L'hotel est fonctionnel et très bien situé à Camogli, on peut tout faire à pied, la gare est à 3 min à pied, c'est un bonne base de départ pour visiter la Ligurie. Le petit déjeuner est excellent

Il n'y a pas de terrasse dans les chambres, les chambres sont fonctionnelles mais elles ne sont pas agréables, elles sont sombres, il manque une piscine, le prix de l'hotel est finalement élevé pour les prestations

Schlichtes Hotel, in guter Lage. 50€ für die Hotelgarage sprechen für sich. Küche sollte man meiden, Frühstück ist qualitativ eher bescheiden.

Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz. Gute Zimmer, überwiegend freundliches Personal und ein sehr schöner Rooftopbereich.

La situació i les vistes que hem tingut, així com l'arquitectura de l'hotel. El personal de recepció ha estat molt amable i atent.

La terrassa de l'hotel està desaprofitada. No són restauradors i l'esmorzar és una mica pobre pel nivell de l'hotel. El preu de l'aparcament de l'hotel (50 € la nit) és molt car, perquè aprofita que es troba en un lloc amb dificultats d'aparcament.

Great personal that wanted to do their best.

We firstly got a room with visible reparations on a large portion of a wall, stained carpet, damaged wall. We’ve been moved to another room the following day, but that should never happened to a pretended 5 stars hotel in the first place. The hallways and lifts were perfect saunas. We felt sorry for the personal that have to work there. Breakfast had nothing to do with a 5 stars establishment either. There have been not a single change in the menu during our 4 days stay. The juices were bought, nothing fresh. If you wanted French toast it costs 10 EUR extra, pancakes 10 EUR extra, omelette 12 EUR extra etc. Complementary water only the first day. I propose the management to make the rooms 402 EUR per night and include the water. I have the same proposal for the parking fee; so many people already reacted to this, but the management keep trying to motivate 50 EUR per day. But you can’t motivate greed and that is why people are reacting. You should really pay attention to what your customers are saying and improve! Or not. In conclusion, as many others already said, definitely not a 5 stars hotel, with huge management problems.

There is no swimming pool and private beach (as noted on the website)! The beach is very far, you need to pass by parking!!! And many stairs!!! Sun beds are not free!!! Very very bad 5 star!! Not clean, a lot of dust. Trust me, don’t book not refund room, when you come you will be very disappointed!!

Cet hôtel est, à mon avis, davantage un 4 étoiles qu’un 5 étoiles. Au vu du prix, nous avons été très déçus du rapport qualité-prix. Plusieurs détails nous ont surpris : présence de rouille dans la douche et poussière sur les étagères de la chambre. Nous étions 3, dont un enfant, mais les petites attentions en chambre étaient prévues uniquement pour 2 personnes. Lorsque je l’ai signalé à la réception, on m’a répondu que c’était un seul paquet par chambre, contenant seulement deux biscuits. Pour un établissement 5 étoiles, nous avons trouvé cela assez décevant. Enfin, l’accueil n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le premier jour, nous avons été servis sur la terrasse par une dame qui n’a jamais affiché le moindre sourire et dont l’attitude nous a semblé particulièrement peu accueillante.

Arredamento design molto curato, letto comodissimo, doccia grande, roof top molto bello. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera ed hanno immediatamente provveduto a darci una camera sostitutiva. Personale molto gentile.

Anche se l’albergo è nuovo, nelle parti comuni ci sono segni di usura che in un hotel di questa categoria non ci si aspetta. Colazione nella media.

Purtroppo la porta scorrevole dell’ingresso è molto rumorosa e per che ha la camera sopra dopo un certo orario non si dorme più. Sicuramente da migliorare. Troppo freddo nella sala colazione

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soggiorno eccellente! Hotel elegante, camere pulite e confortevoli, posizione perfetta a due passi dal mare. Lo staff è stato gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. Ottima anche la colazione, con prodotti di qualità. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole: torneremo sicuramente!

Fitnessraum sollten die Bodermatten ausgetauscht werden, der Seilzug am Turm ausgetauscht werden und es wäre schön wenn es Handtücher und Desinfektionsmittel gäbe (das ist normalerweise Standard in einem Fitnessraum) Kleiderschrank im Zimmer ist für 11 Übernachtungen etwas klein (aber da wir zum 3-ten mal im Carrick waren wussten wir das)

Perfect stay from start to finish! We stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn't have been more special. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are high quality, and everything was spotless. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, and every detail exceeded our expectations. We had a perfect holiday and would definitely come back. 💛

L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé et le personnel est agréable.

Les prestations ne reflètent en rien un hôtel 5 étoiles. Les prises murales sont décrochées, nous avons eu un problème d’électricité dans notre chambre, le personnel a eu la gentillesse de nous transférer dans une autre chambre avec un meilleur standing mais nous laisse à 22h ranger toutes nos affaires avec nos flash de téléphone… En revanche, les prix quant à eux sont bien alignés avec un 5 étoiles, et ce qui a été dérangeant est que durant tout notre séjour, les boissons affichées sur la carte étaient indisponibles (embêtant lorsqu’on ne boit pas d’alcool et que l’hôtel propose peu de choix de soft)

Ontvangst met prosecco, koffers naar je kamer gebracht. Nette kamer, alles schoon en netjes, goed werkende airco en wifi. Dakterras met jacuzzi. De ligging van het hotel is geweldig. Je rolt de straat af het centrum in.....dat is de reden om dit hotel te boeken.

Misschien mag je dat ook niet verwachten in Camogli, maar je kijkt uit op een muur vanuit je hoelkamer. Voor een speciaal ei bij het ontbijt moet je bijbetalen....voor 250 per nacht vind ik dat niet oké

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Minibar war in der Nacht extrem laut, sollte man vor dem schlafen gehen ausschalten.

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Bekamen gute Informationen und Tipps bzgl Wandern. Das Zimmerservice hat jeden Abend noch einmal geklopft, ob wir zusätzliche Badetücher brauchen. Frühstück sehr aufmerksames Personal gute Auswahl. Für uns war der Frühstücksraum ein bisschen zu stark abgekühlt

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and offers lovely views. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and the center of Camogli. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the hotel is not a luxury property, it offers very good value for money and was a comfortable base for exploring the Portofino Coast.

An excellent relatively new hotel in this popular town. Rooms are generously sized with good air conditioning and wifi. The common facilities are also good. We found all reception staff to be friendly and reasonable English speakers. The location is an easy walk to the station, the town's heart, and the beach. The breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good. More options than we could cope with. The hotel has its own secure parking garage under the hotel. Access is difficult and best delegated to hotel staff. The price is 35 Euro until early June, then rises to 50 Euro for the high season. Whilst this is not cheap, parking in the town is at a premium and over 20 Euro per day without the security of the hotel park. We decided the security was worth the cost. The hotel overall is excellent.

The location is amazing. Right at the centre of the village and close to the beach and train station. The staff is very friendly.

For a “5 star” hotel we expected a lot more. The rooms are a bit dated, there is no fridge to use. The rooftop is nice but a warm jacuzzi is not what you’re looking for on a hot Italian day. Also the pricing for the parking is ridiculous at €50 per night on top of the high room price. In short, we expected a lot more for the price and the amount of stars.

Die Rooftopbar war während den 2 Nächten die wir da waren nie offen. Das Personal (ausser Rezeption) waren keine Italiener. Für ein 5* Hotel sehr schlecht. Wir waren in 4 anderen Hotels in dieser Zeit und alle hatten Italiener angestellt. Fürs Parken musste man für 1 Tag 50 Euro bezahlen.

Struttura moderna, camera spaziosa e ottima posizione

The staff at Carrick Hotel are amazing! On my first night in, I was tired from travel and had not eaten enough. Late at night I went downstairs to see if I could buy a snack somewhere in the hotel. Although there was no general snack counter and the restaurant was closed, one of the staff made me a sandwich! This is one of the kindest things a hotel staff member has ever done for me and really went above and beyond. All of my other interactions with staff were also amazing, and they all genuinely cared to answer my questions and make my stay better. Location was great and so easy to walk to the beach and the main promenade. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel breakfast was also lovely.

Sehr modern und die Dachterasse mit dem herrlichen Blick ist das Highlight.

Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich, keine Veränderungen. Das ist nicht akzeptabel, wenn man 10 Tage dort ist. Das Hotel wird eher durch Durchgangsgäste genutzt.

Helpful staff, nice buffet, close to town and Camogli is a wonderful little town to wander around. Excellent restaurants in the immediate area .

La proprietà deve investire sulla struttura. Non è un 5 stelle. Le camere sono brutte. Staff pazzesco ma insufficiente. Hanno fatto davvero di tutto per colmare mancanze oggettive mortificandosi per questioni che esulavano dalla loro competenza/ responsabilità.
