很快就到，最后还帮忙搬上车。其实酒店价格并不高，性价比真的很好！

房间规划的不错，但是真的不大，一个人或者夫妻没问题，两个化妆品很多的女孩就会很多东西没有地方放

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Shanghai, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was perfect in every way. The view from our room was breathtaking — we could see the beautiful lake and the Shanghai skyline, including the highest tower in the city. It was truly unforgettable, especially at night. When we arrived from the airport, we had a problem paying the taxi. The hotel staff handled the situation with incredible kindness. A staff member named Ivey paid the taxi fare on our behalf, which immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of after a long journey. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. Both British and Chinese breakfasts were available, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Room service was another highlight. The fridge was generously filled every day, with extra items provided, which showed great attention to guest comfort. I would especially like to mention Zed, who truly represents the highest level of hospitality. Whenever we needed anything, he was always ready to help with a friendly and professional attitude. His support made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also perfect. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and several shops and fast-food restaurants such as McDonald’s and Subway are only a 3-minute walk away. Overall, this hotel was perfect in terms of service, comfort, view, and location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai and would happily stay here again.

Excellent hotel! 20 minutes ride from Hongqiao Airport, train station and Hongqiao CBD. Great location: walking distance to Changfeng park, the subway station and the mall (Joycity) where you can find plenty of places to have a full meal or quick bites. The room is nice and clean, the bed is comfortable. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Everything, the little details. The hospitality was everything. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to Shops,Metro, Highway. Most importantly it's outside busy crowded areas. Changfeng park cross the road. Free parking for guests and lounge access is handy to have. Pillows and beddings are great. ( They offered three different types of pillow to my 10y.o. son)

The hotel in general the staff, the restaurants. Special thanks to Alisa and Zac in the buffet restaurant, who looked after us in the most extraordinary way. The concierge department did a great job in assisting in receiving parcels and luggage handing in and out of cabs to transporting to our rooms.

Really enjoyed my stay at HUALUXE Shanghai! Simi at reception was so kind and even upgraded my room, which was such a nice surprise. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was great, everything fresh and plenty to choose from. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a couple of minutes to the metro.

Siamo stati accolti benissimo, ci hanno fatto un upgrade e ci hanno dato una suite meravigliosa. La struttura è magnifica, la colazione molto buona e la posizione davvero ottima, a pochi passi dalla metro.

Pochi membri dello staff parlano inglese e a volte si può avere qualche difficoltà nella comunicazione.

Camera sostituita con una di categoria superiore con in quanto abbiamo riscontrato un piccolo problema con la nostra camera inizialmente assegnata includendo anche la colazione. Colazione che dispone di un'ampia scelta tra piatti cinesi e piatti occidendali

Purtroppo un po' distante dalle attrazioni turistiche della città, posizione comunque comoda per la metro che è a due passi dall'Hotel

역에서 매우 가까웠고 시설은 고급스럽고 청결했으며 직원들은 부담스럽지 않게 친절하셔서 편안히 머물다 갈 수 있었습니다! 방도 마찬가지로 좋았고 수영장도 즐겁게 이용했습니다. 호텔 위치가 상하이 주요 관광지랑 거리가 있는 것이 약간 흠이지만 시설과 친절한 직원분들이 그 흠을 상쇄하고도 남습니다 :-)

시티뷰 방이었는데, 전망은 더할 나위 없이 마음에 들었으나 창이 살짝 얼룩져서 아쉽더군요. 창문 외부 청소만 잘 됐다면 10점 만점에 11점으로 기억됐을 거예요..!

Staff is very professional and goes the extra mile to meet your needs. Definitively one of the best hotels in Shanghai and the place where I tend to stay when in the city for business. I do love the decoration of the hotel representing classic Chinese traditional aesthetic! The location is near HongQiao Airport and very convenient! The room is quite and clean. The staff here is nice and friendly, especially Gavin who hosted us, very considerate, checking our needs frequently and providing best service for us timely! Thanks him! Next time, I will definitely come and book this hotel again!

It's very convenient the location of the hotel with a shopping mall across the street, with restaurants, shops and a super market on the basement. I received a great support from their concierge Blithe. He is super efficient and help me solve how to send a parcel to another city as well as solve to receive other parcels in the Hotel! Definitely it's a great place to stay. Also the service at the lobby bar from all the girls specially Julia is super attentive and friendly.

Great location to access the metro to get out to the F1 track and 1/2 hr into city center. Staff very helpful and up graded our room.

The hotel was very clean and had comfortable rooms.

You had to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, even as a resident. Some of the staff were a little rude, on arrival we were told that one restaurant was open until midnight. When we entered, the restaurant manager disappeared for 3 minutes leaving us stood on our own. Then came back and proceeded to have an attitude and make us feel unwelcome. However, there was a female server in the same restaurant that took over and made us feel at ease. Service was very slow in the bar each evening, as well as service in the fine dining restaurant. Overall, I would not stay here again
